A
Hey
nancy,
can
you
hear
me
okay?
I
can
good
evening
good
evening,
hey,
I
think,
at
the
start
of
the
public
hearing
on
with
byfield.
Yes,
I
would
like
to
just
make
a
statement
that
I'm
on
the
border
since
the
chamber
gave
that
support
letter.
Oh
okay,
yeah.
I
just
want
to
state
that
I'm
on
the
board
of
directors,
but
I
was-
did
not
participate
in
any
of
the
discussions
or
surrounding
that
letter
of
support.
B
Sure
you
can
do
that
after
staff
presentation
public
comment
when
it
goes
or
right
before
sorry,
you
do
that
right
before
council
starts
or
council
planning.
Commission
starts
asking
questions:
okay,
so
yeah.
A
C
Hey
nancy,
it's
zeke.
D
E
B
B
Mr
kibby,
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
the
actual
public
hearing
does
not
start
until
seven
o'clock
you're
free
to
sit
through
our
steering
committee
meeting.
If
you
wish,
but
just
so
you
know.
F
Okay,
I'll
log
back
in
later,
I
think.
B
B
B
E
E
This
is
our
first
one
in
a
little
while,
since
the
end
of
may,
my
name
is
wade
burkholder.
I
am
the
planning
manager
for
the
community
development
department
in
the
city,
and
I
will
be
one
of
the
primary
project
managers
for
this
project
and
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
the
format
here
in
a
little
bit,
but
I
wanted
to
since
we're
all
virtual
and
we'll
continue
to
be
virtual,
for
we
don't
know
how
long
we
wanted
to
go
ahead
and
do
some
introductions
tonight.
A
Judy,
my
name
is
judy
brown.
I
am
a
member
of
the
planning
and
zoning
commission.
A
I
have
lived
in
englewood
since
2008
and
I'm
also
on
the
board
of
directors
of
the
english
chamber
of
commerce,
and
I
was
on
the
englewood
housing
authority
commission
for
five
years.
Prior
to
this.
B
D
Can
you
hear
me
already?
We
can
okay,
okay,
I'm
brenda
hupka.
I've
been
a
president
of
england
since
2000
my
family's
been
in
englewood
for
many
generations.
I
formally
was
on
the
I'm
on
the
planet
and
zoning
committee.
I
was
I'm
also
on
the
organized
trash
committee
and
I
was
formerly
on
the
arts
committee.
D
Anyone
that's
it.
I
guess
andy,
I'm
andy
taylor.
I've
lived
in
inglewood
since
2014
and
I
serve
on
the
board
of
appeals
and
adjustment,
and
I
have
for,
I
think,
the
last
five
years
and
I
work
as
a
regional
planner,
with
lots
of
different
local
governments.
In
my
day,
job.
B
And
michelle
hello,
my
name
is
michelle
austin,
I'm
a
denver
native
I've
lived
the
majority
of
my
life,
if
not
in
inglewood,
very
nearby.
I
remember
the
in
the
wood
library
when
it
was
down
on
bannock
street.
That's
how
long
ago
I
remember
I
have
held
many
hats
over
the
course
of
my
careers,
including
owning
a
liquor
store
and
things
like
that,
but
mainly
managing
commercial,
real
estate,
and
I
only
serve
on
the
planet
and
zoning
commission
and
I'm
currently
serving
as
chair
christine.
B
Hi,
christine
brinker
I've
lived
here
about
a
decade,
absolutely
love
it
here,
like
michelle,
I'm
a
denver
native
too
for
my
day
job.
I
work
on
building
code,
then
energy
efficiency,
which
I
also
love
and
for
tonight
only
I'll-
have
to
duck
out
a
little
bit
early
because
tonight's,
the
night
when
a
bunch
of
different
neighborhoods
are
having
block
parties
that
was
encouraged
by
the
city,
and
so
there
is
one
on
my
block
and
I
organized
it.
