started

the
attorney's
office
on
october
11th
and
I
am
really
excited
to
be
able
to
work
with
the
city

three

there
you

out

survey

a
city
leave
a
comment
directly

the
project,
page
attend
an
upcoming
open
house
and
give
us
feedback
in
person.
The
time
and
date
will
be
announced
soon.

she's
unable

wanted
to
pass
along
with
you
that
the
survey
is
closed.
There
was
a
total
of
138
respondents,
so
that
was
pretty
fantastic
and
then
she
just
said
to
pass
along
to
you
guys
that
they're
working
on
contextual
research
right
now
and
getting
ready
to
go
into
the
field
research
phase
of
the
reconnaissance
project.
So
I'm
expecting
her
to
come
and
kind
of
give
a
breakdown
of
the
survey
results
in
one
of
our
in
one
of
our
next
meetings.

All
right,
our
other
item
of
old
business
is
the
response
to
the
letter
to
sean
lewis
and,
as
several
of
you
will
remember,
we
all
got
together
and
worked
on
a
letter
to
brad
power
with
a
copy
to
sean
lewis
and
somehow
it
morphed
into
a
letter
to
sean
lewis.
I'd
like
to
know
why
and
what
other
changes
were
made
to
it.

that
was
the
only
change
that
was
made,
and
that
was
on
behalf
of
brad
power
because
he
wanted
to
go
directly
to
sean
with
him
as
a
cc
as
opposed
to
the
other
way
around.
So
he
delivered
it
to
sean
and
sean,
then
delivered
it
to
council
member
cuesta
and
said
that
this
is
a
decision
that
is
ultimately
up
to
the
council
and
for
the
council
liaison
to
bring
that
forward
for
any
further
discussion
with
with
council
and
so.

would
be
happy
to
raise
the
issue
during
the
next
council
members
choice.
We
just
have
a
study
session
this
coming
monday,
but
it
would
be
more
than
my
pleasure
to
do
that
and
I
can
put
that
into
circulation
as
well.
If
I
submitted
to
the
city
clerk,
it
would
be
put
into
every
council
member's
package.
The
document
that
was
sent
to
city
manager,
lewis,
so
that's
at
least
the
guidance
that's
been
provided
to
me
is,
is
the
best
avenue,
but
you
know

If
I
had
to
speculate,
as
you
know,
counselors
big,
on
study
sessions,
I
think
that
they
would
take
up
the
topic
singularly
in
a
study
session
of
is
that
the
best
approach
of
you
know
taking
the
recommendation
of
this
group
and
then
kind
of
separating
that
out
from
the
larger
conversation
we're
having
regarding
the
zone,
I
could
see
it
getting
some
traction.
I
mean
I'll.
Tell
you
this
too.

It'd
be
hard
for
me
to
predict
the
final
outcome,
but
but
I
think
that
that's
a
good
way
to
do
it
and
then,
if
nothing
else
too,
it
really
introduces
it
more
formally
to
the
larger
public,
because
then
it
would
get
read.
You
know
on
the
diocese
on
the
record,
everybody
has
to
weigh
in
and
then
it's
gonna
be
that
that
larger
conversation
regarding
rezoning
and
all
the
the
code
rewriting
that's
going
to
go
on.

There's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
voices
in
that,
and
I
think
there's
areas
that
you
know
I
wouldn't
describe
as
contentious,
but
I
think
that
there's
certainly
passion
on
both
sides
when
it
comes
to
certain
aspects
of
it,
and
this
is
one
of
those
ones
that
probably
gets
near
one
of
those
categories
where
you
know
the
redevelopment
of
the
city
and
the
historical
character
versus
many
of
the.
You
know
the
more
modern
approaches
to
the
rebuilds,
it's
at
the
heart
of
much
of
this,
and
so
I
think
it's
worth
introducing
myself.

wouldn't
be
surprised
if
that's
the
case
and
then
we'd
probably
drag
poor
eric
into
this
as
well
and-
and
I
think
that
that's
that's
at
least
the
recommendation
from
sean
and-
and
I
think
from
my
perspective-
that's
probably
your
best
audience
in
probably
your
widest
audience
too.
To
get
the
issue
out
there.

Aware
that,
like
the
mayor
and
the
city
manager
meet
ahead
of
time
to
set
a
agenda
for
the
council
meetings
and
the
study
sessions,
and
so
actually
by
having
you
put
it
in
this
council
member's
choice
that
gets
us
in
there
sooner
than
we
other
wise
might
do
it
so
yeah.
If
you
would
do
that
in
the
next
study
session,
that
at
least
get
it
on
their
radar.

bet

happy
to

and
then
I
will
do
that
for
this
monday
and
then
I'll
report
back
to
the
group.
But
I
think
you
you
described
that
correctly,

there's
it's!
It's
not
uncommon
for
council
members
to
introduce
various
subjects
that
have
you
know
caught
their
interest
or
they're
hearing.
You
know
a
lot
of
support
from
from
whatever
constituent
group
or
even
boards,
or
that
that
they're
on
so
not
uncommon.
I'll
put
that
forward
on
monday
and
again
I
think
it'll
get
traction.

the

preference

meetings
is

lieu

our
normal
commission

took
everything

Everything

kitchen
gone

gone
anticipation
to
remove
all
the
stone
around
the
fireplace
and
the
copper
for
revere.
That
was
original
to
the
grant.
We
were
given
from
paul
revere,
copper
company
back
in
1949,
and
I

just
started
it
was.

was
just
horrendous
guess
what
doing
all
this
without
a
permit.

