We
have
one
person
signed
up
for
public
comment,
there
are
online
and
there
would
be
Mr
Michael
vasilko.
F
A
F
So
the
one
agenda
item
I
wanted
to
counterton
is
Asics
the
I
guess
I'd,
like
somebody
from
the
council
or
somebody
on
the
console
to
ask
staff
to
explain
what
the
real
purpose
of
this
community
engagement
services.
F
So
if
they
could
explain
what
this
group
is
going
to
do
would
be
helpful
other
than
the
fear
is
that
they'll
be
just
simply
promoting
whatever
Northwestern
wants
to
service
the
other
question
just
briefly
again,
there's
somebody
from
staff
could
explain.
I
circulated
an
article
about
the
an
Evanston
now
article
about
the
58
million
dollars
that
was
found.
I
guess
to
be
a
surplus
at
the
end
of
2022
one,
how
possible
that
money
could
just
be
uncovered
that
amount
of
money
and
two?
Why
can't
that
money?
A
Alderman
homes.
Are
you
on
the
call.
A
D
Are
there
any
Let's
remove
A6?
If
we
could
I
guess,
we
also
have
to
remove
a
seven
and
eight
ten.
A
A
F
G
Yeah
move
approval
of
item
A6
approval
of
contract
award
for
Community
engagement,
Services
related
to
the
Ryan
Field
Stadium
project.
D
D
H
Please,
okay,
thank
you
committee.
So
in
February
we
received
a
proposal
for
an
economic
impact
study
that
also
included
a
partner
study
to
do
a
community
engagement
process,
and
that
was
from
a
community
allies
and
that
proposal
caused
only
fifteen
thousand
dollars,
and
so
at
the
time
it
seemed
like
a
good
idea
and
what
I
particularly
liked
about
that
proposal
was.
It
included
a
facilitated
conversation
with
the
the
participants
having
first
a
presentation
of
the
results
from
the
city's
economic
impact
study.
H
H
Listen
to
our
residents,
weigh
all
the
all
the
information
and
and
make
a
decision,
and
we
don't
normally
basically
go
out
and
have
a
like
a
mini
referendum
on
all
the
issues
that
come
before
us,
so
I
and
I,
don't
I,
don't
think
just
doing
a
survey
or
a
monkey
whatever
and
all
those
things
are
would
be
helpful
because
we
can't
be
sure
that
the
residents
who
are
participating
in
those
kinds
of
surveys
have
have
the
information
before
them
to
to
really
understand
the
issues
in
their
full
complexity.
D
I'm
in
agreement
with
council,
member
Revell
and
I
do
think.
Public
engagement
is
really
important
in
this
and
many
other
issues,
but
we
don't
have
to
pay
somebody
fifty
thousand
dollars
to
do
it
and
we
probably
don't
even
have
to
pay
somebody
fifteen
thousand
dollars
to
do
it.
But
I
understand
council.
Member
Revell
is
planning
a
town
hall
for
June,
and
it's
that
kind
of
public
engagement
that
is
just
should
be
par
for
the
course
in
you
know
a
day
in
the
life
of
an
Evanston
city,
council,
member.
H
Yes,
so
Northwestern
has
submitted
its
plan
development
application,
which
is
extensive
with
about
a
dozen
different
components
and
so
I'm
going
to
be
having
with
our
city
staff
I'm
going
to
be
having
a
community
meeting
towards
middle
of
June,
where
we
can
present
all
that
information
Northwestern
will
be
there
to
present
the
facts
from
their
about
their
proposal.
H
I
also
plan
to
include
the
the
land
use
commission,
so
they
so
residents
can
understand
what
kind
of
issues
the
land
use
commission
looks
for
when
they
are
weighing
whether
to
make
a
recommendation
out
to
the
council.
So
the
purpose
of
that
meeting
will
be
really
to
give
all
the
give
all
the
residents
as
much
information
as
we
have
to
help
them
participate
productively
in
the
discussion.
G
Yeah
happy
to
kind
of
follow
the
lead
of
the
seventh
war
council.
Member
on
this
I
do
want
to
just
make
sure
I
think
there
is
value
in
working
with
Community
engagement
professionals.
We
have
benefited
from
having
Consultants
involved
in
the
back
Park
Improvement
project
as
an
example:
Everson
thrives
and
others
so
I
just
want
to
delicately
push
back
a
bit
on
that.
