Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hello,
everybody,
my
name
is
wade
burkholder.
I
am
the
planning
manager
in
the
community
development
department
for
the
city
of
inglewood.
I
want
to
thank
you
for
joining
in
the
conversation
today
by
watching
this
series
of
videos
that
explains
a
little
bit
more
about
the
unified
development
code.
The
unified
development
code
is
the
document
in
the
city
that
regulates
quality
development
and
growth.
A
The
unified
development
code
includes
regulations
such
as
zoning
parking,
setbacks,
height
landscaping
and
so
forth.
If
you
ever
wondered
what
you
need
to
do
to
put
a
shed
or
a
patio
or
a
deck
or
build
a
new
garage
on
your
property,
the
unified
development
code
is
the
first
step
in
the
process
that
you
need
to
look
at
in
order
to
submit
your
building
permit
plans.
A
In
the
last
half
of
2020
city
council
has
directed
city
staff
to
conduct
an
assessment
of
the
unified
development
code.
The
code
is
simply
outdated,
so
the
importance
of
this
project
is
to
make
sure
that
the
unified
development
code
is
working
in
conjunction
with
the
comprehensive
plan
within
the
city
of
englewood.
A
The
comprehensive
plan
in
the
city
of
englewood
is
the
overarching
policy
document
to
make
sure
that
the
community
vision
and
goals
are
being
met
into
the
future.
The
unified
development
code
is
the
regulatory
document
that
implements
the
comprehensive
plan,
so
it
is
important
that
both
documents
are
up
to
date
and
reflect
the
quality,
development
and
desired
outcomes
of
the
city
of
englewood
citizens
and
elected
officials.

A

udc,
you
will
see
a
list
of
upcoming
events
where
you
can
provide
your
comment
and
also
discuss
your
ideas
with
city
staff
on
the
web
page.
You
will
also
see
all
of
the
past
events
that
were
held,
and
a
lot
of
the
comments
are
also
on
the
web
page.
For
you
to
look
at
as
well.
In
2021,
we
will
be
looking
to
rewrite
the
unified
development
code,
based
on
the
comments
that
we've
heard
from
the
public.
