couple

acknowledging
all
the
amazing
work
that
you
guys
are
doing.
I
know
that
it
has
been
a
tough
year
for
everyone,
but
especially
the
last.
You
know
18
months
for
parks
and
rec
commission.
None
of
us
have
envied
your
your
position,
but
are
so
glad
that
you
are
in
your
role.
You
know,
starting
with
the
off
leash
dog
park,
regulations
and
discussions.

I
really
have
a
lot
of
faith
that
those
processes
will
be
successful
and
that
the
ultimate
recommendations
that
come
out
of
this
and
the
work
that
you
all
are
doing
and
the
work
that
city
council
still
has
to
do
is
going
to
be
very
fruitful
and
hopefully
bring
the
community
together
on
a
topic
that
really,
I
think,
it's
time
to
hopefully
come
to
some
consensus
around.
So
thank
you
for
your
amazing
work
on
that.

One
document
really
streamline
the
process,
make
sure
that
everybody
understands
each
other's
roles
and
that
we
stay
in
our
lane
and
we
really
partner
together
in
a
positive
way.
So
I
appreciate
the
work
that
you
all
have
put
into
that
as
well
as
acknowledge
the
good
work
of
the
school
board
and
school
administration
and
our
city
attorney's
office.
Who's
done
yeoman's
work
really
making
sure
that
we
get
that
tightened
up
and
something
that
we
can
use
and
modify
as
needed
for
years
and
years
to
come.

As
you
know,
funding
for
that
has
been
a
challenge,
but
what
I
wanted
to
just
say,
as
we
start,
the
next
conversation
on
the
cip
is
that
a
city
council
has
directed
staff
to
allocate
three
million
dollars
from
our
unassigned
fund
balance
to
specifically
go
toward
park
improvements.
So
we're
so
excited
about
that.

Knowing
that
in
in
a
year
or
two,
we
hope
to
go
to
the
voters
for
a
bond
to
you,
know
really
fund
significant
improvements
to
our
park
and
recreation
facilities,
but
that,
as
kind
of
an
interim
step
when
some
other
bonds
are
getting
paid
off
in
two
years,
is
an
interim
step
that
we
start
using.
That
unassigned
fund
balance
for
park
improvements,
and
I'm
just
really
proud
that
100
of
what
we're
going
to
pull
from
the
unassigned
fund
balance
this
year
for
capital
is
going
towards
parks.
What
is
the
unassigned
fund
balance?
K
You
may
be
wondering
every
year
at
the
end
of
the
year,
the
city
staff
you
know,
has
worked.
Their
budgets
been
as
conservative
as
they
could
be,
and
oftentimes
have
money
left
over.
For
instance,
last
year
in
the
police
department
we
had
a
plethora
of
vacancies
in
that
department
and
at
the
end
of
the
year
they
had
over
200
thousand
dollars
just
in
salary
savings,
and
so
that's
a
combination
of
people
being
out
on
workers,
compensation,
injury
leave
and
plus
just
vacancies,
and
every
department
to
some
extent
will
have
some
of
those
vacancies.

In
addition,
there
are
projects
that
we
can't
get
completely
done
in
one
fiscal
year
and
really
in
most
cities.
You
would
carry
that
money
over
into
the
next
fiscal
year
to
finish
those
projects
here.
Our
charter
is
very
restrictive
and
makes
us
put
all
leftover
money
at
the
end
of
the
year
into
the
unassigned
fund
balance,
and
so
that's
where
the
money
comes
from
so
last
year
we
put
in
just
from
the
leftover
money
from
the
the
city's.

