Second,
album
rainy.
Do
you
want
to
have
any
questions
on
the
bills
list?
Alderman
Grover.
B
Excuse
me,
there
was
one
that
just
occurred
to
me
was
I
was
looking
through
today
and
it's
the
one
for
veterinary
services
to
blue
pearl
Illinois
and
it's
65
125,
and
we
can,
if
we
could
maybe
hold
that
one
for
information
to
the
next
meeting.
I'm
Animal
Control
part.
Obviously,
if
I
hadn't
seen
that
1i
want
to
okay.

Ok,

those

hi!
Yes
great!
I
am
moving
a
16
up.
You
have
someone
the
audience
who
is
interested
in
a
16
and
has
a
child
care.
Is
you
to
get
home
to
right,
so
we're
going
to
move
it
up?
We,
like
kids,
a

I
move

Oh
oh
I'm,
alderman.
A
D
I
D
Talked
about
people
who
are
not
ready
for
it,
they
should
be
because
it's
still
coming
and
they
were
actually
I,
think
they
were
talking
about
some
of
the
gardens
that
have
to
be
where
trees
need
to
be
removed
again
and
and
as
I
read
it
I
thought.
Oh,
is
it
that
time
already
for
you
know
who
has
to
be
starting
to
think
about
it
as
well?
Well,.
I

H
Approval
of
a
change
order
number
three
for
the
48

diameter
water
intake
improvements.
This
will
be
with.
Let's
see,
this
is
a
change
order
that
we
talked
about
earlier
and
it
changes
the
amount
from
a
million
four
hundred
and
3122
to
1
million
four
hundred
forty
four
thousand
one
hundred
and
ninety
six
dollars.
I.
H
A
H
Rainy,
yes
on
this
one,
this
last
forty
four
thousand,
I
think
that's
helmet,
no
41,000
is
a
change
order.
It
seems
things
that
the
issue
having
to
do
with
corrosion,
where
they
want
to
put
the
heating
system
on
top
of
the
its
metal
or
single
or
something
that
will
cause
corrosion
unless
they
do
something.
We
pay
engineers.
These
enormous
amount
of
money
to
engineer
these
projects
and
I'm,
just
wondering
at
what
point
do
we
do
we
say
to
them?
Hey?
How
did
you
miss
this
one?
H
K
You
lara
big
superintendent
of
construction
for
the
utilities
department,
so
this
is
something
that
probably
should
have
been
caught
during
the
design
phase.
This
type
of
technology
is
really
proprietary,
and
this
issue
just
had
not
come
up
before,
but
it
was
something
that
actually
the
engineer
the
contractor
kind
of
raised
simultaneously
as
soon
as
they
started
doing
the
actual
submittals
of
the
materials
and
looking
at
the
detailed
layout.
So
this
is
something
we
would
have
paid
for
anyway,
and
the
engineer
negotiated
with
the
contractor
to
get
a
fair
price
on
it.
H
D
A
Those
in
favor
Oh
all
during
rainy,
this
is
sort.
H
Of
an
aside
but
related,
do
we
ever
pull
together
all
of
the
hundreds
of
people
who
are
working
on
youth
programs
in
the
city
to
say
how
are
you
doing
how
you
doing
how's
this
all
connecting
you
know
it
brings
to
mind
that
the
name
of
this
organization
is
youth
organization
umbrella.
You
know
like
and
that's
what
I'm
wondering
we
hear
about
this
program.
The
city
has
this
program.
You
know
everybody
in
town
has
a
youth
program.
It
seems
like
right,
I,
don't
know
if
that's
the
case,
but
it
seems
that
way.
A
Mr.
McCray
would
I
know,
we've
discussed
this
previously
and
part
of
the
reason
with
the
mental
health
board
and
CDBG
pulling
coming
together.
Here
is
looking
at
that,
overall
coordination
and
I'm
aware
that
many
of
the
nonprofit's
that
work
in
different
areas
meet
informally
together,
I'm
not
sure
if
they
come
formally
together.
So
mr.
McCray,
could
you
talk
to.
