I'm
Chad,
like
move
item
three
point
for
approval
of
a
contract
renewal
with
Harvey
communications
for
emergency
lighting.
Sirens
staff
is
recommending
city
council
authorized
the
city
manager
to
execute
a
one-year
contract
renewal
for
the
purchase
of
emergency
lighting,
sirens
aftermarket
products
and
services
in
the
amount
of
68,000
973.
Sixty
cents
spur
action
that.
D
E
It's
real
basic,
which
is
a
real
basic
question.
I,
remember
the
last
time
I
recall
reading
a
bill
like
this.
We
talked
about
tire
companies
outside
of
evidence
and
the
reason
that
we
couldn't
purchase
them
is
because
the
tires
are
so
large
commercial
vehicles
that
they
didn't
sell
them
within
our
city
boundary.
Is
that
correct,
good.
F
Evening,
madam
chair
members
of
the
committee,
lon
e
jeske
fleet
manager
ultimate
birthweight.
This
this
renewal
here
is
for
Tiger
repair
right
services
crystal
clear
on
that
mounting
and
dismounting
right
internally.
We
do
up
to
17
inch
tires.
We
have
our
own
machine
tires
beyond
17
inch
tires
are
specialty
in
a
service
comes
and
mounts
and
dismounts
tires.
They
also
take
tires
in
for
retread
and
disposal
of
old
tires.
It
can't
be
recapped,
unlike
the
other
contract,
where
we're
talking
about
pure
tire
purchases,
the
commodity
of
buying
tires.
That's
not
what
this
is
crystal.
E
B
G
G
C
D
This
is
one
of
those
purchases
where
we
did
reach
out
and
there
were
qualified
evanston
contractors
to
do
this,
but
none
bid
on
the
project-
and
you
know
I
I'm,
just
thinking
maybe
maybe
someday.
When
our
staff
has
time.
We
could
have
a
workshop
for
landscape
contractors
and
evanston,
because
there
is
so
much
work.
We
have
their
landscape
contractors
that
I,
maybe
they
just
don't
get
it
and
know.
D
C
D
D
E
Met
Jarrod,
like
move
item,
a
point
for
approval
recommendations
for
the
final
regions
for
divvy
bike
stations.
Staff
recommends
city
council
approval
of
eight
regions
to
establish
a
phase
one
network
for
divvy
bikeshare
in
evanston;
a
cost
match
in
the
amount
of
$80,000
required
to
match
the
funding
provided
by
the
state
of
Nilla
noise
I.
That.
C
D
The
recommended
location
in
the
far
south
end
of
town
is
it
the
jewel
target
best
buy
shopping
center,
I've
taught
to
Katherine
Harley
I,
absolutely
opposed
this
location
and
I'm
going
to
ask
that
it
be
removed
from
the
proposal
and
that
discussion
take
place
on
locating
a
station
on
asbury
someplace
there.
D
C
D
Here
half
an
hour
there,
but
you
know
for
somebody
to
take
a
bike
from
from
the
target
shopping
center
to
the
train
station
mm.
I.
Don't
think
that's
going
to
happen
so
I'm
asking
that
we
change
people
who
live
in
the
vicinity.
Let's
say
just
think
about
this
mulford
and
asbury:
they
they
don't
have
really
great
access
to
transportation
and
I
was
thinking
about
the
surveys
that
were
done
when
we
did
the
yelp
Minh.
We
were
talking
about
the
yellow
line.
D
Stop
and
you
know
that
would
have
been
a
great
place
for
a
yellow
line.
Stop
on
asbury
except
it
was
too
expensive,
but
there's
just
not
been
enough
thought
if
you're
going
to
plunk
it
in
front
of
the
jewel.
It
just
makes
no
sense,
and
so
I'm
I'm
asking
that
the
committee
concur
with
me
and
look
for
another
place
south
of
oakton.
That
makes
sense
are
in.
D
D
A
I
That
did
you
want
to
no
I,
think
I.
Think
you
bring
up
a
really
good
point.
Alderman,
rainy
and
I
think
that
it's
important
to
you
know
to
consider
what
you
think
the
best
option
would
be
in
as
an
alternative
to
that
number.
Eight
station
I
think
we
could
certainly
look
for
something
south
of
oakton
something
east
of
the
the
location,
but
just
as
a
reference,
you
know
the
the
map
itself.
That's
in
your
memo,
the
it's
a
one
to
two
block
radius
in
that
yellow
and
and
so
I'm.