You
know,
inability
to
spend
or
just
cost
saving
we
put
over
two
million
dollars
into
the
unassigned
fund
balance.
So
that's
why
the
city
of
inglewood
is
sitting
on
such
a
healthy
fund.
Balance
relative
to
other
cities
is
because
we've
been
putting
money
away
in
these
last
several
years
of
really
good
years.
Where
our
revenues,
our
tax
revenues,
are
more
than
we
expected
and
we've
been
able
to
save
money
or
have
not
been
able
to
spend
the
money.
So
that's
the
money
that
we're
pulling
from
to
fund
the
three
million
dollars.

so
excited
that
on
the
recommendations
that
the
staff-
and
I
think
many
of
you
have
helped
with
through
the
parks
and
recreation
master
plan
that
have
really
guided
our
decision
making
and
how
to
spend
those
dollars
and
I'll
turn
it
over
to
christina.
Well,
first
of
all,
maybe
ask
if
any
of
you
have
questions
for
me
before
I
turn
it
over.

For
all
of
us,
I
just
had
a
question
on
the
iga
with
the
schools.
Was
there
any
substantive
changes
from
what
we
said
or
what
we
suggested
is
that
the
right
verbiage
from
from
what
the
inception
to
signage
to
city
council,
was
there
any
substantive
changes
to
that.

know
there,
I
not
that
I
know
of
but
dave
lee
and
christina
both
were
much
more
familiar
with
those
final
kind
of
steps
that
we
took,
but
in
our
original
negotiations
that
dorothy
hargrove
and
I
entered
into
with
the
school
district,
you
know
there
were
a
couple
of
pain
points
for
the
school
district
that
they
wanted
us
to
address,
and
I
think
that
ultimately
we
came
to
some
good
consensus.
The
city
got
some
things
out
of
that.

address
that
christina
there
were
no
changes
other
than
a
few
corrections
and
spellings
that
they
wanted.
They
didn't
like
the
way
we
had
termed
colorado's
finest,
and
so
that
had
to
be
put
out
there
correctly
and
just
a
couple
of
other
spelling
areas
were
really
the
only
things
that
were
changed
great.

you
can't

I'm
excited
about
this,
this
is
this
is
a
fun
time
for
parks
and
recreation,
especially
the
park
site.
We
know
there's
a
lot
of
improvements
that
you're
all
very
well
aware
of
because
of
the
master
plan.
Findings
and
sean
had
tasked
the
department
with
identifying
projects
that
we
could
request
some
funding
for
based
off
the
unassigned
fund
balance
and
a
potential
to
potentially
use
some
of
that
money
which
is
exciting
and
so
in
in
researching
and
looking
at
the
master
plan
and
help
from
dave
and
others.

We
came
up
with
some
recommendations
that
council
so
far
has
approved
to
move
forward
with
and
we're
very
excited.
2021
is
going
to
be
a
busy
year
in
park
renovations,
so
the
first
one
we
here's
a
list,
actually
the
projects
that
got
approved,
which
is
exciting
baker
park,
which
will
be
on
the
north
side,
centennial
on
the
south
side
and
cushing
in
the
middle.
So
we
try
to
focus
across
the
city
and
address
different
areas
of
the
city,
not
just
one
specific
area.

One
specific
park,
we'd
love
to
renovate
one
full
park
and
be
done
with
it
and
walk
away,
knowing
that
we
have
some
years
to
play
with
it
and
let
it
grow.
But
ultimately
we
were
able
to
find
some
options
in
each
of
these
areas
to
do
improvements.
We
also
identified
some
funding
for
irrigation
improvement,
which
is
desperately
needed
throughout
our
whole
system.

One
of
the
strategic
plans
for
the
city
is
improving
our
irrigation
systems
and
parks,
because
we
know
water
is
a
precious
resource
to
colorado
and
when
your
irrigation
systems
are
failing,
you
have
flooding
and
other
issues
going
on
that
cost
in
the
long
run
and
then
little
dry,
creek
area,
the
plaza
area
is
another
one.
That's
in
partnership
with
mile
high
so
I'll
get
to
that
at
the
end,
but
the
first
one
is
baker
park.