C
We
can,
we
can
definitely
show
McRae
director
of
parks,
recreation,
community
service.
We
can
definitely
put
something
together.
We
can
work
towards
that.
You
know
you
have
cradle
to
career.
That
is
a
bunch
of
organizations
that
are
working
together,
collaboratively
looking
at
what
each
entity
does
and
how
we
can
work
together
more
effectively
for
the
use
behalf
at
the
local
area
network
that
still
exists
and
I.
Don't
know
what
I'm
missing
weird.
H
D
D
D
E
D
Right,
a
six-hour
parks
and
facilities,
2016,
2018
draft
capital
improvement
plan
staff
recommends
City,
Council
refer
the
park
and
facilities
draft
plan
on
to
the
parks
and
recreation
board
for
review.
Community
feedback
is
encouraged
while
the
plant
is
in
the
park
and
recreation
at
the
park
and
recreation
board.
Once
the
board
has
reviewed
and
provided
feedback,
there
will
be
an
additional
community
engagement
component
before
the
plan
returns
to
the
City
Council
in
june
for
discussion.
I
would
move
a
pool
of
that
plan.
H
D
A
J
G
G
A
H
L
L
The
entire
building
was
chemically
cleaned,
100%
tuck
pointed,
and
you
can
see
the
new
doors
and
light
fixtures
as
well
on
the
front
of
the
side,
keeping
with
its
again
original
design
in
our
restoration.
It's
his
French
Second
Empire,
and
we
tried
to
be
true
to
that
original
architectural
design,
I'm
solution
button
which
one
they
won
I.
M
L
Cnn
block
this
is
one
of
the
offices.
On
the
first
floor,
we
had
significant
difficulties.
One
of
our
delays
and
timing
grew
out
of
some
hidden
structural
defects
that
we
were
again
hidden.
We
were
unaware
that
existed.
One
was
that
the
exterior
walls
were
in
fact,
not
structural.
They
were
clay
tile,
telephone
tiles.
Let's
refer
to
well,
we
were
assuming
normal
construction
practices.
What
I
had
them
being
at
least
three
course
masonry
in
addition
to
that,
so
that
was
that
was
holding
up
the
second
and
third
floor.
L
In
addition
to
that,
we
discovered
that
on
the
one-story
portion
there
was
a
seven-inch
concrete
slab
so
exacerbating
the
situation
with
the
non-structural
exterior
walls.
They
were
during
this
7-inch
concrete
slab.
So
there
was
a
significant
amount
of
additional
modifications
that
had
to
be
made
to
enhance
the
structural
integrity
of
the
first
floor.
To
that
roof.
I
guess
I
should
begin
by
saying
what
is
maybe
not
evidence.
The
entire
building
was
gutted
down
to
the
shell,
so
everything
that
you're
seeing
is
for
the
most
part.
L
These
walls
don't
happen
to
be,
but
our
new
they
are,
of
course,
were
recoded.
So,
there's
an
office
on
the
first
floor,
where
there
are
five
hardwood
floors:
white
oak,
hardwood
floors,
second
office
on
the
first
floor,
a
third
office,
some
of
the
first
floor,
because
there
is
our
windows
only
on
the
back.
We
did
the
best
we
could
to
borrow
a
light
from
the
space.
So,
although
offices
on
the
first
floor
have
borrowed
like
glass
panels
along
with
glass,
wood
wooden
glass
doors,
again
you're
seeing
the
hardwood
floors
put
out
a
diagonal
for
interest.
L
This
is
the
conference
room
again
still
on
the
first
floor,
another
look
at
the
conference
room
looking
out
and
at
the
offices
see
the
borrowed
light
again,
as
well
as
the
lighting.
The
front
of
the
space
has
a
large
reception
area
which
are
the
photos
are
in
here
which
maintain
the
original
front
set
with
the
Second
Empire
style.
The
back
was
the
Billy
was
originally
built
as
a
veterinary
and
the
back
likely
was
where
the
animals
were
kept,
and
so
you
see
its
construction
was
heavy
Timbers.
