A
All
right
Kate
we're
ready.
It
was
doing
this
the
other
night
for
Cultural
Arts,
so
yeah,
and
it's
like
this
TV
or
may
actually
be

Young
president,
we
have
city
council,
member,
Jim,
Woodward
president
and
make
sure
right
now
not
present
is
Christine.
Adams
and
ingwood
school
is
on
Gary
manfrey
deaf.
We
have
Parks
and
Rec
deputy
director
Brad
Anderson,
open
space
manager,
Adrian
Torres,
an
event
supervisor
Tony
arnoldy
all
right.
Thank
you.
C
Great,
so
we
will
move
on
to
approve
the
minutes
from
April
13th.
Are
there
any
edits
to
the
minutes.
H
H
C
Say,
nay,
okay
minutes
have
been
approved.
Thank
you.
Let's
move
on
to
public
comment.
I
can't
see
the
full
room.
Is
there
anyone
there
or
on
the
line.
E
I
I
Events
supervisor
so
I've
actually
been
with
the
city
since
2005
and
have
been
doing
this
position
since
2020.
So
kind
of
this
is
the
first
year
that
I
get
to
be
all
in
since
2020
was
2020
and
you
know
how
that
all
goes.
But
I'm
super
excited
doing
a
ton
of
events
for
the
city
really
ramping
up
having
tons
of
different
vendors
and
different
sponsors
and
really
excited
about
this
year.
I
That
we're
doing
a
lot
of
the
events
right
here
in
the
city
center
area
and
obviously
the
rest
are
all
in
our
Parks
so
Fourth
of
July.
Then
we
have
the
block
party
and
just
a
lot
going
on
this
year,
so
I
just
wanted
to
come
and
introduce
myself
and
always
looking
for
volunteers
and
fun
new
ideas.
So
if
you
guys
have
any
thoughts
or
ideas
or
questions
I
invite
you
to
always
reach
out
to
me,
text
call
or
email
I'm
always
available.
I
Year,
aren't
we
we
are
we're
having
the
four
concerts,
the
sunset
summer
concerts
every
Thursday
night
in
July
right
here
at
the
city
center
at
the
amphitheater,
and
we're
also
going
to
be
adding
a
happy
hour
to
each
of
the
concerts.
So
you
can
come
early
and
partake
in
some
happy
beverages
before
the
concert
and
then
pirate
Youth
Sports,
as
our
non-profit.
That's
going
to
be
doing
our
beer
garden
with
Breckenridge
Brewery
during
the
concerts.
C
I
I
did
we
had
celebrate
Englewood
on
Saturday?
It
was
a
great
event
first
year
of
having
it
over
here
at
the
Circle
the
two
years
prior.
We
had
it
at
the
police
department,
so
we
had
it
over
here
and
I
think
it
was
a
huge
success.
We
had
the
Humane
Society
that
came
and
all
the
puppies
I
think
found
friends
to
if
they
didn't
go
home
with
them.
I
That
day
they
were
went
home
with
them
later
in
the
week
after
everyone
had
an
opportunity
to
introduce
their
other
pets
to
them,
so
that
was
exciting
and
yeah.
Our
next
event's
right
around
the
corner,
June
3rd,
is
our
first
market
and
then
we
have
our
volunteer
appreciation
at
Pirates
Cove
on
June
8th,
and
we
have
our
farm
and
train
and
Pirates
Cove
opening
at
the
end
of
May,
so
a
ton
of
stuff
going
on
and
it's
super
exciting.
So
no
one
can
be
bored
in
Inglewood
if
they
are
I've
done
something
wrong.
F
I
Yeah
so
last
year
we
as
a
city
all
came
together
and
were
able
to
purchase
a
system
called
a
platform
called
placer.ai,
and
what
that
allows
us
to
do
is
pretty
much
geofence.
Our
events
and
so
Saturday
was
our
first
event
that
we
could
really
capture
the
data
that
came
in
from
placer
Ai,
and
we
were
able
to
capture
that
there
were
2.9
000
participants
that
came
through
between
the
hours
of
ten
and
two
on
Saturday.
So
that
is
really
exciting
information
for
us
and
exciting
that
we're
all
able
to
access
it.
I
So
it's
going
to
be
great
for
events,
but
it's
going
to
be
great
for
everyone
else.
For
example,
we
were
able
to
go
back
and
capture
for
the
block
party
last
year
and
it
can
get
so
detailed
that
all
the
different
restaurants
and
bars
along
just
that
3
400
block
is
at
Broadway.
I
How
would
you
like
to
be
a
you
know,
highlighted
sponsor
for
the
block
party
in
the
coming
years,
so
yeah,
it's
just
a
lot
of
cool
data
and
it's
great
for
Adrian
and
all
of
the
parks
seems
to
be
able
to
see
what
parks
are
being
visited,
the
most
or
the
least.
What
time
of
day,
what
day
of
the
week
it
can
show
where
they
came
from
and
where
they
went
afterwards.
I
I
In
the
cool
part,
we
can
go
back
seven
years,
so
we
don't
have
to
wait
seven
years
to
see
and
increase
or
decrease.
We
can
go
back
seven
years
to
you
know
we
can
go
back
to
the
first
block
party
that
happened
five
years
ago
and
see
how
many
people
came
then
and
then
track
up
to
now.
So
we
can
see
how
it
steadily
has
increased
over
the
years
so
and
the
same
with
all
the
parks
and
everything.
So
it's
a
great
tool.
I'm
super
excited
about
it.
C
I
love
that
cool.
That's
awesome!
Thank
you
for
sharing
all
that
information.
Does
anyone
else
have
any
other
questions
for
Tony
or
events
this
summer
or
anything
else
about
Placer.
C
No,
you
guys
are
quiet
group
tonight,
okay,
well,
on
that
case,.