We
did
talk
to
the
school
district
a
while
back
and
they
there
was
interest
from
some
organizations,
sports
organizations
and
utilizing
the
field
of
the
old
school
site,
and
it
could
be
an
option
for
the
city
to
develop,
but
unfortunately,
the
school
district
decided
they
wanted
to
keep
it,
which
is
fine
for
potential
use
for
the
schools
in
the
future.
So
for
baker
park,
we've
proposed
a
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
for
improvements.

Our
goal
to
use
the
funding
towards
is
replacing
the
restrooms.
A
new
playground
update
a
picnic
shelter.
This
park
has
not
had
any
updates
till
since
2006
and
per
the
master
plan
estimates
and
granted
every
year
estimates
will
grow.
They
don't
get
smaller
so
based
off.
2017
estimates,
the
total
renovation
cost.

Then
it's
just
a
surprise
when
I
get
there
hold
on.

don't
know
why
it's
not
changing,
but
so
I'll
keep
talking.
The
total
renovation
cost
for
baker
is
between
800
000
and
1.2
million.
I'm
guessing.
Probably
the
high
end
it
out.
If
we
totally
gutted
that
park
and
started
fresh
would
be
1.5,
but
the
good
news
is
we,
let's
see
if
this
goes,
the
600
000
will
actually
get
us
some
great
new
amenities
at
baker
park.

So
part
of
the
goal
to
do
is
increase
safety
of
our
parks
and,
as
you
can
see,
the
restroom
and
the
picnic
shelter,
the
restroom
blocks
a
picnic,
shelter,
and
so
you
know,
if
you're
a
teenager,
I
want
to
get
into
trouble.
You
go
behind
the
restroom
and
you
can
do
whatever
you
want.
So
the
goal
would
be
to
expose
the
ramada
area,
the
picnic
shelter
a
little
bit
more,
so
it's
not
hidden,
be
visible
from
the
street
and
be
a
little
bit
safer
for
people
to
utilize.

I
have
a
question
on
that:
yep
go
ahead
with
in
looking
at
that
part
going
over
on
baker
and
just
looking
at
it
the
playground
area
which
you're
going
to
is
so
far
to
the
south.
I
mean
it's
right
to
the
fence
and
there's
no
trees,
no
shade
it.
It
seems
to
me
that
in
the
summer
time
you
can
forget
about
that
in
the
afternoon,
especially
these
recent
years
we've
had,
which
have
all
been
in
the
90s
and
stuff
wondering
if
we
can
move
that
up.

Moving
into
the
beginning
of
the
next
we'll
we'll
start
this
design,
and
I
want
you
all
to
be
heavily
involved
in
helping
us
with
that
too,
and
that's
a
great
recommendation
we'll
make
note
of
that
and
as
we
go
forward
like
I
said,
whatever
ideas
you
guys
have
granted,
our
funding
is
only
what
it
is
for
this
year
and
we'll
try
to
do
as
much
as
we
can.
A
shade
structure
may
make
sense,
there's
new
playground,
structures
that
actually
have
shade
areas
built
into
them.
That
could
be
incorporated.

We
could
look
at
moving
the
location
of
the
playground
too
to
be
more
in
the
tree
area,
so
it
does
have
shade
but
yeah.
I
want
you
all
to
be
involved
in
the
design
process,
because
this
is
a
fun
stuff
about
parks
and
recreation.
It's
exciting
to
design
new
and
and
present
it
to
the
community
and
we'll
have
public
outreach
as
well
we'll
meet
with
the
the
baker
park
neighbors
and
see
what
they're
interested
in
and
and
how
we
can
make
their
lives
better
by
offering
some
pretty
awesome
just
near
their
homes.

So
the
next
one,
centennial
centennial,
is
huge.
It's
a
very
large
park.
We've
got
the
big
lake
out
there.
It's
used
for
fishing,
primarily
it's
a
nice
path
around
the
lake.
If
you
want
to
go
for
a
walk
and
the
estimated
cost
for
total
renovation
of
centennial
park
is
between
seven
and
a
half
to
eight
and
a
half
million
dollars.

