something
that
I'm
going
to
work
with
the
community
forester.
You
know,
we've
not
had
this
position
in
many
many
years
and
therefore
this
is
something
that
I
want
to
work
on.
The
parks
guys
are
also
good
at
mowing.
Grass
and

tendon
athletic
fields,
but
I
think
that's
kind
of
one
of
our
weaknesses
is
trees,
and
so
that's
something
that
we
will
be
working
on.

So

arbor
day
tree
sale.
This
year
we
have
purchased
65
trees
and
they
are
in
eight
gallon
buckets
and
the
varieties
will
be
little
leaf.
Linden
norway,
maple
service,
berry,
eastern
redbud
and
swamp
white
oak
and
they're
taking
online
applications
for
these,
and
then
once
we
get
the
trees
in
in
april,
we
will
deliver
them
to
the
households.

is
something
that
that's
kind
of
new,
in
that
we
used
to
hold
the
arbor
day
tree
sale
at
cushing
park
and
because
of
the
pandemic,
we've
kind
of
found
that
it's
a
lot
easier
to
deliver.
These
you
know
take
a
day
and
have
staff
just
go:
deliver
them
to
their
house.
A
lot
of
people
show
up
with
toyota,
corollas
and
and
trying
to
stuff
these
trees.
You
know
in
back
seats
or
in
their
trunk
or
whatever,
and
I
think
all
around.
This
is
a
much
more
favorable
way
to
get
trees
to
citizens.

Sale
will
begin
march,
14th
and
ends
april.

trees
are
35
a
tree
and
it's
one
tree
per
address.
I
think
we're
going
to
sell
everything
out,
given
the
interest
that
we
already
have.
We
increased
the
trees
this
year.
Moreover,
last
year
a
couple
of
years
ago,
when
we
were
selling
them,
we
had
a
lot
left
over,
so
they
cut
way
back
and
then
lo
and
behold
there
was
a
resurgence
and
a
greater
interest
in
it.

the
biggest
pending
item,
that's
received
the
most
attention
on
social
media,
which
has
been
our
skate
park.
We
had
live
voting
on
inglewood
engaged,
instagram
facebook
and
there's
two
options
that
were
presented
from
american
ramp
company
for
design
and
so
option
a
is
this
first
one
that
you
can
see
here
that
has
a
half
pipe,
which
was
one
of
the
number
one
requested
items
during
our
open
house
that
we
had
and
they've
incorporated.

So
this
was
option
a
and
then
debbie
scroll
down
for
option
b,
so
option
b
does
not
have
the
half
pipe,
but
it
does
have
a
bowl
which
was
another
item
that
a
lot
of
skaters
wanted
to
see.
We
also
saw
a
lot
of
comments
on
social
media
about
there's
a
lot
of
bulls
in
our
in
our
area,
not
just
in
inglewood
elsewhere.
So
people
weren't
as
excited
about
this
element,
you
notice
that
the
old
logo
is
not
there,
so
it's
not
so.

went
to
we
received
well
over
200
plus
votes,
probably
closer
to
300,
for
option
a
and
option
b
received
only
around
50
votes
lots
of
comments.
People
are
extremely
excited
about
the
skate
park
being
upgraded.
So
we're
looking
forward
to
getting
this
added
in
to
the
park
so
option
a
go
ahead
and
scroll
down
a
little
further.
This
is
a
view

skate
park,
so
you
can
kind
of
see
the
layout
of
where
things
are,
I'm
personally,
not
a
skater,
but
this
does
look
fun
I'll.

we've
got
the
half
pipe
in
there.
The
old
logo
keeps
growing
a
little
bit
further
you'll
see
some
cool
elements,
there's
a
half
pipe
if
you're
just
standing
there
looking
at
it

then
down
here,
it's
a
little
dark
but
they've
incorporated
historical
elements
of
inglewood
into
the
skate
park.
Hence
the
old
logo
is
on
here.
The
new
logo
is
actually
going
to
be
on
the
half
pipe,
so
it
is
incorporated
in.

see
the
rtd
bridge
in
the
background
on
the
left
there,
which
is
also
a
skateable
rail
and
then
scroll
down
a
little
further
and
there's
the
logo.
Up
close,
you
can
see
that's
skateable,
so
lots
of
positive
comments.
We
had
comments
too
saying:
why
are
you
using
the
old
ugly
logo?
Well,
it's
part
of
our
history,
everybody.

