Prior
to
that,
so
I
was
in
centennial
for
just
shy
of
three
years
and
then
a
state
certified
agent
for
animal
welfare
as
well
so
bureau
of
animal
protection
and
then,
prior
to
that,
I
was
in
a
park.
Ranger
program
through
red
rocks.
Community
college,
where
I
studied
under
several
of
the
local
park
rangers,
had
the
pleasure
to
really
get
to
know
them
and
see
what
being
a
park.

is.

I
just
want
to
say
I
am
so
proud
of
the
city
and
the
work
that
we've
done
and
bringing
alyssa
on,
I
like
to
say
we
sort
of
found
a
magical
unicorn
with
alyssa,
because
she
really
ticked
all
of
my
the
city's
dream
wish
boxes
of
having
this
position.
It
is
our
new
position,
as
you
all
know,
it's
kind
of
a
pilot
program
and
I
hope
we
get
to
expand
this
program.
I
think
it's
going
to
be
a
great
benefit.

Looking
at
doing
some
walks
with
the
ranger
kind
of
history
and
and
bird
watching
animal
watching
through
some
of
our
parks,
I'm
possibly
talking
with
parks
in
the
state
with
maybe
doing
a
kids
fishing
derby
at
some
point.
So
we're
really
looking
at
doing
some
more
park
park.
Family
oriented
activities
along
with
not
just
the
enforcement
components.

I'm
really
excited
about
that
I'll.

add
a
little
bit
to
that.
I'm
a
certified
interpretive
guide
here
in
colorado,
which
means
that
nature
walks
are
sort
of
my
bread
and
butter.
They
get
me
really
excited
and
I
think
it's
really
important,
especially
in
an
urban
area,
to
still
have
that
and
eaglewood
has
the
opportunity
for
that.
So
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
developing
that
and
and
welcoming
all
feedback
or
ideas.

my
son,
who's
eight
has
already
pitched
in
some
fun
little
craft
ideas
that
that
could
be.

Just
to
give
you
a
brief
overview,
we've
been
asked
to
talk
about
what
we've
been
doing
during
the
covid
items
and
what
we
are
adding
our
programs
to.
Sarah
will
share
with
you
some
of
our
processes
for
reservations,
cleaning
protocols
and
items
like
that,
but
natalie
since
may
has
been
feeding
our
patrons
through
volunteers
of
america
hot
grab
and
go
meals.

We
also
have
added
art
and
pilates
classes
back
just
recently,
and
each
of
those
have
a
maximum
of
six
people
in
the
classes.
At
the
moment
we
are
also
currently
a
visiting
nurse
association
site.
They
come
in
twice
a
month.
We
are
an
aarp
tax
help
site
and
we're
very
excited
that
starting
march
25th
we
will
be
a
vaccine
site
for
the
city.
Also,
so
we're
very
excited
about
that
and
more
details
will
be
forthcoming.

Regarding
that
the
clinic,
I
don't
know
we
have
through
march
26,
the
17th
annual
art
exhibit,
is
being
held
here.
It
is
viewable
by
video
or
in
person.

We
will
be
having
a
st
patrick's
day
celebration.

