they
decided

get
out

business
right
around
the
time.
This
neighbor
was
kind
of
coming
back
to
life.
In
many
respects
the
hospital
started
reinvesting
some
of
their
properties.
They
own
some
really
interesting
history.
Here,
Beyond
Bill's
Automotive
and,
let's
start
to
say
goodbye
to
many
years.
They
sponsored
being
soccer
team.
Softball
teams
compared
all
this
number
of
billions.

I
think
it
was
right
across
three
the
best
year
and
then
beyond
that,
even
further
back,
if
you
think
it
would
some
of
you
all,
they
support
me
on
this
believe
it
was
one
of
like
the
biggest
Growers
of
our
nations
from
the
United
States
for
many
years
until
that
stuff,
mostly
overseas,
fortunately,
that
it's
kind
of
a
fun
connection
between
dairy
farm,
it's
mostly
popular
devil,

operation.

what

many
here
is
the
history
of
the
city.

moved

town
right

the

moved

Southborough
Street
and
platform,

active
in
this

ahead

kind

we
had
in
mind,

what
a
great
area
this
is
between
a
taco.

just
opened
up
not
too
long
before
that,
and
we
just
found
that
we
were
driving
everywhere.
We
were
going
really
just
south
of
here.

were
getting
the
car
and
going
to
watch
park
downtown,
so
it
just
seemed
like
there
was
a
lot
of
potential
here
and
a
lot
of
things
were
happening
as
I
mentioned
a
lot
of
down
block
and
good
timing,
because
right
around
the
time
we
started
our
project.
Other
things
started
happening,
as
you
all
know,
and
let's
see
from
the
rooftop
almost
everything
around
us
that
we
do
in
the
last
three
to
five
years.

I
believe
England
would
have
done
a
really
nice
job
of
managing
that
progress
with
some
of
the
negative
things
that
may
come
up
with
that,
such
as
we've
got
great
neighbor
have
been
here
for
many
many
years.
We've
got
lots
of
new
young
families
moving
into
the
community.
We've
been
really
fortunate
to
meet
many
of
them
and
provide
a
place
to
to
gather
truly
to
spend
one
of
the
kind
of
important
foundations
about
our
concept,
and
we
started
out
as
originally
as
a
hydroponic
Farm.

saw
things
happening
as
quickly
as
they
were
great
at
the
coffee
shop
at
the
restaurant.
Originally,
we
wanted
to
grow
food
and
sell
into
restaurants,
schools,
hospitals
and
then
it
just
kind
of
evolved
quickly.
So
we
added
the
restaurant
part
of
the
concept
along
the
way
in
the
design
process.
We
have
the
Market
coffee
shop
and
really
that's
kind
of
what
brings
people
in
and
it's
a
learning
to
share
what
we
do
here
in
the
public.
That's
probably
what
we're
most
known
for
it's
really.

The
original
idea
was
really
based
around
this
Urban
Farm
console,
which
you'll
see
throughout
here
through
three
farming
components.
The
hydroponic
Farm,
which
I
mentioned
year
round
the
girl
in
my
list
there
it
is
currently
under
construction.
We
just
did
the
last
time
the
capacity
and
my
partner
Jeff
he
runs
outside
of
our
business.
He's
got
some
big
plans
and
we've
learned
a
lot
a
couple
of
years,
so
we're
going
to
make
some
improvement.

The
efficiencies
we're
gonna
upgrade
our
our
RO
system
and,
you
might
know,
I'm
a
pretty
squeaky
reel
when
it
comes
to
Inglewood
water.
It's
it's
truly
a
challenge.
I
mean
I,
don't
mean
that
because
I'm
with
an
angle
audience,
but
it's
probably
the
one
single
thing
like
we
get
and
it
fluctuates
around,
but
we're
one
of
the
ways
we
have
to
do
it
in
order
to
grow
healthy
plans,
because
our
our
our
water
monitoring,
we
know
he's
looking
for
the
city.

Very
communicative
when
it
comes
to
these
matters,
but
we'll
call
them
and
then
I
thought
you

that
we've
got
the
longer

hydroponic
system

we

water,

hard
on
the
equipment.

really
hard

the
dishwasher
coffee
equipment,
yeah
kind
of
things
that
again
I'm
not
bringing
that
up
but
to
complain
because
I
have
a
captured
audience,
but
it's
a
thing
and
I
know:
there's
one
plans:
that's
right!

share
it
with
everybody
comes
in
here,
but
that's
something
that
jet
is
working
on
right
now,
in
addition
to
some
of
the
plumbing
and
whatnot
the
way
we
use
water,
the
way
we
catch
it
and
reuse,
it
there's
some
efficiencies.
We
can
game
and
a
lot.
It's
really
it's
like
an
advanced
prototype.
So
now
we
was
learning
advisory.
Things
remove
the
system
organization
improvements
in
the
slow
time
in
here
for
us,
probably
close
to
the
end
of
the
year.

have
the
rulers
along
this
whole
wall
and
we
still
have
them
I
think
we're
gonna
bring
them
back.
We
tried
something
a
little
different
this
summer,
we're
going
to
try
and
make
a
little
more
of
the
scale
space,
and
we
were
using
this
with
some
small
scale
events
and
now
we're
having
a
second
about.
We
bring
it
back.

