handled

an
efficient,
effective

fair

During
this
time,

same
high
standards
of
accountability
and
integrity,
please
continue

the
courts

updated
information
regarding
the
status
of
the
courts
closure.
Even
though
the
court
will
be
closed
to
the
public,
there
will
be
staff
on-site
at
the
court
available
to
take
your
phone
calls
or
questions
to
resolve
your
case
or
to
have
it
continued
staff
will
be
making
attempts
to
contact
individuals
to
have
these
cases
addressed.

ultimately
it
is
your
responsibility
to
contact
the
court.
However,
no
warrants
will
be
issued
for
failure
to
appear
late
fees
imposed
or
other
failure
to
appear
actions
taken
during
the
shutdown
for
issues
arising
on
or
after
March
17th
of
2020.
If
you
have
a
case
in
our
court,
the
most
important
thing
for
you
to
do
is
to
call
or
email
us
as
soon
as
possible.
Please
provide
your
full
name
ticket
number
and
a
valid
phone
number
where
you
can
be
reached.

staff
will
review
your
specific
case
and
let
you
know
what
options
may
be
available
to
you.
This
applies
to
all
case
types
and
all
outstanding
issues.
Besides
parking
tickets,
they
may
be
handled
on
the
website
or
via
email,
including
newly
filed
cases.
Active
warrants
people
on
probation,
upcoming
review
dates.
Options
may
include
newly
expanded
options
like
the
ability
to
resolve
your
case
electronically
over
the
phone
through
the
mail
or
an
agreement
to
continue
your
matter
until
we
are
again
open
to
the
public.

the
key
to
resolving
your
matter
starts
with
contacting
our
court.
The
court
understands
this
is
a
stressful
time
for

of
us