However,
I'm
here
at
the
ingwood
recreation
center,
I
just
celebrated
my
five-year
anniversary
this
week
with
inglewood,
so
that's
kind
of
exciting.
For
me,
I
oversee
a
lot.
I
oversee
front
desk
operations.
That's
been
my
main
focus
over
the
last
year,
as
well
as
adult
athletics,
youth
programming,
as
well
as
summer
camps,
typical
summers-
I
also
am
the
supervisor
of
our
summer
drama
program.
I
So
if
you
ever
catch
me
in
the
summer,
I'm
a
busy
lady.
So
I
apologize,
if
I
don't
say
hello,
because
it's
a
crazy
time
for
me,
so
I
was
asked
to
come
along
today
and
kind
of
update
you
all
on
what
we've
done
through
the
recreation
department
at
our
recreation
centers,
to
make
sure
that
not
only
our
patrons,
but
our
staff
are
in
a
safe
and
healthy
environment.
So
I'm
going
to
share
my
screen,
I'm
a
little
extra.
Sometimes-
and
I
made
a
powerpoint
so
here,
hopefully
this
works
all
right.
I
I
This
was
done
about
mid-june
last
year,
I'm
not
going
to
waste
too
much
of
your
time
tonight,
because
you
can
find
this
on
the
website
if
you
haven't
already
seen
it,
but
this
is
a
nice
little
video
that
we
put
together
that
kind
of
walks
our
patrons
back
through
our
doors,
to
make
sure
they
know
what
they're
walking
into
make
sure
that
they're
aware
of
any
new
policies.
We've
changed
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
it
was
a
really
well
done,
video.
I
I
We
were
very
conscious
of
what
the
local
public
health
was,
so
that
we
could,
you
know,
maintain
appropriate
occupancy
levels
in
each
room,
and
let
me
tell
you
that
was
a
task
in
its
own,
because
every
single
agency,
every
single
governing
body,
was
a
different
answer.
So
it
was
a
full-time
job,
trying
to
figure
out
what
the
best
one
was,
and
we
actually
found
that
we
are
a
little
bit
more
stringent
than
most
of
these
public
agencies.
I
We
kind
of
re-educated
our
public
about
it's
a.
This
is
a
communal
thing
where
you
need
to
clean
your
equipment
before
and
after
to
make
sure
we're
safe.
So
we
always
offer
spray
bottles
throughout
the
facility,
and
we
expected
our
patrons
to
come
in
and
clean
before
and
after
they
use.
Sometimes
it
was
the
case.
Sometimes
it
wasn't,
but
then
covet
happened
and
we
found.
Actually.
This
was
a
implementation
that
we
cut
at
the
rec
center
that
we
took
from
maui.
Maui
brought
came
up
with
this
idea
and
we
loved
it.
I
So
we
brought
it
over
to
the
rec
center
and
it
turns
out
the
patrons
love
it
as
well,
so
they
all
get
an
individual
spray
bottle
and
a
rag
that
they
take
around
with
them
and
we've
you
know,
had
almost
zero
incidences
of
people
not
wanting
to
do
their
part.
So
that's
a
fun
little
culture
that
we
created
this
time
around.
I
I
People
are
banging
down
the
doors
just
to
get
those
pool
reservations
because
we've
moved
to
a
one
person
per
lane
policy
and
it
turns
out
people
love
that
so
we
book
our
reservations,
seven
days
in
advance
and
if
you're
not
on
the
computer,
it's
12
midnight
you're,
probably
not
going
to
get
that
lap
lane
that
you
want
so
that's
fun.
We
have
upgraded
signs
around
the
facility.
Here's
just
a
sample
of
some
of
the
things
we've
done.
I

We
did
implement
a
zero
tolerance
for
people
not
wearing
a
mask,
so
we've
created
this
kind
of
education
for
our
patrons,
and
actually
we
put
this
on
each
pieces
of
equipment
because
unfortunately,
we
did
get
a
lot
of
kickback
from
people,
not
believing
that
mass
should
be
worn
in
our
facilities,
even
though
it
wasn't
our
rule.
This
just
helped
enforce
that
that
policy
for
us,
so
we
still
see
it
a
couple
times
a
day
where
we
have
to
you
know
either
make
a
public
announcement
over
our
pa
system.
I
Saying
hey,
everybody
needs
to
wear
a
mask
or
we
address
these
people
individually.
I
would
say
maybe
one
or
two
incidences
have
asked
has
resulted
in
somebody
being
asked
to
leave.
We
are
anticipating
some
kickback
now
that
people
are
becoming
fully
vaccinated,
and
I
don't
know
if
that
doesn't
work,
so
we'll
see
how
that
goes.
We're
always
on
our
feet
anyway.
So
we're
gonna.
You
know
pick
up
on
that
soon.

