A
B
One
is
Bill's
list
through
May
30
2018,
in
the
amount
of
five
million
two
hundred
thirty
seven
thousand
five
hundred
ninety
three
dollars
and
seventy
six
cents
I'm
going
to
keep
going.
Yes,
please
say
credit
card
activity
not
including
Amazon
for
the
period
ending
March,
31,
seventeen
thousand
five
hundred
sixty-five
dollars
and
ninety
three
cents
credit
card
activity,
not
including
Amazon,
ending
March
26,
a
hundred
and
thirty
two
thousand
one
hundred
five
dollars
and
42
cents.
A
B
C
A
Right
see
no
lights
for
questions
all
those
in
favor,
please
say:
aye
aye
any
post.
Do
you
want
me
to
do
too
yeah,
but
first
I
just
want
to
make
a
quick
comment.
I
have
one
I'm
applaud
the
staff
for
bringing
down
our
Amazon
purchases.
I
know
I
made
that
statement
I
think
last
month
and
I
realized
that
the
purchases
are
decreasing.
So
I
appreciate
that
all
right,
hey,
please,
a.
B
A
C
D
A
Post
motion
carries
eight
three
point:
two
is
a
one-year
contract
with
corrective
ask
for
materials
for
Rick
limit,
pavement
rejuvenation
program
staff
recommends
we
authorize
city
manager
to
execute
a
one-year
contract
for
pavement,
sealing
with
corrective
asphalt
materials
and
the
not
to
exceed
amount
of
$50,000.
This
contract
is
awarded
as
part
of
a
bid
led
by
the
municipal
partner
initiative.
Funding
comes
from
the
capital
improvement
funds
has
a
balance
of
the
fiscal
year,
twenty
thousand
twenty
eighteen
budget
and
remaining
balance
of
fifty
thousand
dollars.
This
is
for
action.
A
B
City
Council
is
being
asked
to
authorize
the
city
manager
to
execute
a
purchase
order
for
the
sole
source
purchase
of
72
gallons
of
our
Bo
tech,
fungicide
from
rainbow
tree
care,
scientific
advancements
for
a
total
purchase
amount
of
twenty
eight
thousand
two
hundred
forty
eight
dollars
and
eighty
eight
cents.
The
vendor
is
the
sole
licensee.
B
Has
a
soul
license
from
the
European
manufacturer,
Sargento
to
distribute
Arbortech
in
the
United
States?
This
is
from
the
general
fund.
This
is
for
action,
I'm,
okay,
all
Domini.
Yes,
this
is
this
saves.
This
has
been
the
sole
reason
why
those
elm
trees
that
are
still
living
have
been
saved
from
Dutch
elm
disease.
A
C
C
Shortly
so
here's
my
concern-
maybe
you
can
help
me
out
with
this.
We
probably
have
like
a
timebomb
HVAC
wise
in
this
building.
That's
going
to
be
a
couple
of
million
dollars,
we're
looking
at
probably
a
half
a
million
dollars
for
these
elevators.
Are
there
any
other
major
things
coming
up
here
in
this
building
that
you're
aware
of
those.
E
Are
the
two
major
ones
that
are
on
the
short
term
capital
plan?
But
there
are
other
I
mean
it's
a
large
building
and
maintenance
was
deferred
for
quite
a
long
time
so
about
five
to
eight
years
ago.
They
started
doing
some
maintenance
with
doing
a
major
roof
replacement
and
such.
But
yes,
there
will
continue
to
be
major
things
that
need
to
be
done.
Mike.
My.
C
Concern
is
without
us
having
like
an
intentional
discussion
about
how
long
we
want
to
be
here.
What
the
cost
will
be
to
be
here
for
a
period
of
time
that
we
determined
to
be
reasonable,
that
we're
just
going
to
end
up
blowing
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
on
two
elevators
that
are
gonna,
be
that
much
better
than
what
we
have
right
now
is
that
I
mean
we're
replacing
all
the
mechanicals
under
this
under
this.
