B
C
It's
recording
yeah
can't.
I
can't
tell
if
it's
recording
for
some
reason:
okay,
great,
it's
8
30
on
february,
the
23rd,
unbelievable
and
in
the
team's
room
is
linda:
olsen
alex
dortek,
j,
trusket
reed,
daniel
sierra
sean
lewis,
stephanie
carlisle.
This
is
our
mayor
manager,
meeting
and
nathaniel
needs
to
leave
in
15
minutes,
so
we'll
get
as
far
as
we
can,
but
not
to
worry,
go
ahead
and
leave
when
you
need
to.
D
Another
study
session
on
the
way
finding
a
place,
making
master
plan
an
update
on
the
covet
19
memorial
day
proclamation
just
to
see
if
council
is
okay
with
that,
it
was
a
request
that
we
got
from,
I
believe,
a
citizens
group,
and
then
we
have
a
resolution
under
the
regular
agenda
for
enterprise
fleet
management
recommendation.
C
D
So
it's
stormwater
bond
issuance
process
and
schedule
and
way
funding
placement
master
plan.
E
E
C
C
A
A
E
Memorial
day,
covent
memorial
day
is
march
1st.
E
A
C
Maybe
nobody
read,
maybe
only
a
few
people
read
it
simply
yeah.
I
don't
know
pardon.
C
Weigh
in
and
let's
just
keep
moving,
though.
C
F
We
are
not.
Are
we
fine
with
those
all
being
consent.
D
Yes,
I'm
probably
pulling
that
if
we
don't
have
an
answer
today,
which
I
don't
think
we
will
but
but
please
leave
it
on.
I
don't
know
if
it
should
be
consent
or
not.
E
D
D
B
F
Just
those
the
rest
were
all
first
reading
ordinances
which,
except
for
the
cares
and
cares
of
a
care
of
animal
that
was
asked
to
be
put
on
consent
by
alex,
as
you
guys
have
already
spoken
about
that
before,
as
well
as
the
the
final
reading
of
the
title.
Two
boards
and
commissions
update.
D
E
B
E
E
C
F
C
B
C
Yes,
oh
I
was
supposed
to
ask
last
night
too:
he
asked
for
a
deadline
of
any
changes
to
it.
Didn't
he,
but
there
are
some
great
questions
and
they're
not
like
little
like
questions
like.
Do
you
have
time
for
this
really
important
question
so
they're
going
to
take
a
little
longer
to
answer
than
okay
if
we
started
at
5
30,
okay,
what
time
were
you
suggesting?
I
can't
remember
if
you
had
a.
E
C
C
E
A
F
I
believe
jackie
is
leaving
room
she's,
leaving
like
a
15-minute
block
in
the
beginning,
for
you
guys
to
go
over
all
questions
beforehand
and
then
she's
also
leaving
a
little
bit
of
time
at
the
end.
If
you
would
like
to
discuss
any
potential
candidates.
B
A
B
C
A
C
B
What's
the
next
item
the.
C
F
Public
hearing
for
the
vacation
right
away
for
alpine
inglewood,
two
motions,
one
for
the
electronic
records
information
system
and
one
for
an
appointment
of
ethan
emer
board
members.
First
reading
for
the
storm
water
bond
issuance
second
reading
for
the
three
pud
developments,
as
well
as
the
title
vii
care
for
animals
and
then
the.
C
F
Out
so
based
off
of
the
first
and
the
15th,
I
had
already
moved
quite
a
few
items.
If
you
remember
last
week
we
had,
I
believe,
four
on
each
night,
so
I
have
already
moved
off
items.
These
were
items
that
were
deemed
pretty
important
or
not
quite
as
flexible.
F
So
if
there
is
something
you
would
prefer
to
move,
I
can
go
back
and
double
check
with
them,
but
these
were
items
that
staff
prefer
to
keep
on
those
nights.
B
B
C
I
yeah
I
just
it
looks
like
a
really
bare
a
long,
very
long
meeting.
I
don't
know
how
to
shorten
it,
except
that
maybe
you're
right
daniel.
We
just
really.
We
need
to
get
a
beginning
of
the
dda
the
night
that
we
interview
just
sort
of
what
do
you
think
and
then
think
about
it
and
then
come
back
and
try
and
keep
it
to
30
minutes.
C
A
C
A
C
Bye-Bye
all
right,
well,
we're
just
gonna
have
to
go
with
it.
The
way
it
is.
We
have
it,
but
the
public
hearing.
Do
you
know
how
long
that's
going
to
take
the
presentation
of
that.
C
F
Yeah,
I
was
going
to
say
I'm
the
flexible
that
I
have
on
my
form
that
people
submit
to
me
is
normally
for
the
dates,
so
I
can
definitely
check
with
community
development
to
see
if
this
item
can
be
moved
to
a
different
time
or
to
a
different
date
on
the
calendar.
