couple

meetings
where
I
didn't
realize
I
had
the
power
to
mute
people
and
then,
as
soon
as
I
did,

love
muting
people,

they'd
unmute

were

to

at

same

gaffigan
he's
a
comedian
for,

six
eight
months
during
quarantine,
every
single
night,
they
had
dinner

gaffigans

live
stream

really
yeah,
and
it
was
like
for
me
because,
like
I
didn't
see,
I
didn't
see
anyone
for
months
during
the
beginning
of
quarantine.
I
didn't
even
see
my
sister
and
her
husband
for
months.
It
was
like.
Sometimes
I
just
log
in
and
I'd
have
dinner
with
the
gaffigans.

think
and
they've
had
them
in
storage
forever
and
they
were
gonna,
get
rid
of
them,
and
so
david
carroll,
who
used
to
be
the
chair,
was
like
that
seems
like
that
would
be
kind
of
cool
for
inglewood
like
we're
pretty
artsy,
so
he
asked
my
sister
who
was
very
green
at
the
time
if
she
would
head
that
up.
I
was
like
and
so
they're
like
soliciting
artists
to
repaint
them
and
then
like
put
them
around
town
and
it's
just
kind
of
cool
yeah.

Materials
to
decorate
the
horses
and
then
it's
fun,
because
it's
a
whole
trail
of
horses.
You
can
literally
walk
and
we
talked
about
having
the
horses
kind
of
point
to
the
next
one.
So
if
you
just
kind
of
following
where
that
horse
points,
then
you
can
follow
the
horses
around
inglewood,
so
yeah
it
should
be
fun.
I'm
excited
to
see
what
the
artists
have.
There's
been
a
really
good
response
rate
of
people
wanting
to
do
this.
In
fact,
I
think
they
had
one
from
texas.
It
was
interested,
but
we
want
to
keep
it
local.
So.

mark
mullis,
our
library
manager,
is
the
contact
for
it
and
for
the
staff
and
he's
like
a
couple
a
day
are
reaching
out,
which
is
pretty
significant
when
you
think
about
projects
like
that
usually
kind
of
sit
around
and
wait
for
somebody
to
step
in,
but
right
so
that's
cool.
It's
cool,
I'm
excited.

Also,
what
happened
was
the
open
survey
to
all
residents
of
inglewood
and
potentially
non-residents
can
take
this
as
well
open,
and
so
I
believe,
we've
received
about
60
some
responses
so
far
and
keep
an
eye
on
it.
But
we're
anticipating
we'll
have
a
good
response
rate
with
the
open
survey
as
well,
and
that
survey
is
going
to
close
on
march
3rd.

One
caveat
to
the
open
survey
is
we
are
requesting
that
the
person
taking
the
survey
it's
actually
required,
fill
in
their
email
address
and
zip
code?
It's
nothing.
The
city
will
have
access
to,
but
at
least
that
way
they
can
validate
the
they're
not
duplicates
coming
in,
as
somebody
fills
the
survey
out
five
times
using
the
same
email
address,
we'll
only
count
one
of
those
surveys
so
so
far
so
good.

We
are
on
track
to
bring
the
survey
findings
to
council
in
april,
not
sure,
if
it'll
be
at
the
beginning
of
the
month
or
the
end
national
research
center
who's
going
to
help
us
with
the
survey
when
it's
done
may
have
a
one
to
two
week.
Delay
they've
got
some
different
upgrades.
I
guess
they're
doing
that
will
cause
a
delay
in
when
we
present
this,
but
ultimately
it's
still
on
track.
For
april.

I
I
had
a
conversation
with
steve
charbonneau,
who
was
the
mediator
for
the
task
force
that
we
had
back
this
fall
and
into
december,
and
we
talked
kind
of
through
what
options
we
may
have
going
forward.
Council
will
not
make
any
decision
on
the
office
program
in
april
they're
just
going
to
have
survey
review
and
that's
it.
They
just
will
hear
what
what
the
feedback
was,
but
we
decided
we'd
bring
the
task
force
back
together.

the
previous
task
force
members
are
available
to
do
so,
we'll
sit
down
and
look
at
the
survey
results
and
really
think
through
the
original
consensus
that
the
task
force
came
up
with
and
maybe
make
some
modifications
based
on
survey
results
and
so
forth.
So
we
figured
that'd
be
the
best
way
to
help
city
council
move
forward
with
this
whole
process.
Our
park
ranger
just
started
at
the
beginning
of
the
month
here
and
so
she's
in
training.

sure
will
bring

the
results.
Whether
or
not
one
of
the
representatives
from
poco
or
the
national
research
center
comes
to
do
the
presentation,
I'm
hoping
they
can
do
that
if
it
works
in
their
schedule,
they

sure
will
have
to
present
to
council,
but
you
will
see
the
results
of
the
surveys,
both
the
statistically
valid
the
random
sample
and
the
open
survey.

likely

hoping

I'll
have
the
results
back
early
april
time
frame,
but
if
they're
delayed
one
to
two
weeks,
we
will
be
delayed
in
getting
you
best

scenario.

results,

you

see
at
least
it
won't
be
presented
at
this
type
of
meeting,
but
at
least
you'll
be
able
to
see
what
the
survey
results
came
in
as
so
timing's
going
to
be
a
little
critical
depending
on.