So
I
kind
of
have
to
make
an
appearance
very
good.
F
Carl,
my
name
is
carl
adams.
I've
been
inglewood
resident
since
82
in
the
south
denver
area.
I've
lived
here
since
63..
F
So
a
long
long
time
resident
of
the
area
got
on
the
planning
and
zoning
to
help
with
the
city
and
in
managing
the
the
outcome
of
the
city,
how
the
city
is
operating
and
where
they're
going
and
what
they're
doing
and
hope.
Hopefully
it
can
inglewood
will
continue
a
nice
city
for
many
many
years.
B
Kate
townley
hi,
kate,
townley
and
I'm
on
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
and
previously
previously
served
on
urban
renewal
with
bernie
and
and
I've
been
in
englewood
for
a
long
time
and
as
a
day,
job
worked
as
a
built
environment,
specialist
for
the
state
health
department
and
bernie.
C
I'm
excited
to
see
about
what
he's
going
to
say
there
too,
colin
hagerty,
I'm
also
on
the
plane
zoning
board
been
in
lingwood
for
a
few
years
now.
I
love
living
here,
love
being
a
part
of
this
community.
Honestly,
it
is
a
very
small
town
feel
within
the
city
here
and
so
happy
to
be
a
part
of
this
code,
update
which
I
think,
as
carl
was
saying,
will
help
you
know,
shape
the
the
next
generations
coming
through
here.
C
So
civil
engineer
owns
my
day
job
and
so
have
a
little
bit
of
familiarity,
but
probably
just
enough
to
get
me
in
trouble.
So
looking
forward
to
this
whole
process,
kate.
B
B
Hi,
I'm
kate,
fuller.
I've
been
a
resident
of
inglewood
since
2015..
I
live
near
hampden
and
broadway
so
kind
of
in
the
heat
of
englewood.
I
volunteered
for
the
design
advisory
group
for
clayton
elementary
school
a
few
years
back
and
that's
what
got
me
interested
in
doing
more
in
inglewood.
So
I
came
on
as
an
alternate
for
planning
and
zoning
in
2019
and
in
2020
became
a
full
member,
and
so
I'm
still
learning
a
lot
but
really
enjoying
the
process.
A
D
Hi,
I'm
brooke
bell,
I'm
a
planner,
I'm
a
senior
planner
with
community
development
and
I'll
be
part
of
this
process.
My
video
is
not
working.
I'm
at
home
and
sometimes
zoom
wants
to
update,
and
I
guess
I
haven't
done
that
properly,
but
I'm
looking
forward
to
working
with
you
all.
B
Exactly
we
did
actually,
okay
s
will
charles.
D
I'm
a
planner
too,
with
the
community
department.
I've
been
with
the
city
about
a
hair.
D
Hi
everyone
suzanne
dickson,
my
husband
and
I
purchased
our
home
from
the
city
of
englewood
in
may
2013..
I
am
judy's
neighbor.
I
think
I
live
in
closest
proximity
to
you
judy
and
I've
served
on
the
budget
advisory
committee
since
2017.
B
B
D
Oh
I'm
eric
sampson
planter
two
with
the
city
of
englewood.
I've
been
with
the
city
about
three
and
a
half
years,
and
I've
been
a
colorado
resident
for
eight.
B
D
Oh
sorry,
good
evening,
everybody
I'm
brad
power,
I'm
the
director
of
the
community
development
department
and
I'm
really
pleased
to
see
everybody
this
evening
and,
as
you
start,
your
work
you
can
tell
our
entire
planning
team
is
part
of
this
process,
so
they'll
be
supporting
your
work
throughout
the
course
of
the
of
your
of
your
tenure
with
us.
We're
really
looking
forward
to
doing
this.
D
We
hope
you
are
as
well
because
this
really
has
the
ability
to
enter
to
to
influence
at
least
a
generation
of
the
physical
form
of
danglewood
coming
up
in
the
future.