E
Contract
we're
replacing
all
the
mechanicals
Otis
has
been
doing
the
elevator
repairs,
and
so
they
have
a
pretty
good
understanding
of
exactly
what's
already
been
replaced
and
what
still
needs
to
be
replaced.
So
this
upgrade
will
deal
with
the
elevator
issue,
but
it
is
a
substantial
amount
to
invest
in
the
building.
On
the
other
hand,
it's
rare
these
days
for
both
elevators
to
be
in
service
for
an
entire
week
without
calling
Otis
to
come
and
do
a
repair.
Okay,.
C
A
E
A
A
B
We've
had
the
conversation
about
leaving
this
building
and
you
should
have
been
here.
It
was
gruesome
and
but
anyway,
so
we've
spent
a
lot
of
money
on
this
building,
making
it
habitable
whether
or
not
it
has
been
brought
up
to
speed.
I,
don't
know
for
sure,
but
I
can
tell
you.
I
I
managed
buildings
that
were
seven
to
ten
stories
in
my
previous
life
and
replaced
several
elevators
and
maintained
elevators.
E
B
E
Do
there's
a
mix
one?
The
boilers
are
in
need
of
substantial
rehabilitation,
but
also
the
way
that
we
air-conditioned
this
building
is
through
a
series
of
a
hundred
twenty
or
so
heat
pumps
that
are
located
in
the
ceiling
and
they're
older,
and
the
design
is
not
a
standard
design
that
you
would
purchase
at
this
point
in
time.
E
B
B
A
Been
moved
in.
Second,
it's
all
in
favor
of
item
3.4,
please
say:
aye
aye
opposed
motion
carries
3.5
is
a
contract
with
Kovac
and
construction
company
incorporated
for
the
Church
Street
Harbor
South
Pier
renovation
staff,
as
recommended,
we
authorize
city
manager
to
execute
a
contract
for
the
church
street
Harbor
South
Pier
renovations
in
the
amount
of
$891,000
funding
will
be
provided
by
capital
improvement
program,
2018
general
obligation,
bonds
for
the
Church
Street
Harbor
in
the
amount
of
891
thousand
dollars.
This
is
for
action.
C
And
is
Lawrence
I'd
asked
you
earlier
right.
You
couldn't
even
give
me
an
idea
of
how
much
revenue
we
generate
off
of
the
boat
launch.
I
know
between
the
launch
fees,
trying
to
figure
out
what
we
do
for
recreation,
the
value
it
has
for
the
Coast
Guard.
Is
there
any
number
working
number
we
can
yeah?
You
know
I
mean
that
you
sent
me
the
it's
about.
Twenty
thousand
dollars
in
launch
fees
was.
F
Boat
launch
generate
a
couple
hundred
thousand
dollars
worth
of
revenue.
You
gotta
realize
we
have
launched.
We
have
individuals
who
pay
us
a
license
fee
to
launch
their
boats
with
our
entire
aquatics
camp,
which
brings
in
like
a
hundred
and
eighty
thousand
dollars
by
itself.
It's
done
out
of
that
bullwash
ramp
as
well.
F
So
you
know
your
question
was
about
the
number
of
permits
and
things
that
you
know
we've
given
out
up
to
date,
but
the
program
itself,
the
boat
launch
and
his
usage,
it's
about
a
little
over
two
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
terms
of
revenue
that
is
generated,
but
it
also
provides
the
access
for
all
of
our
emergency
access
to
the
lake.
So
if
that
is
our
lakefront
lifeguards
having
to
do
a
rescue,
if
that
is
the
working
with
fire
department,
they
were
recording
us
assisting
that's.
C
F
So
off
the
top
of
my
head,
I,
don't
have
the
other
communities
actual
fees
that
I
could
you
know
get
to
that
information,
but
there's
launchers
in
Chicago,
and
there
are
other
launches
there's
one
in
women.
There's
one
up
further
up.
North
I
know
like
in
Waukegan,
but
there
are
different
locations
along
the
lakefront.
I
can
give
you
that
I
don't
know
all
of
them
off
the
top
of
my
head,
but
I
do
have
the
information
the.