I
D
E
I
D
Foreman
sure,
when
I,
when
I
read
through
this
and
I
read
through
it
several
times,
I
found
the
presentation
regarding
locations
extremely
confusing.
There
were
numerous
numerous
sets
of
recommendations
and
it
just
it
just
got
all
jumbled
after
a
while
and
I.
You
know:
I
I,
don't
know
how
we
selected
the
one
through
eight
I.
You
know
I
mean
there
were.
There
was
group
1
and
2
from
Northwestern
recommend
a
recommending,
and
this
group,
so
I
I,
don't
I
got
very
confused
about,
but
I'm.
D
B
C
J
I
So
this
is,
this
is
the
first
map.
This
is
the
map
that
went
to
the
public
in
January
for
the
meeting,
and
this
was
all
17
locations,
and
this
map
was
basically
based
on
all
the
data
points
that
we
had
received
prior
to
public
feedback.
This
was
information
that
staff
looked
at
staff,
provided
in
the
initial
grant
recommendation.
It
was
the
Nu
studies
that
had
come
from
the
capstone
group.
It
included.
I
Information
from
the
divi
website
suggests
a
station.
It
was
a
number
of
different
data
points
that
we
used
to
develop
the
17
stations
for
the
outreach
to
the
general
public,
and
you
can
go
to
the
next
map
and
then
this
map
is
ultimately
what
staff
is
recommending
to
you
for
approval
today,
with,
of
course,
the
exception
of
number
8.
I
I
A
E
F
H
K
Chair
members
of
the
committee,
Catherine
Hurley
sustainability
manager,
I'll
take
ownership
of
the
location
of
the
map
on
the
one-year
greenleaf
due
to
the
bikes
not
being
encouraged
on
dempster
and
greenleaf,
being
a
bike-friendly
boulevard
in
a
lake
area,
we're
trying
to
guide
bikes
the
current
dot
to
start
our
search
of
where
the
station
would
be
in
that
area
sort
of
starting
at
Greenleaf.
But
you
can
see
the
kind
of
darker
yellow
is
the
radius
of
where
we
would
look.
K
So
if
the
plaza
and
other
businesses
and
and
stakeholders
in
that
area
are
okay
with
having
to
be
closer
to
the
more
visible
dumpster
road,
then
we
could
definitely
do
that,
but
sort
of
from
planning
perspective.
We
wanted
there
to
make
sure
we
made
a
connection
to
Greenleaf,
since
that's
what
we're
hoping
that
the
bikes,
if
they're,
not
going
to
go
up
and
down
on
Dodge
they're,
going
to
go
on
the
safe
bike
road.
K
So
absolutely
there's
a
pretty
big
search
radius
of
where
the
station
would
go
and
since
we've
actually
been
talking
with
economic
development
and
the
folks
at
Valley,
at
the
Plaza
de
really
excited
and
interested
in.
Collaborating
on
helping
the
station
to
be
the
most
successful
will
be
working
really
closely
when
we
cite
it
so
it'll
be
somewhere
within
that
radius.
I,
probably
will
be
a
lot
closer
towards
the
plaza
and
dumpster,
but
that's
why
the
dot
was
shown,
because
we
wanted
people
to
know
that
biking
on
greenleaf
is
where
it's
encouraged.
Also.
E
A
J
D
E
J
Really
at
this
point
we
just
wanted
to
get
as
I
think
it's
been
stated.
The
radiuses
now
we'll
go
back.
There's
a
certain
footprint,
that's
required.
We
need
to
go
back
and
look
at
every
one
of
those
locations
to
find
out
what
will
make
sense
for
the
footprint,
but
we'll
come
back
separately
with
city
with
the
number
eight
location
and
bring
it
back
to
the
car.
A
A
C
B
A
I
think
we're
all
on
the
same
well
and
well.
I
think
it
was
so
eight
and
six
you
want
yours
making
sure
you
want
in
within
that
radius
right
yeah,
so
it's
still
within
the
radius.
Absolutely
gotten!
Yes,
catherine,
is
on
it.
Thank
you,
heel
boy,
Catherines.
You
get
nodding
at
me,
though
Sam
Gilda.
Thank
you.
A
D
B
You
move
approval,
so
I
can
move
approval.
Second,
all
those
in
favor
aye,
a
six
resolution.