So
we're
very
excited
to
be
part
of
this
process
with
you
really
want
to.
Thank
you
for
your
your
time
in
advance.
D
I
know
it's
it's
a
lot
to
take
on
we're
all
very
busy
you're
all
very
busy,
and
we
really
sincerely
appreciate
the
effort
that
you
will
provide
to
us
over
the
course
of
the
next
several
months
so
welcome
again
and
we're
really
for
looking
forward
to
working
with
all
of
you.
So
thanks
and.
E
Yeah,
thank
you
nancy
and
yes,
thank
you,
everybody
for
that.
I
think
we
have
a
tremendous
group
here
with
a
lot
of
experience,
both
with
their
knowledge
and
residency
in
englewood
for
as
many
years,
but
we
have
really
good
knowledge
about
a
lot
of
boards
and
commissions
with
the
city
as
well
as
working
with
the
actual
unified
development
code,
which
is,
of
course,
the
code
that
we
are
undertaking.
This
task
to
rewrite.
E
I
want
to
mention
that
we
do
have
a
mix
of
planning.
Commission
members,
as
well
as
city
council,
appointed
members
to
this
board.
We
have
a
total
of
14
overall
members
and
I
think
you
were
all
appointed
and
asked
to
be
a
part
of
this
for
for
those
very
reasons,
and
that
is
your
knowledge
of
the
city,
and
you
know
the
knowledge
of
the
effort
before
us
and
what
it
will
take
and
a
lot
of
conversation
and
listening
and
so
forth.
E
So
the
format
of
this
will
be.
We
are
scheduled
on
the
regular
meeting
nights
for
the
planning
and
zoning
committee,
which
begin
their
regular
meeting
begins
at
seven
o'clock.
So
tonight,
for
example,
we
will
meet
from
six
to
seven
in
this
format
and
then
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
will
formally
open
their
their
regular
meeting.
E
So
those
that
are
not
on
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
are
more
than
welcome
to
stay
and
and
listen,
and
to
the
regular
planning
and
zoning
commission
meeting
or
you're
free
to
free
to
go
on
about
your
evening
as
well.
It's,
however,
you
you
would
like
to
handle
that.
That's
totally
up
to
you
so
the
night
that
there
is
not
an
agenda
item
or
any
business
for
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
to
meet
on
this
group
can
spend
more
than
an
hour
talking
about
things.
E
So
if
we
didn't
have
a
public
hearing
tonight,
this
meeting
might
have
gone
from
like
six
to
eight
or
something
like
that,
and
we
would
have
had
a
little
more
time
to
talk
about
some
of
the
topics
that
we're
going
to
need
to
talk
about
as
we
go
through
this
process.
So
that's
sort
of
that's
what
the
format
of
the
meeting
is,
so
it
will
vary
generally,
but
generally
we
will.
We
will
plan
to
meet
twice
a
month,
sometimes
an
hour,
sometimes
longer
so
any
questions
from
anybody.
D
E
If
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
does
not
have
any
business
items-
yes,
we
will.
But
tonight,
since
we
did
have
do,
we
do
have
a
business
item
on
the
agenda.
We
had
the
option
of
meeting
at
six
o'clock
or
after
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
meeting,
probably
at
nine
o'clock,
so
we
went
for
the
earlier
so
people
weren't
as
as
tired
as
we
go
on
later
in
the
evening.
E
E
Or
we
can
choose
to
meet
after
the
planning,
and
zoning
commission
holds
their
regular
meeting,
which
may
be
nine
o'clock.
So
that's
sort
of
a
question
for
the
group
if
we'd
like
to
keep
this
schedule
six
o'clock
or
if
we
want
to
do
it
after
the
meetings
on
nights,
there
is
an
agenda.