C
Concern
that
I
have
and
this
it
may
not
be
your
department,
but
sure
this
is
just
gonna
keep
costing
more
money.
If
we
hold
off
on
it,
I
assume
right,
it
seems
to
be
higher
than
it
was
if
we
would
have
done
it
a
few
years
ago,
if
we
hold
off
shouldn't
be
more
than
but
it's
a
tricky
year
to
spend
this
kind
of
money.
Does
this
need
to
happen
this
year?
Somebody.
F
F
It's
been
the
most
that
I've
seen
now
in
my
three
years
of
getting
that
lakefront,
ready
and
and
because
of
its
part
of
that
is
due
to
you
know
us
delaying
the
repair
on
this,
and
it
continues
as
the
sand
washes
south
it
cam
elates
in
that
area
and
so
preparing
this
will
help
us.
We
believe
so
on
costs
for
future
dredging,
but
it
also
just
it
gives
the
community
on
another
access
point
for
recreational
purposes.
F
C
B
Thank
you.
We
had
a
great
conversation
about
this
last
Monday
night
at
when
we
discussed
the
capital,
improvement
programs
and
one
of
the
things
I've
been
thinking
about
and
not
urgent,
but
if
we
should
really
look
into
what
the
value
of
our
lakefront
is
in
the
scheme
of
things,
for
example,
like
you
just
said
well,
aldermen
suffered
in
it's
not
just
what
the
boats
bring
in,
but
the
the
aquatics
camp
and
all
of
this.
But
is
there
any
way
to
really
evaluate
the
value
of
the
lakefront?
B
For
example,
just
look
at
the
houses
if
they
were
assessed
properly,
the
hoses
on
the
lakefront
bring
in
more
tax
dollars
the
activities
on
the
lakefront
bring
in
more
tax
dollars.
We,
you
know,
generate
all
sorts
of
beach
token
stuff
I
mean
just
all
sorts
of
different
things
generate
money
because
of
the
lakefront
and
I'm
just
wondering.
Is
there
any
way
we
can
figure
that
out?
There's
got
to
be
people
who
do
that
kind
of
yeah.
B
The
way
we
maintain
that
is
so
important
if
we
had
a
crummy
lakefront
people,
you
know,
would
devalue
our
town,
so
I
think
and
one
of
the
arguments
I
made
the
other
night
was
we
have
this
lakefront?
We
need
to
really
make
it
special
and
that's
why
we're
so
much
better
than
a
part,
because
they
don't
have
a
lake.
A
B
A
F
Will
not
be
usable
at
that
time.
The
schedule
was
to
move
for
will
take
place
like
at
the
end
of
our
peak
season
here.
So
after
Labor
Day
Laura,
correct
yeah,
we
would
start
the
construction
or
the
repair
after
the
Labor
Day
holiday
to
move
forth
so
that
the
work
can
get
done
after
the
peak
season
for
operations.
Okay,.
A
And
then
my
other
question
is
and
I'm
sorry,
it's
probably
in
here,
I
didn't
highlight
it
but
I
think
I.
Remember!
Last
week
we
had
this
discussion.
You
said
that
you
thought
the
price
was
I,
think
we
budgeted
it
like
six
hundred
thousand
right
and
then
it
came
in
a
little
higher.
My
River
in
that
correct
way.
No.
F
A
A
That's
asking
people
the
way
things
like
our
summer
youth
program,
and
you
know
some
different
issues
and
I
know
they're
two
different
budget
years,
but
for
the
sake
of
people
who
are
just
paying
attention,
you
know
I,
do
support
this,
but
I
also
understand
that
you
know
targeted
for
the
average
citizen
to
think
about
spending
a
million
dollars
on
a
boat
ramp
when
we
have
a
list
out
there.
That
leads
people
to
believe
we're
going
to
cut
the
summer
feeding
program.
So
that's
not
for
you.
A
A
Thing
so
I
support
it
because
I
don't
want
to
pay
more
later
and
I,
don't
want
our
harbor
to
crumble
either.
Thank
you
all
right.
Thank
you.
