there

challenge

you
needed
to

we
don't
really
have
any
issues
with
their
pumping
system
at
this
point,
obviously
they're
a
little
bit
further
ahead
than
what
we
usually
see
at
this
point
in
the
development,
given
the
fact
that
they
have
their
entire
storm
system
laid
out,
they
are
showing
where
their
detention
is
and
then
they'll
be
reducing
the
rate
of
runoff
actually
fairly
significantly
below.

require
larger
buffers

residential
project
next
to
an
industrial

can

we

this

pretty

The
goals
and
objectives
for
this
site

different

goals

objectives
for
each
of
the
other
three

we're
working
closely

continue
to
want
to
try
and
deliver
attainable
for
sale,
housing
to
all

demographics.

another
huron
site,
looking
south

drywall
truck
wasn't
there

what
reason
I
have
no
clue,
but
mr
holberg's
property
would
be
to
the
right
of
that
truck.

one
is
an
age
bracket

is
different
than
the
outsole
of
galapagos.
This
is
targeted
for
people
between
35
and
45..
Typically,
a
move
up.
Some
of
these
people
are
moving
out
of
apartments.
They're
moving
out

condominiums

they're
looking
for
a
larger
floor
plate,
there's
a
limited
supply
of
town
homes.

proud
of
trying
to
get
a
little
more
passionate
in
terms
of
color
presentation,
total
on-site
parking
is
48
spaces,
private

particular
product
type
in
all
of
the
homes
will
feature
a
two
bedroom:

bedroom.

all
likelihood
it
will
be
from
experience
and
from
demographics.

particular
site

go

quickly

comparison

we

recently

we

particular

different
type
of
living.

one
on
the
left
with
condos
is
strictly

horizontal

anything

are

to
be

particular

be

the

homeowner,
I
could
take

little
veto

for

walk,

going
to

factor

number

buildings
that

greater

three
story

what
it
basically

we

maintenance
on

north
side
has
two
effects

attention

same
quality
of
attention,
and
also
during
the
summer,
it's
going
to

different
planting
group
that
we're
going
to
put

the

will
respond
better
to
shade
than
the

south

redevelopment