going
to

that's
what
I
plan
to
do
with
the
cabinets
in
my
kitchen,
I've
actually
got
a
the
cabins
in
my
kitchen
are
from
a
company
called
geneva
kitchens,
which
was
the
metal
cabinets
and
apparently
there's

lot
of
people
out
there
looking
for
them,
and
it
won't
fit
the
design
of
the
kitchen
that
we
want
to
do.
But
I
know
when
the
time
comes,
I'm
certainly
going
to
either
donate
or
give
away
or
possibly
sell
so
those
cabinets.

you
all

a
have
a
chance
to
volunteer,
I
don't
know
it's
been
a
long
time
since
I
volunteered
for
for
that,
but
melinda.
Actually,
I
was
on
the
very
first
habitat
of
metro,
denver
deconstruction
trip,
the
very
first
house
that
they
did
and
it
was
a
huge
six
thousand
square
foot
house
that
was
getting
torn
down
in
the
mountains.
It
was
up
by
right
outside
of
evergreen.
I
I
think-
and
you
can
imagine
they
were
tearing
down
a
6
000
square
foot
house
to
put
a
bigger
house
there,
but
had
all
this
custom
blue,
stone,
countertops
and
beautiful
oak
cabinetry,
and
everything
like
that.
But
yeah
I
was
on
the
very
first
one,
and
that
was
that
was
a
blast.
So
if
you
all
you
all
have
weekend,
you
know
weekends
if
you'd
like
to
go
in
and
tear
stuff
apart
and
actually
have
that
it's
a
lot
of
fun.

they've,
actually
almost
retired
the
electrical
crew
because
everybody
on
it
is
in
a
age
group,
that's
at
risk
in
the
pandemic.
So
oh
wow
there's
been
not
a
whole
lot
of
it
and
we
keep
saying
yeah.
We've

to
get
some
younger
people
in
here
or
we're
all
going
to
be
coming
in
with
our
walkers
and.

know,
I
don't
know,
I'm
sure
if
you
asked
him,
he
could
probably
do
it.
So
yeah

the
inglewood
historic
preservation
society's
website
and,
if
you're
interested
in
buying
a
book,
you
can
do
it
there.
The
monthly
lecture
for
the
historic
society
will
be
held
at
its
normal
time.
Normal

and
that
is
the

a
long
time

co-worker

floyd
and
long

Broncos
fans
might
recognize
that
he
used
to
wear

and
it
was
retired.

had
a
library
earlier

week

last
week

I've
gotta
check
the
calendar.

not
sure
the
election
is
definitely
coming
up
quickly.

everybody's
had
the
opportunity
to
vote
yet
I
think
mail-in,
ballots
or
drop-off
or
have
been
accepted
for
about
a
week
now.
So
hopefully,
everybody's
received
their
ballot
and
will
be
participating,
but
I
I'm
not
sure
I've
got
to
review
the
calendar.

isn't
this
one,
it
will
be
the
next
one,
and
so
my
successor
will
either
be
steve
ward
who's.
Currently
on
the
council,
he
has
an
at-large
seat
or
belinda
porter,
who
is
running
also
for
district
four
they're
both
running
for
district
four
belinda
lives
about
a
block
away
from
me,
steve's
right
down
the
block
too
they're,
both
great
and
I'm
not
sure,
usually
they
kind
of
regroup.

This
is
council
once
there's
an
election
to
who
wants
to
keep
their
particular
board
seats,
there's
rarely
too
much
change,
so
I
would
think
this
seat
would
either
be
filled
by
steve
or
belinda.
I
think
both
would
be
very
good
allies,
for
the
group
you
know,
belinda,
especially
I
think
is-
has
kind
of
worked,
neighborhood
character
and
just
the
heritage
of
the
community
into
her
campaign.

So
I
think
she
might
be
just
especially
well
positioned
for
this,
for
this
board
or
excuse
me,
but
either
way
I
think
they're
both
going
to
be
tremendous
and
would
be
very,
very
well
suited
to
keep
this
moving
forward
and-
and
if
it's
not
this
one,
it's
the
next
one,
though
that
was
a
very
roundabout
answer
to
your
question
matthew.
So
pardon

is
a
very,
very,
very
kind
of
you

really
I
appreciate
this
group
of
citizens.

know
several
others.

pleasure

working
with

how
much
citizens
advance
things
in

neighborhood
really
you

it
best.
Council
is
a
voice
for
these
folks
who
are
really
doing
the
work
and
have
the
ideas.

really
appreciate
all
you've
done
and
then
and
even
more
critical
for
me
to
say
and
staff
for
executing
them,
because
a
lot
of
great
ideas
and
works
come
from
community
and
staff
has
been,
I
think,
really
good
at
moving
them
forward
too
and
bringing
them
to
life.
So
I'm
grateful
to
everybody
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
getting
on
a
board
too.

one,
commissioner
thing:
it's
not
inglewood
history
related,
but
I
just
was
gonna
note
for
some
folks
that
colorado
recently
has
had
some.
You
know
colorado
history,
getting
nationwide
recognition,
you
know,
there's
continuing
moving
forward
is
amaci
moving
forward
as
a
historic
site,
which
is
the
first
step
in
becoming
a
part
of
the
national
park
service.

The
state
historic
preservation
office
was
awarded
an
underrepresented
communities
grant
from
the
national
park
service,
which
will
intensively
survey
and
nominate
sites
of
women's
suffrage
sites
across
the
the
state.
So
those
are
things
that
again,
not
inglewood,
not
maybe
like
down
to
ingloid
level,
but
colorado
has
been
in
the
news
recently
for
some
fun
history,
stuff.