So
we
had
a
motion
in
a
second
all,
those
in
favor,
please
say:
aye
any
opposed
all
right,
so
the
motion
carries
autumn
and
rainy.
Can
you
take
it
three
point
six,
please.
B
B
The
company
is
the
only
firm
that
responded
to
the
request
for
a
proposal.
There
is
no
cost
associated
with
this
contract.
Mark
Ben
will
share
profits
from
the
vending
machines
and
will
include
five
thousand
dollars
worth
of
in-kind
donations
annually
to
be
used
for
events
or
other
activities
at
the
discretion
of
the
city
and
the
parks,
recreation
and
community
services
director.
This
is
for
action.
I
move
approval.
A
A
B
A
Opposed
motion
carries
a
3.8,
is
a
two-year
contract
amendment
for
parking
meters
and
multi
spaced
pay
stations
with
duncan
solution.
Staff
recommends

This

this

all
right.
We
moved
in
second
at
no

all
those
in

please
say
aye.
Any
opposed.

A
Right,
second,
any
questions.
I'm,
sorry,
don't
have
no

up
here,
questions
all
right,
good,
moved

A
G
Hi
guys,
my
name
is
Debra,
Evans
and
I.
Think
a
few
you
might
know
me
from
Nevins
Caltech
nas
originally,
and
then
we
moved
on
to
peckish
Pig.
We
are
looking
to
try
to
put
forward
a
proposal
for
the
recycle
center
and
I
know.
We've
got
a
short
time
to
actually
like
you
know
what
we'd
like
to
do
so
I'm
gonna
hand
you
over
to
my
daughter,
who's,
my
partner
and
she's,
going
to
give
you
a
bit
more
of
an
information
on
numbers
and
things
for
you
guys.
I
And
thanks
for
the
time
to
speak
today,
so
we
are
hoping
to
be
allowed
to
put
forward
a
proposal
for
the
of
that
space.
We
are
as
to
evanston
business
owners
and
also
longtime
residents.
I
went
to
school
in
Evanston.
We
know
the
community
very
well
and
also
someone
who
has
as
two
partners
of
the
package.
I
I
We
are
looking
at
a
fan,
knew
our
network
of
community
members
and
also
have
spoken
to
many
established
businesses
within
Evanston,
who
would
be
interested
in
partnering
on
something
like
this
I
think
the
area
deserves
somewhere
to
eat
outside
of
the
Steak
and
Shake
and
Dunkin
Donuts
that
are
there
as
far
as
families
go
ahead
at
James
Park.
You
know
the
schools
that
are
there
there's
a
lot
of
outdoor
activities
that
already
exist
in
that
area.
I
J
Good
evening
I'm
Ana
Gutierrez
I'm,
the
executive
director
of
the
Evanston
rebuilding
warehouse
and
I'm
here
to
ask
you
to
consider
the
Aven
Centauri
building
warehouse
as
a
desired
use
for
their
recycling
center
property.
We
believe
our
use
would
be
the
next
best
use
for
a
property
that
was
originally
developed
because
of
the
city's
commitment
to
sustainability,
climate
action
and
livability
for
its
residents.
We
were
founded
in
2011
and
we've
received
positive
feedback
and
support
from
the
city
of
Evanston.
J
During
that
time
we
participate
in
the
city's
sustainability
reports
on
waste
management
and
were
pleased
to
share
in
2017
that
we
diverted
4.4
million
pounds
of
building
materials
from
landfills
just
last
month.
I
was
here,
and
we
received
a
grant
from
the
small
business
workforce
program
to
help
for
our
efforts
to
help
Evanston
residents
gain
access
to
careers
and
the
construction
trades
I
moved
to
the
recycling
center
would
have
many
positive
impacts
in
Evanston,
but
I
just
want
to
highlight
two.
The
first
is
environmental
sustainability.
J
So
if
we
were
able
to
move
from
our
current
location,
we
would
be
able
to
expand
operations
to
rescue
even
more
building
materials
and
sell
them
at
affordable
prices
and
the
location
close
to
Home,
Depot
and
Florida.
