A
All
right,
thank
you.
This
is
the
mayor
manager
meeting
it's
it's
the
27th
of
october.
I
can't
believe
it
tuesday
at
1201
in
the
room,
was
allison
mckinney
brown,
jade,
reed,
stephanie,
carlisle,
sean
lewis
and
linda
olson
and
daniel
had
a
work
commitment.
B
All
right,
thanks
mayor
just
by
a
way
of
announcements,
I
just
sent
you
a
text,
but
we
are.
The
county
has
just
notified
us
a
little
earlier
this
morning
that
we
are
moving.
The
arapahoe
county
is
moving
from
level
one
safer
at
home
to
level
two
and
what
that
means
for
the
effects
are
somewhat
limited.
B
More
so
I'd
say
on
our
city
operations
than
most,
but
instead
of
gyms
being
at
50,
they're
moving
to
25
restaurants
will
stay
at
50,
but
now,
instead
of
the
100,
I
think
100
person
occupancy
total
they're
moving
that
down
to
50.
B
That
doesn't
affect
us
tremendously,
because
most
of
our
restaurants
have
smaller
square
footage,
but
that
will
be
reduced
a
bit
and
then
we'll
also
have
offices
moved
back
down
to
50,
and
so
we
we
will
begin
starting
friday
kind
of
hopefully
a
shift
model
where
we
are
starting
to
work
more
remotely
with
you
know,
50
in
and
out
so
okay,
that's
just
an
fyi.
B
Our
numbers
actually
are
such
that
we
could
have
moved
to
level
three,
but
the
county
is
for
right
now,
moving
us
to
level
two
in
hopes
that
in
hopes
that
we
will
get
better
and
better.
B
Correct
yeah,
so
just
a
quick
announcement
on
that
on
november,
2nd.
We
have
a
study
session
in
regular
session
on
the
study
session,
will
be
police
reform,
task
force
recommendations
and
that's
going
to
be
led
mostly
by
some
citizens
residents
who
are
on
that
task
force
and
then
we'll
also
have
a
2021
contract
with
mv
transportation
for
the
trolley,
and
we
will
have
the
future
of
the
food
truck
licensing
process
in
the
city
of
englewood.
B
B
So
we'll
move
on
to
regular
session,
we'll
start
with
the
public
hearing
on
the
vacation
and
public
right-of-way
at
swedish
medical
center,
a
motion
to
award
a
contract
to
savelle
civil
and
landscape
for
construction
of
santa
fe
and
union
avenue
concrete
alan
water
treatment
plant
sodium
hypochlorite
change
order
request.
This
is
again
because
we've
had
more
higher
water
usage
lately
this
year
and
so
we're
out
of
running
out
of
chemicals.
B
We've
got
a
sewer
utility
rate,
increase,
ordinance
and
iga
with
cdot
or
285
congestion
mitigation,
an
iga
with
the
school
district.
These
are
all,
I
think,
yeah.
Secondly,
that's
the
second
reading
the
school
district
iga
and
then
we
have
second
reading
of
the
stormwater
utility
rate
increase
ordinance
and
lastly,
second
reading
for
model
traffic
code,
adoption.
C
A
A
A
D
No
we'll
make
sure,
even
with
the
new
order
that
people
have
the
opportunity
to
go
to
the
city
center,
we
okay,
we
just
even
under
the
new
order.
There
are
certain
exemptions
for
government
and
mostly
nobody
shows
up,
but
if
they
do
the
city
clerk-
and
I
t
have
set
this
up
beautifully
so
that
nobody
interacts
with
anyone
else
for
any
reason,.
E
Great,
it's
a
little
bit
tricky
this
time,
because
we
have
the
vote
center
happening
on
the
second
floor.
So
we're
going
to
just
need
to
create.
You
know,
get
creative
with
where
we
set
up
the
opportunity
for
public
comments,
so
we'll
we'll
make
sure
to
send
out
notifications
once
we
got
those
details
hammered
out.