C
Wait
if
I
can
jump
in
sure
I
I
I
would
be
okay,
if
we
just
always
did
six
o'clock,
if
we
want
to
say
that
even
if
we
don't
have
something
going
on
at
seven
just
for
consistency's
purpose.
Okay,
I
would
be
fine
with
that
vegas.
Then.
The
question
that
I
had
is
how
do
the
the
city-
because
you
said
14
members-
obviously
there's
more
than
14
people
here,
so
are
they
here
just
to
guide
and
help
with
the
process?
E
Okay,
that's
that
works
just
fine
for
us,
and
so
yes
to
the
second
part
of
your
question,
colin,
you
know
after
tonight
this
is
more
an
organizational
meeting,
we're
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
community
engagement
plan
tonight,
but
last
summer
the
city
embarked
on
the
assessment
project
for
the
unified
development
code,
which
went
from
approximately
july
to
march
of
2021.
E
E
E
E
We're
going
to
you
know,
work
on
finding
alternatives,
different
approaches
to
addressing
each
one
of
these
issues
and
talking
through
each
one
to
see
what
what
one
works
the
best
in
englewood.
So
you
know
for
for
the
affordability
issue
and
workforce
housing.
E
You
know
there's
continuing
to
be
a
lot
of
discussion
about
accessory
dwelling
units.
We
have
a
a
or
an
ordinance
in
place
right
now.
That's
that's!
E
You
know
fairly
restrictive
according
to
a
lot
of
opinions,
and
you
know
that
was
done.
I
think,
to
start
slow,
but
as
we've
gone
through
the
process
about
a
year
and
a
half
later,
we've
only
had
one
accessory
dwelling
unit
constructed
based
off
that
ordinance.
So
you
know
that's
going
to
be
a
discussion.
We're
going
to
have.
Do
we
open
it
up
to
more
zoning
districts,
more
areas
of
the
community
right
now
they
have
to
be
detached
units.
E
E
Many
meetings
to
work
through
others
might
not
be
so
so
lengthy
of
a
discussion
for
us,
but
that's
sort
of
already
broken
out
somewhat
in
the
assessment
report
that
we
did
last
summer
as
to
what
the
high
high
level
topics
are
for
us
to
discuss,
and
then
we
will,
in
the
end,
come
out
of
this
group
with
with
some
recommendations
for
public
hearings
before
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
and
city
council.
E
One
other
important
aspect
of
all
of
this
is
is
our
continued
engagement
and
education
of
city
council
on
what
we're
working
about
working
on
as
well.
As
you
know,
the
residents
of
the
community
and
getting
their
input
as
to
what
of
these
options
that
we
develop
are
really
you
know
not
a
favorite
of
the
community
or
you
know
the
community
may
lean
one
way
and
that
will
inform
us
in
making
our
our
final
recommendations
as
well.
E
We
very
much
do
not
want
to
sort
of
use
this
time
as
us
sitting
here,
providing
lengthy
power
points
and
lectures
we
we
want
to
turn
this
over
to
to
your
guidance
and
your
thoughts
and
opinions
on
on
these
topics
as
well.
So
a
very
much
interactive
format
to
this
group-
and
I
I
in
the
end,
will
rely
and
ask
you
all
to
be
a
part
of
presentations
to
city
council
and
be
a
part
of
the
community
outreach
events
with
us
as
city
staff.
E
E
So
very
much
collaborative,
very
much
want
you
all
to
to
somewhat.
E
You
know,
lead
the
process,
maybe
with
a
with
our
inputs
on
on
certain
topics
and
providing
you
all
the
research
and
and
so
forth,
based
on
sort
of
the
road
map
that
we
have
set
before
us
that
that
the
udc
assessment
set
out
for
us
last
summer
and
early
this
year.
So
I
know
I
just
said
a
whole
lot
of
stuff.
I
don't
know
if
it
made
sense,
but
any
questions
on
that.
F
Okay,
I
have
a
question
on
the
community
input.
Is
that
what's
been
gathered
already,
or
is
it
more
to
come.