G
Maybe
this
is
the
wrong
wrong
project
wrong
time,
but
but
I
think
there
is
a
tremendous
amount
of
value
to
hiring
outside
help
in
certain
situations
so,
but
but
again
happy
to
support
whatever
the
seventh-work
council
member
would
like
us
to
do.
That's
all.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you
and
I
agree.
This
probably
just
isn't
the
project
for
right
now,
especially
because
of
the
skepticism,
but
it
does
prove
beneficial
at
times.
So
with
that
said,
six
does
not
move
on
because
it
went
back
to
vote
for
it.
Okay,.
A
E
A
So
A6
does
not
move
forward
zero
to
five
count.
A
Next,
we
will
move
on
A7
approve
of
the
single
Source
annual
renewal
of
the
Motorola
call
works
and
I
did
receive
a
memo
that
I'd
like
to
read.
First,
because
there
was
a
typo,
the
recommended
action
staff
recommends
that
the
city
council
authorize
the
city
manager
to
renew
the
sole
source
service
agreement
with
Motorola
Solutions
13108
Collection
Center
Drive
Chicago,
Illinois
60693
for
the
police
department's
call,
Works
emergency
call
handling
system,
an
amount
of
33.
A
347.48
and
this
agreement
is
effective
from
June
1st
2023
through
May
31st
2024.,
so
there
was
a
typo
in
the
original
documentation
that
everyone
received.
The
original
amount
was
266
671
dollars,
okay
and
the
dates
were
wrong.
They
were
from
last
year
and
they
should
have
been
for
this
year.
So
those
were
the
two
things
that
were
corrected.
A
A
A
Okay,
A7
has
passed
with
the
corrected
amount
of
33
347
dollars.
Next,
we
move
to
A10
or
I'm,
asked
looking
for
a
motion.
D
D
I
do
have
a
quick
question
and
I'll
ask
Emily
alkalau
to
address
the
committee
and
well,
if
you
wouldn't
mind,
just
giving
us
kind
of
a
brief
overview
of
what
we're
talking
about
here
and
how
this
is
different
from
the
tree
protection
ordinance
that
addresses
private
property
which
is
coming
to
us
and
it
hopefully
another
few
weeks.
B
Yes,
thank
you
good
afternoon,
Madam,
chair
and
members
of
the
committee.
My
name
is
Emily
ogilau
public
services
coordinator
for
the
public
works
agency,
so
the
ordinance
that
you
have
before
you
is
concerning
the
protection
and
preservation
of
trees
on
public
property.
The
environment
board
has
recommended
that
staff
develop
an
ordinance
for
the
protection
of
trees
on
private
property.
Some
of
the
Amendments
that
were
that
are
included
in
tonight's
ordinance
were
originally
in
the
ordinance
on
private
property.
We
figured
it
would
be
easier
to
have
one
ordinance.
B
However,
we
received
a
grant
to
conduct
a
tree
inventory
and
as
part
of
the
grant
requirements,
we
are
required
to
make
some
changes
to
this
portion
of
the
ordinance
concerning
the
protection
of
public
trees
and
that's
why
we
we
are
bringing
these
small
changes
to
you
tonight,
relatively
small
in
the
you
know,
in
the
scheme
of
things
relative
to
the
larger
ordinance.
So.
B
B
This
is
an
extensive
draft
and
so
it's
going
to
require
you
know
likely
significant
work
with
the
law.
Department.
A
Right
all
those
opposed
seeing
none
motion
passes
A10
moves
forward,
we're
at
the
bottom
for
discussion
and
discussion
for
paid
parking
at
community
centers
and
Recreation
Area.
So.
E
Thank
you.
This
is
referral.
There.
I've
worked
with
Lucas
and
Mike
on,
as
well
as
other
staff
members
first
I'll
Lucas.
If
there's
anything
you
want
to
share
first
and
then
we'll.
I
Parking
manager-
yes,
yes,
so
this
is
made
by
council
member
Reed.
We
did
some
homework.
This
is
just
proposed
for
discussion,
the
way
which
we
think
we
should
move
forward
with
console
wish
to
to
move
forward
to
pay
for
no
residents
in
the
recreation
centers.
E
Thank
you
roughly
so
recently
this
Council
voted
to
add
paid
parking
for
non-residents
along
the
lakefront.
That's
correct!
Do
you
know
roughly
how
much
revenue
we've
brought
in
this
year
from
that
all
right?
Well,
actually,
over
the
last
year
this
year,
not
much
likely.