A
C
So
I
have
it
highlighted.
I
would
like
to
just
go
over
the
next
couple
city
sessions
just
to
confirm
which
one
you
feel
most
comfortable
with
it
going
on
to
them.
B
Sure
can
we
maybe
we've
got
pretty
beefy
well.
Actually
these
are
both
45
minutes.
I
really
don't
think
the
food
truck
things
it's
more
of
an
announcement.
I
could
almost
do
that
as
my
city
manager's
report.
It's
really
just
announcing
the
process.
B
We
just
want
to
make
sure
council
understands
that
you
know
understands
the
process
that
we're
going
to
be
going
through
since
it's
been
a
priority
for
theirs
for
a
while.
B
A
B
Okay,
somebody
moving
down
to
november
9th
is
your
boarding
commission
interviews
november
16th
discussion,
a
couple
of
study
session
items,
discussion
of
the
mile
high
flood
district's,
floodplain
property
acquisition
fund
and
asset
management.
B
Each
of
those
looks
like
we've
got
programmed
for
45
minutes,
total
each
and
then
another
public
hearing
on
a
vacation
right
away
for
south
grant
and
a
presentation,
a
motion
to
approve
utility
billing
software
contract
with
cogsdale
and
a
motion
to
approve
contract
transportation,
resolution
for
2021
rate
and
fee
schedule,
and
first
reading,
of
the
vacation
of
the
public
right-of-way
for
swedish
and
first
reading
of
spr
southpaw
renewed
farm
lease
agreement
and
let's
see
the
next
one,
is
an
iga
between
cdot
and
us
that
pertains
to
rehab
and
widening
of
dartmouth
avenue
bridge
over
southpaw
river.
B
It's
excellent
and
then
three
percent
lodges
tax
increase
ordinance.
This
assumes
that
it
passes.
Is
that
correct?
Yes,
so
we
have
to
do
a
couple
of
things
depending
on
the
outcome
of
the
election.
There'll
be
a
couple
of
follow-ups
for
council
to
do
and
then
second
reading
of
an
iga
wait.
I
just
got
lost
okay,
sorry,
the
first
reading
of
usgs
water
monitoring,
station
agreement,
meeting
of
sewer
utility
rate
increase
and
second
rating
of
an
iga
with
cdot
for
the
285
congestion
mitigation
study.
B
Pretty
beefy
meeting
too,
of
course
I
thought
last
night's
was
going
to
be
a
little
take
a
little
bit
longer
and
you
guys
breezed
right
through
it.
You're
done.
B
B
We
are
changing
this
one
a
bit
instead
of
talking
about
sustainability
and
energy
efficiency,
we're
going
to
really
focus
it
on
what
the
city
is
doing
more
globally,
because
energy
efficiency
is
just
one
aspect
of
that,
so
we're
going
to
probably
schedule
after
the
first
year
a
handful
of
study
sessions
that
talk
about
some
of
the
bigger
sustainability
initiatives.
We
have,
we
thought
it'd
be
better
to
talk
about
the
culture
and
what
council's
expectations
are
during
this
study
session,
thanks
jade
for
making
that
change.
B
We'll
also
have
an
economic
development
update
relative
to
the
strategic
plan,
minnesota
studies,
although
these
are
all
study,
sessions,
2021
integrated
snow
response
plan,
public
aid,
mutual
aid,
emergency
response
agreement
or
well
changes
to
the
code,
rather
quarterly
strategic
plan
update.
This
is
when
we'll
give
you
a
30,
000
foot
level
of
where
we're
at
with
implementation
of
all
your
strategic
plan
items
and
then
wait
finding
place
making.
This
is
when
we'll
be
presenting
council
with
the
three.
B
I
believe
yeah
three,
two
top
choices
for
the
that
the
weight
funding
and
place
making
committee
has
come
up
with
before
we
start
really
rolling
that
out
to
the
public
we
feel
like.
We
need
to
get
council
to
buy.