E
Thanks
carl
yeah,
I
had
sent
you
an
email
with
several
communities
engagement
plans,
just
for
you
to
start
looking
at
and
looking
for
ideas.
E
You
know:
we've
we've
learned
a
lot
from
past
projects
that
it's
more
successful.
If
we
go
out
into
the
community
and
not
have
meetings
here
at
city
hall
and
and
again
just
not
in
a
kind
of
lecture
format,
we
want
things
to
be
interactive
and
we
get
better
feedback
and
participation
when,
when
there's
a
little
more
involvement
for
people
to
come
and
talk,
and
just
for
us
to
listen,
we
we
get
a
lot
out
of
that
sort
of
format.
So
we
are
essentially
open
to
ideas.
E
We
will
obviously
have
our
social
media
accounts,
providing
updates
and
so
forth.
We
do
have
articles
that
have
already
run
in
the
citizen
magazine.
We
will
continue
to
do
that.
Sort
of
outreach,
but
when
it
comes
to
you
know
how
do
we
reach
the
aging
population?
E
E
So
it
presents
a
little
bit
of
an
issue
how
we
can
reach
those
those
populations
the
most
effectively.
B
If
I
could
interject
judy's
had
her
hand
up
if
we
could
go
to
her
first,
please.
B
A
F
I
had
a
idea
about
maybe
having
a
meeting
at
valley
center
to
get
the
senior
side
of
the.
But
another
point
is.
F
The
in
september
middle
of
september,
the
city
is
having
their
block
party.
Would
we
be
able
to
get
a
a
booth
for
the
that
block
party?
F
E
E
So
that's
a
it's
a
saturday
event,
I
believe,
nine
to
two.
We
will
have
information
set
up
on
this
project.
We
will
be
developing
some.
Some
survey
type
questions
for
people
to
answer,
as
as
they
come
by
and
just
general
information
about
this
project
and
and
so
forth.
So
absolutely
those
community
type
events
we
we
will
plan
to
to
be
there
and,
of
course,
the
mali
center.
Yes,
we
can
absolutely
go
to
the
malley
center,
presuming
that
there's
not
any
shutdowns
or
anything
like
that
due
to
the
current
situation
with
covet
and
whatnot.
E
So
those
are
those
are
excellent
ways
to
to
get
information.
We're
also
planning
to
do
some
handouts
or
some
information
at
the
city
sponsored
movie
nights.
E
There
are
a
couple
of
those
coming
up
as
well
and
usually
about
50
or
70
50
to
70
families
come
to
those
those
events
as
well.
So
you
know
the
the
key
to
all
of
this
is
really
asking
the
right
questions
and
and
and
knowing
what
we
are
wanting
to
to
hear
back
about.
So
you
know,
development
of
questions
is
something
you
know
we
will
talk
about
in
this
group
and
and
what
questions
are
really
going
to
help
us
achieve
our
goals
of
of
updating
this
code
of
of
making
it
user-friendly.
E
Not
you
know,
having
such
a
an
organizational
structure
to
the
code
that
really
confuses
people,
and
nobody
knows
where
to
find
things.
So
you
know
those
types
of
things
we'll
talked
about.
We
need
to
know
what's
going
to
help
us
make
our
decisions
and
those
are
the
questions
we
should.
We
should
sort
of
start
with
and
ask
at
these.
E
All
all
a
challenge
to
keep
it
fun
and
interesting
too,
we
have
300
and
some
pages
of
of
code.
So
you
know
that's
that's
another
part
of
this.
We'll
have
to
think
about.
E
We
can
we
can
work
with
those
facility
managers
so
long
as
there's
not
a
health
concern.
They
would
have
been
willing
to
let
us
come
in
during
the
assessment,
but
again
that
was
during
a
heightened
covet
time.
So
you
know,
thinking
about
going
and
and
visiting
them
is
going
to
be
more
effective
than
sending
a
survey.