So
we
had
put
up
some
acrylic
glass
barriers
at
both
front
desks,
mali,
actually
because
they
are
not
for
seeing
a
renovation
in
anytime
soon
they
actually
got
a
permanent
installation
of
this
glass,
which
is
a
little
bit
more
of
a
professional
look,
but
while
keeping
our
staff
safe
and
our
patrons
safe.
So
that's
a
quick
little
view
of
it.
It's
actually
really
really
professional
and
really
great
looking,
whereas
at
the
recreation
center
we
are
anticipating
a
renovation,
hopefully
soon.
I
So
this
is
an
image
it's
kind
of
hard
to
see,
but
we
have
temporary
acrylic
glass
that
goes
around
the
entire
surface
of
our
front
desk.
We
have
seen
some
issues
with
this.
It's
really
hard
to
hear
when
people
are
when
mastoi
installed,
bank
teller,
microphones,
so
there's
a
speaker
on
their
side
and
then
a
microphone
on
our
side.
So
it
can
help
break
down
that
barrier
of
miscommunication.
I
Also
you'll
see
in
this
picture
that
this
is
actually
kathy
wallace,
our
aquatics
coordinator.
She
is
scanning
her
own
card,
that's
something
else
that
we've
implemented
so
that
there's
not
transfer
of
card
from
patreon
to
staff.
Whereas
that's
what
we
did.
We
would
take
their
card
and
scan
them
in
before
this.
So
that's
help.
That
was
one
of
the
very
first
things
we
implemented
well
before
we
even
shut
down
just
you
know
to
kind
of
keep
on
our
feet.
I
We
also
this
is
a
city
requirement,
but
daily
temperature
checks
for
our
staff
are
required
date.
You
know
each
shift
starting
and
ending,
so
we
keep
track
of
that
and
we
also
educate
our
staff.
You
know
what
is
a
fever,
what
it
like?
It's,
okay,
to
stay
home,
if
you're
not
feeling?
Well,
we
actually
encourage
it
now
we
should
have
always,
but
just
this
whole
education
piece
is
big
up
for
us.
I
We've
also
created
some
classroom
barriers.
This
is
our
pinterest
find.
So
these
are
pvc
pipes
that
are
put
together
with
shower
curtains,
and
this
allows
us
to
operate
some
indoor
pers
in
person
classes
here
are
two
different
classes
that
we
offer
a
spin
as
well,
as,
I
believe,
that's
a
yoga
class,
so
you
can
see
that
they're
spaced
out,
but
also
just
one
more
area
of
protection
so
that
you're
you're
not
breathing
on
each
other
and
also
some
of
these
classes
are
also
in
person
and
live.
I
I
We've
really
upped
our
cleaning
protocols.
We
were
really
lucky
to
get
this
electric
static.
Sprayer
lots
of
scientific
words
came
at
me,
but
basically,
what
it
does
is
it
charges
all
the
partic
particles
in
the
cleaning
solution,
which
kind
of
go
deeper
and
go
farther
and
last
longer
so
we
love
this
one.
It's
on
wheels
it's
battery
operated.
This
is
actually
our
second
version.
The
first
one
was
corded
very
heavy
and
not
on
wheels.
So
we
love
this
one.
Our
staff
kind
of
fight
over
who
gets
to
give
spray.
I
We
also
document
every
piece
of
equipment,
every
room
pretty
much
every
day.
What
was
what
was
cleaned
and
when
and
we
keep
these
documentations
just
you
know
for
our
due
diligence
making
sure
everything's
clean.
We
also
have
designated
specific
cleaning
shifts
for
some
staff
so
that
we
know
that
they're
not
expected
to
be
doing
much
else
other
than
cleaning.
I
So
obviously
some
people
have
taken
it
in
stride
and
they
make
the
best
of
it,
and
I
think
I
just
want
to
give
a
shout
out
to
our
staff.
They
have
done
an
amazing
job.
Their
spirits
have
stayed
so
positive
through
all
of
this,
I
know
they're
very
happy
to
have
jobs,
but
this
was
a
tough
one
and
we
kind
of
we
are
so
thankful
for
them.
So
we've
also
made
some
facility
improvements.
Both
facilities
got
new
flooring,
which
are
a
little
bit
more
covered
friendly.
I
They
you'll
see
at
the
malley
center
it's
a
kind
of
a
solid
light,
brown
color
and
it's
like
a
rubbery
sporting
floor
and
then
also
upstairs
at
the
recreation
center.
We
also
got
a
rubber
sport
flooring
as
well.
This
way
it's
easier
to
clean
and
it
doesn't
keep
up
with
particulates
that
we
don't
want
around
maui
got
a
new
resource
center.
I
This
is
what
we
call
a
gang
shower,
so
it
was
just
a
wide
open
bank
with
a
bunch
of
shower
heads,
and
so
now
this
allows
for
a
little
bit
more
privacy
and
be
a
little
bit
more
covet
friendly
showering.
If
you
will
so
that
has
been
quite
the
hit
and
our
gentleman
really
love
it
here
so
and
then
I'm
going
to
wrap
up
with
our.
We
are
official
arapahoe
county
recovery
partners
here
at
mali
and
the
recreation
center.
I
I
However,
we
are
starting
to
allow
a
little
bit
more
like
gymnasium
rentals,
so
mullin
high
school
has
come
in
and
rented
out
the
gym
for
us,
so
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
we're
pretty
excited
about
it,
we're
pretty
proud
of
our
stars,
but
yeah.
I
think
that's
about
all.
I
had
for
my
little
spiel
I'll
stop
sharing
my
screen.

