Here
today
in
our
Emergency
Operations
Center,
commonly
referred
to
as
the
EOC
and
I'm
here
to
talk
to
you
about
our
Emergency
Management
operations.
A
The
incident
command
system
is
a
nationally
recognized
response,
recovery
framework
that
we've
implemented
here
in
the
EOC.
We
have
five
core
functions
that
we've
developed:
it's
going
to
be
the
unified
command,
which
helps
to
identify
more
strategic
level
response
efforts.
Additionally,
we
have
the
operations
which
helps
for
us
to
spell
out
those
objectives
and
be
able
to
tactically
manage
what
it
is.
That's
put
in
place
for
the
objectives.
We
also
have
the
logistics,
which
helps
to
support
the
needs
of
the
incident
both
for
materials,
equipment
and
personnel.
