enlisted

highest

lowest
ranking
as
the
directors
rank
them.
So
it
gives
you
an
idea

what
they

focused
on
the
things
that
were
priorities,
and
then
the
yellow
is
the
stuff
that
the
staff
committee
prioritized
those
three
there
or
the
three
that
the
staff
built
with
the
most
highest
priority
for
transportation
anyway.

we

project,
a
little
bit,

guess
and
explain
to
you
what
it's
about
and
then
you

discuss

you
have

thoughts

So
if
that
sounds

just
kind
of
go
through
the
list,
as
it's
presented
here,
the
Union
Avenue
Bridge
Rehabilitation.

We've
in
the
process
of
getting
your
design
consultant
to
lined
up
this
year
to
get
the
design
done,
and
then
the
funding
request
for
next
year
would
be
to
actually
construct
the
the
new
bridge
deck
for
that
bridge.
So
that's
the
bridge
over
the
Platte
River
there
west
of
Santa
Fe
on
Union
Avenue.
That's
that
bridge
one
that
gets
all
the
concrete
trucks
and
trash
trucks
and
everything
driving
on
it
all
day
and
it's
definitely
started
to
take
its
toll.
So
that's
why
that
one
is
on
the
list
there.

That's
a
bridge,
that's
rated,
not
not
optimal,
definitely
something
we
need
to
to
consider
there
for
the
future
and
the
East
Dartmouth
traffic
calming
that's
when
you
think
you're
familiar
with
that's
the
mini
roundabouts
on
Dartmouth
there.
So
what
we
have
on
that
one
is
the
cost
for
the
construction
is
coming
a
little
higher
than
we
expected.
So
we
were
able
to
go
back
to
CDOT
and
ask
for
more
grant
funding
and
they
were
willing
to
give
us
another
800
000
if
we
would
fund
another
200
000.

The
Union
Avenue
repaving
that
kind
of
ties
in
with
the
bridge
rehab,
that's
between
Santa
Fe
and
the
bridge
there
at
Platte
River.
That
street
is
really
starting
to
deteriorate
quite
a
bit
on
us.
We've
seen
a
lot
of
potholes
and
a
lot
of
repairs
needed
on
that,
but
we
need
to
reconstruct
at
this
point.
Basically,
it's
deteriorated
at
the
point
where
it's
it's
useful
life
is
kind
of
used
up
at
this
point.
We
need
to
reconstruct
it.
Basically,
so
that's
what
that
funding
would
be
for
I.
Think
the.
B

Yeah,
1.5
million
is
the
ask
on
that
one.
So
I
did
in
the
right
column
over
here.
I
did
total
up
these
top
priorities.
To
kind
of
give
you
a
sense
of
how
much
all
these
would
be
if
you
choose
to
go
with
these
priorities
here,
so
it's
about
6.6
for
all
these
top
ones
here,
but
I'll
go
through
the
rest
of
these.

The
concrete
utility
City
show
that's
our
standard
one
each
year
that
we
paid
for
the
city
share
of
the
concrete
utility
for
all
the
properties
that
the
city
owns
along
crew
of
gutter
of
sidewalks,
that's
kind
of
a
standard
annual
annually
funded
project
there
and
then
the
rodent
Bridge.
That
is
we're
going
to
change
the
title
of
that.
That's
for
the
the
materials
we
use
to
maintain
the
roads
for
our
in-house
Street
crew,
with
all
the
road
base
and
asphalt
and
rock
and
all
the
stabilization
material.

Be
able
to
repair
the
patch
all
the
potholes
and
things
about
all
the
asphalt
we
need
for
that.
So
that's
what
that
funding
is
used
for
and
then
this
next
one,
the
payment
maintenance
by
area.
That's
our
resurfacing
project.
There
that's

money
we
use
for
the
repaving
and
the
slurry
seal
and
the
crack
seal
and
the
the
surface
improvements
that
we
contract
out.
That's
the
funding
for
that
alley,
maintenance!
That's
the
funding!

We
use
to
maintain
the
the
V
channels
and
the
alleys
there
to
make
sure
those
stay
in
good
shape
and
they
drain
properly.
So
we
request
a
little
bit
more
money
each
year
on
that,
just
to
maintain
them.
We've
been
through
every
alley
in
the
city.
At
this
point,
we've
got
the
vgm
and
all
of
them,
but
we
still
have
maintenance
needs
that
some
of
them
don't
hold
up
quite
as
well.

I'm
sure
you've
seen
before,
but
that
is
the
reason
that's
a
request
this
year
is:
we've
got
the
development
there
at
the
corner
of
Navajo
and
Oxford
there,
the
Sam's
Auto
development,
so
that
developers
agreed
to
contribute
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
the
cost
of
this
project.
If
it's
approved,
and
so
the
ask
on
that
is
the
project
is
about
1.1
million
short
of
the
funding.
We
need
to
build
it
at
this
point,
so
the
the
ask
on
that
one's
500
000
to
match
that
600
developer
to
get
that
1.1.