13
hrs
15
recommend
recommending
the
purpose
and
composition
of
the
transportation
parking
committee
staff
in
the
transportation
parking
committee
recommend
City
Council
adoption
of
resolution,
13
hrs
15,
which
modifies
the
purpose
and
membership
of
the
committee
to
better
reflect
the
multimodal
needs
and
policy
topics
and
evenson
and
increase
the
committee
membership
29
with
an
additional
member
from
City
Council
in.
D
A
A
B
A
Birth
Fisk
and
when,
when
it's
on
it,
and
then
we
redid
the
composition
that
for
the
Chamber
of
Commerce,
that
originally
was
the
executive
director.
Now
it
can
be
any
body
from
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
that
chamber
of
commerce,
because
for
whatever
reasons,
and
so
there
was
idea
to
increase
more
diversity
on
there,
but.
B
A
J
G
B
A
J
If
I
could
just
add
a
couple
points
1,
this
hasn't
gone
to
rules
because
rules
hasn't
Matt,
and
so
because
of
the
concern
that
there
has
not
been
quorum
at
transportation
and
parking.
We
wanted
to
bring
it
before
the
full
City
Council
I.
Think
back
to
the
discussion
that
the
transportation
of
parking
committee
had
on
this
there's
a
lot
of
transportation
issues
that
are
facing
the
city
of
Evanston
and
I.
J
A
B
E
D
All
right,
a
nine,
this
has
to
do
with
the
construction
of
the
building
on
Chicago
and
main.
This
is
resolution.
29
are
15
which
authorizes
an
easement
agreement
with
OEMs
/a
are
evanston
LLC
for
construction
along
chicago
avenue
and
main
street.
It's
a
sheeting
easement
for
construction
having
to
do
with
the
in
the
public
right-of-way.
D
B
The
Phase
two
engineering,
construction
and
construction
engineering
is
estimated
at
three
million
five
hundred
twenty-five
thousand
six
hundred
dollars
stp
will
fund
seventy
percent
of
the
total
cost,
which
is
two
million
349
sixty
dollars,
and
the
city
chair
is
approximately
920
1540
dollars.
We
were
provo
almond.
D
D
B
H
J
The
people
who
come
and
operate
them
are
not
sensitive
to
the
areas
around
them,
and
so
the
this
past
fall
received
a
lot
of
comments
from
folks
regarding
our
ordinance
met
with
staff
and
the
first
thing
the
staff
as
alderman
Holmes
is
well.
How
are
we
supposed
to
enforce
this,
and
you
know,
as
we
have
many
laws
on
the
books
of
the
city
of
Evanston
I,
think
we
do
our
best
for
enforcement.
J
This
is
a
particularly
difficult
one,
because
from
the
time
someone
would
call
the
city
to
the
time
we're
able
to
dispatch
a
staff
member.
It
is
almost
impossible
to
do
that.
Mr.
Smith
from
Evanston
now
asked
us
to
look
up
some
statistics.
I
think
it
was
about
40
complaints
and
they
most
of
them
toward
the
end
of
last
year
from
residents
about
all
things
related
to
leaf
blowers.
J
So
one
of
the
things
that
this
ordinance
amendment
is
meant
to
do
is
to
make
it
very
clear
that
the
window
of
time
will
be
the
first
thursday
of
december
and
that
what
that
syncs
more
with
the
facilities
that
take
this
kind
of
refuse,
not
only
from
us
but
from
a
private
landscape
company.
So
that's
the
main
change
that
we're
doing.
We
hit
again
thought
of
reviewed
comments
and
complaints
from
residents
on
a
whole
variety
of
other
issues
and
really
came
back
to
again
alderman
homes.
J
J
What
do
we
do
with
other
laws
in
the
city
that
are
difficult
to
enforce
seat
belts
and
cell
phones
from
time
to
time?
We
have
to
do
targeted
enforcement,
something
we
really
hadn't
talked
about
with
leaf
blowers,
so
I
think
we're
in
the
initial
stages
that
perhaps
formulating
something
so
that
from
a
targeted
enforcement
perspective.
J
If
we
have
folks
mobilized
when
we
might
have
a
better
chance
to
deal
with
that,
because
we're
hearing
for
many
many
people
very
frustrated
that
they
feel
we're
doing
absolutely
thing
and
so
I
think
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
to
be
realistic
with
the
resources
realistic
with
the
dynamics
of
this,
but
provide
some
response
and
some
enforcement
of
the
laws
that
are
on
the
books.
Hi.
D
I
I
challenged
the
city
to
take
decibel
readings
of
leaf
blowers
and
lon
Morris.