L
These
were
what
had
a
distal
Timbers
had
to
be
added.
So
as
you
look
at
that
you're
seeing
one
existing
timber
than
a
second
that
we
had
to
add
to
enhance
the
structural
but
the
back
because
of
it
the
nature
we
chose
to
do
sort
of
an
industrial
tech,
design,
the
exposed,
ductwork,
the
exposed,
beams
and,
and
so
again,
a
fourth
office,
the
kitchen
short
the
appliances
which
arrived
today,
but
it
is
a
full
functional
kitchen.
L
The
places
the
space
is
intended
to
be
used
for
events
as
well,
another
look
at
the
kitchen
and
then
they're
projecting
for
the
front
door
that
you
see
down
the
hallway
to
the
mosaic
tile
details
in
the
kitchen
two
baths.
On
the
first
floor,
both
handicapped,
accessible
one
is
right
there
at
the
end
of
the
kitchen.
The
offices
then
run
down
the
hallway
to
the
front
reception
room.
You
see
at
the
front
door,
another
bath,
that's
the
existing
stone
floor.
L
That
was
with
the
space
and
though
it
was
painted
in
three
different
colors
that
had
to
be
stripped
and
removed
and
refinished.
Another
bathroom
I
get
a
DA
accessible,
looking
the
hallway
from
front
to
back
in
this
case.
So
now,
you're.
Looking
at
the
back
door
in
the
kitchen
at
the
back
of
the
space,
this
is
the
front
reception
area
again
the
original
stone
tile
and
the
original
fireplace
structural
beams.
All
these
water
walls
had
to
be
rebuilt.
The
fireplace
was
the
covered
with
paint
that
was
stripped
floors,
as
I
mentioned
were
covered
with
paint.
L
Again,
this
space
will
remain
as
a
reception
area.
It's
a
regional
condition
now
we're.
On
the
second
floor,
where
offices
have
been
added
again,
this
was
a
section
in
which
this
is
an
addition
to
the
original
building.
It's
now
two
story
where
it
was
originally
one.
This
is
the
condition
in
which
we
found
the
concrete
structure
under
the
floor
sistered
and
built
again:
white
oak
hardwood
floors
second
office.
On
the
second
floor,
again,
John.
L
L
L
G'nite
see
with
the
photograph
sorry,
this
is
the
staircase
which
was
all
newly
constructed
from
the
second
floor,
connecting
to
the
third
floor
third
floor.
Bathroom
second
floor
bathroom
office
is
on
the
second
floor
at
the
front,
in
the
original
section
of
the
building
and
again,
in
all
cases,
all
new
walls
all
new
floor
treatments,
existing
window
locations
ban,
the
door
treatment
is
what's
used
throughout
the
first
floor
as
well
facing
north
outside
the
back
of
the
building.
L
L
Nice
skyline
view
of
the
high
school
in
the
background
back
staircase.
This
also
is
a
modification
to
the
original
plan,
which
causes
some
delays
in
time,
as
the
original
design
was
that
the
staircase
was
instead
of
projecting
north
and
south
was
going
to
go
east
and
west.
You
can
kind
of
see
in
the
corner
there
that
all
our
mechanicals
there
so
is
a
miscalculation
on
our
part
that
too
many
things
going
on
in
the
space.
So
we
redesign
resubmit
and
built
the
staircase
which
connects
the
ground
level
to
the
third
floor
and
the
third
floor.
L
H
Then
it
was
nasty
and
ugly
and
messy,
and
then
it
became
unused
for
years
in
years
in
years
and
I
think
at
some
point
this
was
controversial,
but
on
several
occasions
the
city
put
out
requests
for
proposals
to
find
somebody
anybody
we
beg
people
who
had
the
capacity
to
do
something
with
this
building
and
after
all
those
years
your
group
came
along
and
I
know,
I
think
everybody
on
the
council
has
been
in
that
building
in
the
last
two
years.
Right
before
you
got
started,
did
literally
so
we
had
several
open
I
know.
H
All
the
CD
committee
was
in
there
to
think
that
that
there
are
any
criticisms
of
this
effort
is
beyond
me.