Often
if
you
have
something
that's
like
a
critical
error
and
then
our
judgment
on
that
we
don't
want
to
roll
those
out
to
the
public.
So
we're
going
to
give
you
a
look
at
them,
then
take
it
to
a
public
process
and
try
to
wrap
that
up
by
the
end
of
the
year.
A
B
All
right,
moving
on
to
december
7th
the
study
session
on
walkability
in
inglewood
study
session
on
boarding
commission
handbook
update
on
student
student,
art
calendar
recognition.
C
It
is
a
recognition,
and
that's
just
the
item,
type
that
it
default
falls
under.
B
Oh
okay
and
then
we've
got
a
motion
to
recommend
a
word
of
a
contract
to
hs3
security
cameras
and
service
center.
B
The
resolution
of
pointing
members
to
various
boards
and
commissions,
first
reading
and
vacation
of
right-of-way
for
the
grant
street
first
reading
of
an
easement
agreement
ordinance
and
that's
what
the
colorado
water
conservation
board
for
the
big
dry
creek
project
you'll
have
a
first
reading
for
a
2020
budget:
supplemental
for
police
department.
B
We
may
have
others
in
there
right
now.
That's
the
main
one,
and
this
is
going
to
be
mayor
needed
because
of
the
police
task
force.
I
am
going
to
predict
that
we're
going
to
need
a
second
study
session,
but
maybe
not
on
the
recommendations
for
the
police
task
force,
but
we'll
take
whatever
time
we
need
on
that.
B
But
you
know
if
we
have
an
agreement
with
all
the
things
that
have
been
recommended
during
the
first
study
session,
then
this
will
probably
where
we'll,
where
we
will
present
a
budget
supplemental
to
fund
some
of
the
things
that
are
in
there,
because
there
will
be
some
additional
needs.
E
B
We
will
have
a
second
reading
of
the
swedish
vacation
of
right
of
way
tonight,
we'll
have
the
farmless
second
reading
and
we'll
have
the
iga
for
the
dartmouth
bridge.
Second
reading
we'll
have
again
the
placeholder
here
for
the
lodges
tax
increase.
If
that
passes.
Second
reading
of
the
monitoring
station
agreement
and
under
your
mayor's
choice,
we'll
have
the
return
to
in-person
meetings.
B
All
right,
moving
on
to
december
14th
transportation
safety.
This
is
again
one
of
your
strategic
plan
projects
resident
safety,
also
a
strategic
plan
study
session.
So
hopefully
well,
I'm
sure
things
will
be
added
to
that
one.
But
that's
right
now:
that's
all
we've
got
there
january
4th
we'll
have
the
wins:
winslow,
crane
plan
unit
development
discussion,
that's
a
public
hearing
and
we'll
have
a
vacation
and
public
right-of-way
for
on
the
grant
street.
B
That's
going
to
be
second
reading
by
then
and
we'll
have
an
easement
agreement,
ordinance
for
the
big
dry
creek
project
second
reading
and
then
budget
supplemental
money,
okay.
So
second
reading
now
for
the
police
department
budget,
supplemental
set
first
reading,
then
on
moving
on
to
january
19th,
first
pre
reading
on
winslow,
crane,
pud
and
then
february
1st
wins
ukraine
pud.
B
Well,
they
have
to.
I
don't
think
that
that
property
has
ever
been
rezoned
and
so
right
now
I
I
don't
know
the
zoning
right
now,
but
they
need
to
have
the
plan
unit
development
created
so
that
they
can
finish
that
development.
B
All
right,
I
didn't
hear
any
counsel
requests.
Last
night
we
have
a
number
that
we're
working
on
that'll
go
out
on
friday,
but
I
didn't
hear
any
last
night.
No.
B
C
Yep,
I
did
want
to
take
a
moment
just
to
bring
up
these
three
items.
We
did
have
these
scheduled
for
november
december.
However,
we
don't
necessarily
have
them
on
the
schedule
and
then
I
also
wanted
to
verify
with
allison
about
the
historic
preservation
voluntary
plaque
and
if
you
had
any
other
updates
about
times
for
that.