C
F
Perfect,
so
just
want
to
update
you
where
we're
at
with
the
bond
initiative.
There
will
continue
to
work
on
that
where
we're
at
right
now
is
there's
a
certain.
It's
a
survey.
That's
going
to
go
out
we're
working
with
Magellan
they're,
the
company
that
did
the
citizen
survey
last
year
for
the
two
initiatives
that
was
done
by
the
city.
F
We're
just
finalized
finalizing
up
the
draft
with
that
one
we're
hoping
to
have
everything
done
and
it'll
probably
go
out
to
the
citizens
and
let
the
latter
part
of
June
is
when
we're
looking
to
do
that.
One
so!
But
everything
looks
good.
We've
got
everything
tweaked
on
there
and
we're
excited
about
it.
It
will
be.
A
big
texting
is
what
it's
going
to
be
on
that
platform
for
a
lot
of
it.
It's
also
going
to
be
bilingual.
F
That
will
also
go
out
for
Spanish
speaking
as
well,
so
we're
excited
to
have
the
information
come
back,
it's
going
to
be
broken
up
to
where
each
one
of
the
projects
will
be
broken
out
at
the
citizens
would
vote
for
that
one
it'll
be
for
all
the
parks,
also
for
the
expansion
of
Pirates
Cove,
and
also
for
the
addition
of
two
amenities
at
the
recreation
center.
So
that
will
be
on
the
survey
we'll
kind
of
be
able
to
gauge
exactly
what
the
citizens
want
to
have.
F
F
C
C
F
C
Great
awesome,
yeah
I
think
it
would
be
cool
if
we
could
figure
out
a
way
to
make
sure
that
we
can
send
reminders
only
because
I
know,
like
I,
mean
I'm
a
person,
who's
kind
of
bad
at
texting,
so
sometimes
I
get
text
and
then
I
don't
pay
attention
to
them
and
then
I
forget
about
them.
So
the
reminder
would
be
a
good
way
to
ensure
that
people
like
see
it
and
don't
forget
to
share
feedback.
F
C
F
C
Talk
about
any
other
questions
around
the
survey,
all
right,
you
guys
we're
just
cruising
tonight.
Next
composting
Brad,
let's
hear
it
so.
F
Composting
is
coming
to
Inglewood.
It
was
supposed
to
start
this
week,
but
got
notification
yesterday
that
they
had
to
delay
it
that
some
of
the
bins,
the
Locking,
bins
that
the
compost
bins
will
be
in
didn't
arrive.
So
they're,
anticipating
those
to
be
here
next
week,
so
the
rollout
will
be
probably
equipment.
Stuff
will
be
put
into
place
between
Monday
and
Wednesday
of
next
week,
and
then
citizens
who
sign
up
to
do
the
composting
and
for
the
employees
we'll
be
able
to
start
the
composting
on
Friday.
F
There
will
be
a
campaign
we'll
go
out
through
our
Communications
Department.
So
look
for
that
and
also
there'll
be
Flyers
at
the
recreation
center
for
staff
to
say
the
the
things
that
can
be
composted
and
the
things
that
can't
be
composted.
So
we're
excited
to
have
that
sustainability
piece
come
not
only
for
recreation,
but
also
for
the
host.
All
of
the
citizens
of
ingwood.
F
F
The
nice
thing
about
that
too
is
there'll,
also
be
a
space
there
when
compost
different
times
throughout
the
year,
they
actually
will
bring
in
compost,
and
those
people
that
signed
up
for
the
composting
program
will
be
able
to
take
compost
back
to
their
their
residencies
and
use
it
in
their
Gardens
or
the
flower
beds.
C
Cool
I
love
this
I'm,
not
sure
that
I
knew
that
we
are
doing
composting.
So
it's
really
fun
and
exciting
news.
Does
anyone
have
any
questions
about
this.
G
F
A
process:
it's
compost,
Colorado,
okay:
this
is
a
company
that
we've.
F
I,
don't
see
grass
on
that
list,
it's
more
generally
for
food.
That's
left
over
it's
for
any
recyclable
container,
that's
out
there!
That
can
be
part
of
the
compost,
so
those
are
the
main
parts
that
are
out
there.
If
it's
any
food
cannot
have
a
sticker
on
it
to
where
you
know.
Sometimes
you
buy
produce.
It's
got
the
little
UPC
code
on
that
they
scan
and
whatever
the
the
product
is
except
those
have
to
be
taken
off,
but
they'll
be
ready
to
go
pizza
boxes.
F
It
was
interesting
that
we
talked
to
them
about
Pirate's
Cove,
because
we
sell
a
lot
of
pizzas
there's
a
lot
of
pizza
boxes
to
where
we'll
be
able
to
go
back
and
compost,
those
to
where
we
are
just
the
opposite
of
the
recycle
bin
that
we
have
at
Pirates.
Cove
We
cannot
put
pizza
boxes
in
there
because
of
the
oil
and
the
grease
that
comes
from
the
pizza.
So
you
can't
do
that
one,
but
these
guys
will
take
the
pizza
boxes
so
because
all
of
the
green
sniff
thing
is
part
of
it.
F
E
H
C
C
Yeah,
because
so
right
now,
this
is
I
actually
compost
with
compost,
Colorado
too
and
I
take
my
stuff
to
the
grow
and
gather
they
have
some
bins.
There
also
so
I'm
just
wondering
if
it's
the
same
program
or
if
it's
different
or
how
that
all
works,
because
I
know
that
the
grow
and
gather
has
a
partnership
with
compost.
Colorado
too.
C
F
C
That's
awesome
and
then
I
I,
so
I
I
work
currently
in
like
environmental
and
recycling
stuff.
