A
Hello
I'm
city
of
Englewood
police,
chief
John
Collins
today
I'd
like
to
take
some
time
to
answer
questions
we've
received
about
what
our
officers
are
doing
to
protect
our
community
during
the
COBIT
19
outbreak.
As
always,
our
top
priority
is
to
keep
you
our
anger
with
residents
safe.
We
need
your
cooperation
to
ensure
we're
getting
the
right
resources
to
the
right
people
at
the
right
time.
In
order
to
keep
our
priorities
in
check,
we
encourage
residents
to
file
police
and
accident
reports
online.
A
You
can
do
this
by
visiting
our
website,
click
the
link
file,
a
police
report
to
submit
tips
and
request
help
for
non
urgent
crimes
or
incidents.
You
can
also
file
a
report
by
calling
303
seven
six
one,
seven,
four
one:
zero
nine
one
one
should
not
be
used
for
anything
other
than
a
life-threatening
emergency.
Please
help
keep
our
dispatch
lines
clear.
If
you
have
questions
regarding
the
virus,
please
call
2-1-1
or
visit
the
city's
covert
19
resource
page
to
clear
up
some
confusion.
A
I'd
like
to
emphasize
that
Ingrid
officers
will
not
be
stopping
drivers
who
were
on
the
road
while
we
stay
at
home
order
is
in
place,
essential
tasks
like
going
to
the
grocery
store
or
pharmacy
are
allowed,
and
we
understand
those
important
errands
likely
involve
driving.
That
said,
the
stay
at
home
order
is
in
place
for
your
safety
remaining
indoors
and
practicing
social
distancing
ensures
you
and
your
loved
ones
remain
healthy.
