intent

one-year
composting
pilot
program

include
bi-annual
education
and
outreach
events
for

letter

intent
was
approved,
and
so
we
were
asked
to
submit
a
full
proposal
which
is
due
on
the
31st
of
this
month.
In
the
proposal
it
asks
for
a
letter
of
support
from
community
organizations,

sustainability
commission
seems
like
a
very
appropriate
one
for
time's
sake.

that
letter
could
look

that
final
letter
really
does

vote
on
if
you
approve

it

baseline

gain
and
loss

baseline
and
then
all
the

right
you

where
we
should

this

we
were
on
track,
we
are
very
behind.

the
bottom,
where

reduced
a
lot

commercial,

we

million
kilowatts
down

8.5
million

we

reductions

overview

things
that
are
already
in
place.

had
two
out
of
our
three
business
blitz
energy
outreach
days
that
we
already
did

we
go
out
to
business
owners,
to
try
and
get
them
to
go
through
a
completely
free,

hassle
energy
assessment
and
those
went
really
well.

be
continuing
those
on,
especially
since
they're
free.
We
also
have
the
energy
audit
for
municipal
buildings
that
we're
currently
undergoing
or
currently
in
the
process
of
going
to
bid
to
try
and
find
someone
to
actually
do

also,
if
anyone
kind
of
appeared
ahead
of
the
slides.
We
are
part
of
the
soul,
smart
program
now
and
so
really
just
working
with
them
to
see
how
we
can
increase
solar
in
our
community
and,
as
a
reminder,

shorten

permit

steps

month
from

submission
to
inspection,

where

easy
ones

put

and
their
hardest
thing
was
just
getting
the
multi-family
owners

wonder

we

some
more
matchmaking
and
encourage
our
multi-family
owners
to

join

program.

solar

lighting

actually

about

lot

that

that's

look

what
goals
are
in
the
sustainability
plan
about
energy
and
see
how
far
that
will
get
us?

looking
at
dramatically
scaling
up
our
weatherization
because
we
give
grants
to
about
a
dozen
houses
a
year
and
that's
awesome,
but
there's
also
free
money
out
there
from
arapahoe
county
from
excel
through
energy
outreach
colorado,
and
maybe
once
we
use
up
our
money
for
our
12,
we
could
get
them
connected
to
the
other
sources
of
weatherization
funding,
and
I
think
there
might
be
a
lot
of
federal
funding
too
coming
right.
I
feel
like
that
was
in
one
of
the
bills,
so
scaling
up
our
weatherization
without
necessarily
scaling
up
our
budget
proportionally.

tool

greenhouse
gas
inventory
is

once

university

student

start
with
us
from
august

he's

looking

turf
replacement
policies

programs

would
be
kind
of
appropriate
and
feasible
for
the
city
of
englewood
and,
at
the
end
of
his
time,
he's
going
to
present
likely
to
city
council
so
sometime
around
december.

work
alongside

especially
if
that's

area
of
focus
for