It
is.
It
is
magnificent,
given
the
group
that
you
have
who
have
day
jobs
who
I
guess
you
musta
done
this
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
I
don't
know,
but
it's
it's
absolutely
magnificent.
Compared
to
what
we
had.
H
It
was
a
deteriorating
building
that
could
have
been
lost,
I
think
I
think
it
could
have
been
lost
and
you
know
my
thinking
was:
you
were
going
to
go
in
there
and
fix
the
rooms
as
they
are,
so
that
they'd
be
habitable,
but
this
is
way
beyond
anything
and
I.
If
we
have,
if
preservation,
has
a
reuse
award,
I'm,
definitely
going
to
nominate
this
project
for
the
best
adaptive
reuse
in
the
city
of
Evanston
in
2014
or
whatever
so
I
I.
Just
you
know
I
just
can't.
L
A
B
L
L
You
are
marketing
of
the
space,
we
were
ignoring
our
goal.
Obviously,
the
initial
goal
overtime
was
to
bring
to
fill
the
building
with
contractors
and
through
the
marketing
of
that
for
that
purpose,
as
well
as
the
general
marketing
we
do
for
evanston
lofts,
we
came
upon
the
tenant
we
put
in
place.
They
initiated
looked
at
some
space,
the
evanston
loft
portfolio,
and
when
that
wasn't
working,
we
brought
them
to
1817.
H
L
H
I
did
read:
I
did
read
Paul's
reporter,
whose
every
record
it
was
about
how
you
know
the
contractors
are
busy
and
what
they
really
need
is
a
place
for
their
tools
that
they've
built
this
magnificent
place
that
they
want
to
be.
On
the
first
floor.
They
want
to
do
the
design
center
and
you
know
the
workshop
space,
but
they're
not
they're
out
in
the
field
all
day.
I
hope,
burning
money,
so
sort.
L
Soups
academy
and
pro
search,
or
they
do
they're
interrelated
in
as
much
as
they
do
searching
for
they,
so
they
serve
school
districts.
Both
k
through
eight
and
nine,
through
twelve
throughout
the
country,
to
first
seek
out
the
management
people
for
the
school
district.
Superintendents
principals
des.
L
They
do
more
than
that
is
so
in
addition
to
that,
they
design,
programming,
to
train
the
school
district,
superintendents
and
Dean's
and
and
principals,
so
part
of
their
piece
is
educational
as
well
and
and
the
third
company,
I'm
not
sure.
I
could
tell
you
exactly
what
they
do,
but
they
do
have.
They
just
completed
a
project
in
Ferguson
Missouri
in
which
they
brought
in
and
trained
the
new
superintendent
there.
L
L
They
also
have
a
they
very
much
wanted
to
be
in
this
location,
close
to
the
high
school.
They
do
have
an
outreach
program
with
northwestern
they're,
one
of
the
largest
intern
placement
organizations
with
northwestern
interns
and
in
their
programming.
They
came
to
us
with
nine
employees
they
and
they
have
already
expanded
to
11
and
intend
to
increase
their
numbers
to
18,
so
they're
they're
in
a
growth
mode,
and
we
designed
much
of
the
space
to
accommodate
their
their
specific
needs
today,
but
also
their
growth
plans
as
well.
A
B
L
B
L
Out
we
wish
it
was
still
150,
it's
more
like
250.
At
this
point,
our
initial
subscription
with
the
group
was
a
in
our
original
project.
Budget
was
the
200
from
the
city
loan,
as
well
as
an
additional
hundred
thirty
from
the
group,
thirteen
thousand
dollars
each
that
number
due
to
the
things
I
mentioned
earlier,
the
structural
conditions,
the
redesign
the
exponent
of
time,
has
increased
nearly
twice
that
were
at
closer
to
260
than
the
130
we
started
with.
L
L
Purchase
price
was
well.
L
H
L
Hope
to
have
open
houses,
be
give
you,
you
know
you.
What
welcome
to
have
a
tour
anytime.