It's
also
hardest
thing
that
a
lot
of
Labor
stuff
you
ought
to
refer
to
read
about
you
know,
impacts
with
and
all
those
things
we're
trying
to
do
a
little
bit
differently
here,
repair
employees,
a
living
wage.
You
always
make
money
well
above
minimum
wage.
You
might
have
seen
some
of
the
menu
information
you
saw
if
you
order
food,
we
added
the
spring
a
20
service
charge,
that's
a
taco
to
my
pocket.
That
goes
to
the
salaries
which
works
really
hard
to
retain
to
track
a
really
high
quality
employee.

Here,
regardless
they
do,
they
give
them
local,
food
or
Community
or
any
of
the
other
touch
points
we
have
in
our
concept
and
we
want
to
keep
it.
That's
the
only
hard
thing
to
do
so
like,
for
example,
a
important
transparency
and
spread
the
words
to
anyone
says
it's
we're
not
making
money
yet,
but
we
feel
like
we're
on
track
and
that's
one
of
the
steps
we
started
to
do
so.
Our
language,
for
example.
Maybe
they
start
at
24
bucks
up
to
20
years
right.
Typically,
that's
like
15
to
17.

servers
make
you
know
they
start
18
bucks
an
hour
for
tips.
We
leave
that
door
open
because
many
of
our
customers
can

business

traditional
restaurant
model,
which
is,
in
my

goodness

industry
that

pretty
broken
before
coming.

hydroponic
bar

rooftop,

a
greenhouse
things,
we've
done
everything
some
Tomatoes
up
there,
cucumbers
Peppers
lots

flowers,
lots
of
herbs
year
round,
and
then
the
third
component
is
actually
about
a
quarter.
Mile
south
of
here
we
have
an
outdoor
farm,
which
is
in
my
backyard
and
most
of
the
things
that
you
endurance
will
become
Network
foreign.

we
have

wonderful
relationship
with
both
hospitals,
especially

Craig
is

we

rebuilt,

we
have
this,
rebuild

location

a
pretty
big
decision.

were
originally
going
to
distance

farming
up
here
and

saw
the
opportunity
to
do
more

students

year
round
here

as
the
utility
team
of

event
space
system

extra
money
to
the
restaurant
business,
and
we
do

done
everything
up
here,
for
weddings
to
corporate
events
and

when
the
weather
permits.

nicer
time

give
service
upgrades
without

bunch
of
different

week
to
week,

it
makes
a
really
nice

make

huge
difference
in
the

five
miles,
they're
still
going
to
visit
us
here.

get
lots

wings
they're
producing
honey
out
there
for
us
to
pollinating
our
garden.

We
add
those

so
we
manage
the
water.
So
what
you
see
in
front
of
your
community
about
that
perfect?
Six
of
those
develop
an
independently
control,
more
both
light,
the
timing
of
the
lights
and
the
nutrients
that
we
feed
them
are
independently
controllable.
So
we
have
essentially
six
micropodins.
Even
the
temperature
of
the
roots
vary
depending
on
the
time
of
year,
both
from
the
walks
to
your
wall,
the
floor.

like
spinach
and
whatnot
are
a
little
bit
about
that
part
of
the
room,
but
we
provide
there's
a
it's
a
natural
damage
that
we
use
and
we
only
grow
greens
and
herbs
about
America
because
of
the
nature
of
the
vertical
system.
Anything
that
would
flower
above
or
fruit
would
get
heavy
in
Block
was

boys

the
programs
that
they
ran
was
a
holiday
lighting
contest
where
people
who
lived
in
the
community
could
put
in
for
it
and
they
would
actually
they
would
get
dinner
you
sometimes
in
the
Maui
Center
they
would
drive
around
in
a
van
and
they
would
judge
last
year
was
kind
of
a
transition
point
where
we
moved
that
holiday
lighting
program
to
our
Communications
Department
and
our
neighborhood
Resources
office.
However,
the
sustainability
commission
retained
their
right,
basically
write
a
first
refusal
to
be
the
to
be
the
judges
so
you're,
not
on
the
hook.

run
the
program
anymore.
Mel
doesn't
run
the
program,
that's
run
by
a
different
office.
However,
you're
welcome
to
be
the
judges.
So
it's
one
night,
I,
don't
know
the
exact
date.
It's
early
December,
a

We
got
pizza,
it
was
a
lot
of
fun.