Definitely
it
was.
It
was
a
an
interesting
challenge,
but
it
was
you
know
very
rewarding
for
us
as
well
and
we
were
so
happy
to
be
able
to
keep
our
doors
open
and
not
only
be
a
place
of
physical
health
but
mental
health.
For
so
many
people
as
well-
and
I
I
don't
know
how
many
people
understand
that
and
obviously
I
think
this
group
does,
but
it's
it's
so
very
important
to
this
community,
and
so
we
are
so
happy
to
be
able
to
provide
that
still.
I
I
Maybe
early
february
we've
held
off
on
it
being
a
running
track,
mainly
for
that
the
safety
of
our
our
staff,
because
running
is,
is
hard
to
breathe
in
a
mask
and
I'm
afraid
too
many
people
are
gonna.
Take
that
opportunity
to
take
that
mask
down
and
then
they're
breathing
on
top
of
our
literally
on
top
of
our
staff,
so
we're
gonna
hold
off
into
that
we're
hoping
to
maybe
at
some
point
get
some
sort
of
barrier
from
the
top
of
the
track
down
to
the
desk
staff
so
that
we
can
keep
everybody.

So
drop-in
is
kind
of
a
thing
of
the
past
for
us
right
now,
so
we
would
love
to
get
rid
of
our
reservations,
because
it
is
quite
tricky,
but
at
the
same
time
it
definitely
helps
us
be
in
control
of
who's
here,
and
it
doesn't
frustrate
people
when
they
want
to
come
and
drop
in
and
we
don't
have
to
turn
them
away.
They
kind
of
just
know
where
we're
at.

Perfect,
I'm
just
going
to
give
you
a
high
level
overview
because
I
haven't
seen
all
the
results.
Yet
poco
is
in
process
of
validating
and
reviewing
the
surveys
and
ultimately,
we
received
just
over.
It
looks
like
974
surveys
total,
which
is
great.
Almost
a
thousand
surveys
550
from
the
random
sample
survey
came
in
which
I'm
impressed
with
because
we
weren't
expecting
that
many
I
think
400
was
our
goal
and
then
the
open
survey
we
received
424.