You
like
we
offered
as
part
of
our
package
to
tonight,
knowing
that
time
was
short
and
that
we
probably
couldn't
get
everybody
together
as
a
group
that
we
do
individual
tours
over
the
past
weekend,
but
we're
thinking
that
we
would
have
a
number
of
open
houses
in
early
May
we'd
really
like
to
have
the
appliances
in
place
and
be
able
to
use
it
as
an
event
space.
L
H
L
H
A
H
D
My
interest
is
that
it's
not
the
project
that
I
love
the
concept.
I
think
it's
wonderful.
I
said
that
to
them
in
beginning
is
a
great
project,
but
I
just
never
liked
the
process
which
it
was
done.
So
that's
why
I'm
not
gonna
vote
I,
don't
want
to
vote
no
against
it
because
I
think
it's
a
good
project,
but
you
know
that
so
I
don't
want
to
go
through
that
I
kept
quiet.
So,
okay.
D
D
I
H
H
H
A
B
B
D
D
A
D
Alderman
homes
does
this:
have
any
affected,
I
understand
that
there's
a
bill
and
now
to
extend
the
pilot
project,
because
this
would
be
a
part
of
the
pilot
project
and
I
guess
the
governor
is
not
in
favor
of
that.
So
would
that
be
included
as
part
of
the
lease
in
terms
of
that
this
would
actually
be
over
in
2017.
So
the.
G
G
I,
don't
have
the
details
of
how
exactly
the
the
recipient
will
have
a
card
that
allows
them
to
receive
medical
cannabis.
So
when
they
go
to
1804
maple,
they
will
receive
their
I.
Believe
it's
two
and
a
half
ounces
I,
don't
recall
the
exact
number
and
then
they
have
some
period
of
time
before
they
can
come
back
for
more.
So
it's.
H
In
the
wording
in
in
the
memo
that
we
received
on
this
this
and
another
of
the
next
one,
decreasing
giordano's
license
category
being
treated
as
a
quote-unquote
housekeeping
measure.
These
this
is
that
housekeeping
when
you're
going
to
lose
a
license
fee
and
you're,
going
liquor,
tax
keys
that
that's
amendment.
It's
not
it's!
It's
a
serious
amendment
and
it's
not
housekeeping
it's
not
like
straightening
out
something
where
there's
a
common
missing
or
the
wrong
word
or
something.
So
I
would
like
our
staff
to
not
use
that
term
when
that
refers
to
reducing
with
your
licenses.
H
H
D
A
H
H
D
D
A
All
those
in
favor,
hi
I,
know
yeah
I.
Thank
you.
I
asked
you
to
move
a
15
ordinance,
40
60
dash
15
amending
the
city
code,
section
3
dash
four
dash
six
p
dash
1
to
allow
for
sale
of
beer
in
22
ounce
containers
for
off-site
consumption,
and
we
have
speaker
got
that
come
on
up
I
just
had
to
do
it
in
a
certain
order.
No
you're
up
yep.
J
Hi
nikki
hill
twine.
Forgive
me
if
I
don't
make
eye
contact,
but
if
I
don't
read
this
I
forget
what
I
would
have
to
say
when
I
addressed
you
on
80
birther
teen
about
the
proposed
amendment
to
the
p1
licence.
The
only
information
that
was
available
to
me
was
what
I
could
find
in
the
public
domain.
The
agenda
and
the
meeting
notes
for
the
August
27th
liquor
control
report
review
board
meeting.
J
Both
the
agenda
in
the
meeting
notes
showed
that
temperance
beer
company
was
seeking
an
amendment
for
the
p2
liquor
class
and
there
was
no
mention
of
sketchbook
and
the
p1
liquor
class
at
all.
I
didn't
know
that
alderman
win
was
going
to
request
that
you
hold
the
p1
amendment.
Nor
did
I
know
that
liquor.
Commissioner
tisdall
was
going
to
speak.
J
What
I
really
didn't
know
when
I
spoke
was
that
sketchbook
had
sent
an
email
to
the
liquor
commissioner's
office
before
the
liquor
board
meeting
in
August,
requesting
that
the
p1
license
class
be
amended
to
reflect
the
change
being
proposed
for
the
p2
licence.