D
E
D
A
One
more
meeting
logistics
things.
One
of
the
reasons
why
I
wanted
so
desperately
to
meet
in
person
is
this
is
tedious,
trying
to
raise
our
hands
and
and
get
questions
answered
in
a
timely
manner.
So
if
you
could
help
me
understand
the
best
way
to
do
that,
I'm
happy
to
interrupt
and
try
and
keep
track
of
who
has
their
hand
up.
I
nancy,
I
don't
know
if
you're
gonna
be
here
every
single
time
we
meet,
I
will
be
oh,
you
will
okay,
then
never
mind
I'll
rely
on
nancy
to
interrupt
people.
E
Anybody
else
before
we
start
getting
into
some
of
this
just
does
review.
I
I
think
I
sent
this
also
to
everybody,
I'm
not
really
remembering.
If
I
did
no,
I
do
yeah.
E
E
E
E
E
I'm
not
sure
if
you
will
get
that,
but
we
can
certainly
have
you
put
on
the
list
to
get
that
if
you
would
like
monthly
social
media
we
do
have.
Our
communications
department
in
the
city
has
has
a
handle
on
all
of
these
different
types
of
social
media
outlets,
and
you
can
see
the
number
of
people
reach
through
each
one
of
those
outlets.
E
E
The
citizens
and
community
have
the
ability
to
ask
questions
directly
to
me
to
us,
and
we've
had
about
five
questions
already
asked
on
that
page
by
citizens.
So
I
highly
encourage
you
all
to
to
go
on
there
and
bookmark
that
that
page
there's
links
to
our
meetings.
So
our
meeting
agenda
is
on
there.
The
recordings
of
these
meetings
will
be
on
there.
C
Thank
you,
did
you
say
that's
on
the
inglewoodco.gov
page,
there
should
be
an
englewood
engage.
I
just
found
it
right
now,
it's
not
on
the
bottom
of
the
page.
It's
actually
in
the
top
of
the
page.
E
Oh,
is
it
really
okay,
sorry
about
that
yeah,
so
yeah
take
a
look
at
that
when
you
can.
C
Go
ahead,
one
other
suggestion
I
might
have
is
you
did
talk
about
the
the
study
that
was
done
in
2020
and
in
2020.
I
had
pulled
that
the
code
assessments
from
a
previous,
but
it
might
be
good
to
send
that
out
to
everyone
again
just
to
make
sure
that
everyone
has
that
that
documents
sure
thank.
E
You
so,
anyway,
there's
a
long
list
of
different
ways
that
the
city
is
able
to
provide
community
input.
So
you
know
it's,
you
know
we
even
go
into
our
audience
and
what
communication
method
is
is
the
best
for
each
audience
that
we
have.
E
E
Bellevue
and
federal
area-
you
know
that's
still
part
of
the
city
of
englewood-
that
we
don't
always
hear
a
whole
lot
from
and
we
just
want
to
have
this
be
as
widespread
as
we
can
and
have
as
many
people
comment
as
we
can,
the
end
product
will
be
more
successful.
The
more
people
that
we
can
can
reach
in
in
our
opinion,
so
we
don't
need
to
you-
know,
spend
a
whole
lot
of
of
time
going
through.
E
E
That
might
be
a
beneficial
way
to
start
identifying
some
issues
if
we
just
kind
of
do
a
brief
walkthrough
of
each
chapter
first,
before
we
dive
into
something
as
as
daunting
as
workforce,
housing
or
affordable
housing,
or
something
like
that,
we
can
sort
of
identify
concerns
or
things
that
we
want
to
talk
about
in
more
depth
as
we
go
forward.
That
way,
so
does
that
sound
good
to
everybody?
If
we
kind
of
do
that
sort
of
walk
through.
A
I'm
fine
with
that.
Does
I
assume
everybody
on
this
on
the
steering
committee
received
the
most
current
version
of
title
16?