Car
is
perfect
for
customers
interested
in
home,
repair
and
renovation.
We
would
also
add
classroom
and
workshop
space
and
partner
with
community
groups
in
schools
and
how
we
can
each
do
our
part
to
help
the
environment
and
would
offer
classes
on
how
to
repair
and
repurpose
things
instead
of
throwing
them
away.
J
The
second
impact
is
job
creation
and
workforce
development.
Recycling
and
deconstruction
are
labor
intensive
processes
that
promote
job
creation.
9
of
our
current
13
person,
staff
are
Evanston
residents,
including
myself,
and
we
have
a
workforce
training
program
that
the
city
is
well
aware
of
that
we
would
be
able
to
expand
if
we
had
more
space
for
classrooms
and
tools,
equipment,
advanced
storage
and
before
those
building
materials
that
come
from
those
projects.
J
We
understand
the
city's
budgetary
concern
and
that
it
would
be
tempting
to
lease
or
sell
this
property
to
a
for-profit
developer
versus
a
non-profit
like
us.
I
want
to
assure
you
that
we're
different
than
most
nonprofits
our
budget
is
80
percent
earned
income
and
20
percent
private.
Fundraising
and
we've
experienced
double-digit
growth
every
year
since
we've
started.
We
also
have
customers,
and
these
customers
pay
sales.
J
This
year
will
generate
about
$40,000
in
sales,
tax
and
guesstimate
that
an
expanded
operation
would
yield
about
sixty
thousand
dollars
a
year
in
sales
tax
or
more
finally,
we're
a
unique
part
of
what
makes
Evanston
great.
We
have
Evanston
in
our
name
as
the
rebuilding
warehouse,
and
we
are
the
only
nonprofit
doing
what
we
do
from
the
tip
of
the
North
Shore
South
to
the
Gold
Coast
we
are
at.
J
We
are
an
innovative
solution
to
complex
social
and
environmental
issues,
and
we
want
to
stay
in
this
community
to
be
a
part
of
that,
so
I
would
love
if
you
could
consider
an
RFP
process
that
would
allow
us
to
participate
in
the
property
in
the
desired
use
of
the
Evanston
recycling
center
and
we'd
be
eager
to
show
you
more
of
our
vision
if
we
could
be
part
of
the
process,
whether
that's
lease
or
sell
the
property.
Thank
you.
H
H
My
vision
of
you
know
having
a
place
where
everyone
could
afford
to
fix
up
their
homes,
where
we
would
divert
all
these
things
where
we
we
cut
down
carbon
emissions
because
you
dar
people
are
buying
reused
versus
building
new
things,
and
then
it
went
on
a
year
and
a
half
ago
for
smiley
brothers
and
I
was
like
we
couldn't
afford
it.
But
at
that
point
when
we
started,
but
now
when
it
came
back
on,
it
was
like
having
a
new
vision
of
a
dream
that
week.
H
If
we
could
expand
I'm
now
no
longer
the
executive
director
I'm,
the
head
of
workforce,
training
and
I
want
to
grow
our
workforce,
training
program
and
I
want
to
be
able
to
do
more
for
the
community.
So
if
you
would
consider
us,
it
would
be
like
a
dream.
Come
true
for
us
to
try
to
show
you
what
an
amazing
thing
we
could
do
for
the
city,
so
thank
you.
Thank.
B
I
move
that
we
give
staff
the
opportunity
to
come
back
at
our
next
council
meeting
with
the
proposal
for
smiley
brothers.
They
were
there
asking
for
time
to
negotiate
with
smiley
brothers.
That's
one
thing,
and
then
second
of
all
is
to
put
together
a
request
for
proposals
for
going
forward
with
the
use
for
for
the
recycling
center
they're
asking
for
two
things
right.
K
Good
evening
Johanna,
Leonard
and
Development
Director,
there
were
a
few
questions
in
the
the
memo
and
I
just
wanted
to
highlight
those.
So
we
could
have
direction
on
that
return
with
the
with
a
document
was
whether
the
property
would
be
for
lease
or
sale
if
there
was
any
direction
on
desired
uses
for
the
property.