So
we're
going
to
take
a
small
chunk,
560
000
for
improvements,
we're
going
to
upgrade
the
basketball
court,
replace
the
playground-
and
I
love
this
playground
because
it
is
our
vintage
playground
if
you
played
in
the
80s
as
a
kid
on
playgrounds.
This
is
what
you
played
on.
It
still
exists,
so
I
don't
know
it's
a
selling
point
for
this
park
too.
You
got
the
merry-go-round
out
there
there's
a
lot
of
things.
You
don't
see
in
parks
anymore.
If
you
do
they're,
they
look
very
different,
so
anyways.
We
need
to
upgrade
it
for
safety
reasons.

There
aren't
any
really
safety
concerns,
but
just
you
know
it's
metal.
It
does
get
hot
there's
other
products
out
there
that
are
much
better
so
for
560
000
we're
planning
on
making
these
upgrades
to
centennial
park.
It's
just
a
drop
in
the
bucket.
We
still
have
a
ways
to
go
with
centennial,
but
I
think
I
think
the
neighbors
and
the
people
that
use
centennial
park
often
will
enjoy
a
new
playground,
new
picnic,
shelter
area
and
some
new
basketball
courts.

we
can
look
at
doing
a
post-tension
basketball.

Dave
may
have
a
little
bit
more
insight
on
that
he's.
Our
go-to
for
park
renovations
he's
done
a
good
job
with
that,
but
the
basketball
courts
are
cracking
and
there's
some
issues
with
them
that
we
need
to
address
the
course
isn't
long
term,
it's
temporary
type
fixing,
and
we
just
I
think,
it's
every
other
year.
We
we
need
to
re
redo
the
court,
so
hopefully
with
an
upgraded
basketball
court.

alright,
so
the
next
part
is
cushing
park
and
this
is
exciting.
This
is
a
conceptual
plan
that
was
actually
done
more
recently
for
this
park
and
we
have
750
000
for
improvements.
Initially,
when
we
put
this
together,
we
had
550
000
to
do
the
parking
lot
and
the
skate
park
and
council
had
an
additional
two
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
do
whatever
they
wanted
for
capital
improvements
and
they
selected
to
upgrade
the
picnic
shelter
at
cushing
park
to
be
better.
It's
we've
had
a
lot
of
issues.
We
get
a
vandalism,
drug
use,
other
things.

So
again
we're
going
to
go
with
the
safety
regulations.
It's
called
septed
and
I
I
blanking
on
actually
what
it
stands
for,
but
it's
it's
through
environmental
design,
you
improve
safety,
and
so
we
open
up
the
picnic,
shelter
area,
so
it's
more
visible
from
inca
and
dartmouth
and
then
move
the
skate
park.
The
skate
park
is
currently
on
the
south
side
of
the
park.
If
you've
been
by
there,
it's
old
equipment,
it's
the
metal
type
elements
you
can
skate
on.

It
gets
heavily
used,
there's
always
kids
and
adults
skating
over
there,
but
the
goal
would
be
to
build
more
of
a
concrete,
based,
skate
park
that
will
last
a
long
time
and
probably
be
a
little
bit
safer
than
the
metal
type
equipment
that
we
currently
have
at
cushing.
The
other
idea
in
using
this
funding
is
to
upgrade
the
parking
lot.
Our
the
parking
lot
is
only
accessible
through
the
neighborhood
right
now,
and
so
we
would
open
it
up
to
inca.
So
it's
a
right
turn
in
and
a
right
turn
out.