So
I
think
that's
a
great
return
on
information
back
from
the
surveys.
I'm
excited
to
see
what
the
results
are.
We
have
a
tentative
date
to
go
to
council
on
april
26th,
so
I'm
hoping
the
april
meeting,
I
will
have
survey
results.
At
least
preliminary
survey
results
that
I
can
share
kind
of
a
high
level
with
all
of
you
and
then
to
get
the
experts
from
national
research
center
in
their
presentation.
You
have
to
tune
into
the
council
meeting,
but
I'm
I'm
excited
to
see
these
results.

the
plan
is
in
april
to
take
the
survey
results
to
council.
I'm
also
going
to
propose
reconvening
the
task
force
and
they
can
make
the
decision.
Then,
if
that's
the
direction
they
would
like
to
go
or
if
they
feel
like
they
have
enough
data
to
move
forward
with
the
decision
they
can
choose
to
do
that
as
well.
But
I'm
anticipating
we'll
see
the
task
force
return
and
then
have
some
recommendations
this
summer
to
take
to
council.

you
all
know,
and
I've
said
it
many
times,
no
change
of
stuff
leash
program
until
covet
is
over.
So
when
that's
going
to
be,
I
don't
know,
I
think
we
all
thought
we'd
be
over
this
by
now,
but
things
are
drying
out
further
and
further
into
this
year,
and
I
would
anticipate
we
probably
don't
implement
any
changes
until
2022,
but
we
will
see
how
it
goes.
We
might.
We
might
knock
it
out
in
the
first
few
task
force
meetings
if
we
go
that
direction.
So
any
questions
regarding
the
off
leash
survey.

I'll
just
move
to
the
next
one.
If
that's

actually

next
two
so
park
renovations.
We
went
out
with
a
invitation
to
bid
for
our
park
projects
we're
going
to
be
renovating
the
skate
park,
parking,
lots
and
picnic
shelter
over
at
cushine
park,
the
let's
see,
playgrounds
and
restroom
and
picnic
shelter
at
baker
park
and
centennial
park.
We'll
get
a
new
restroom
playground,
basketball
court
over
there,
and
then
we
have
some
irrigation
projects
as
well.

have
received
bid
back
bids
back
and
we
are
in
review
of
those
to
make
sure
they're
in
compliance
and
we'll
be
making
a
determination
of
which
of
the
bidders
will
be
moving
forward
with
probably
early
next
week.
So
that's
in
progress
as
soon
as
we
have
somebody
on
board
we'll
bring
preliminary
designs
to
you
all,
so
you
can
have
a
little
say
and
and
how
you
what
you
like
and
what
you
don't
and
then
hopefully
we'll
start
renovations
sometime
this
summer.

questions
on
the
park
renovations,
no
okay,
and
then
this
is
a
quick
update
but
an
exciting
update.
We
will
not
have
any
more
furloughs
for
the
city
of
inglewood.
The
the
one
in
february
was
our
one,
and
only
we
have
a
new
finance
director
and
she's
done
a
lot
of
analysis
of
our
budget
and
forecasts
for
this
year
and
things
are
looking
promising.
So
you
ingo
is
in
a
little
bit
of
a
unique
situation
in
the
type
of
businesses
that
we
have.

don't
have
big
box
stores
a
lot
of
the
businesses
that
probably
had
to
shut
down
during
covid.
We
don't
have
you
know
more
manufacturing
and
that
that
did
well
during
during
covid.
They
actually,
we
saw
some
increases
in
revenue,
and
so
our
loans
are
no
longer
needed.
So
we're
all
happy
about
that.

rec
center
and
the
maui
center
have
been
awesome
and
staying
open,
we're
not
generating
the
revenue
that
we
have
in

past,
but
our
hands
are
tied
in
doing
that,

we're
very
limited,
but
at
the
same
time
things
are
looking
really
promising
for
englewood.
So
it's
exciting
times
any

summer
hours

the
current
hours.
That
is
something
that
alyssa
and
dave
are
heavily
enforcing
in
the
parks.
Right
now,
we've
had

lot
of
residents
reach
out
to
us
and
just
tell
on
others
that
hey
they're
using
the
parks
during
the
wrong
hours
and
so
code
enforcement's
out
there
and
park
majors
out
there,
educating
people
right
now,
eventually,
they'll
start
doing
citations
if
they
find
the
same
individuals
or
breaking
the
rules.

opened
up
reservations.