So
that's
where
the
the
developer's
contribution
came
into
play
on
that
one,
that
they
are
truly
benefiting
from
that
and
that's
something
we
we
asked
for
the
impact
fee
on
that
one
so
and
the
concrete
program
accessible
ramps.
That's
the
the
Ada
ramps
that
we
replace
every
year
we
tried
to
do
about
100
of
those
a
year
and
that's
what
that
funding
is
for
I'd
say
on
an
annual
one.
We've
seen
before
I'm
sure
and
then
the
bridge
repairs.
That
is
one
that
we've
got
every
two
years.

We
get
a
bridge
inspection
report
for
all
the
bridges
in
the
city,
we've
got
about
25
Bridges
and
that
that
funding
goes
towards
making
some
of
those
recommended
repairs
a
lot
of
the
repairs
and
the
reports
are
not
critical,
urgent
items.
The
Union
Avenue
Bridge
is
the
only
one
that
does
have
a
critical,
but
the
others
are
it's
not
quite
as
urgent,
there's,
certainly
some
maintenance
things.

can
do
to
make
the
bridges
last
longer,
and
that's
that's
funny
that
we
use
for
that
to
do
some
of
those
little
while
repairs
things
off
the
bridge
is
that
they're
needed
to
help
external
life,
so
those
are
the
top
ones
there.

you

a
lot

projects

we've
seen
presentations

seem

things

you
have
to
buy
materials
or
something
that
makes
sense.

wonder
about
the
just
want
to
confirm
the
Oxford
Avenue
pedestrian
bridge
that
would
connect
from
the
south
side
of
Oxford
over
where
the,
where
Oxford
goes,
underneath
the
rail
line,
so
that,
like
people
in
apartments
and
the
housing
on
the
south
side
of
Oxford,
can
get
over
to
the
light
rail.
Is
that
the
the
goal.

There
that's
correct
so
yeah
the
the
Oxford
station
apartment
building,
that's
already
there
and
then
the
one
to
the
south
of
it
is
just
getting
built
for
the
one
across
the
way
is,
is
also
a
similar
situation.
All
the
people
who
live
there
will
be
able
to
cross
over
Oxford,
and
that
also
helps
us
with
the
the
signal
timing.

There
we
don't
have
to
have
as
long
as
a
signal
cycle
for
the
pedestrians
across
they
can
use
the
bridge
and
not
have
to
push
the
button,
and
then
we
delay
all
of
the
cars
gives
you
remote
to
create
some
problems
at
times.
So
that's
another
benefit
of
that
is.
We
can
improve
that
pedestrian
cycle
from
the
signal
that
I
know
this
bridge
to
get
across
there
and
kind
of
help
with
a
little
bit
of
the
congestion
on
where
you're
at.

understanding,
I
think
there's
about
five
million
for
sure
that
we
have
available
next
year.
Then
it's
going
to
come
down
to
how
much
we
got
in
permit
fees
and
stuff
this
year
to
one-time
funding
sorts
five
million
minimum

it
could
be
maybe
up
to
maybe
like
six
or
seven
million
I
think
would
be
the
maximum.
So
that's
kind
of
why
we're
looking
for
that
five
to
seven
million
range

matching
for

generally
sort

bridge

been
a

potential
development

not
sure.

we
had

the
current
development,

there

be
able

additional
matching

the
only
developer.

something
like
that
is
available,

love

be
more
towards

beautification

making
it

that

opportunity

wise
thing

projects

we've
been
talking
about
regardless,
and
so
if
we
can
find
extra
creative
ways,
helpful
ways
more
efficient
ways
to
get
them
funded.

it's

good

of
tax
dollars

yeah

part

next
year
is
going

Sherman

Milwaukee
plan

plan

developers

got
those

Parcels

doing

few
bike
lanes

getting
it
implemented

to
spend

city
money
on
which
is
kind

actually
able

developers

contribute
to
some
of

Oxford

bridge

finish

rail
trail,

future

develop

understand

difference
there,

as
far
as
road
maintenance,

comes
down

whether

done
by

crew

investing

roadway

sure
it
stays
strong
and
functional
for
a
long
time,
so
literates

a
contractor
coming
to
repave
or
have
the
city
crew
criminal
repave.

still
need
to
do
it

way

down

the

little
easier

the
amount
of
materials
that
the
city
purchasesism
and
installs
on
the
roadway

the

the

maintaining

salt

use

wintertime

melt
material

our
roads
have

those
interrelated
in
a
way
that
if
the
painting
doesn't
get
done,
when

bridge

done,
it
would

more
expensive

like

there