Yes,
yes,
they.
B
A
Okay-
and
so
maybe
we
could
have
reading
assignment
ahead
of
time
so
where
I
don't
want
to
read
the
code
in
a
meeting.
I
just
want
to
make
that
very
clear.
I
agree.
D
E
D
A
That
everybody
will
have
read
it
and
then
maybe
chosen
the
topics
that
they
had
questions
about
and
we
could
crank
through
it
because
I,
like
I
said,
I'm
I'm
not
gonna
sit
here
for
an
hour
and
read
the
code
I'll
do
that
on
my
own
time.
E
Sure,
well,
if
that
sounds
agreeable
to
everybody,
I
would
assign
the
first
two
chapters
to
you
all
over
the
next
two
weeks.
Those
are
first
chapters,
just
a
sort
of
introductory
applicability.
E
Type
chapter
second
chapter
gets
into
a
lot
of
our
processes
and
you
know,
what's
required,
for
each
type
of
application
and
and
sort
of
a
checklist
type
approach
to
each
type
of
application,
so
that
might
be
the
best
way
to
go
with
the
first
two
chapters.
B
C
We
did
talk
about
that.
We're
not
changing
everything.
Are
we
changing
the
first
two
chapters
I
mean?
Is
that
something
that
we
need
to,
or
should
we
look
at
the
high
priority
areas
and
start
with
those
and
and
if
you
think
going
through
them,
that's
fine
too.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we're
not
you
know
doing
stuff
that
we're
not
necessarily
going
to
be
changing.
E
There
there
could
very
well
be
changes
in
the
second
chapter.
Yeah,
okay,
yeah
concentrate
on
this
first
chapter
is
probably
more
legalese
type
stuff
for
the
attorneys
to
to
talk
through,
but
I
think
certainly
the
second
chapter.
It's
a
fairly
large
chapter
and
it'll
help
you
get
a
handle
on
all
the
I
think,
there's
20,
27
or
28
different
applications
that
we
in
community
development
handle
and,
on
behalf
of
you
know
the
citizens
and
and
and
submitting
applications
and
so
forth.
E
So
I
think
that
would
be
a
great
basis
for
us
to
move
forward.
D
And
wait:
wait!
Bro!
It's
brook
bell
here.
I
just
wanted
to
add
one
thing
in
and
correct
me:
if
I'm
wrong
wait.
D
It
very
well
could
be
that
once
the
code
is
rewritten
that
it
doesn't
have
our
current
11
chapters
that
it
could
be
sort
of
revamped
and
and
things
put
in
different
chapters,
although
it's
it's
probably
a
good
idea
to
go
through
our
chapters
in
their
present
order
and
alignment,
but
then
we'll
we'll
and
our
consultants
will
certainly
have
a
lot
to
say
about
this,
but
it
may
look
like
something
different
in
the
end
that
we
hope
to
be
an
improvement.
D
So
but
it's
still
logical
to
go
through
it
and
and
wait.
I
agree
with
you.
One
doesn't
have
chapter,
one
doesn't
have
much
chapter
two
is
process,
and-
and
so
that's
a
obviously
a
great
place
to
start.
B
D
And
I'll
just
add
one
more
thing
in
the
code:
it's
it's.
It's
often
very
good
to
look
at
charts
so,
for
instance,
in
chapter
two,
there's
a
chart
showing
the
different
sort
of
processes
and
responsibilities
of
different
boards
and
commissions
in
city
council,
and
so
I
I
don't
think
you
need
to
think
of
it
as
a
necessarily
a
63
page
assignment.
D
I
think
skim
what
looks
like
a
lot
of
legalese
and
then
focus
in
on.
You
know
what
what
you
find
to
be
a
little
bit
more
meaty.
A
So
this
is
a
sort
of
since
this
is
not.
I
want
to
understand.
