So
in
an
upcoming
session,
I'd
like
to
really
see
it
as
a
panel,
so
I
it
was
a
roundtable
discussion,
but
it
was
mine.
I
had
the
impression
that
it
was
going
to
be
a
panel.
So,
for
example,
on
the
top
points,
metrics
I
was
really
looking
to
hear
about,
and
feedback
was
solicited
and
then
I
feedback
that
was
solicited
was
the
basis
for
the
conversation.
So
I
was
really
looking
to
hear
on
the
topic
of
performance
measures.
What's
being
done
from
an
industry.

It
were
from
a
maintenance
in
point.
There
could
be
three
four
pieces
to
that
panel
discussion
and
maybe
the
round
table
takes
one
of
each
of
those
pieces
and
give
this
person
so,
for
example,
social
media,
pretty
broad
topic,
and
maybe
here's
the
broader
discussion
about
social
media.
But
then
there's
one
specific
round
table
by
SMS.
There's
one
about
Twitter
and
Facebook,
there's
one
about
the
upcoming
technology
and
then
how
it
actually
interacts
how
those
interact
across.
A
So
exactly
there
they're
set
up
and
then
so
the
topics
whether
what
we
wanted
to
do
this
morning
was
also
talked
about.
The
future
topics
doesn't
have
to
be
in
advancing
titles,
but
things
that
I
heard
veterans
to
do
with
two
thousand
and
I'm
going
to
think
some
topics.
You
know
that
Luke
is
going
to
do
that,
put
the
gun
spot,
but
in
social
media.
Basically,
what's
next
and
that's
always
been
a
huge
conversation
or
pan
and
our
conferences
and
topics
that
once
hear
or
topics
that
were
here
like
Norah
before
you
go.

A
Think
that
is
something
to
keep
in
mind
is
that
you
know
people
with
serums.
You
know
you
could
have
the
same
serum
for
10
years
in
you're,
an
expert
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
you
have
a
brand
new
crm,
changed
everything
and
it's
nice
to
get
that
hands-on
and
I
almost
thought
about.
If
we
have
some
of
those
sponsors,
we
should
be
able
to
set
up
a
little
hands-on
demo
out
there
with
some
of
their
end
users
that
are
here
at
the
conference.
So.
C
D
A
Is
implementing
public
stuff
she's
at
the
City
of
Aurora
Illinois
and
they
were
very
helpful
to
us
as
well
when
we
implemented
we
went
to
visit
and
we
have
been
visiting
each
other
and
during
her
implementation,
and
there
were
things
that
happened,
that
that
my
system,
which
was
like
the
beta
1
originally
so
I
all
the
bells
and
whistles
and
she
came
in
she
said
I.
Don't
have
that
I
honor
item
and
really
she
would've
known
unless
she
came
came
by
me
or
we
had
a
conversation
so
maybe
hands
on.