If
you
would
like.
C
D
Thank
you,
discussion
regarding
potential
sale
of
properties.
This
is
for
the
fire
station,
as
well
as
the
fire
training
center
presentation
study
session
on
monthly
financial
update.
D
B
No
all
right,
yeah.
D
Yeah,
I
think
we
can
do
that
at
a
future
and
then
april
5th.
We
have
our
day
proclamation
resolution
to
support
to
excuse
me
to
appoint
members
to
the
dda
renewal
of
the
aec
west
contract,
an
update
on
executive
session
for
acquisition
or
sale
of
property
bill
for
an
ordinance
first
reading
vacation
of
alpine
second
reading
of
stormwater
ordinance.
Excuse
me,
stormwater
bond
issuance.
C
Okay,
so
remember:
questa
asked
for
some
time
for
the
historic
board
and
I'm
wondering
alex
if
we
can
simply
leave
that
in
your
hands
when
you
think
they're
ready
to
bring
it
bring
whatever
it
is
forward.
It
sounds
like
they
unless
they're
just
wanting
to
do
an
update,
but
I
had
the
impression
they
also
had
some
plaques
that
they
were
working
on.
B
C
F
C
Preservation
now,
what's
the
name
of
it,
I
always
forget
it.
Has
this.
C
C
C
D
Okay,
we're
on
april
12th,
correct.
C
Yes,
which
is
city
attorney
interviews,
and
then
maybe
we
should
add
one
in
there,
13th
or
14th
of
april.
I
don't
think
just
as
a
second
one,
maybe
13th
through
15th.
I
don't
know
which
one
yet
so.
C
And
then
can
we
send
out
a
a
doodle
for
that
to
see
or
for
a
second
yeah?
D
B
D
Great
and
then
and
that's
good,
just
one
additional
night.
C
D
All
right
april
19th
we
have
citizen
of
the
year
nomination
and
selection
april
26
financial
update
for
the
prior
month
on
may
3rd.
We
have
small
business
resource
expo.
Okay,
sorry,
I'm
lost
again.
Oh
there,
it
is
no,
I
know
jade,
you
have
to
keep
it
moving,
but
I
always
get
lost
you're,
doing
great
okay,
small
business
resource
expo
right
and
then
may
17th
we
have
citizen
wait.
B
D
All
right:
well,
I've
got
a
couple
of
things
from
last
night:
there
wasn't
any
specific
counselor
request,
but,
as
you've
already
pointed
out,
dave
questa
asked
for
historic
preservation
on
the
commission
on
the
agenda,
so
we'll
we've
gotten
that
done
tentatively
and
then
the
stephanie
and
jade
well,
jade.
You
were
on
the
call
weren't
you,
but
did
you
know
anything
about?
Neither
the
video
nor
audio
being
available
from
last
week's
mayor
manager
did
that.
F
So
I
went
in
and
checked
that
out.
It
looks
like
there
were
two
meetings
that
were
accidentally
published,
so
one
meeting
had
the
video
and
everything
is
good
to
go
and
I'm
happy
to
send
that
link
out
to
anybody
who
would
like
it
and
then
the
other
one
was
just
like
an
additional
meeting.
That
was
there,
but
it
wasn't
the
actual
meeting.
So
I
think
that's
where
the
confusion
came
with
the
citizens.
So
I
apologize
for
that,
but
it
has
been
corrected
on
our
end.
C
D
C
I
was
in
I've,
been
bringing
it
up
to
the
tri-county
folks
in
meetings
when
I've
been
with
them
and
it's
been
really
well.
It's
just
been
discouraging.
I
think,
to
think
that
we
can't
so
quickly
pull
these
things
together
and
make
sure
that
we
have
a
little
bit
more
flexibility.
I
mean
we
don't
even
have.
C
I
think
it's
great
that
we
had.
You
know
massive
one
up
at
the
mile
high.
We
don't
have
one
something
like
that
in
the
south
and
I've
been
pushing
for
that.
I
mean
I
know
that
people
from
our
communities
are
going
to
these
big
ones,
which
is
great
so
having
done
one
at
du,
most
people
didn't
live
in
denver
that
we
were
vaccinating.
C
They
came
from
all
over
the
metro
area,
but
it
would
be
nice
to
have
something
further
south
for
people
and
particularly
little
pop-ups
in
areas
where
we
have
elderly
who
may
have
difficulty
getting
to
these
and
also
can't
get
on
to
the.
I
know,
people
that
are
on
five
different.
You
know
wait
lists
and
that's
because
they
know
how
to
do
it
and
then
they
check
them
every
day
and
then
there's
those
who
they
don't
have
that
capacity.
They
don't
have
the
wi-fi,
they
don't
have
the
technology
knowledge
and
it's
just
unfair.