K
When
we
did
this
in
2015,
there
was
direction
for
an
entertainment,
dining
destination
sort
of
use,
and
if
you
wanted
a
two-step
or
a
one-step
process
where
we
asked
for
qualifications
to
determine
capacity
and
then
then
stop
proposals,
if
you
recall
from
2015
that
didn't
work
as
design,
because
everybody
in
that
first
round,
when
we
asked
for
qualification,
submitted
what
they
wanted
to
do,
so
we
kind
of
had
to
meld
the
two
into
one
and
then
the
final
one
was
in
that
I.
We
include
the
request
for
qualifications
document
in
this.
K
B
I
would
one
thing
that
I
really
feel
strongly
about
is
that
it
needs
to
go
into
tax.
Rolls
I
mean
one
of
the
problems
we
are.
Having
is
financing
social
service
issues
with
covering
you
know
basic
needs
in
our
community
we're
talking
about
how
we,
how
we
can
you
know,
move
money
from
one
thing
to
another,
so
anything
we
can
do
to
expand
the
tax
base.
I'm
no
longer
totally
committed
to
identifying
what
area
the
user
has
to
be
from
entertainment.
You
know
sports
whatever.
B
B
B
A
K
We
have
continued
to
stress
that
they
are
still
on
the
hook
for
a
lease
with
the
city
of
Evanston,
and
we
have
asked
for
them
to.
We
presented
terms
that
we
felt
comfortable
with
returning
to
the
council
with
on
on
what
would
be
owed
to
the
city
based
on
our
time
invested
in
a
process
that
didn't
work
out,
and
we
have
continued
those
discussions
to
get
their
response
and
and
hope
to
present
something
at
the
next
council
meeting.
So
we
have
a
dialogue.
A
Alright,
and
and
given
the
current
lease
that
they
have,
we
rent
would
be
paid
on
July
1st
or
at
June
1st
July,
1st
July,
1st,
ok,
so
my
thoughts
then
I'm
moving
forward
is
I
would
be
more
inclined
to
sell
it.
If
we
think
that
there
was
a
market,
you
know,
I
I
have
concerns.
Obviously
you
know
financial
concerns.
If
we
were
able
to
sell
that
property,
just
like
the
library
parking
lot,
we
could
make
a
huge
investment
in
something
all
right
pinch.
A
But
again,
given
our
finances
and
given
our
I
guess,
I
would
say
our
as
a
City
history
of
our
landlord
skills.
I
am
concerned
about
going
into
at
least
if
there
is
an
option
for
right.
So
I
would
like
to
do
I
guess
it's
all.
My
rainy
said
if
we
can
come
back
with
something
that
does
both
the
timeline.
That's
here
on
one
of
the
memo
pages
for
I.
A
Think
the
RFP
or
RFQ-
maybe
it
was
the
old
one,
but
was
very
long
right,
and
so,
if
we
have
a
buyer
I,
don't
know
how
we
would
go
for
it
with
a,
but
I
would
like
to
maybe
move
forward
both
to
keep
the
window
open.
But
at
the
same
time
you
know
if
we
have
a
buyer
and
they
can
buy
it
soon
and
we
have
an
RFP
and
that's
a
you
know,
five
month
process
or
whatever
that
that
past
potential
did
not
work
out.
A
Think
I
don't
like
the
idea
of
going
with
just
a
restaurant,
because
I
think
a
lot
of
people
had
concerns
about
liquor
in
the
park
and
kids
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
So
I
would
also
like
to
leave
it
open
to
see
what
the
market
would
bring
us,
but
I
guess
I,
don't
know
how
we
go
with
the
RFP
and
the
by
at
one
point
and
not
and
make
a
good
decision
in
terms
of
time:
I:
don't
I,
don't
we
can't
go
down
two
rows
at
one
time.
B
A
K
A
585
ordinance
62
OH
18
and
men
in
the
city
code
to
remove
one
way
alley:
restrictions
between
Harrison,
Street
and
Colfax.