In
on
my
block,
my
former
block,
there
were
lawn
mowers,
riding
one
more's
on
residential-single
and
I'm,
not
talking
about
mansion
Mons
along
with
two
other
lawn
mowers
operating
at
the
same
time,
and
the
intensity
of
that
far
exceeds
any
leaf
blower
any
leaf,
blower
and
I
just
think
it's
a
little.
It's
not
hypocritical,
but
it's
sort
of
singling
out
one
piece
of
equipment
when
there
are
so
many
others
operating
all
the
time
that
are
much
louder.
D
I
had
complaints
this
winter
about
snow
blowers.
Now
you
know
you
don't
use
your
snowblower
you're
gonna
slip
and
fall
on
somebody
sidewalk
and
you
know
we'll
take
you
don't
I
I!
Think
I
I,
don't
know
why
we've
singled
out
leaf
blowers
I
remember
years
ago,
when
this
all
started,
because
lawn
mowers
really
are
just
as
loud
and
they
run
for
a
lot
longer
time
on
the
same
property
as
a
leaf
blower.
All.
J
Been
rainy
from
talking
to
many
residents
of
receiving
emails,
I
think
that
that
the
space
that
is
expand
upon
with
leaf
blowers
or
four
people
are
a
lawn
mower
they're
on
their
property.
Going
back
and
forth.
I
think
folks
see
leaf
blowers
as
being
something
that
goes
beyond
property
lines.
As
far
as
the
the
debris
I
think.
That's
probably
one
of
the
points
that
makes
us
a
little
bit
stickier
than
or
the
other,
but
you're
right,
there's
the
reality
of
our
ability
to
enforce
as
I
think
many
of
you
know.
B
I'm
just
going
to
add
that
I
you
get
40
calls
and
probably,
if
you
checked
into
one
of
the
Ottoman,
we
probably
get
you
know
equal
as
many.
So
there's
a
lot
of
calls
about
the
leaf
blowers,
especially,
but
in
addition
to
the
noise
you're,
absolutely
right,
it's
that
especially
landscapers,
who
will
then
put
that
debris
on
someone
else's
property.
So
get
a
lot
of
calls
about
that.
You
know
that
that
is
one
of
the
additional
pieces
about
the
leaf
blowers.
So
I
don't
know:
I
targeted
enforcement,
that's
really
interesting!
B
D
But
I
think
we,
if
we're
going
to
enforce
it,
we
should
enforce
it
against
the
homeowner
who's
hired
the
landscape.
That's
the
person
who
can
control
the
landscaper.
We
can't
control
the
landscapers
I'll
go
from
one
house
to
another
and
you'll
never
catch
up
with
them.
But
if
you,
you
know,
if
a
neighbor
calls
and
complains
about
their
neighbor
having
a
leaf
blower
get
the
address
of
the
homeowner
and
buying
the
homeowner,
we
have
a
witness
who
called
and
complained
fine
get
a
ticket
buying
the
homeowner.
That's
who
controls
the
leaf
blowing
and.
J
And
all
the
reigning
members
of
the
committee
there
is
language
on
page.
If
you
look
at
the
ordinance
itself
on
page
176,
we've
amended
the
ordinance
to
do
exactly
that,
because
it
was
only
the
previous
language
was
too
vague.
This
now
will
allow
us
to
do
that
again.
I
think
we
were
here
before
he
probably
two
years
ago,
where
I
think
we
talked
about
licensing
and
identification
of
private
commercial
enterprises.

A
H
Be
great
good
evening,
Denise
stone
back
first
I
want
to
thank
you
for
introducing
this
ordinance
and,
at
the
same
time,
I
want
to
say
that
I
hope
I,
never
see
a
gun
shop
or
gun
range
in
evanston.
Not
only
would
it
provide
easy
access
to
buying
a
gun,
it
would
likely
increase
gun
ownership
in
evanston
and
with
Morgan's
come
more
gun
problems,
and
we
don't
have
to
look
very
hard
to
see
that
in
our
country
we
have
an
enormous
gun,
violence
problem
due
to
the
proliferation
of
guns,
with
310
million
guns
in
America.
H
On
average,
more
than
100
thousand
people
are
shot
or
killed
each
year
with
a
gun.
If
we
compare
the
United
States
to
other
developed
countries,
no
other
country
in
the
world
comes
anywhere
near
the
guns
and
the
gun
deaths
in
the
United
States.
In
fact,
Americans
are
20
times
as
likely
to
be
killed
by
a
gun
than
is
someone
from
another
high-income
developed
country.