B
I'll
just
mention
that
these
did
not
rank
as
high
level
in
the
survey
that
we
did
on
study
sessions.
So
we
were
going
to
push
those
to
2021
for
sure.
A
These
were
to
so
in
terms
of
the
historic
preservation.
That's
something
else
right.
We
I
mean
that's
whether
they're
bringing
we
don't
know.
Are
they
bringing
anything
forward
or
not
at
this
point,
but
the
merit
thing
really
isn't
something
that
they
should
weigh
in
on
one
way
or
the
other.
We
just
need
to
do
that.
Don't
we
every
year
this
is.
B
Well,
this
is
a
little
bit
different
in
so
far
as
as
I
understood
this,
you
know
there
are
100
or
so
employees
that
are
not
represented
by
collective
bargaining
unit
right,
maybe
that's
closer
to
200,
100
and
change,
and
I
think
what
council
has
asked
for
is
you
know.
Is
there
a
way
to
you
know,
set
up
something,
that's
more
merit-based,
as
opposed
to
kind
of
like
what
we
did
this
year
with
collective
bargaining
units
get
3.5
and
everybody
else
gets
2.5.
B
A
A
End
up
at
the
top
of
anything
there
or
show
up,
then
maybe
you
just
create
plans
and
then,
if
we
need
to
prove
something,
that's
how
it
comes
through
us
and
we're
not
we're
just
not
putting
it
on.
B
A
B
This
would
be
a
good
study
session,
for
you
know
maybe
first
of
second
quarter
in
2021,
because
it
would
be
good
for
you
guys
to
see
if
we
do
come
up
with
a
plan,
for
you
guys
to
see
the
plan
and
understand
that
there
will
be
potentially
a
budgetary
impact.
I
know
in
a
couple
of
cities:
I've
worked
there's
just
like
a
set
aside.
Dollar
amount
that
you
know,
here's
a
pool
and
it's
divvied
up
among
the
departments.
B
You
know
per
per
body
count
if
you
will
or
employee,
and
then
you
know,
each
department
has
a
certain
amount
that
they
can
spend.
So
it
really
kind
of
restricts
people
that
not
everybody's
going
to
get
three
percent.
Some
will
get
one
and
because
it's
all
based
on
how
much
money
there
is
for
that.
So.
B
A
D
Well,
and
I'm
not
exactly
sure
why
that's
under
my
name,
I
had
a
brief
communication
that
about
about
historic
preservation
and
it
didn't
have
anything
to
do
with
plaques.
It
had
to
do
with
modifying
code,
so
I
said
that
needs
to
start
with
planning
and
zoning,
but
as
far
as
plaques
and
things,
I
have
heard
nothing
about
this.
E
B
This
is
the
one
that
we
had
a
study
session
on
where
hpc
came
and
met
with
us
and
said
you
know
we
want
to
do
this
and
they
passed
around.
The
plaque
and
council
said
yeah.
Let's
talk
about
this,
but
I
think
we
really
would
need
to
get
a
plan
from
hbc
before
you
know.
We
put
it
on
this.
This
is
something
that's
odd
to
me
that
we
put
study
session
topics
that
are
not
in
our
control
like
the
excel.
I
don't
even
know
why
we
keep
that
on
there.
B
C
A
A
It's
it's
like
arapahoe
acres
got
an
statewide
acknowledgement
of
their
historic
significance
and
all
of
a
sudden
everything
that
neighborhood
thinks.
Then
people
can't
pop
the
top
or
do
anything
and
there's
huge
disagreement
amongst
them
about
it
and
there's
lots
of
misunderstanding
along
the
way,
but
that's
not
something
we
did.
They
did
that
themselves
to
get
state
recognition.
So
I
think
that's
more
of
what
it
was
about,
but
I
could
be
totally
wrong.
B
I
don't
think
so.