So
compost
is
as
at
a
conference
this
last
week
before
it's
like
a
really
hot
topic,
but
I
think
that
I
love.
This
idea
and
I
think
that
you
know
I,
don't
I
know
we're
probably
just
getting
started,
but
it
would
be
cool,
especially
if
we
could
figure
out
a
way
to
bring
composting
and
this
to
even
the
schools.
C
I
know:
that's
not
really
our
world
because
we're
Parks
and
Rec,
but
thinking
about
like
food
waste
like
schools
have
so
much
food
waste
produced
like
if
we
could.
You
know
start,
maybe
with
it
in
the
way
that
we're
doing
this
but
figure
out
how
to
partner
with
other
commissions
or
other
groups
and
expand
upon
I
think
this
could
be
really
cool
for
the
city.
F
F
G
J
F
C
I
Materials
I
would
like
to
it's
very,
very
expensive
for
the
vendors
so
right
now
we're
taking
an
education
standpoint
and
then
hoping
that
in
2024
we
can
maybe
offer
them
a
discount
on
their
fees
if
they
sign
an
agreement
to
be
compost
friendly.
So
definitely
something
we're
taking
a
deep
dive
in
and
looking
at,
but.
C
C
F
The
recreation
center
Renovations
were
heavy
into
that
one
to
where
the
first
thing
we
looked
back
in
2019,
we
started
looking
at
renovating
the
front
area
where
the
front
desk
is,
and
then
also
including
some
offices
and
a
training
area
for
the
Aquatics
area.
When
you
first
walk
into
the
rec
center,
it's
on
the
left
hand
side
where
the
the
conference
room
is
and
there's
two
offices,
that's
where
actually,
the
recreation
parks
and
recreation
admin
offices
were
they'll,
be
converted
to
an
Aquatics
training
area
in
some
offices
there.
F
What
put
that
project
on
hold
was
the
HVAC
needed
to
be
updated,
especially
with
the
boilers
up
there,
and
also
with
the
heat
so
covet,
also
kind
of
put
a
kink
into
the
plans
and
delayed
that
project
as
well,
but
we're
about
done
with
a
project
as
far
as
with
the
heating
and
with
the
HVAC
equipment
and
stuff
that
stuff
is
getting
finalized
now,
and
so
now
we're
just
working
with
the
vendor
to
actually
install
that
equipment
up
there,
and
now
that
we
have
got
that
piece
narrowed
down,
we
started
doing
the
renovation,
bringing
the
renovation
back
up
to
the
front
office,
the
front
desk
and
also
the
the
Aquatics
area.
F
We
just
had
a
construction
walkthrough
this
morning
to
do
that,
one.
So
it's
gone
out
to
bid.
We
had
a
number
of
contractors
in
there
interested
in
that
project
and
stuff.
So
the
timeline
for
that
one.
We
hopefully
best
case
scenario
that
we
will
have
everything.
Construction
start
by
the
end
of
the
month,
pass
our
end
of
the
month
end
of
the
year.
Probably
October
November
is
what
we're
kind
of
looking
for
that
one.
F
The
one
thing
that
we
did
ask
the
contractors
to
put
in
there
to
minimize
disruption
as
much
as
possible
and
we
would
like
to
remain
open
the
entire
time
instead
and
having
to
shut
down
the
recreation
center
for
two
two
months
or
so
so
we'll
see
how
those
questions
come
back.
They
have
any
questions
to
come
back
for
an
addendum
by
tomorrow
and
then
we're
expecting
to
have
the
bits
closed.
The
first
week
of
June,
so
we'll
know
a
little
bit
more
about
that
one.
But
it's
been
a
long
time
coming
forward.
C
Okay,
cool
all
right:
that's
new
business.
Let's
move
on
to
Old
Business
Park
projects
updates,
Adrian.
D
So
we
got
sod
and
trees
and
everything
so
that
one
is
Alan
Jackson,
but
we're
getting
close.
This
one
is
Centennial
so
Centennial.
This
is
the
new
playground.
J
D
What
did
I
call
more
peaches,
Tim
I
mean
Jim
peaches,
yeah
I,
remember,
I,
said
peaches
when
I
showed
the
last
video
or.
D
This
is
the
new.
This
is
Jason
again,
so
this
is
the
new
restroom
and
the
new
sod
there
we're
still
waiting
for
some
electrical
repairs
or
installs
at
at
this
restroom,
as
well
as
some
Plumbing,
so
hopefully
knock
on
wood.
This
will
be
open
real
soon,
too.
D
Finally,
have
basketball
lines
on
our
court.
See
Steve
smiling
so
finally
can
play
basketball
out
there.
So
we're
excited
about
that
as
well.
I
think
that's
all
the
pictures
I
have
Dad.
Okay,
Baker
and
Cushing
were
waiting
for
Excel
to
energize
the
meters
over
there,
so
we're
not
quite
open
on
those
restrooms
either
and
then
we're
waiting
for
our
final
in
inspections
before
the
restrooms
get
turned
over
to
us.
C
A
C
C
All
right
cool:
well,
that's
everything
on
the
soap
thing
that
I
have
but
I
did
see.
Debbie
your
email
that
we're
gonna
go
over
the
yep.
C
Yeah
cool,
so
I,
don't
know
who's
doing
that
because
it's
not
on
the
agenda
but
go
ahead
and
let's
let's
hit
it.
F
We'll
do
it
and
I'll
run
you
through
this,
and
this
came
late.
We
we
actually
got
all
this
information
after
the
agenda
was
put
out,
and
so
we
just
decided
we
could
go
ahead
and
we
could
go
through
this.