So
the
goal
is
to
do
the
picnic,
shelter
and
upgrade
the
parking
lot
and
then
move
the
skate
park
and
renovate
that
so
it's
a
nice
area,
so
part
of
the
skate
park
will
be
taking
over
the
parking
lot.
The
overall
renovation
costs
for
cushing
there's
a
lot
we
want
to
do
out.
There
is
between
five
and
six
million
dollars
so
again
this
will.

a
question
about
that
as
well,
and
I
know
that
this
is
preliminary
and
it'll
be.
There
will
be
community
engagement
and
all
sorts
of
things,
but
as
somebody
who
pre-covered
took
the
train
every
single
day,
I
know
that
there's
a
lot
of
rtd
parking
on
the
west
side
of
that
parking
lot
I
mean
it's
full
and
rtd
parking
goes
into
the
neighborhood,
and
so
I'm
concerned
about
taking
parking
lot
space,
because
that
will
mean
more
traffic
in
the
neighborhood
and
more
parking
in
the
neighborhoods.

that's
a
that's
a
valid
concern.
I
know
there's
some
changes
going
on
with
rtd
and
I
don't
know
specifically
what's
happening,
but
there
has
been
talk
of
the
parking
lot.
That's
just
west
of
cushing
park
could
change
and
with
the
dda
coming
on
board,
there
might
be
some
changes
that
are
gonna
happen
and
I
don't
have
the
specifics
on
that,
but
go
ahead.

so
there's
there's
the
whole
city
center
redevelopment.
That's
coming
and
granted
ground
isn't
gonna
break
on
that
for
a
year
or
two
minimum
I'd
say
two
years
is
probably
a
realistic
timeline
for
for
them
to
actually
start
doing
anything
physical,
but
that
rtd
parking.
What
our
contribution
is
to
the
rtd
parking
and
then
what
rtd
contributes
is
all
kind
of
in
a
state
of
flux.
Right
now
and
there's
ideas
being
floated
for
parking
structures
in
the
area,
I'm
not
super
in
love
with
that
idea.

Like
parking
garages
seem
like
a
giant
waste
of
space
to
me,
but
it
is
one
idea
that
was
floated
for
dealing
with
the
combination
of
trying
to
get.
You
know
trying
to
make
it
easier
for
people
to
come
to
the
area
to
take
part
in
in
the
commerce
of
that
area,
and
you
know
bring
a
little
bit
more
traffic
into
it
and
then
also
to
compensate
for
any
changes
to
the
current
rtd
parking
lot
areas.

And
again
we
don't
know
what
that
actually
looks
like
it's
just
there's
a
lot
of
conversation
going
on
around
how
that
parking
is
going
to
change
and
in
in
which
direction,
whether
it's
greater
or
lesser.
You
know,
because
we're
trying
to
foster
this
walkable
community,
but
also
people
have
to
be
able
to
get
to
the
community
to
walk
in
it
right.
So
there's
a
little
bit
of
a
attention
there
that
we're
trying
to
to
find
the
balance
in.

sure,
and
that's
something
we'll
work
with
community
development
staff
and
yeah,
I
agree
we
don't
want
to
impact
the
neighborhood
and
obviously
this
park
is
for
the
neighborhood.
So
we
don't
want
to
have
everybody
from
rtd
parking
on
the
streets.
It
will
be
interesting
after
covert.
There's
been
a
I've
heard.
A
lot
on
the
news
and
other
places
of
a
lot
of
people
may
not
be
returning
back
to
offices.
They
can
work
from
home.
So
that's
impacting
rtd,
I
believe,
is
making
some
pretty
significant
cuts
too
to
their
staff
and
services.

So
it's
yeah.
It's
a
bridge,
we're
going
to
cross
and
obviously
through
design
of
the
new
park
again
we'll
meet
with
not
only
city
staff,
but
involve
the
neighborhoods
too,
to
voice
any
concerns
they
have
and
buy
into
this
project
and
make
sure
that
they
approve
as
well
so
we'll
take
those
off
we've
taken,
notes
on
that
and
we'll
definitely
stay
on
top
of
it
before
we
go
too
far
into
something
that
we
can't
get
back
out
of.