It
appears
that
they
were
asked
to
attend
that
meeting,
but
did
not.
Then
they
were
advised
to
attend
the
October,
13th,
APW
and
council
meetings
to
fully
explain
the
rationale
for
the
requested
change
which
they
were
prepared
to
do.
J
Unfortunately,
I
didn't
find
out
any
of
this
until
after
the
meeting
when
I
went
home
and
read
my
email
had
I
known
I
would
have
still
wanted
sketchbook
to
go
through
the
process,
starting
with
an
appearance
before
the
liquor
board,
but
I
could
have
addressed
the
issue
in
a
different
way.
Also,
it
was
upsetting
to
think
that
this
information
was
not
available
in
the
public
domain.
Meeting
notes
or
minutes
are
not
verbatim
records
of
the
proceedings.
Pertinent
information
was
not
available
in
the
agenda
or
in
the
meeting
notes
and
was
therefore
unavailable
to
me.
J
J
We
talked
about
22
ounce
containers
in
Caesar
and
Shawn
said
the
same
thing
that
Josh
from
temperance
Pierre
said
the
bottles
would
be
used
for
higher-priced,
specialty
beers,
I,
said
okay,
good
to
know,
and
quite
honestly,
I
plan
to
vote
voice.
My
support
when
the
amendment
finally
went
through
the
appropriate
process.
I
was
quite
surprised.
Three
months
later,
at
the
februari
26
liquor
board
meeting
to
hear
that
they
plan
to
offer
not
only
their
specialty
beers
in
22-ounce
bottles,
but
their
regular
beers
as
well.
J
The
ordinance
for
amending
their
liquor
class
to
allow
for
the
sale
of
22
ounce
containers
for
off-site
assumption
doesn't
regulate
what
kind
of
beer
is
in
them
or
how
much
they
will
retail
for
currently,
a
half
gallon
64
ounce
refill
cost
$15
a
court
32
ounce
refill
costs
eight
dollars.
How
much
will
it
22
ounce
non-refillable
bottle
of
their
regular
beer?
Retail
for
I
hope
that
you've
had
time
to
read
the
minutes
of
the
februari
26
liquor
board
meeting
and
are
familiar
with
the
issues
that
came
up.
J
I
attended
this
meeting
and
know
that
not
everything
that
was
said
is
reflected
in
the
notes.
These
are
important
issues
that
have
not
yet
officially
been
addressed
and,
as
far
as
I
know,
as
a
515
today,
when
I
last
read
night
me
in
males
I
haven't
heard
anything
to
me.
22-Ounce
bottles
of
regular
beer,
in
conjunction
with
the
other
issues
currently
under
consideration,
are
of
concern
to
me.
So
I
have
to
go
on
record
as
saying
that,
in
summary,
I
appreciate
the
process
I
preach
being
able
to
participate
in
the
process.
J
A
M
Chairman
members
of
the
committee
grant
for
our
corporation
counsel,
you
are
indeed
correct.
German
bers
minutes
are
made
and
in
fact,
over
the
course
of
the
last
six
months.
This
issue
has
been
vetted
in
numerous
liquor
board,
hearings
and
staff
has
made
very
special
attempts
and
efforts
to
ensure
that
ms
hill
wine
is
fully
noticed
of
all
meetings
is
given
all
materials
and
has
given
the
full
opportunity
and
right
to
speak
at
all.
H
We
were
told
that
I
mean
I
voted.
I
support
the
22
mm,
but
we
were
told
that
the
reason
it's
not
an
issue
is
because
their
various
done
since
and
it's
not
something
that
somebody
would
pop
in
and
pick
up
one
and
drink
in
the
alley.
I
mean
I.
Think
these
very
words
we
use.
So,
if
they're
putting
the
five
dollar
beer-
and
there
was
such
a
thing-
ables.
D
Our
money
then
they're
losing
money
bit
well,
I,
don't
know,
are
they
or
not.