F
So
what
what's
happening
is
right
now
the
city
has
taken
to
different
stance
in
a
different
direction,
as
far
as
on
Capital
improvement,
improvement
projects
and
what
we're
doing
is
a
prioritization
with
that
one
and
all
the
boards
and
commissions
are
coming
through,
and
what
we're
asking
is
that
the
boards
and
commissions
that
we
rank
are
prioritized
each
one
of
the
events
so
Debbie,
if
you
could
just
scroll
over
a
little
bit
to
the
right,
and
so
so
what
we
see
there.
F
Also,
let
me
back
up
just
a
hair
as
far
as
their
prioritization
is
they've
been
broken
down
into
three
different
tiers
tier
one
is
an
immediate
need
that
we
need
to
come
up
with
them.
There's
a
safety
problem
or
it's
emergency.
So
we
need
to
have
something
done
pretty
quick.
If
it's
a
tier
two
project
that
we've
earmarked,
then
that
is
a
a
project
that
we'll
see
come
up
in
two
to
three
years
that
we
can
actually
put
it
off
till
then
then
also
we
get
into
tier
three
ones.
F
It
can
be
three
or
four
years
later
on
down
the
road.
So
the
biggest
thing
that
we're
looking
at
is
the
tier
one,
but
we
also
would
like
to
sit
there
and
get
an
idea
of
how
you,
as
a
Parks
and
Rec
commission,
would
like
to
rank
the
priority
of
each
one
of
these
projects.
So
if
Debbie,
if
you
scroll
over
to
the
right
a
little
bit
more
now
we
can
see
the
one
box
you
might
have
to
shrink
down
a
little
bit.
Oh
there,
you
go.
F
That's
all
right,
so
a
little
bit
more
because
this
is
this
first
one
is
CTF.
Funds
is
what
it's
at,
and
the
box
that
we're
looking
at
you
can
hold
on
just
back
up
just
a
hair
you'll
get
there.
So
what
it
is
is
that
in
the
box
that
says
all
other
funds
of
funds
funding
level,
that
is
where
we
will
put
what
the
amount
is
in
the
box,
so
the
very
first
one
that
we're
looking
at
five
hundred
fourteen
thousand
seven
hundred
fifty
dollars.
F
That
is
the
amount
that
is
being
requested
in
2024,
since
it
is
a
CTF
fund,
we
will
just
put
that
into
there
and
then
on
the
very
left
column
of
that
one
where
it
says
priority.
That
is
where
we're
asking
the
parks
and
rec
commission
to
prioritize
that
project
and
that
very
first
one.
That's
on
in
the
box
there
that
is
replacement
of
the
train.
The
other
things
just
to
the
left.
F
The
boxes
left
to
the
priority
of
the
ones
is
the
beginning
balance
in
2022
what
it
was
carried
over
for
how
much
was
appropriated
in
2023
and
then
actually
what
the
available
budget
is
right
now
so
right
now,
the
trained
budget
to
replace
the
train
is
51
562
dollars.
If
you
kind
of
look
at
that
and
we
look
at
the
cost
of
replacing,
the
train-
is
514.700
514
750
with
that
one
we
needed
to
have
a
placeholder.
F
So
what
we
did
is
we
placed
that
in
the
CTF
funds,
knowing
that
there's
not
that
much
money
right
now
in
that
budget
lined
item?
But
if
you
remember
back
in
March,
when
we
did
the
presentation
for
the
bond
initiative
that
we
did
place,
the
replacement
of
the
the
train
into
that
that
Bond,
so
what
we're
hoping
that
the
the
bond
will
be
successful
and
that
we
can
replace
it
there
and
now
you're
sitting
there
going
well
what
if
the
bond
isn't
successful?
F
Well,
we
do
have
a
plan
B
with
that
one
when
the
Denver
Broncos
sold
the
city
did
get
money
back.
So
some
of
the
taxpayers
we
got
money
back
is
about
a
million
dollars.
Some
of
that
money
has
already
been
earmarked
for,
but
we
have
four
hundred
thousand
dollars
sitting
out
there
to
where.
If
the
bond
doesn't
go,
then
we
can
dip
into
that
fund
that
we
kind
of
earmarked
right
now
for
that
for
that
purchase.
So
the
money
is
available
for
that
one.
F
We
feel
that
the
the
train
is
a
very
important
thing
to
replace
it's
having
mechanical
issues
right
now,
we've
had
several
different
problems
with
the
battery
charging
up
on
that
one.
It's
a
gas
powered
one
also
that
doesn't
really
meet
the
sustainability
that
we'd
like
to
have
as
well.
So
the
replacement
train
will
be
an
electric
train
is
what
it
will
be,
so
we're
happy
about
that
one
and
then
we'd
have
a
brand
new
train
without
them.
So
that's
kind
of
what
that
priority
level
is
with
that
one,
the
second
one.
F
The
next
line
item
that
we
have
in
there,
too
is
Pirate's.
Cove
maintenance
fun
with
that
one.
What
would
do
for
that
is
Pirate's
Cove
is
an
aging
facility.
We
know
that
this
will
be
the
20th
year
of
operation
for
that
one,
and
we
place
sixty
thousand
dollars
in
that
fund
for
2024
we're
carrying
over
135
000
from
that
fund
as
well.
F
What
we're
looking
for
that
fund
right
now
is:
we
will
be
replacing
different
circulation
Motors
we're
looking
down
the
road
to
also
start
replacing
the
filters
and
then
also
the
pool
boilers.
So
the
average
life
expectancy
of
pool
equipment
is
anywhere
from
12
to
15
years
and
when
we
sit
there
and
we
stop
and
think
about
them
and
go
wow
we're
already
starting
our
20th
year,
some
of
those
components
that
infrastructure
we
need
to
get
updated.
F
So
that's
what
that
line
item
is
the
next
line
item
that
we
have
is
okay
right
here,
so
you
didn't
have
to
is
CTF
contingency
fund
so
that
contingency
fund,
right
now
at
the
end
of
2022,
has
367
thousand
dollars
in
that
one.