This
is
not
the
same
as
our
restrictions
in
planning
and
zoning
as
a
quasi-judicial
board.
Is
it
okay
for
us
to
meet
with
other
members
of
this
committee
talking
only
about
this,
not
about
any
of
the
stuff.
We
know
our
rules
for
public
hearings
and
stuff
before
the
board,
but
since
this
at
one
point
may
be
a
public
hearing,
are
we
clear
if
I
wanted
to
meet
with
three
people
here
to
talk
about
something
outside
of
this?
A
B
B
I
was
just
wondering
as
we're
reading
through
chapters
one
and
two
so
in
the
assessment,
there's
the
suggestions
as
to
what
may
need
to
be
updated
in
those
chapters,
but
then
we
also
have
the
five
priority
areas.
I
think
it's
five
right.
Do
you
have
suggestions
on
how
to
kind
of
crosswalk
that
as
we're
reading
through
those
chapters.
E
I
would
take,
I
would
take
notes
as
you
go
along
and
and
highlight
an
area
that
you
know
one
of
those
five
areas
could
fit
into
a
little
more.
You
know
one
of
the
things
we're
going
to
be
looking
at
is
you
know
how
this
code
works,
how
it
can
be
modernized?
E
You
know
that
may
include
things
like
providing
web
links
or
certain
things
to
to
go
to
other
illustrations,
or
things
like
that.
So,
if
you
all
see
something
that
might
be
better
to,
you
know
click
a
link
and
it
goes
to
a
regulation
or
something
like
that.
Instead
of
actually
putting
that
picture
or
graphic
in
the
code,
you
know
I
think
there
could
be
a
lot
in
chapter
two
that
would
help
with
the
modernization
of
the
code.
E
You
know
if
there's
something
in
there
that
could
speak
towards
walkability
standards.
You
know
I
would
highlight
that,
and
sort
of
you
know
review
your
top
five
from
the
assessment
and
just
keep
that
always
in
your
mind
and
and
make
notes,
as
we
walk
through
each
chapter,
that
this
is
something
that
would
affect
one
of
those
five
or
we
could
do
this
differently
and
have
a
better
outcome
for
walkability
and
that
sort
of
thing.
So
that's
my.
B
E
You
know
this
is
it
you
know
it's
going
to
be
a
lengthy
process
going
to
have
some
difficult
conversations,
so
I
think
we
just
need
to
keep
that
in
mind,
be
respectful
and
listen
to
everybody's
thoughts
and
comments
and,
in
the
end,
I'm
very
confident
in
this
group
that
we
can
reach
a
really
good
outcome
that
will
will
implement
a
lot
of
the
city's
new
strategic
plan
goals
with
city
council
and
so
forth
and
and
make
the
community
a
better
place.
E
A
lot
has
changed,
obviously
in
in
that
time
frame,
so
looking
for
best
practices
and
if
you
all
have
and
come
across
articles
and
information
that
you
want
to
share.
Please
send
that
to
me.
I
will
work
with
nancy
to
set
up
some
some
type
of
library
on
engaged
englewood,
and
you
know
we
can
all
go
there
and
read
the
articles
as
we
want
to
share
them
so
that.
C
Being
said,
along
those
lines,
we
have
a
consultant
that's
helping
with
this
process
that
will
normally
be
here
as
well
as
we're
talking
through
these
things
and
I'm
sure
they
have
a
library
of
information.
Also,
will
that
all
be
like
anything
that
gets
sent
to
you
be
made
available
to
us
or
how
does
that
all.
E
E
Yeah
once
we
get
in
with
the
working
document
and
so
forth
that
and
that's
that
won't
necessarily
be
public
at
the
very
beginning,
but
you
know
articles,
I
think
you
know.
A
big
part
of
this
is
educating
us
as
well
as
the
community.
So
there's
bound
to
be
articles.
We
might
share
that
everybody
doesn't
agree
with,
but
I
think
when
we're