exciting
news
we
did
we're
out
to
bid
officially
for
the
three
park
project.
We've
got
cushing
baker
and
centennial,
where
we'll
do
some
renovations
at
each
park,
in
addition
to
some
irrigation
work
and
that
that's
the
money
that
we
received
as
part
of
the
unassigned
fund
balance
that
council
approved
late
last
year
to
be
able
to
do
these
park
improvements
and
so
we're
out
to
bid.

had
the
pre-bid
conference
meeting
last
week
and
so
we're
in
process.
Depending
on
how
things
go.

again
we'll
be
closed.
The
golf
course
is
closed
for
the
weekend
and
potentially
into
next
week,
one
for
the
furlough
day
tomorrow,
but
also
two,
the
weather,
it's
too
cold
to
be
on

grass

there
it'll
ruin
it
completely.
So
it'll
be
closed
at
least
until
monday
morning,
they'll
make
a
determination
if
they
can
reopen
the
course
at
that
time.

the
next
furlough

do
it,

the
school
district?
And
the
reason
is
tomorrow
at
least
the
grade
school
schools
and
I
assume
in
the
high
school

everybody

district

closed
for
the
kids
for
teachers
day.

a
quick
update.
The
library
has
reopened.
It's
been
open
two
weeks
now
it
is
at
limited
capacity
we're
still
following
coveted
restrictions,
so
you
can
go
in
and
browse
for
books
and
use
the
computers
right
now,
it's
open
from
12
to
five.
They
close
between
two
and
three
to
clean
everything
as
best
as
possible
that
has
been
used
from
the
people
coming
in
prior.

They
reopened
from
three
to
five
but
they're
allowing
15
people
at
a
time
to
come
in
and
so
far
we
haven't
really
had
any
weight
list
or
people
waiting
to
come
in.
So
if
you
want
to
use
it,
it's
open
we're
also
still
doing
curbside
pickups.
So
it's
a
definitely
a
research.
You
can
have
on
a
cold
day.
Not
just
don't
go
there
tomorrow,
it's
close!

a
little
bit

our
park
ranger,
I
figure
she'll.
She
has
five
weeks
of
training,
so
I
think
she'll
probably
be
out
in
the
parks
come
early
march,
which
I
think
is
a
good
thing.
I
wanted
to
give
you
all
an
update.
Excuse
me:
we
fenced
off
the
northern
portion
of
jason
park
due
to
the
drought
and
a
lot
of
traffic
on
it.

Staff
is
working
with
key
eb
and
some
volunteers
to
establish
a
pollinator
garden
over
at
the
depot
community
garden.
You
may
see
some
work
over
there.
The
staff
put
in
some
steps
from
the
sidewalk
at
dartmouth
right
now
and
they've
done
some
irrigation
changes
over
there
and,
as
that
warms
up,
we'll
have
some
more
plants
out
there,
some
perennials
and
annuals
and
think
not
annuals,
but
just
some
perennials
and
and
shrubs,
and
things
like
that
to
promote
pollinators
to
come
to
that
area
as
well.

Now
all
the
construction
has
stopped
for
the
wintertime.
We
are
pretty
much
wrapped
up
with
phase
one
there's
a
little
bit
of
concrete
work.
That
needs
to
be
done,
but
we
don't
want
to
finish
that
phase
one
concrete,
because
next
year
we
have
to
bring
a
crane
in
to
drop
the
restroom
in
place,
and
I
don't
want
to
you
know,
pour
concrete
and
then
have
to
repair
it.
So
that
is
has
been
left
out,
but
I
think,
come
march.

Equipment
is
in
the
area
in
front
of
it
isn't
finished
and
initially
I
had
the
we
left
the
fence
up
and
we
also
put
fencing
around
the
play
equipment
each
piece,
but
we
found
that
people
were
tearing
it
down
and
rather
than
fight
that
battle,
I
figured
it
was
best
to
open
that
up.
So
we've
opened
the
playground
area
and
the
unfinished
area
right
in
front
of
it,
and
so
there
are
lots
of
happy
people.

of
happy
mothers,
lots
of
happy
kids
playing
on
it.

seen

instagram
posts
from
friends
who
have
no
idea.

have
anything

do
with
parks
and
rec
and
englewood
who've
been
posting

taking

kids
there

how
excited
they
are.
So
so
that's
really
great
and
then
just
to
thank
you
dave
and
christina
for
your
proactive
work
at
jason.
I
understand
what
that
turf
management
looks
like,
and
I
understand
like
how
sensitive
that
area
is
for
dog
owners.
I
I
Some
people
aren't
on
social
media,
so
they
didn't
know,
or
they
only
go
on
social
media
when
they
have
a
complaint
or
whatever,
and
but
it
was
you
know
in
the
signs
that
were
there.
That
was
good
dave.
I
see
you
chained
them
down
this
time,
so
they
didn't
grow
legs
and
run
away,
but
I
think
that's
a
good
move.

we
are
because
we're
associated
with
keeping
with
beautiful
as
well,
I'm
sure
that
they
will
publicize
it
and
we
will
run
it
through
our
website
when
it's
finished
and
also
social
media
and
we've
already
been
in
contact
with

schools

they're
excited
about
coming
over
from
bishop
to
have
some
science
classes
around.