E
Yeah
the
number
of
300
000
that
we
brought
in
just
from
our
lake
front
parking
and
I
believe
between
the
number
of
parking
spots
that
are
along
the
lakefront
and
the
number
of
parking
spots
that
are
potentially
being
proposed
here.
There's
some
similarity
between
the
number
of
parking
spots
is
that
correct?
There's.
B
I
E
We're
talking
about
a
similar,
roughly
a
similar
number
of
of
stalls
and-
and
you
know
the
our
particular
some
of
our
recreation
centers-
are
used
year
round
and
don't
just
have
a
large
demand
during
the
the
summer,
and
so
you
know,
I
think
it
might
be
reasonable
to
deduce
if
we
you
know
brought
in
about
300
000,
maybe
a
bit
more
than
that
along
the
lake
front
for
just
non-evinson
residents.
You
know
we
can
expect
at
least
a
couple
hundred
thousand
dollars,
maybe
from
charging
for
parking
at.
I
I
Our
enforcement.
We
have
to
change
a
little
bit
because
right
now,
there'll
be
additional
Lots,
which
we
have
to
enforce
through
using
our
POS,
so
that's
mean
they
will
take
time
away
from
enforcing
downtown
or
business
districts
or
residential
districts.
So
yes,
but
that's
mean
we
have
to
shift
our
Manpower
a
little
bit
towards
parking
lots.
I
So
I
just
want
to
do
more
because
we
always
receive
those
complaints,
also
from
the
residents
that
we
don't
do
enough
enforcement
in
the
residential
areas,
because
this
only
as
much
we
can
do
as
people
don't
want
to
see
peers
riding
tickets.
Some
people
like
them
going.
E
E
Particularly
in
the
neighborhood,
so
I'll
start
to
bring
my
questioning
to
and
it
wraps
so
you
know
we're
talking
about
now.
One
thing
I
will
note
is
that
I've
heard
concerns
about
one
of
the
recreation
centers,
which
is
Robert,
Crown
and
they're.
Seemingly
are
parking
issues
in
the
neighborhoods,
I'm
sure,
councilman,
renuzma
and.
E
So
sorry
and
council,
member
Harris
and
heracades,
whose
awards
are
in
the
vicinity
of
their
kind
of,
can
attest
to
this
far
better
than
I
can
but
I
would
be
interested
in
moving
forward
with
this
I
would
be
I'd,
be
happy
to
Pilot
this,
not
at
Robert
Crown,
since
there
seems
to
be
a
parking
issue
in
the
neighborhoods,
but
certainly
I,
think
piloting
this
at
the
levy:
Senior
Center,
James,
Park
and
other
locations
throughout
the
city,
where
we
aren't
having
that
neighborhood
parking
issue
make
makes
sense.
E
You
know
we
currently
don't
and
director
Thompson.
If
you're
out,
there
feel
free
to
run
in
correct
me
if
I
say
anything
wrong,
but
I
don't
believe
that
when
we
charge
for
our
recreational
programs
that
we
charge
the
full
cost
of
what
it
takes
to
run
the
program
and.
E
Even
for
folks
who
are
out
of
the
city
and
I
think
just
as
a
general
principle
when
it
comes
to
our
largely
unfunded
infrastructure
liability
that
we,
we
have
to
start
capturing
the
cost
of
parking
better
than
we
currently
are,
and
we
have
a
bunch
of
folks
here
tonight
who
are
wearing
purple
shirts
for
we
are
all
in,
and
you
know,
I
think
about
this
with
the
general
argument
about
parking.
This
is
part
of
kind
of
a
vendetta.
E
Some
folks
might
see
that
I
have
about
the
subsidy,
the
large
subsidy
we
give
to
to
parking
and
think
about
in
this
way
it
cost
maybe
Mike
or
Lucas.
Roughly
you
know
this
is
these
are
numbers
from
a
few
years
ago,
but
I
think
it's
roughly
fifteen
to
twenty
thousand
dollars
per
stall
for
a
surface
slot
to
maintain
it
over
its
lifetime,
and
it's
you
know
about
thirty
five
thousand
dollars
for
a
parking
structure
to
maintain
it.
E
So
that's
thirty,
five
thousand
dollars
per
stall
I
could
not
go
out
and
set
up
a
tent
out
on
the
sidewalk
or
in
a
parking
spot
or
anywhere
and
live
there.
But
I
can
take
my
car
and
leave
it
there
for
free
in
some
cases,
and
so
we
just
have
to
realize
that
we
are
giving
out
precious
limited
public
space
for
free
in
some
cases
or
we're
under
charging
for
it
when,
if
we
were
to
capture
some
of
that,
Revenue
we'd
have
additional
Monies
to
do
things.
