A
All
right,
this
is
the
mayor
manager
meeting
on
september,
1.
can't
believe
it
at
8,
36
and
in
the
room
is
linda
olsen,
jade,
tusket,
reed,
stephanie,
carlisle
and
john
lewis
and
nathaniel
sierra
is
not
here.
This
morning
I
just
sent
a
text
saying
he's
not
to
be
able
to
come.
B
All
right,
we'll
start
with
september,
8th
excuse
me:
we
are
going
to
have
the
communications
department
update
and
then
that's
the
only
study
session
item
then
moving
to
regular
items.
We
have
a
public
hearing
on
the
title,
16
flood
plain
regulations,
and
then
we
have
I'm
we'll
need
a
we'll
have
a
topic
executive
session,
and
this
is
for
community
development.
B
Some
work
there,
so
these
are
obviously
in
no
particular
order.
Approval
of
ultimate
software
benefits.
A
Second
jade:
can
you
can
you
make
your
participants
go
away,
you're
on
the
side
on
your
screen.
C
A
C
Yeah
I
didn't
realize
I
don't
think
I
have
my
participants
tab
up,
but
let
me
try
and
follow
you.
A
B
A
Yeah,
it's
weird
this
time.
I
don't.
I
don't
know
what
I
did.
I
just
clicked
up
on
the
participant
thing
I
don't
know
and
then
there's
a
down
below
on
the
right
side.
Oh.
E
E
B
So
back
to
the
agenda
approval
of
ultimate
software,
this
is
a
module
that
we're
adding.
This
was
something
that
we
put
in
the
budget
for
this
coming
year
and
then
approval
of
unum
life
and
supplemental
insurance
contract.
This
is
something
that
we're
changing
from
voya.
That
will
be
a
cost
savings
with
no
reduction
in
benefits
and
why
this
is.
This
is
a
lot
on
september,
8th
renewal,
renewal
of
2019
ally,
grading,
stabilization
contract,
grant
of
waterline,
replay
application
resolution
resolution
authorizing
the
application
of
for
grant
funds
from.
C
So
a
lot
of
this
is
on
consent,
resolutions
for
the
city
attorney
city
manager,
in
the
amendments
poll,
as
well
as
the
renewal
of
the
alley.
Grading
is
also
on
consent
and
yeah
and
then
the
other
ones.
I
think
they've
all
been
on
there
for
the
most
part
for
a
while,
and
I
think
the
consent
was
the
reason
why
we
were
okay
with
moving
forward
with
it.
But
we
can
move
some
items
if
needed.
A
Yeah,
actually
I'm
having
such
hard
time
seeing
the
left-hand
side
that
that
I
I'm
pulling
up
my
own
now,
that'll
help
it's
too
big
for
me
now,
oh
it's
too
big,
oh,
but
it
isn't
for
sean
right.
B
A
B
All
right,
so
I
think
that
that
leaves
us.
B
And
I
don't
think
that
some
of
these
will
take
too
long.
The
I
mean,
certainly
council,
has
questions
on
ultimate
pri
the
benefits
prime
package
of
ultimate,
which
I'm
sure
there
might
be
some,
but
the
presentation
will
not
be
too
long
on
that
one.
E
A
Do
you
think
that'll
be?
Is
there.
B
A
B
I
think
probably
allocating
you
know.
20
minutes
for
discussion
would
be
fine.
Okay,
20
to
30,
maybe.
B
C
Correct
we
haven't
run
into
a
public
hearing
before
yet
so
I
wasn't
sure
if
you
wanted
to
estimate
that
time
or
not,
but
they
will
be
including
a
10-minute
presentation
in
the
public
hearing.
E
D
And
we
they
did
not.
Have
anybody
come
to
their
public
hearing
that
they
had
to
speak
it's
hard
to
say,
though
that
doesn't
mean
we
won't
have
that,
but
yeah.
A
Yeah
we
might
we
might.
I
doubt
that
it'll
be
like
the
dog
issue,
that
night,
where
lots
of
people
came
but
we'll
see
we'll
see.
B
A
Yeah
the
rest,
we
really
I
mean
I
I
supposed
to
be
good
for
me
to
just
kind
of
have
I,
when
I
watched
the
meeting
from
last
week
just
to
because
of
our
interchange
there
with
council
was
first
time.
We've
had
that
kind
of
scuffle
just
to
watch.
It
was
helpful
to
realize
I
could
have.
I
could
have
helped
it
move
along
a
little
differently,
so
I'm
gonna
try
and
do
that
a
little
bit
not
not
to
cut
people
off
but
yeah.
A
B
All
right:
let's
move
down
to
september
14th,
that's
cancelled
and
then
september
21st.