That
fund
is
there
for
if
we
need
additional
money
to
match
up
one
of
the
different
line,
items
that
were
sorted
a
little
bit
in
so
we'd
like
to
keep
a
pretty
good
Reserve-
that's
in
there,
so
we
can
do
that.
F
F
That's
fine,
so
the
next
one
is
actually
ERC
improvements.
So
the
ERC
improvements
with
that
one.
That's
just
different
things
that
come
about
that
we
have
to
do
it
may
be
pool
equipment.
It
may
be
just
some
work
that
has
to
be
done
on
the
HVAC
equipment.
It
may
be
something
with
a
different
pieces
of
the
fitness
equipment.
Stuff,
that's
what
that
money
is
used
for
there.
So
in
order
to
keep
to
improve
certain
things,
that's
what
we'll
use
that
line
item
for
the
next
one
is
ERC
maintenance.
F
F
the
next
one
that
we
have
is
the
Mali
Center
improvements.
That's
just
to
improve
certain
things
like
we
do
at
the
recreation
center.
It
could
once
again
be
equipment.
It
could
be
the
tables
it
could
be
chairs.
It
could
be
various
different
pieces
in
the
buzz.
So,
if
that's
what
those
improvements
are
for,
so
that
we
can
make
it
continue
to
make
it
a
viable
place
for
people
to
come
to
we're
requesting
ten
thousand
dollars
in
2024
for
that
one
Pirates,
Cove,
Furniture
fixtures
and
equipment.
F
Right
now
we
have
143
000
in
that
fund,
but
there
is
probably
close
to
forty
thousand
dollars
of
that
right.
Now
that
has
been
placed
on
hold
for
projects
that
are
going
on
right
now
in
2023.
What
we're
asking
for
that
one
once
again
is
another
sixty
eight
thousand
dollars
in
2024.
F
the
biggest
part
where
we
do
this
one
is
replace
umbrellas,
we're
replacing
the
Cabana
Fabrics
on
all
five
Cabanas
issue
with
that
money
and
then
also
we're
periodically
replacing
so
many
lounge
chairs
each
year,
because
we
still
have
some
lounge
chairs
there.
That
is,
is
20
years
old,
so
we're
trying
to
get
on
a
basic
routine
of
changing
so
many
out
each
each
year.
Next
one
is
the
Bellevue
farm,
so
it's
just
improvements
for
the
Bellevue
Farm.
F
We
have
a
number
of
issues
that
we
have
in
the
existing
barn
and
also
in
the
pin.
So
it's
just
keeping
those
things
updated
for
that
one.
So
we're
asking
five
thousand
dollars
with
that
one
and
we're
hoping
that
the
bond
goes
through.
So
we
won't
have
to
have
larger
ticket
items
come
out
of
there.
Fitness
equipment
replacement
that
is
both
for
the
recreation
center
and
also
for
Mali
that
every
few
years
we
like
to
replace
all
the
different
equipment.
F
Sometimes
the
equipment
is
warm
because
of
the
heavy
usage
and
then
also
sometimes
there's
some
new
equipment
that
actually
comes
out.
So
that's
what
that
is
there
for
748
thousand
dollars
is
in
there
right
now
we're
asking
for
another,
fifty
seven
thousand
dollars
for
2024.
Park
improvements.
That's
just
some
different
things
that
we
can
do
in
the
parks
department,
all
the
different
Parks.
If
we
need
to
improve
thing,
it
may
be
a
slide.
You
know
it
may
be
something
that's
not
covered
under
open
space
that
we
need
some
additional
money.
F
So
that's
what
that
comes
into
we're
asking
for
an
additional
forty,
five
thousand
dollars
in
2024
for
that
one.
Even
though
we
have
a
hundred
and
thirteen
thousand
dollars
as
we
find
out
pretty
quick
even
going
through
the
bond
and
stuff
any
of
the
equipment
that
we
upgrade
into
the
playgrounds,
then
what
happens?
Is
that
it's
a
high
ticketed
item
so
that
113
dollars
can
go
away
with
just
one
piece
of
equipment.
F
Pyroscope
expansion
fund
that
was
put
into
that
light
item
was
put
line.
Item
was
put
into
when
Pirate's
Cove
opened
when
we
took
that
so
we're
putting
X
number
of
dollars
into
that
fund
every
year
in
host
book,
we'd
have
some
money
to
expand.
What
happened
was
being
20
years
as
it
kept
aging.
We
needed
to
upgrade
some
of
the
equipment
instead
of
hitting
the
general
fund,
which
we
have
minimal
funding.
In
with
that
one
we've
been
using
that
money,
for
we
totally
replaced
the
spray
pad
that's
in
the
park.
F
We
did
a
two
year
refurbishing
of
the
place
structure
that
came
out
of
that
fund
and
then
also
currently
right
now
we
are
resurfacing
the
Leisure
Pool
and
also
the
Lazy
River
with
that
fund.
The
other
money
for
the
future
years
that
we're
looking
for
is
also
to
help
with
funding
of
filters
filters
and
then
also
that
can
help
us
also
with
some
mechanical
things
that
we
have
going
on,
and
you
can
see
there
as
far
as
with
the
with
that
expansion
fund.
F
There's
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
requested
well
that
money
is
will
be
coming
right
from
that
two
hundred
forty
eight
thousand
dollars,
there's
no
more
money
that
we're
putting
into
that
light
item
so
soon,
I
think
it
has.
It
goes
as
far
as
2026
and
then
that
line
item
will
be
exhausted.
F
Other
things
that
we
have
is
the
irrigation
system
replacement,
there's
a
hundred
just
over
198
000,
with
that
one
we're
asking
to
put
another
75
000
into
that
one
Park
planning.