I
appreciate
evanston's,
proactive
approach
to
the
issue.
H
H
The
proximity
proximity
to
schools
of
a
gun,
shop
and
range
is
not
a
new
issue.
It
has
been
a
valid
concern
expressed
by
communities
for
decades.
In
his
ruling
of
a
court
case
in
Cook,
County
Judge,
Castillo
wrote
and
I
quote,
the
proximity
of
a
gun
shop
to
a
school
sends
a
message
to
the
children
about
the
acceptability
of
guns
in
our
society.
In
my
opinion,
250
feet,
which
is
about
half
a
block
or
less,
sends
a
message
to
children.
That
guns
are
acceptable.
H
Lastly,
often
we
hear
about
gun
how
the
gun
lobby
wins
in
court.
In
fact,
however,
municipal
ordinances
are
often
upheld,
approximately
ninety
six
percent
of
all
Second
Amendment
claims,
since
the
2008
haller
decision
have
been
rejected
by
the
courts.
So
I
have
some
good
news
about
a
recent
court
victory
for
gun
safety
that
I
want
to
share
with
you.
Last
week,
the
Ninth
Circuit
Court
and
California
upheld
a
municipality's
ordinance
which
prohibits
the
possession
of
ammunition
magazines
capable
of
holding
more
than
ten
rounds.
H
The
court
ruled
that
the
city
ordinance
does
not
violate
the
Second
Amendment,
so
I
urge
you
to
be
as
courageous
as
the
City
Council
of
that
town
sunnyvale
california,
and
passed
the
strongest
ordinance
possible
to
keep
Evanston
a
safe
community
and
a
great
place
to
live.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
consideration.
L
Hi
I'm
Patti,
Vic
and
I
live
at
417
Darrow,
which
is
nearer
oakton
and
dodge,
and
so
I'm
a
resident
and
I
wanted
to
register
my
concern
this
along
with
Denise.
L
We
have
da
school
and
james
park,
as
well
as
the
channel
side
park
and
from
looking
at
a
map.
The
potential
locations
that
gun
ranges
and
shops
could
be.
It
looks
like
the
area
just
south
and
north
of
oakton
west
of
james
park
and
are
just
a
next
to
James,
Park
and
near
the
where
the
kids
play
soccer
and
pooch
park
are
all
would
all
be
right
near
a
potential
gun
range
and
shop,
so
not
to
mention
where
we
live.
L
L
According
to
a
health
survey
done
by
the
national
institute
of
occupational
safety
and
health,
the
typical
rifle
range,
the
sounds
can
peek
over
160
decibels
when
firing
a
single
shot.
This
exceeds
the
sonic
intensity
of
both
the
front
row
of
a
rock
concert
and
a
military
jet
take
off.
So
there
are
a
lot
of
reasons
to
consider
widening
this
range,
but
there
sure
are
just
in
my
little
neck
of
the
woods
kids
everywhere
in
one
of
these
projected
zones,
so
I
just
wanted
to
bring
that
up.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
M
Great,
thank
you.
My
name
is
Joel.
Siegel
I
represent
Jews
for
preservation
of
firearms
ownership.
We
have
many
members
in
the
evanston
community,
along
with
North
Shore
north
suburban
area.
I
am
the
coordinator
of
the
JP
fo
in
the
North
Shore
north
suburban
area,
as
with
Miss
Wang,
stone,
Beck
I'm,
not
a
resident
of
Evanston.
Nor
is
she,
but
we
do
have
members
that
have
concerns
regarding
this
proposed
ordinance.
M
First
of
all,
I'm
not
aware
that
there's
even
been
an
application
for
a
gun
range
or
a
gun
store
in
evanston
and
I
doubt
whether
they're
even
will
be
one.
So
I'm
not
sure
why
this
is
even
under
consideration.
Be
that
as
it
may,
I
looked
at
your
map,
which
was
conveniently
on
the
website,
and
it
shows
that
there
are
three
basically
and
a
half
areas
in
evanston
which
could
possibly
locate
a
range.
However,
all
of
these
I
understand
are
totally
occupied.
M
B
Have
a
question
for
a
legal
miss
fashion
coat?
Could
you
tell
me
that
look
up
the
ordinance
on
the
distance
between
upward
schools
for
drugs
and
tobacco-
I
think,
is
a
thousand
feet.
I
just
want
to
be
sure:
okay,
okay
and
just
let
me
know
that,
because
I'd
like
to
make
an
amendment
to
okay
to
the
ordinance.