I
have
another
question
on
the
skate
park
or
did
wasn't
that
further
up
into
the
park
up
in
near
dartmouth,
I
thought
we
had
it
up
there
to
get
away
from
the
neighbors.
That
was
the
big
reason.
Well,
one
of

big
reasons
we
were
moving
it
because
of
the
noise
right
across
the
street
to
that
neighborhood
to
the
south.

kind

to
add
too.
I
think
this
is
really
awesome
that
we're
getting
these
funds
and
we're
going
to
be
able
to
do
some
improvements.
That's
really
really
fantastic.
I'm
thinking
back
to
our
friend
kathy
christie,
who,
upon
leaving,
had
a
lot
of
requests
that
we
incorporate
different
things
for
18
to
13
year
olds.
So
I'm
wondering
with
all
these
park
redesigns
and
these
kinds
of
plans.
If
there's
any
way,
we
can
incorporate
some
of
what
she
was
hoping.

ultimately,

different
playground.
Elements
have
been
incorporated
in
playground,
design
that
can
address
the
ages
eight
to
13
that
are
a
little
bit
more
fun.
Those
are
types
of
things
we

look

too

to
get
with
dave
lee
and
discuss
to
some
of
the
ideas
that
came
about
from
her
as
well.
So
we
can
review
those
awesome.

metal
gets
slippery.

wood
splinters
the
concrete,
doesn't
have
any
of
those
issues.
It's
a
better
experience
for
the
people
using
it
and
it's
safer
for
the
people
using
it,
and
then
I

just
echo

concerns
that
that
dave
had
pointed
out
of
of
putting
something
like
that
near
dartmouth,
because
it
is
a
pretty
busy
street.
Well,
it's
all
fenced
up.

cushing,
otherwise
I'll
move
to
something
underground,
irrigation
improvements.
So
so
we
have
350
000
for
irrigation
improvements
and
it's
kind
of
sucky
that
it's
underground.
You
can't
see
it
it's
a
lot
of
money,
but
baker
park,
rotello
and
englewood
parkway
medians
between
broadway
and
hampton.
We
asked
the
park
staff
to
identify
what
are
the
biggest
pain
points,
and
this
is
what
they
said.
So
this
is
just
a
start.
We
have
a
lot
of
improvements
to
make,
but
at
least
this
is
slowly
chipping
away
at
it.

So,
ultimately,
baker
park
could
be
very
close
to
being
fully
renovated
with
these
irrigation
improvements
implemented,
along
with
the
playground
and
picnic,
shelter
and
the
ramada
and
restrooms.
So
this
is
what
we're
gonna
focus
on
for
2021
get
some
of
these
very
old
irrigation
systems
out
install
some
new
ones.
It
should
last
us
quite
a
long
time.
Technology
is
so
much
better
on
irrigation
systems
versus
what
we
have
now,
and
so
the
hope
is
these
will
last
for
years
to
come
and
we
won't
have
to
address
them
as
often.

next
one
is
moving.
There
we
go
so
this
one's
exciting
little
dry,
creek
mile
high
flood
district
had
1.1
million
dollars
in
matching
funds.
We've
already
invested
360
000
into
this
project

phase
one,

much
more
to
do,
and
so
council
has
approved
us
to
use
another
seven
hundred
and
forty
thousand
dollars
to
get
us

Installing
new
safety
grates,
so
it's
a
safety
address
that
we're
doing
to
little
dry
creek
landscape
improvements,
removal
of
the
concrete
bottom
of
the
former
pond.
If
you've
been
down
there
in
past
years,
there's
a
pond
that
we're
removing
and
returning
it
to
its
natural
state.
So
additional
funding
will
address
a
new
trail
to
connect
nearby,
downtown
broadway
restaurants
and
retail,
we're
hoping
to
revitalize
this
area.
So
people
will
come
down
and
use
it
to
have
lunch
or
have
dinner
or
just
hang
out
and
enjoy
it
with
our
families.