E
Not
this
particular
console.
But
this
body
has
raised
property
taxes
to
cover
a
500
000,
our
budget
shortfall
in
the
past
and
we're
potentially
looking
at
when
you
combine
the
lakefront
parking
and
this
you
know
potentially
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
of
Revenue.
That
can
mean
that
we
don't
have
to
increase
taxes
that
we
don't
have
to
cut
back
on
the
important
programs.
So
thank
you.
D
Thank
you,
madam
chair
I,
like
the
idea
of
looking
for
additional
revenue
streams
for
sure
I,
like
the
idea
of
those
revenues,
dreams
not
being
born
on
the
backs
of
Evanston
residence
or
Evanston
taxpayers,
and
just
one
clarification
here.
If
we
were
going
to
charge
non-evenston
residents,
it's
actually
more
specifically
cars
that
have
not
paid
their
Evanston
wheel
tax.
So.
I
The
way
only
weakened
forces
through
the
LPR
system.
So
if
your
residents
of
Evanston
and
you
pay
the
wheel
tax
automatically,
you
will
never
get
a
hit
through
them
when
the
PO
is
driving
through
the
lot.
So
yes,
if
you're
Evanston
resident
and
you
register
your
car
in
Evanston
and
pay
the
wheel
tax,
only
the
three
conditions-
yes,
you
wouldn't
have
to
pay
for
the
parking.
D
Right
and
so
I'd
like
this,
also
as
an
incentive
to
have
folks
who
have
not
paid
their
real
tax
to
actually
do
so
and
I
know
from
previous
discussions
in
this
committee
that
we're
not
at
100
percent
compliance.
I
I
D
So
having
it
said
all
that
as
council
member
from
the
fourth
ward,
which
currently
includes
and
will
you
know
always
at
least
be
nearby
Robert
Crown
we're
starting
to
get
some
complaints
from
The
Neighbors
about
the
Overflow
from
that
parking
lot
going
into
the
neighborhood,
so
I
would
be.
I
would
not
be
in
favor
of
charging
for
parking
at
Crown,
because
I
want
to
make
sure
that
parking
lot
is
filled
up
before
before
folks.
A
So
I
have
a
couple
questions
or
concerns.
My
understanding
from
director
Thompson
is
that
we
already
charge
an
extra
fee
if
they
don't
live
in
Evanston,
which
isn't
Incorporated
some
of
that
parking
fee.
So
I
don't
want
us
to
charge
ourselves
out
of,
for
example,
our
hockey
players
not
coming
to
play
hockey
because
we're
now
charging
them
to
park
as
well
and
they
have
tournaments
and
things
of
that
nature.
A
I
think
it's
bigger
than
just
Robert
Crown
Fleetwood
Jordan
has
a
very
small
parking
and
all
of
that
flows
onto
Simpson
and
now
we're
looking
at
a
school.
So
if
we're
charging
people
then
invade
the
residential
area,
which
would
mean
residents
would
then
have
to
pay
to
have
restricted
parking.
If
you
wish
to
yes
exactly
so
now,
residents
are
paying
one
way
or
the
other,
so
I'm,
not
in
favor
of
it
right
now,
I'd
like
for
us
to
be
creative
and
find
other
ways.
A
Do
we
provide
tags
and
I'm
just
making
notes
of
who
wants
to
speak
in
order
parking
tags
where,
if
they're
part
of
a
program,
then
they
can
put
that
in
their
window
where
we're
not
double
charging
or
double
taxing
someone?
A
So
again,
this
is
for
discussion,
but
I'm
hesitant
to
do
that
for
people
that
are
using
our
rec
centers,
where
we
they
can
find
those
rec
centers
somewhere
else,
but
I
don't
want
people
parking
overnight.
I,
don't
want
people
taking
up
spaces
that
they're
not
using
the
wreck
and
they're,
not
a
resident,
so
we
have
to
find
a
creative
way
to
find
a
solution
that
works
and
not
over
tax
or
under
tax
as
appropriate.
So
thank
you
for
that.
Liberty,
council
member
Reed.
G
Just
because
I
haven't
spoken
yet
that's.
Why
he's.
G
In
a
second
I,
you
know
not
in
the
fifth
War,
but
I,
don't
see
how
you
know,
I,
don't
know,
I
feel
like
the
neighborhoods
around
Levy,
Center
and
James
Park
in
particular
are
also
stressed
again,
not
the
fifth
War,
but
you
know
both
of
those
lots
seem
pretty
parked
up
depending
on
what
day
you
know,
I
gotta,
my
son
plays
ay.