Part
of
the
playground
parking
lot
and
part
of
that
parking
lot
is
going
to
be
incorporated
in
the
skate
park,
so
the
parking
lot
will
shrink
a
little
bit,
but
the
skate
parks
going
in
it's
about
6
000
square
feet,
and
I
know
we
have
a
lot
of
excited
people
for
this.
So
we
are
on
track
to
we're
getting
construction
document
ready
for
all
three
parks.
Cushing
and
centennial
will
be
the
first
parks
going
under
construction
and,
like
dave
mentioned,
the
lead
time
on
equipment.

Amenities
is
ridiculous
to
get
them
in,
and
so,
while
we
wanted
to
have
this
done
by
this
summer,
so
everybody
could
be
excited
and
use
it.
It's
probably
going
to
be
the
fall
baker
park
will
be
the
last
park
to
be
renovated
and
that
park
is
the
full
closure
and
that'll
be
open,
hopefully
before
december
time
frame
november,
hopefully
by
thanksgiving,
so
people
can
use
it
before
we
get
into
the
winter
months,
but
nonetheless
they're
all
in
progress.

Again,
it's
a
2.9
million
dollar
project
and
based
off
of
all
rising
costs
that
we're
seeing
across
the
united
states
a
world
based
off
of
shipping
and
other
other
things
that
are
coming
through
we're
over
a
hundred
and
eight
thousand
dollars,
and
so
that's
actually
not
horribly
bad
for
a
multi-million
dollar
project.
I've
I
had
a
project
that
went
over
two
million
dollars
once,
but
our
council
wanted
it,
so
we
found
the
money
to
do
it
and
so
dave
and
I
actually
met
this
afternoon.

We
have
plenty
of
funding
in
there,
so
we're
not
gonna
have
to
tap
into
the
general
fund
and
we'll
have
to
go
to
council
in
april
as
part
of
a
supplemental,
the
city
is
doing
to
get
the
fund
transfer
to
occur,
to
be
able
to
fully
fund
this
project,
so
things
are
looking
really
good
and
we
did
have
the
baker
open
house
and
got
great
feedback
on
that
park.
With
some
modifications.

Inglewood
engaged
has
all
the
park
schematics
if
you're
interested
in
seeing
what
those
are
going
to
look
like
we'll
keep
those
out
through
the
entirety
of
the
project
as
well
as
the
timeline.
So
people
know
when
things
are
happening,
I
guarantee
the
skate
park
is
going
to
be
the
number
one
thing
watch.
People
are
anticipating
that
opening.
We
will
keep
the
existing
skate
park
at
cushing,
open
until
we're
ready
to
open
the
new
one
and
there'll
be
a
little
bit
of
a
transition.

Three
days
it's
gonna
take
to
install
the
fitness
courts
that
we
actually
purchased
last
year
into
where
the
existing
skate
park
is
so,
I
think
that's
going
to
be
even
a
cooler
amenity
to
add
in
our
recreation
teams
beyond
excited
to
get
that
up
and
running,
so
they
can
start
programming
the
fitness
cord
out
there.
So
we'll
do
a
big
kick
off,
obviously
I'll
be
invited
once
everything
is
open
and
we'll
do
ribbon
cuttings
for
each
of
these
three
parts
and
including
jason
when
that
one's
ready
to
go
too.

that's
about
all
that
we
can
get
in
with
the
current
money
that
we
have
so
that
phase
two
we'll
have
the
rest
of
the
design,
ready
and
then
phase
two
will
be
things
like
walkways
through
the
rest
of
the
park.
So
we
can
create
circular
loops
around
the
athletic
field,
we're
going
to
put
in
a
small
pump
track
for
kids
for,
like
rollerblades
or
bicycles,
or
those
little
razor
scooters,
two
pickle
ball
courts
and
a
new
basketball
court.

Okay,
all
right
well,
first
of
all,
our
first
special
events
coming
up
on
saturday
april
9th
at
bellevue
park.
It's
it's
a
longer.
It
used
to
be
the
extravaganza
and
they
changed
the
title.
It's
much
longer
now,
but
it's
a
spring
event.
There's
an
egg
hunt
going
on
food
trucks,
crafts
booths,
a
market
is
going
to
be
happening
and
that's
from
10
a.m,
to
2
p.m.
On
saturday
april
9th
so,
hopefully
cross
your
fingers.

don't
get
snow
that
day
and
then
just
another
update
that
we
are
hiring
for
many
positions
in
our
department,
mostly
seasonal
positions,
farm
and
train
pirates
cove
in
our
parks
department
golf.
So
if
you
or
anyone
you
know,
is
looking
for
a
seasonal
position
go
to
their
our
webpage
and
our
hr
site
has
everything
posted
so
we're?
The
hiring
process
has
been
slow
so
far,
but
it
doesn't
help
to
think
about
pools
when
snow's
on
the
ground
outside.

like
to
add
to
that
we're
desperately
in
need
of
a
parks,
detail
crew.
This
was
a
new
program
for
this
year
to
solve
not
only
park.
You
know
spiff
and
shine
detail
things,
but
also
throughout
the
city,
and
we've
received
no
applications,
so
it
may
be
difficult
to
get
this
program
off
the
ground.
I
believe
we're
paying
a
little
bit
more
hourly
than
we
are
for
a
lot
of
the
other
seasonal
positions.

