B
Thank
you,
sir
good
morning,
everyone.
This
is
the
mayor
manager
meeting
for
August,
2nd
2023,
I'm,
Steve,
Ward,
mayor
Pro,
tem,
we'll
just
go
around
the
room
for
staff
introductions,
I,
think.
C
I
can
announce
that
we
have
Stephanie
Carlisle
from
our
Harkness
Steve
Ford
Tamara
Niles
and
Tim
Dunn.
B
Thanks
Sean,
you
have
the
floor.
B
Well,
that
certainly
looks
like
a
long
agenda,
but
I
think
we
have
a
lot
of
fairly
quick
items
on
it.
So
I'm
not
too
concerned.
Do
we
want
to
go
through
and
solve
the
consent.
Questions
remaining.
C
A
B
B
So
we'll
have
a
better
picture
of
exactly
how
many
applicants
we
intend
to
interview
after
Monday
night's
session
but
I
think
a
procedure
similar
to
the
boarding
commission
interview
procedure
might
work,
15
minutes
or
so
per
applicant,
depending
on
the
number
we
have.
We
may
want
to
increase
that
to
30.,
but
we
won't
know
for
sure
until
Monday,
Monday
and
then
I
think
also,
regarding
the
start
time,
I
think
six
o'clock
is
probably
our
best
option:
the
Michael
530-
and
maybe
we
can
chat
with
the
mayor
about
that.
C
Great,
thank
you
then,
we'll
move
on
to
August
14th.
We
have
development
and
infrastructure
placeholder.
This
is
sorry.
Clerk's
office
is
going
to
be
sliding
in
at
the
last
minute,
as
we
try
to
finish
all
that
information
requested
by
Council,
but
we
can
do
it.
Review
budget
advisory
committee,
Annual,
Report,
Draft
2024
proposed
operating
a
capital
budget
in
the
2022-2023
snow
season
recap
and
it's
no
plan
overview.
A
C
A
C
B
There
anything
urgent
that
we
need
to
review
before
the
mayor
returns
to
these
meetings.
A
Okay,
I
have
the
21st
I've
typed
up
a
hard
copy.
We
do
have
the
public
hearing
on
title
16
on
the
21st.
Okay,
we
have
the
police
department
requesting
permission
to
purchase
emergency
radio
equipment
order.
Two
strategic
Plan
update,
Electrical
Instrumentation
and
control
contract
renewals
amendment
to
Professional
Services
agreement
with
idios
architects,
an
idea
with
Arapahoe
County,
accepting
a
grant
for
Bates
Logan
phase,
two
and
first
reading
ordinance
to
adopt
National
electrical
code.
A
Yeah
and
the
one
the
28th
has
quite
a
few
items
on
them.
I,
don't
know
if
you
wanted
to
talk
about
that
now,
but
right
now
you
guys
have
the
affordable
housing
task
force
interviews
scheduled
that
evening
and
those
will
last
about
three
hours,
and
we
also
have
the
youth
Advisory
Board
interviews
scheduled
for
that
night,
as
well
with
four
applicants
and
a
few
study
session
items.
B
I
do
but
once
again,
I
prefer
to
return
to
a
time
when
the
mayor
and
his
problem-solving
skills
are
are
available
for
all
of
us.
So
let's
talk
about
that
next
Wednesday.
C
Sounds
good
and
I
don't
have
these
in
front
of
me
either,
but
we
did
do
inter
several
Council
requests
from
Member
Russell
who
had
Council
response
public
comment
and
one
from
remember
Noonan
camp
that
we've
got
entered
already,
so
apologies
I,
don't
have
those
in
front
of
me
yeah.
B
That
sounds
correct
to
me
as
well.
I
took
some
notes,
but
without
being
able
to
compare
I
think
we'll
just
have
to
hold
on
that
sounds
like
you
got
everything.