G
So
over
there
I
mean
those
those
lots
get
pretty
parked
up
and
if
they
can't
park
there,
they're
gonna
Park
in
the
neighborhoods
and
again
we
can
have
I,
don't
know
Lucas
or
Mike.
If
you
can
speak
to
this,
but
I
think
there's
some
partly
probably
some
parking
congestion
issues
over
there
again
I'm,
not
as
familiar
with
that
area.
I
G
G
Well,
not
I,
don't
think
everywhere.
There
are
some
areas
where
on
street
parking
is
it.
It
appears
to
not
be
as
as
competitive
as
in
some
areas:
Hill
Arts
example
in
the
fifth
War,
but
particularly
in
this
area,
because
it's
so
parked
up.
This
James
Park
is
probably
one
of
our
more
heavily
programmed
Community
areas
in
Evanston,
and
so
I
just
find
it
hard
to
imagine
that
there's
they.
They
don't
also
deal
with
congestion
issues,
but
I
just
wanted
to
make
it
clear
this.
I
G
I
E
I
will
say
that
this,
for
you
know
near
James
park.
There
certainly
are
parking
congestion
issues
and
portions
of
the
eighth
Ward.
E
That's
mostly
east,
of
Ridge,
more
so
than
the
west
of
Ridge
portion
of
the
ward,
we'll
be
having
a
concern
of
those
Neighbors
coming
up
pretty
soon,
which
is
semi
trucks
on
their
blocks,
but
not
parking
as
the
issue,
I
I
will
say
just
to
councilmember
Harris's
concerns
you
know
again
and
director
Thompson
again
feel
free,
feel
free
to
correct
me
or
we'll
have
some
numbers,
but
even
though
we
do
charge
a
higher
rate
to
folks
who
are
not
evident
in
Residence,
I
still
don't
think
that
covers
the
actual
cost
of
the
programming
and
it
certainly
doesn't
cost
cover
the
cost
of
providing
the
infrastructure.
E
That
is
the
parking
that
we
provide
to
folks,
and
then
you
know.
Lastly,
you
know
I'll
also
say
that
they're,
just
as
we
said
with
the
lakefront
and
other
places,
there
are
multiple
ways
for
folks
to
get
to
these
locations
if
you're
an
Evans
resident
you're
still
free
to
park
for
free.
E
But
you
know
they're
I've
ridden
my
bike
up
to
the
botanic
garden,
because
there's
a
reason
to
go
there
and
I
think
there's
something
that
we
have,
that
will
attract
folks
here
and
they
can
find
all
kinds
of
ways
that
are
likely
healthier
for
them
to
avoid
paying
what
I
think
should
ultimately
be
a
modest
but
reasonable
fee
for
the
parking.
Lastly,
what
I
did
ask
director
Thompson
to
have
for
us
when
this
comes
back
is
as
I
noted
earlier,
we
started
charging
for
parking
along
the
lakefront.
E
We
didn't
particularly
create
that
Lakefront
or
the
program,
or
you
know
necessarily
the
program
that
doesn't
really
go
on
there,
but
people
still
come
to
our
Lakefront
to
enjoy
it
and
what
I've
asked
directs
director
Thompson
to
look
at
is
particularly
moving
into
this
year,
whether
we've
seen
a
since
we've
implemented
the
parking,
the
cost
for
parking,
whether
we've
seen
a
dip
in
the
number
of
folks
who
are
purchasing
daily
passes
or
you
know
the
other
passes.
The
season
passes
far
lake
front
and
again
you
spoke
about
options.
E
There
are
plenty
of
options,
just
south
of
us,
where
you
don't
have
to
pay
to
enter
the
Lakefront
at
all,
so
I
think
those
numbers
will
be
important
and
I
think
it
is
important
for
us
to
move
forward
with
being
able
to
more
fully
capture
the
cost
of
operating
a
complex
City
like
Evanston.
Thank
you.
D
Thank
you,
madam
chair
I,
note
in
our
memo
that
a
staff
is
requesting
that
this
issue
be
discussed,
that
the
parks
and
rec
board
so
I'd
like
to
make
that
referral,
make
that
official
I
would
love
to
have
their
input
on
this
before
taking
further
action
before
additional
discussion.