The
staff
has
recommended
we
adopt
this
ordinance
of
the
city
code
to
remove
one
way:
restriction
for
the
alley
between
Harrison,
Street
and
Colfax
place
east
of
Crawford.
The
required
signs
will
cost
approximately
$40
and
will
be
installed
by
in-house
staff.
This
is
for
introduction.
B
B
Please,
surplus
property
fleet
vehicles
we're
being
asked
to
allow
the
direct
city
manager
to
offer
for
sale
the
vehicles
owned
by
the
city
through
public
auction,
Northwest
municipal
vehicle
option
sponsored
by
America's,
auto
auctions
on
Tuesday,
July,
24
or
any
other
subsequent
America's
online
auction.
These
vehicles
have
been
determined
to
be
surplus
as
a
result
of
new
vehicle
replacements
being
placed
into
service
or
vehicles
that
had
to
be
taken
out
of
service
for
safety
reasons,
with
the
intention
of
eventual
replacement.
B
A
Second,
second,
any
questions
all
right,
all
those
in
favor,
please
say:
aye
aye,
all
right.
The
next
one
is
a
PW
one.
It's
a
discussion
for
Sherman
Plaza
parking
garage,
rooftop
fence
in
February.
The
City
Council
had
a
discussion
based
on
Ottoman.
This
request
to
look
at
putting
topping
on
the
putting
fencing
on
the
top
of
the
roof.
Sherman
Plaza
parking
garage,
we're
back
for
discussion
and
give
me
staff
some
direction
here.
Oh
sorry,
I
skipped
one.
No
sorry,
okay
go
ahead.
Does
anyone
have
any
thoughts?
Discussion
concerns
deserve
staff
presentations.
A
Then
I
have
a
question,
so
it
talks
about
an
unfortunate
suicide
attempt
back
in
January
and
it
gives
us
the
cost
of
the
personnel
used
in
that
matter
where
those
overtime
hours
or
where
these
staff
already
working.
So
we
would
have
paid
them
for
whatever
other
jobs
they
were
doing
at
the
time.
Most.
B
A
So
so
wasn't
he
the
73?
We
would
have
paid
some
of
that
for
done
just
being
on
the
clock,
doing
whatever
other
task
correct.
Okay,
so
I
appreciate
that
we
are
wanting
to
keep
people
safe.
However,
I
thinking
of
a
lot
of
buildings
in
which
people
could
utilize
for
things
that
could
be
harmful
to
themselves
and
I.
Just
don't
know
that
how
we
rectify
that
I,
don't
know
if
a
fence
does
that,
are
we
looking
at
fencing
other
properties?
A
You
know,
I,
don't
think
that
this
is
something
that
I
would
could
support,
putting
city
money
into
again,
given
our
budget
constraints
and
that
I've
just
not
convinced
it.
This
fence
is
going
to
do
the
thing
to
prevent
someone
from,
unfortunately,
bringing
harm
to
themselves
or
they're
not
going
to
move
over
to
another
parking
lot
or
what
other
other
building
we.
We
have
some
liabilities
at.
B
B
A
All
right
so
I
guess
the
direction
is
you'll
see
if
they
would
like
to
pay
half
and
let
us
know
I
will
do
so.
Thank
you
for.
Thank
you
all
right.
Do
we
have
any
communications,
this
committee,
I
guess
my
only
communication
is
to
either
reiterate
with
autumn
and
Braithwaite
said
at
call
of
the
wards
last
week,
which
was
I
would
totally
support
us.
A
Looking
at
the
budget
survey
that
is
out
now
and
consider
taking
off
some
of
the
programs
that
we
heard
citizens
come
and
speak
about,
particularly
the
mayor,
Summer
Youth
project
that
we
I
think
most
of
the
city
supports
and
understands
I
mean
some
of
the
outreach
work
particular
as
we're
going
into
the
summer,
but
I
know
we
will
continue
the
budget
discussion
discussions
as
we
go
along,
but
for
the
record
I
did
want
to
say
that
I
support
that
all
right.
So
we
are
going
to
adjourn
this
meeting.