our

spaces

the

Reservations
and
I've
had
an
update
on
how
booked
we
are,
but
if
it's
anything

last
year,
even

covid,
we
had
a
lot
of
requests
coming
in.
So
I
anticipate
the
spring
and
summer
are
going
to
be
very
busy.

this

drive-through
event.

won't
be
your
big
egg
hunt
like
we've
had
in

past
won't
be
quite
the
same,
but
it's
something
we'll
take
it

saturday
march
27th

at
pirates,
cove
parking
lot
we're
going
to
have
the
drive-through
extravaganza.

you

bring

car
and

it
with
as
many

you

we're

just
don't
know
yet:
there's
a
lot
of
restrictions
still

covid

of

is
in

For
this

we
typically
get
at
cornerstone
park
over
10,
000,
plus
people
to
that
event
and
tri
county
health.

now
is
saying
it's
not
looking
good
to
have
that
event,
so
we'll
be
taking
some
information
to
counsel
at
a
study
session
to
get
a
feel
for
what
council
wants
to
do.
We
are
anticipating,
on
having
some
sort
of
independence,
day,
festival,
minus
fireworks,
but
we'll
kind
of
see
how
that
looks.

it's
as
you
all
have
experienced
this
last
year.

I
do
have
a
few
things,
I'm
going
to
start
off
with
romans
park.
Our
contractor
is
slated
to
start
on
phase
2
improvements
over
there,
which
means
we
will
be
closing
the
newly
constructed
playground
down.
Unfortunately,
we
are
in
the
process
of
getting
the
tennis
courts
open
and
we
have
all
the
snow
and
everything
cleared
off
of
those.
Unfortunately,
we
have
snow
in
the
forecast,
so
I'm
not
sure
when
we
will
actually
officially
open
those,
but
we
are
ready
to
do
that.

The
parks
department
is
poised
for
this
next
snow
event.
We've
got
full
crews
going
out.
We
have
standby
crews
and
we
actually
have
a
separate
crew
ready
to
assist
the
streets
department
if
they
choose
to
ask
us
with
snow
plowing
on
the
streets,
we're
in
the
process
also
of
getting
a
design
for
the
hampden
medians
from
inca
to
broadway,
there's
five
medians
down
there
we're
getting
a
design
once
that's
done.

and
we
have
the
irrigation
fully
reassembled.
Over
there.
We
will
start
some
bidding
on
getting
some
planting
material
out
to
spruce
up
those
medians,
still
lots
of
homeless
issues,
they're
all
over
the
place.
We've
got

lot
of
issues
down
at
the
plaza
area,
homeless,
camps
in
bellevue
park
and
a
number
of
other
areas,
and
so
we
continue
to
clean
up
and
take
care
of
those
as
needed,
which
is
pretty
much
a
daily
process.

brand
new
president
for
inglewood
unleashed.

name

john
lieberman

he's
been
just
wonderful.

as

energized,

think
once
we
have

full
board
on

hoping
that
they
become

greater
asset

former
larry
scott
property.
He
was
the
the
gentleman
that
owned

house

deeded

department
many
years
ago.
It
is
in
the
arapahoe
acres
neighborhood
and
it
is
on
the
it's
one
of
those
historic
houses
and
the
reason
we
had
rented
it
out,
for,
I
think
at
least
12
years
that
I
was
associated
with
it.

renter
decided
to
move
out
gerald
decided
to
make
some
improvements
upgrades
to
the
house
and
we
unfortunately
found
out
that
the
neighborhood
wasn't
happy
and
that
had
to
be
restored
to
original
condition,

there
was
a
big
uproar
on
that.

guess
you
call
it,
and
so
we
felt
it
was
in
our
best
interest
to
go
ahead
and
sell
that
property,
and
so
there
is,
I
believe,
365
or
385
000
in
that.

request

great-

mentioned

we
are
looking
to
go
out
for
a
bond
either
in
2022
or
2023
and
so
that'll

conversation

think

near
future.
Our
current
bond,
since
that's

2023,
so
timing
might
be
perfect
to
acquire
some
more
funding
to
do

things