I
will
be
sending
council
as
soon
as
if
the
county
finalizes,
what
they
send
out
to
the
public,
we'll
send
it
to
council
as
soon
as
it's
available
on
them.
Moving
from
level
one
to
level
two.
A
Okay
and
krista
chris
isn't
on,
but
I
think
that
oh
daniel
wants
us
to
meet
on
wednesday
morning
really
early
is.
Is
that
what
you
understood
from
that
email?
Or
am
I
wrong
about
that?.
B
Yeah,
let
me
see.
A
I
have
a
stand.
I
have
standing
stuff
from
11
on
wednesdays
until
like
four,
I
could
change
one
of
them.
If
I
had
to
so
early
morning,
would
be
helpful
to
me
too,
but
I
know
that
you
got
you
all
have
lives
there.
So,
but
I
don't
know
what
a
daniel
exactly
needs
us
to
change
it
to.
B
Yeah,
so
it
looks
like
the
text
that
he
sent.
He
would
like
to
move
to
wednesday
morning.
B
It's
7
30
in
the
morning.
A
B
I
don't
know
it's
just
a
one-time
meeting,
so
I
guess
that's
not
a
recurring.
So
maybe
we
shouldn't
plan
around
it.
B
A
Okay,
that's
what
I
have
on
my
city
site,
I'm
I'm
helping
chaff,
I'm
going
out
to
prepare
to
as
a
testimony
with
chaffa
tomorrow
for
the
lihao
trails.
Oh.
B
Nice
yeah
wednesday
morning
we
can
do.
It
would
probably
need
to
be
7
30,
because
we
have
our
standing
leadership
team
meeting
with
all
the
directors
and
leaders
with
on
wednesday
mornings
at
8
30.
So.
A
B
No,
not
usually
okay
yeah
it,
wouldn't
it
wouldn't
be
the
end
of
the
world
to
go
straight
from
this
meeting
into
that
one.
So
when
did
we
used
to
have
this
meeting.
A
Right,
I
will
be
done
with
that
for
the
rest
of
the
year
and
I
should
not
be
doing
that
again
for
a
long
time.
If
ever
it
really
was
a
one-off,
so
I
will
be
done
starting
november
24th,
then
for
the
rest
of
the
year
we
can
go
back
to
tuesday.
B
C
B
Yeah,
that's
a
good
point.
We
actually
go
over
the
agenda
in
council
requests
during
the
leadership
team
meeting
so
that
it
is
nice
to
have
already
had
this
meeting
and
have
a
little
breathing
room
to
get
that
loaded.
A
Well,
let's,
let's
plan
to
go
back
to
the
regular
tuesday
on
the
24th
of
november
and
then
that'll
be
it
from
from
then
on,
but
for
the
next
three,
the
fourth
eleventh
and
eighteenth.
If
we
could
do
it
on
wednesday
morning,
that
seems
like
that
would
help
with
daniel.
E
A
A
Great,
are
you
going
to
the
to
the
tri-county
call
at
two
today.
B
B
They've
fallen
off
my
calendar.
Maybe
could
you
forward.
A
That
to
me
I'll
I'll,
try,
I
hope
mine
is
correct.
I
haven't
been
on
for
a
while
because
I
teach
it
to,
and
that
will
be
the
rest
of
the
year
like
that
for
until
spring,
so
I'm
planning
to
have
my
class
start
late
today,
because
I
really
want
to
be
on.
I
also
I
sent
this
link
to
cheryl
as
well.
She
was
interested
in
in
going-
and
I
think
the
more
council
members
that
are
informed
the
better
it'll
be
to
help
understand,
what's
happening.
B
B
E
Bye
linda,
could
you
check
for
that
docusign
contract?
Okay,
awesome!
Thank
you!
So
much
did
I
receive
it
yesterday
or
has
it
she
sent
it
last
week
and
then
she
resent
it
yesterday.
She
said
so.
I
just
told
her.
I
would
touch
base
with
you
absolutely
because
you
for
some
reason,
don't
have
it.
Let
me
know
because
something
went
wrong.