What's
that.
F
D
D
We
tried
to
save
this
to
replace
a
whole
irrigation
system.
We
also
use
this
for
some
of
our
aging
controllers,
so
we
have
been
purchasing
new
irrigation
controllers
out
of
this
fund.
So.
F
J
H
F
G
F
Yes,
all
the
line
items
have
been
prioritized,
and
so
you
see
like
the
Bellevue
train
and
Powers
Cove
maintenance.
Those
are
tier
one
items,
so
that
would
be
if
it
was
my
suggestion.
I
would
go
to
Bellevue,
Park
and
train
or
the
Bellevue
train.
Priority
One
Pirates
Cove
priority
two
I'd
keep
CTF
at
a
higher
priority
because
in
case
we
have
to
dip
into
that
one.
Then
we
just
can
go
down
the
line
and
just
put
certain
things
in
there.
The
the
nice
thing
about
this
is
once
again.
F
Ctf
money
does
not
affect
the
general
fund.
So
all
this
money
is
Lottery
funds
from
the
state
of
Colorado,
so
the
money
is
already
there.
The
only
one.
That's
not
the
money
that
isn't
there
for
and
CTF
is
the
Bellevue
train
which
I
explained
earlier.
We
went
over
that
line
item.
G
So
it
that
was
my
next
question.
It
kind
of
looks
like
you've
prioritized
Revenue,
generating
on
the
higher
ones.
I
mean
I,
see
we
have
ERC
Maui
the
train.
Well,
that,
like
that
kind
of
seems
desire,
which
makes
sense
sure
and
then
also
just
pressing
neat
like-
is
that
kind
of
the
exactly
the
two
factors
you
looked
at
this?
Yes.
H
Other
question
I
would
have
is
if
we
were
to
prioritize
this,
does
everything
have
to
be
fully
funded
in
the
order?
Are
you
able
to
sort
of
I
mean
the
train?
Obviously,
you
know
costs
what
it
costs,
but
I
mean.
If
you
only
get
a
set
amount
of
money,
does
this
then
re
I
guess
rebalance
if
you
get
less
than
the
total
fun
that
you
have
and
then
you
know
individual,
whether
it's
you
know
Bellevue,
Farm
or
whatever
else.
F
I
think
everything
on
this
list
will
be
funded
in
2024
minus
the
Bellevue
train.
But
once
again
we
have
that
money
that
came
from
the
Broncos,
the
sale
of
the
Broncos,
that
is
there.
We
we
know
that
the
funding
is
there,
that
was
just
a
placeholder
and
right
now.
What
we're
getting
from
the
Colorado
Lottery
from
the
state
of
Colorado
is
it's
just
over
four
hundred
thousand
dollars
is
what
we
get
each
year
that
goes
into
this
fund.
F
The
total's,
not
terrorism,
okay,
well,
there's
the
money.
That's
right
there
in
CTF
funds
is
741
thousand
dollars.
So
that's
what
that's!
What's
in
there
right,
that's
what
we're
requesting
in
2024,
but
once
again
that
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
is
in
there.
So
we're
looking
at
three
hundred
thousand
dollars
if
we
did
every
single
one
of
those
projects
and
that's
without
what
is
in
reserve
that
hasn't
been
spent.
Yet
so,
basically
everything
in
there,
except
for
the
the
train
we
could
get
with
the
money
that
would
be
brought
forth
in
2024
anyway.
C
And
if
we
do
pass
the
bond
initiative,
does
it
mean
that
you
know
the
things
that
we
prioritized?
First,
that
money
rolls
down
or
what
happens
with
it
there,
because
if,
like
we
say
you
know,
the
trainers
are
top
priority,
but
then
we
pass
the
bond
and
that
that
covers
the
train.
Does
that
money
come
back
in
to
do
other
projects?
We.
F
A
C
H
C
C
C
No
I
agree
with
that.
I
I
feel
that
you
know
the
the
train
and
Pirates
Cove
and
the
things
that
make
money
for
the
Department
are.
Definitely
you
know
what
we
need
to
probably
look
into,
especially
since
the
train
we
I
mean
we've
been
talking
about
the
train
for
about
a
month
now
and
I
feel
like
it's
definitely
a
top
priority
and
I
personally
feel,
like
the
team,
knows
what
they
need
to
prioritize
best,
so
I'm.
C
H
F
H
F
F
I
guess
one
thing
that
we
can
do
is
definitely
we're
the
request
for
2024
is
we
can
just
enter
those
amounts
in
there?
If
you
don't
see
any
problem
with
that
one,
we
should
be
fine,
they
said
the
money
is
there,
except
for
the
train.
H
H
F
Yeah
right
now,
we
haven't
spent
the
last
the
number
that
the
reason
that
the
the
budget
available
right
now
for
fitness
equipment
is
so
high
is
because
we
haven't
purchased
a
lot
of
equipment.
The
last
two
years,
so
instead
of
doing
every
single
year,
is
what
we're
doing
is
we're
waiting
until
the
equipment
gets
a
little
bit
older
and
before
it
wears
out
before
replacing
it.
So
we're
getting
we're
getting
in
more
a
longer
cycle
than
what
we
used
to
be,
and
so
that's
why
that
number's
grown
so
much.
H
F
F
Yeah
there's
pieces
of
equipment
that
we've
had
maintenance
problems
with
and
then
actually
out
of
this
fund.
Sometimes
we've
replaced
one
piece
of
equipment
instead
of
it
might
be
a
treadmill
to
where
we
have
six
different
treadmills
and
one
seems
to
be
that
lemon
or
whatever,
that
we
have
to
have
that
one
replaced
okay.