N
C
N
Would
sell
it
for
twice
that
at
any
time
is
basically
because
customers
are
our
current
customers
are
interested
in
bottles
that
are
properly
capped.
They
can
withstand
aging
some
when
we
speak
about
in
terms
of
like
special
beers,
that
all
of
our
beers
are
special.
If
you
ask
me
and
many
of
our
customers
as
far
as
the
price
point,
it
really
depends
on
what
the
product
is.
There
are
beers
that
cost
us
half
to
make
as
much
as
some
others.
Our
lowest
price
point
right
now
is
about
eight
dollars,
which
is
for
the
32
ounce.
N
We
have
no
intention
of
selling
anything
for
less
than
that.
There's
many
examples
out
there
of
craft
beers
being
sold
at
499
for
a
22
ounce
bottles.
Those
are
large
breweries
that
can
make
a
profit
on
based
on
the
large
production.
We
are
very
small
production
and
our
idea
is
to
bottle
just
to
offer
our
customers
a
different
way
of
purchasing
our
product.
We
had
over
Christmas
break,
we
had
numbers
customers
asking
and
trying
to
buy.
You
know
our
product
for
gift
and
a
growler
doesn't
hold
the
product
for
more
than
three
or
four
days.
N
N
A
B
Another
ordinance
amending
the
city
code
to
allow
the
sale
of
wine
at
sidewalk
cafes
at
wine
shops
and
Oh
teka
sidewalk
cafes.
That's
how
you
pronounce
it,
which
applies
only.
Let
me
see,
permit
sidewalk
cafes
at
business
dev
establishments
that
operate
a
wine
shop,
also
known
as
an
eno
teka.
Do
we
have
a
second.
A
A
H
A
M
Local
liquor,
commissioner,
sometimes
does
send
neutral
recommendation
based
upon
the
concerns
expressed
at
the
liquor
control
board
meeting.
However,
with
respect
to
the
instances
that
you're
referring
to
alderman
rainy,
there
were
community
meetings
convened
in
that
subject,
ward
and
she
was
made
aware
of
those
the
reception
of
the
ideas
relative
to
the
business
plan.
And
so
that's
why
she
instructed
staff
to
provide
a
neutral
recommendation
on
the
transmittal
memos.
H
Aldrin
me:
well,
you
know
I
received
so
many
emails
about
this
and
I
had
no
idea
that,
just
by
having
a
sidewalk
cafe
at
a
wine
store
would
change
the
course
of
human
events,
but
it
appears
as
though
civilization
is
going
to
improve
if
we
pass
this
and
so
of
course,
I'm
a
favor
of
improving
civilization,
but
on
another
subject,
which
is
related,
I
believe
in
reading,
through
all
the
liquor
commission
minutes-
and
you
know,
I
thought
they
were
pretty
good
minutes.
I
saw
I
believe
I
saw
where
D
and
E
foods
came.
M
D
J
D
H
D
D
I
I
mean
I,
got
all
the
emails
as
well,
but
I'm
just
kind
of
wondering
in
terms
of
this,
and
that's
why
I
was
hesitant
even
about
second,
because
in
all
of
a
sudden
it
said
to
me
type
one
and
type:
two
restaurants
I
know
that
it's
not
that
so
I
know
it's
a
wine
shop,
but
if
they
wanted
to
have
outside,
could
they
do
it?
I
mean
they
could
apply,
I
don't
know
if
they
could
do
it
and
I,
but
they
could
apply
right.
There.
M
B
M
H
D
A
D
H
Well,
during
rainy,
madam
chair
I
would
like
to
make
a
reference
to
the
to
the
Liquor
Control
Commission,
to
establish
I
guess
to
get
a
definitive
answer
as
to
whether
or
not
a
type
two
restaurant
that
has
a
liquor
license
may
serve
alcoholic
beverages
on
on
their
sidewalk
cafe
and
now
on
their
on
their
restaurant
captain
outdoor
cafe,
and
it
is
not
on
the
sidewalk.
It's
private
property
I
don't
know
if
it
should
make
a
difference,
but
in
this
case
it
is
private
property,
DMV
foods.
Mr.