D
M
D
M
D
D
The
years
it
has
been
very
clear
that
we
do
not
allow
the
sale
of
guns
or
ammunition
and
the
city
of
ebon
stuff.
We
used
to
have
a
Kmart
and
other
places
like
that
whose
sole
guns
elsewhere,
but
could
not
sell
them
here
it
has
that
all
changed
now
can
target
come
in
for
application,
sell
guns
well,.

Under
a
13
ordinance,
11
of
15,
adding
a
title,
three
chapter,
31
pedicabs
staff
is
recommending
this
council
adopt
ordinance,
11,
0
15,
which
addresses
traffic
and
safety
concerns
at
northwestern
university.
Athletic
events.
I
have
some
real
move
approval
I'll.
Secondly,
I
have
some
real
problems,
but
this
is
this
is
like
beating
a
mosquito
with
an
automatic
weapon.
I
mean
what
oh
I
I
just
loved.
C
E
Know
I
had
the
same
concerns
I
the
only
time
that
I've
ridden
one
was
from
probably
the
parking
lot
to
the
stadium.
I
can't
even
remember
if
there
was
a
fee
charged,
so
my
concern
mr.
city
manager
is
just
when
I
add
up
all
the
fees
and
the
little
that
I
dunno.
I
think
I've
only
written
one
twice
it
just
it
doesn't
balance
out
for
me.
So
maybe
you
can
help
enlighten
us.
Yes,.
J
That's
really
the
reason
we're
here
tonight.
So
if
you
believe
that
there's
merit
to
moving
forward
with
this,
we
would
be
happy
to
come
back
with
some
adjustment.
If
you
do
not
feel
there's
any
merit
to
it,
then
I
think
in
respect
to
your
time
and
staffs
time.
We
will
let
it
be
and
we'll
continue
to
monitor
the
situation,
but
we've
kind
of
moderate
over
the
last
two
football
seasons
and
at
the
conclusion
of
the
season
that
ended
this
fault,
we
felt
was
important
to
come
to
you
with
some
sort
of
regulation.
Okay,.
A
C
E
A
C
K

D
D
J
Number
of
these
vehicles
at
the
University
at
after
football
games
has
become
an
issue
if
you'd
like
I,
would
ask
that
the
very
least
that
you
allow
us
to
continue
to
monitor
the
situation
and
report
back
to
at
the
conclusion
you
know
approximately
a
year
from
now,
because
it
has
been
an
issue.
We
have
heard
from
the
police
that
for
the
larger
games,
especially
that
there
are
some
difficulties,
so
it
would
ask
that
if
you
would
like
you
know,
I
would
receive
and
file
and
we'll
come
back
to
your
year.
J
If
we
still
believe
that
there's
issues,
perhaps
we
can
reach
out
to
the
community.
Looking
on
social
media,
the
Chicago
pedicab
Association
is
on
the
case,
and
perhaps
they
would
have
some
opportunities
to
work
with
us
to
help
us
get
through
the
specific
issue
that
we've
identified
a
try
right
field
and.
A
My
I
guess
my
point
again
is:
if
you're
going
to
do
it,
that
it
should
be
all
the
time
if
you're
going
to
go
and
do
this
for
the
pedicab
it
just
it.
It
just
doesn't
make
sense
and
then
maybe
pedicabs
will
be
around
during
the
during
the
summer
where
people
are
trying
to
get
to
the
beach
so
that
we
can
utilize
them
along
the
lakefront
right.
So
just
so
encouraging
them
to
come
versus,
saying
you
you,
we
r
you
can
come.
A
D
Are
we
holding
wait,
I
think
I,
think
manager,
Bob
quits
comment
at
the
end
was
important
and
that
I
didn't
there
is
a
an
association
of
pedicabs
all
right,
I
think
that
would
be
the
first
step.
Let's
call
them
invite
them
over
and
meet
with
them
with
the
traffic
department
and
expressed
that
we're
ready
to
regulate
if
they
can't
control
their
their
drivers.
So
Karen.
D
A
D
J
And
again,
this
is
no
reflection
on
the
amenity
that
they
offer
it's
just
the
practical
reality
that
when
you
get
for
50
or
60
thousand
folks,
all
trying
to
leave
in
a
relatively
small
area.
There's
some
challenges
and
we've
identified
this
over
the
last
two
season.
I
think
Oliver.
Any
suggestions,
absolutely
great.