Before
we
get
into
that
cycle
of
where
it's
been
replaced,
every
three
or
four
years.
H
K
F
We
could
just
assign
that
a
lower
number
lower
priority
or
tier
yeah,
more
tier,
even
well,
in
fact,
right
now,
I
think
that
that
one
is
that's
at
a
tier
three
right
now,
anyway,.
F
C
So
I
just
have
a
quick
question
because
I
downloaded
this
sheet
that
you
sent
us
Debbie
and
I
see.
Can
you
slide
on
the
one
that
you
have
like,
maybe
more
to
the
left,
because
I
have
some
of
these
underneath
open
space
and
you
guys
have
them
under
the
conservation
trust
fund?
And
if
you
scroll
down
more
like
yeah,
stop
wait,
stop
go
back
up
back
up
back
up
a.
C
C
C
G
C
There
you
go
yeah
thanks.
I
was
like
wait,
a
second.
What's
going
on,
okay,
any
other
thoughts
around
this
I
know.
Mark
said
he
had
to
drop
off
at
6
20.,
so
we're
down
one
person,
but.
H
F
C
D
So
I'll
start
back
I'll
just
do
a
quick
overview
again.
Grant
matching
funds
is
pretty
obvious.
Our
available
balance
is
that
shows
a
lot
of
money,
but
that's
also
going
to
be
our
grant
matches
for
this
date.
Slogan,
potential
phase,
two
irrigation
replacement.
D
D
We
have
a
surplus
in
there,
but
if
the
bond
passes
we're
going
to
have
a
lot
of
construction
drawings
going
down
so
the
flower
parts
flower
bed
program
is
an
ongoing
program,
so
that
pays
for
the
annuals
that
are
on
Broadway
in
the
pots,
as
well
as
in
the
annual
beds
that
are
in
the
Parks
as
well
as
volunteer
flower
program,
so
that
one
we
kind
of
use
the
roughly
the
40
000
every
year
for
that
Parts
maintenance,
employee,
we're
able
to
use
10
percent
out
of
open
space
for
maintenance
and
part
of
that
is
paying
one
of
our
Parks
technicians.
D
B
D
Completely
concrete
through
Romans
Park
S
Equipment,
we
use
to
buy
kind
of
small
equipment.
You
know,
string
trimmers,
push
mowers
stuff
like
that
Parks
landscape
improvements,
some
of
these
funds
I
grabbed
for
our
grant
matching.
So
if
it
was
Parks
landscape
improvements,
I
took
some
out
of
that
to
match
our
grants
and
I
can
do
that
with
some
of
these
fonts
at
parks
or
renovation
fund,
as
well
tennis
and
basketball
court
renovations.
D
We
have
200
000
there,
hopefully
to
do
baits,
Logan
basketball
court
next
year
for
the
phase
three
of
the
project,
any
post
tension
court
is
roughly
200
000,
so
we
kind
of
wiped
that
out
pretty
quick
contingency.
We
just
have
you
know.
Stuff
comes
up
during
all
of
our
projects
that
we
dip
into
that
occasionally
Parts
rule
signage.
D
We
use
this
for
any
rules
and
rank
signs
or
the
updated
signs.
We
did
use
this
for
the
new
Parks
ID
signs
that
we
had
a
few
years
ago.
So
those
are
the
open
space
funds.
Let's
see,
I
think
that's
the.
F
B
D
F
D
D
C
C
E
C
J
K
D
J
C
Well,
I
feel
that
for
the
open
space
section,
it's
the
same
as
the
other
one
like
we
trust
you
guys
to
rank
them
and
yeah
I
think
I
mean
thanks
for
putting
this
together.
This
is
a
big
lift
to
figure
all
this
stuff
out.
So
if
anyone
has
any
other
questions
go
for
it.
Otherwise
we
trust
you
guys
to
do
your
thing.
F
And
then
the
only
other
one
fund
is
up.
There,
too
is
the
golf
course
that
starts
at
the
asphalt
the
asphalt
golf
carts
and
Golf
Course
operating
equipment.
Those
are
the
tier
one
items
the
golf
courses,
you
know
that
we
just
purchased
golf
carts,
and
so
that's
finishing
off
some
of
that.
F
And
then
there's
the
clubhouse
of
improvements,
those
are
the
tier
two
and
three
ones
that
are
down
there.
F
F
Lot's
in
pretty
bad
shape
right
now
down
there,
and
it
goes
all
the
way
to
where
River
Run
as
well
so
they're
looking
to
read
out,
do
a
whole
bunch
of
that.
But.
C
E
J
B
D
B
D
Whatever
you
have,
we've
had
great
luck
with
them
and
haven't
seen
that
so
they're
plenty
powerful
for
what
we
need
and
the
guys
seem
to
like
them
good.
You
know
we
got
chainsaws,
we
got
screen
trimmers,
we
got
heads
or
hedgers,
we
got
all
kinds
of
stuff
we're
going
to
get
a
couple
push
mowers
so
guys
seem
to
really
like
them.
I
mean
there's
some
cases
where
they
need
gas
still,
but
they're
few
and
far
between.
F
F
I
know
the
only
other
major
one:
that's
in
there
is
the
parks
and
rec
parking
lot
maintenance,
that
is
for
all
the
parking,
lots
and
all
the
parks,
and
then
it's
also
for
the
recreation
center,
Mali
Center
and
then
also
for
Pirates
Cove,
so
that
one
is
actually
in
the
public
works
fund,
but
that
money
is
earmarked
for
us.
I
attended
the
Planning
and
Zoning
Commission
on
Tuesday
night
and
that
one
they
went
ahead
and
they
decided
to
fund
it
fully
for
the
full
seventy
thousand
dollars
as
well.