We
have
a
city
center
redevelopment
update
and
that
we're
estimating
about
a
30-minute
presentation
there
and
then
the
public
hearing
on
the
budget.
A
Okay,
so
the
presentation
30
meeting
30
minutes
at
this
point.
A
B
Yeah,
it
looks
like
it's
mostly
updates
on
this
item.
A
Yeah,
my
hunches
that
will
have
a
lot
of
questions.
Who's,
gonna
present.
C
It'll
be
dan
paremba
and
then
two
developers,
I
believe,
will
also
be
there.
Okay,.
E
B
All
right
and
then
we
have
a
public
hearing
on
the
budget
and
an
easement
agreement
with
colorado,
water
conservation
board
for
the
big
dry,
crete
diversion
project
and
that's
in
water
utilities.
A
B
This
is
to
really
finalize
a
project
that
you
all
have
already
approved.
I
think
that's
why
consent
was
being
asked.
So
you
know
the
big
dry
creek
diversion
project
was
approved
before
I
got
here.
Yeah.
E
B
This
is
just
one
of
the
mechanics
of
completing
that
project.
A
Remind
me
is
this:
gonna
impact
water
quality.
B
Yes,
this
is
the
one
that
we
hope
will
improve
water
quality,
the
tastes
great
right.
A
So
I
don't
know
if
you've
noticed
well,
I
should
send
you
an
email,
but
I've
just
been
getting
lots
of
contacts
regarding
the
taste
right
now.
It's
you
know.
Water
just
smells
really
like
mold
right
now,
at
least
at
my
end,
I
don't
know
what
it's
like
in
your
neighborhood,
but
a
lot
of
people
are
complaining
about
it.
I'm
wondering
if
this
ought
not
to
be
in
consent,
if
it,
if
it's,
if
it's
odor
and
taste
related,
let's
pull
it
out
of
consent
so
that
we
can
help
people
understand.
E
B
Yeah
all
right
moving
on
to
contract
approval
for
a
permit
and
land
management
system.
So
this
is
what
will
let
us
go
to
online
permitting
and
plan
review
more
fully,
and
then
we
have
a
first
reading
of
a
floodplain
language,
adoption
and
resolution
for
keeping
goal
with
beautiful,
to
apply
for
a
10
000
keep
america
beautiful
grant.
C
A
C
Yes,
it
allows
for
them
to
apply,
but
I
believe
they
still
need
to
come
back
if
accepted,
but
I
would
err
on
the
side
of
allison.
For
that.
B
All
right
now,
moving
on
to
the
28th,
we
have
the
august
2020
financial
review,
building
and
fire
code
adoption
presentation
by
the
innovative
concepts,
housing
the
englewood
housing
authority
to
city
council.
B
E
B
And
then
and
that'll
be
first
reading
and
then
on
consent
or
possibly
that
night
we
have
a
resolution
to
approve
the
historic
preservation
applying
for
a
fifteen
thousand
dollar
grant.
A
B
That's
pending
the
your
discussion
on
the
eighth
and
then
an
update
to
the
inglewood
ethics
policy.
A
B
D
B
We'll
check
and
then
october
26
we
just
have
the
financial
review
for
september
moving
jumping
down
nothing
for
november,
2nd
so
november
9th
we
have
mutual
aid
response,
updates
and
boarding
commission
interviews
also
on
the
night.
So.
A
E
D
We
are
on
kind
of
a
tight
turnaround
with
board
and
commission
interviews
and
so
and
then
we
do
have
so
you
know
we're
just
trying
to
you
know,
because
we
went
back
and
re
redid
all
the
dates
to
reflect
so
we're
not
running
into
the
holidays.
So
we
could
create
a
standalone
night
for
the
three
hour
of
interviews,
but
we
have
to
keep
in
mind
that
wednesday
is
an
observed
holiday
for
the
city
for
veterans
day.
D
A
A
A
Okay,
great
as
well:
okay,
yeah,
you
know
what
that
would
be
good
and
then,
if
we
can
have
the
information
that
goes
out
about
boards
and
commissions
actually
list,
the
openings
would
be
really
great.
Well,
I
think
you
have
in
the
past,
but
okay.
B
All
right,
I
don't,
I
think,
we've
already
responded
to
some
council
requests,
but
I
don't
have
those
from
last
week,
but
I
don't
have
those
in
front
of
me
one
that
I
don't
think
we
have
is
linda
yours
about
increasing
revenue,
ideas
for
increasing
revenue.
So
let
me
check
with
maria
zabata
and
see
if
we
can
get
that
out.
B
Yes-
and
I
think
we've
responded
to
quite
a
few
of
those
on
friday,
I.