The
stairway,
from
the
plaza
to
the
creek,
will
be
added,
so
you
can
access
the
creek
area
and
then
finalizing
all
the
landscaping
along
the
channel
there.
So
it'll
look
really
nice
when
it's
done
again,
it
doesn't
include

fun
elements
on
the
outside
that'll,
be
a
future
project
that'll
happen,
but
this
area
desperately
needs
some
improvements,
and
it's
exciting
that
we
have
matching
funds
to
get
us
quite
a
long
way
in
improving
little
dry,
creek,
plaza
area.

just
the
overview
of
what
we'll
be
working
on
in
2021,
we've
got
baker
park
at
600,
000
centennial
park
at
560,
000
cushing
at
750,
000,
the
irrigation,
the
fun
irrigation
improvements
for
350
and
then
little
dry,
creek
at
740.,
so
the
total
cost
for
our
park.
Improvements
for
2021
will
be
3
million
and
dave
will
probably
give
a
little
update.
We
also
are
working
on
jason
park
and
doing
phase
2
of
the
renovations
there.
So
it's
exciting
that
we
have
multiple
park
projects
going
on
with
funds.

citizen
magazine
as
we
develop

isn't
quite

sexy

out

as
we
start

public
meetings

want
the

community

know

working
on

they
can
be
excited

proud

they

hired
a
landscape
architect
and
we're
actually
going
to
meet
out
at
the
park
tomorrow
with
an
electrical
engineer
to
talk
about
some
of
the
dated
power
needs
that
we
have
out
there
currently

into
the
future,
but
we're
in
the
very
preliminary
stages
right
now.

information
for
design
and
then
from
there
we'll
move
forward
with
it'll.

it'll
be
a
brief

so
we've
had
two
meetings.
We
meet
every
other
tuesday
at

30,
and
we
have
quite
a
few
members
of
our
commission
here
that
participate
in
that.
We
also
have
inglewood
unleashed

residents
that
have
been
very
involved
and
vocal
in
our
off
leash
program
and
and
so
it
they've
been
good
meetings.

been
a
lot
of
information
shared
a
lot
of
feelings,
shared
about
how
they
want
to
see
the
program
go
and
ultimately,
most
likely.
It
will
take
a
couple
more
meetings.

are
using
a
mediator
to
help
with
this,
which
I
really
appreciate
it's
nice
to
have
somebody
from
the
outside
that
has
no
emotional
attachment
to
anything.
They're
just
mediating
the
meetings
and
keeping
them
moving
forward,

so
that's
been
a
big
help
in
continuing
the
process
and
off
leash
and
how
the
program
is
going
to
end
up
being.
But
yeah
it's
been
good,
so
I
don't
know
if
any
of
the
committee
members,
the
subcommittee
members,
want
to
make
any
comments
on
on
their
view
of
the
meetings.

garage

trunk

treat
event,
and
it's
gonna

pm
on

24th.

it's
gonna
be
a
busy
day

have
our
public
meeting
out
at
jason
park
and

have
the
halloween
event
and

shadows
of
sleepy
hollow

broadway,

exciting,

think
tickets
are
selling

a
very
good

we

looking

we're
looking
to
replace
the
restroom,

picnic,
shelter
and

basketball
court

basketball
court
is
asphalt,
the
picnic,
shelter
and
the
restroom
are
probably
40
years
old
from
the
1970s,
and
we
think
all
those
would
be
much
appreciated
and
nice
amenities
for
jason.

schools
in
the
city
is
going
to
council
for
approval
on

19th

continue
to
make
progress
on

construction
there
they've
been
forming
in
the
playgrounds
over

tennis
courts

finished,
but
I'm
waiting
for
the
contractor
to
actually
put
safe
locations
to
enter
in.

need

ramps
on
the
north
or
on
the
east
side,
and
once
that's
accomplished,
we'll
open
those
tennis
courts
to
the
public
and
then
reduce
the
size
of
our
construction,