F
H
F
Then
there's
also
the
emerald
ash
borer
mitigation
that
one
came
across
the
same
thing
with
the
Planning
and
Zoning
commission
as
well,
and
then
the
Arden
public
places
that
that's
coming
in
there
too.
So
they,
those
basically
stayed
I,
think
they
reduced
the
one,
the
art
one
by
twenty
thousand
dollars.
But
then
that's
going
to
be
reviewed
next
week,
I
believe
again.
E
B
I
D
K
E
C
E
B
F
You
have
a
chance
to
look
at
and,
like
I
said,
if
there's
any
questions,
definitely
jump
out
reach
out
to
us
and
we'll
be
more
than
happy
to
explain
and
remember
whatever.
E
C
J
F
If
there's
major
glaring
things
we
will,
we
will
share
that
with
you
in
future
meetings,
but
once
again,
the
nice
thing
about
us
having
the
CTF
funds
and
also
having
the
open
space
funds
that
money
is
coming
in
and
it's
not
being
taken
out
of
the
general
funds.
So
it's
nice
having
those
funds
to
help
us
out
great.
B
C
C
Awesome
well,
thank
you.
If
there's
no
more
questions
with
this
I
think
we
can
move
on
to
the
other
items
and
I
somehow
misplaced,
my
nope
there.
It
is
my
little
agenda.
Okay,
so
staff's
choice,
Brad
you've,
you
got
the
floor,
just
keep
it
going.
I.
F
A
No
just
a
reminder:
next
month's
meeting
will
be
at
Pirates
Cove,
and
it
is
also
the
same
night
as
the
volunteer
Appreciation
Night
right.
E
A
Watch
for
an
email
coming
out,
I'm,
assuming
it's
going
to
have
the
invite
and
stuff
like
that,
it'll
be
coming
from
our
city
clerks.
E
A
F
F
E
C
Yes
perfect,
then,
on
that
case
we
will
move
to
commissioner's
choice
and
Jim
I'm
gonna
start
with
you,
because
you're
kind
of
that
in
between
we
never
know
where
to
place.
You.
B
A
B
Well,
we've
been
busy
on
Console
I'll,
tell
you
that
and
there's.
As
you
probably
know,
there's
four
four
members
are
being
petitions
are
out
for
recall
and,
in
my
opinion,
it's
kind
of
crazy,
because
this
is
all
part
of
the
debate
of
console
where
it
was
all
part.
B
B
G
All
I
have
is
good
luck
with
all
of
the
prepared
work
this
week
after
all
the
flooding
and
rain,
and
that's
going
to
impact
a
lot
of
things
and
I
know
it's
going
to
take
some
time.
So
good
luck
with
all
that.
Thank
you.
C
Great
and
then
we'll
take
it
online
Gary
do
you
have
anything
for
us
tonight.
K
Nothing
for
me,
it's
great
to
see
you
all
and
no
that's
it
go
pirates
them
up
at
the
girls
soccer
game
up
here
in
Lafayette.
So
first
time
they
made
playoffs
in
many
years,
love.
H
I,
don't
have
anything
except
on
a
personal
side.
Next
meeting
will
probably
be
my
last
meeting.
We
are
moving
out
to
the
birds
and
I
will
not
be
an
Englewood
resident
anymore.
A
Well,
if
you
could
do
that
by
the
morning
currently
in
the
in
the
appointment
appointment
process,
okay,
so
we
can
at
least
get
that
included
to
be
filled
in
this
in
this
round.
H
Yeah
we're
gonna,
miss
Inglewood,
a
couple
of
things
happened
suddenly
and
we
ended
up
needing
to
go
the
the
church.
We
talked
about
that
I
mentioned
a
few
months
ago.
Very
quickly.
Changed
ends
to
a
very
a
very
world-friendly
group
that
a
lot
of
the
immediately
local
residents
don't
know
that
it's
going
to
be
super
friendly
for
the
neighborhood.
It.
K
H
A
primarily
a
homeless
and
at-risk
Youth
Shelter,
so
yeah
we
found
out
about
it
quite
quite
late
in
the
game,
there
was
not
really
an
announcement
or
discussion
or
anything,
and
it
already
had
some
break
into
the
church
in
the
area
and
the
police
were
starting
to
patrol
more.
So
we
kind
of
decision
to
to
move
on.
E
C
C
Yeah
all
right
that
leaves
me
and
I
just
have
a
quick
question
kind
of
in
line
with
the
fact
that
our
next
meeting
will
be
at
Pirates
Cove.
How
did
hiring
go?
Are
we
fully
staffed
for
Pirates
Cove,
or
what's
going
on
with
that.
F
Concession
workers,
the
that
is
full
the
maintenance
we
could
use
a
couple
more
people
cashiers
is
full
lifeguards
were
still
short
okay,
so
we
need
to
have
about
75
right
now,
we're
right
about
60..
So
there's
some
in
queue
right
now
trying
to
get
onboarded
prior
to
opening
up
on
the
26th.
So
hopefully
we're
going
to
get
that
done.
C
Great
awesome,
cool
I
also
saw
on
the
most
recent
edition
of
the
citizen
that
we
got
the
cover
for
the
bond
initiative,
so
great
placement
there
that's
really
exciting.
Getting
that
information
out
to
people
early,
so
yay
and
that's
all
I
have
good
cool
well
with
that
I
think
we
can
adjourn
the
meeting.
E
F
G
F
D
D
B
Think
one
of
the
problems
there
is
that
the
the
creek
comes
through
Cherry
Creek
or
through
Cherry
Hills,
and
the
golf
course
and
there's
people
there
that
use
it
kind
of
as
dump
their
grass
from
their
Mower
and
stuff
in
it.
Branches
yep
having
lived
over
by
there,
spent
a
lot
of
time
on
the
trails
and
stuff
you
see
it
now
spread.
