we

not

historic
district

there's
still
ways

preserve

historic

not
specific

the
preservation
ordinance.

one
of

discussion

these
things

there
are
those
who
really
don't
like
all

the
increased
density
but

like

know
whether
we
can
attend

historic
preservation
commission

we
have
to
limit
ourselves
to
only
being
interested
citizens.

new
planning
manager
starting
monday
and
so
he's
going
to
be
really
spearheading
the
next
steps
of
the
code
next
project,

twice

month.

have
a
steering
committee
that
was
put
together
to
do
to
work
on
code
neck
stuff
and
we
have
kind
of
working
sessions
with
the
the
folks
that
we
hired
to
do
the
kimberly
horn,

people

steering
committee
every
tuesday
before
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
hearing

like
every
other
week,
depending

they're
kind

taking

section

the
code
and
going
through

new

managers.

almost
impossible

majority

pushback

heard
thus
far

this

not
match

says
on
my
property
and
it's
important

note

these
are
neighborhoods.
They
are
not
subdivisions.
We
can't
change
subdivisions
we're
defining
neighborhoods
where
neighborhoods
technically
didn't
exist
before.

subdivision-

interesting

The
neighborhood
in
arapahoe
county,
the
arapahoe
county,
assessor
lists
that
as
inglewood
north
of
town
center
east
of
the
south

sf,

broadway,
that's
the
neighborhood!
That's
that's
listed
in
there,
so
I
you
know,
I
I
don't
know
how
possible
it's
going
to
be
and
madeleine.

this
is
probably
a
future
discussion
after
this
gets
approved,
how
possible
it
would
be
to
have
arapahoe
county
update
the
neighborhood
designation
and
the
assessors
office
with
these
new
neighborhoods,
but
it's
important
to
note

community

we

live

neighborhood.

can
see
it
for
my
front
doorstep
and

saying

live

that
neighborhood.

recognized

benefits
to
having
kind
of
this
defined
area
in
the
city
that
you

kind
of
collaborate
with
neighbors.

that,
they
had
some
other
projects
with
grant
deadlines
that

to
get
wrapped
up

back

One

hall,
it's
presented
by
josh
goldstein
he's
a
member

board

the
historic
society,
and
it's
it's
called
once
upon
a
time
at
cinderella
city
and
it's
an
update
to
his
3d,
rendering
of
the
mall
dimensional
3d,
rendering
of
the
mall
that
you
can
walk
through
and
he's
got
a
bunch
of
new
stuff
in
there.

he's
added
the
1960s
70s
era,
so
the
1960s
1970s
era
implemented
the
ability
to
time
travel,
added,
animated
shoppers,
fountains
and
plants,
and
has
built
out
dozens
of
new
stores
and
even
given
life
to
the
previously
unfinished
areas
of
the
mall.
So
this
is
gonna
be
a
really
cool
presentation,
if
you
guys
can
make
it.