So
allison's
update
summer
camp
registration
starts
next
week
and
last
year
it
was
at
the
erc
but
we're
moving
it
back
to
colorado's
finest
high
school.
For
this
summer
we
are
seeing
a
pretty
significant
increase
in
usage
at
the
facilities,
which
is
great
because
they're
we're
a
little
nervous
after
covent
of
people
returning,
but
obviously
covert
numbers
are
dropping
daily,
which
is
good.
It
still
exists,
but
it's
dropping,
which
is
helping
us
out.
So
both
classes
and
just
people
coming
in
to
work
out
at
the
facilities
has
definitely
gone
up.
Malley
closure.

That
happened.
I
believe,
last
week,
just
some
touch-up
maintenance
items
that
were
completed
while
the
facility
was
closed
and
everything
was
completed
on
time.
Our
field
user
groups
are
getting
ready
to
start
using
the
field
once
the
snow
goes
away,
so
that
will
be
happening.
Obviously,
we've
got
construction
going
on
we're
about
to
start
in
some
of
our
parks,
which
will
impact
some
of
the
field
use
and
so
lindsey
peters
center,
open
space
activity
supervisor
is
doing
all
the
allocations
and
moving
people
around.

So
we
can
still
get
them
out
into
our
parks
and
on
our
fields.
For
practice
and
games
and
then
the
saint
patty's
day,
luncheon
at
mali
is
occurring
on
march
17th
if
you're
interested
in
attending
that
it's
always
a
fun
time
and
then
also
we're
putting
out
surveys
for
various
facilities
and
programming.

That's
happening
this
year.
So
really
the
goal
is
to
reach
out
to
see
what
people
are
happy
with
and
what
they
want
to
see
in
the
centers
and
with
events
and
various
programming,
so
we're
making
sure
we're
hitting
the
mark
and
on
the
right
track,
we're
not
just
spinning
wheels
and
going
the
wrong
direction.
So
that's
something
that
we'll
have
in
all
our
facilities.

so
when
code
enforcement
got
there,
the
police
were
there,
they
contacted
the
guys,
made
them
clean
up
the
snow,
at
least
on
the
sidewalks,
and
get
as
much
as
they
could
off
of
the
street
and
told
them
they
couldn't
be
on
private
property
and
use
that
the
code
enforcement
officer
got
the
gentleman's
name
which
they
gave
to
us,
and
christina
of
all
people
did
a
little
bit
of
sleuthing
and
found
out
that
this
guy
that
was
doing
the
stunts
his
name,
is
alex
hall
christina.

the
winter
olympic
games,
yeah
yeah,
so
that's
what
it
was
and
it's
possible
he
was
actually
at
bates
logan
back
in
december.
I
think
it
was
or
january
time
frame
so
between
the
olympic
games
he's
been
utilizing
our
parks,
he
is
from
park
city
utah,
and
it
was
confirmed
by
code
enforcement.
That
was
the
gentleman
in
our
park.
So
good.
If
you
happen

see
this
happening,
we

Even
hesitate
to
allow
them
to
do
what
they've
been
doing
just
out
of
safety
and
liability
to
the
city,
so
at
bait
slogan
they
were
jumping
up
actually
on
the
restroom
facility.
They
built
ramps
up
to
it
and
then
jumping
off
which
we
don't
want
to
advertise,
but
we
do
anticipate
his
youtube
channel,
which
has
over
3
million
followers
on
it
will
have
this
posted.
However,
he
never
lists
what
park
he
is
at.

his
name.
Not
only
will
you
see
his
gold
medal
interview
with
him
and
another
guy
there,
but
he
does
some
of
this
whatever
kind
of
skiing
it
is
and
he's
got
video
of
it
in
other
places
at
churches
stairways
all
over
the
place,
but
so
far
I've
seen
nothing
that
resembles
inglewood,
yet
so,
but
they're
a
compilation
so
they're
like
eight
minutes
long,
so
he
does
a
number
of
different
places
in
that
one
video.

thoughts
right
now

mean
we
don't
have
to
make

decision

the
parks
you

having

meetings
there.

I

lot

us
travel

can't
be
there,

feel
great
because
you
can
suck
an
hour
even

across