I
Yes
and
my
question
also
after
because
it's
a
discussion
item,
if
we
move
forward,
this
is
the
Willing
of
the
of
the
board
to
move
forward.
We
like
to
have
the
direction
which
parking
lot
and
what's
the
rate
and
what's
the
hours
of
operation
when
you
want
to
charge
for
parking,
this
will
be
help
us
to
put
the
ordinance
together
versus
going
back
and
forth
and
adding
so
it'll
be
nice
to
know
which
parameters
we're
working
with
yeah.
D
E
I
We
have
a
validation
machines,
but
we
whoever
requests
the
violation
machines.
You
still
have
to
pay
for
the
machine
and
for
the
number
of
validations
which
are
used
for
the
customers.
We
have
some
agreements
with
our
partners
like,
for
example,
Northwestern
health,
health
center.
They
use
the
parking
garages
and
their
customer,
they
validate
them
validate
their
their
tickets,
but
then
we
send
them
an
invoice
every
month,
and
this
is
how
much
you
owe
us
for
validation.
So
there
is
an
option
for
validation,
but
our.
I
Pay
station
don't
give
up
tickets
right
now,
so
I,
don't
know
how
we
have
to
figure
out
some
kind
of
system
how
to
validate,
because
78
of
the
power
transaction
right
now
is
going
through
the
app
so
I
was
thinking
to.
We
was
thinking
to
put
them
just
the
signage.
To
pay
on
app
then
put
actually
physical
boxes
if
necessary.
Do
so,
but
that's
the
eight
thousand
dollar
expense
for
each
box
to
put
in
so.
G
I
I
G
And
this
this
may
not
be
makes
sense
to
do
for
this
particular
proposal,
but
are
we
doing
Dynamic
parking
anywhere
in
Evanston?
Currently
the
idea
that,
during
certain
hours
you
you
pay
less
than
you
would
during
others
not.
I
Yet
we
there
was
mention
about
this
thing
in
our
report,
which
we
hired
a
consultant
to
give
our
where
we
overall
standing
on
the
parking
and
our
revenue
and
fees
and
I,
don't
know
if
you
remember,
of
trying
to
we
present
this
almost
a
year
ago,
that
our
parking
is
a
little
bit
below
the
average
that
there
is
a
room
for
improvement
for
charging
in
the
lots
for
charging
and
our
parking
structures
and
for
the
dynamic
for
the
premium
parking
and
stuff
like
this.
I
A
You,
okay,
council
member
Reed,
for
your
final
thoughts.
Yes,.
E
I
would
just
encourage
us
actually
to
potentially
use
the
pay
boxes
potentially,
particularly
since
this
is
for
non-evenson
residents.
I
wouldn't
expect
non-evenson
residents
to
come
prepared
with
our
Park
Evanston
app
downloaded
on
their
phone.
This.
I
E
Portable,
but
maybe
yeah
yeah,
but
it's
possible,
and
so
I
think
you
know
particularly
early
on-
is
we're
getting
folks
acclimated
to
having
to
pay
for
parking
at
these
community
centers
to
make
sure
we're
capturing
the
revenue
and
not
making
it
too
hard.
I
think
having
these
boxes,
they're
really
appropriate
and
then,
as
far
as
the
questions
that
you
asked
about
Direction
on
timing,
I
think
really
it
should.
E
We
can
leave
that
up
to
you
all
to
think
about
what
the
demand
based
pricing
should
be
and
or
you
know
what
the
pricing
per
at
the
various
lot
should
be
I
think
the
timing
should
certainly
align
with
the
the
hours
of
operation
for
those
facilities
and
then
beyond
that
I
think
the
parks
and
rec
board
can
take
a
first.
You
know
kind
of
crack
at
thinking
about
some
of
the
stuff
and
staff
as
well
and
then
hopefully
bring
that
back
to
us.
Is
there
a
timeline
that
we
think
we
can
see?
E
A
You
thank
you
so
much
there
and
I'm
scared
to
say
it
any
other
questions
or
thoughts.
D
G
Wasn't
going
to
say
anything,
no
I,
I
and
I
think
we're
supposed
to
be
doing
a
better
job
at
doing
this
now,
but
it
would
be
I
think
it
is
important
to
understand
what
our
revenues
are
at
at
our
rec
centers
and
how
that
weighs
against
our
cause.
I
I,
when
this
comes
back
and
I'm
looking
at
you
Lucas,
but
it's
probably
more
of
a
question
for
the
city
manager's
office
or
our
CFO,
but
I
would
like
to
see
that
I
think
that
would
be.
