for
the
largest
shopping
mall
west
of
the
mississippi.
It
was
called
cinderella
city
following
the
sale
protests
and
elections
headed
by
the

parks
committee
stalled
construction
on
the
massive
mall
englewood
residents
missed
their
parks.

parks
went
through
massive
renovations
to
provide
restrooms
picnic,
areas,
shelters
and
ball
fields.
Creating
a
network
that
was
more
accessible
to
residents
across
englewood
bellevue
park
was
the
first
park
built
following
the
sale
of
land
to
make
way
for
cinderella
city
and
had
a
creative
space
theme
with
rockets.
Airplanes
and
space
swings
remnants
of
days
past
remain
as
a
15-foot
missile
stands
tall
as
a
main
feature
of
the
park
with
13
developed
multi-purpose
parks.
Inglewood
offers
some
of
the
finest
recreational
opportunities
in
the
region.
