If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Welcome
everyone.
My
name
is
TJ
Kathy
of
Columbus
and
Thomas
and
Koch.
Okay.
Thank
you
today,
Duchess
my
Irish
marker.
His
real
name
is
Serbia
Dutch.
What's
the
call
was
here
today,
of
course
right?
So
thank
you,
love
I'm
thrilled
to
have
you
here
today
and
thanks
to
Paul,
because
Paul
was
going
to
be
a
tremendous
resource
to
us
over
the
past
three
years
as
we
evolved
from
Farmhouse
as
the
hotel
was
closed,
open
closed
open.
A
You
know,
as
we
bounce
through
no
one
in
downtown
Chicago,
Northwestern
University,
shut
down
open,
partially
open.
We
shut
down
all
that
Paul
has
been
a
cause
resource
and
he
was
the
key
in
helping
us
navigate.
Getting
the
amazing
sidewalk
captain
that
we
have
out
there
in
America,
which
has
been
a
you
know,
concept
for
us,
so
Thomas
and
Dutch
is
trying
to
do
something
a
little
different
than
what
you've
had
in
Downtown.
Dallas
I.
Think
you
all
know.
A
What's
what's
been
pulling
weather
will
matter
where
you've
got
a
sense
of
place
when
you
have
all
the
title
and
U.S
once
doing.
9
10,
12
million
dollar
kinds
of
numbers,
I
know
what
the
numbers
are
for
those
restaurants.
Just
to
give
you
a
sense
of
what
how
big
those
numbers
are:
I've,
Been
Told
in
the
past
that
Farmhouse
was
among
the
highest
grossing
restaurants
in
the
City
of
Evanston.
A
So
those
best
ones
up
there
doing
a
10
or
12
million
dollars
are
taking
money
out
of
the
pockets
of
your
businesses.
Here
in
Memphis
I
mean
so
you.
So
what
we're
trying
to
do
with
Thomas
and
Dutch
is
really
up
our
game.
Our
house
was
great
for
what
it
was
for
what
was
here,
but
we
felt
that
there
was
opportunity
for
a
much
more
polished,
much
more
upscale
restaurant
here
in
Evanston,
and
we
took.
A
Of
the
opportunity
created
by
the
pandemic,
the
shutdown
and
Rebrand
the
restaurant
is
hopefully
something
much
nicer
than
what
Farmhouse
was
I
bought
the
farmhouse,
but
you
know
I
couldn't
eat
any
more
cheese,
curds
so
and
anyway,
thanks
so
much
for
being
here.
If
you
need
anything,
just
let
us
know.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much.
C
D
But
I'm
actually
here
with.
A
D
Half
of
that
pattern,
I
am
also
here
as
a
person
who
has
a
stake
in
all
of
this,
especially
the
Evanston
Thrive
stuff
and
as
a
person
who,
in
my
former
life,
had
a
large
of
experience
and
event
planning
and
and
basically
what
Evington
provides
wants
to
destination
management,
and
so
I
wanted
to
come
with
only
half
of
my
hat
on
and
top
of
the
other
half
and
number
one
weekly
prioritization
grid
that
you've
got
I.
Looked
it
over
what
I
mean
what
projects?
D
The
more
that
we
can
do
this
quickly,
the
better
that
we
can
take
advantage
of
it
and
I
will
tell
you
that,
with
my
management
hat
on,
we
very
welcomed
by
the
business
number
two
Creed
is
great,
but
I
was
I
was
I
was
a
little
discouraged
to
see
just
the
tiniest
portion
of
it
at
around
events,
and
almost
all
of
it
around
infrastructure
for
events
and
I
would
encourage
you
to
reframe
the
opportunities
you
could
take
this
dollar
and
use
it
to
generate
dollars.
D
If
there
were
ways
to
create
events
that
build
hotel
rooms,
creative
liquor,
tax
sales
tax,
like
that
is
that's
an
opportunity
that
you
have
with
this
dollars,
which
kind
of
leads
into
my
third
point,
which
is
never
before
in
my
life,
have
I
ever
seen
anything
that
kind
of
begged
for
the
oversight,
continuity,
cohesion
and
having
a
single
person
who
was
around
destination
management
for
Evanston
would
be
able
to
serve
as
a
liaison
between
economic
development
parks
and
recs
events.
D
Public
Works
were
placed
making
Northwestern
like
all
of
the
different
things
that
require
kind
of
a
treetop
View
and
a
lot
of
connecting
and
knowing
left
hand
and
right
hand
situation.
I
believe
that
this
opportunity
is
is
one
for
that
and
really
that's
all
I
had
I
have
lots
more
thoughts.
I
don't
have
to
go
to
any
of
them
are
ready
for
a
public
meeting.
D
But
if
anybody
would
like
to
talk
to
me
about
this,
and
I
just
feel
like
this
time
is
a
really
it's
a
really
important
time
for
economic
development
and
for
Evanston
thrives
and
I
hope
that
it
doesn't
just
take
this
three
million
dollars
to
sync.
It
and
it's
going
to
be
great
for
a
generation
and
then
it'll
require
doing
again
like
really
make
this
a
scene
where
you
plan
really
one
of
the
things
in
the
oven
to
Thrice
report
was
that
the
city
has
support
competencies
and
place,
making,
isn't
one
of
them
and
really
Elevate.
D
F
I'm
afraid
of
Love
yeah
I
was
going
to
say
this
is
our
annual
request.
I
think
this
is
tradition
where
councilman
reduce.
G
E
Everything
we've
done
in
the
last
year.
You
know
I
mean
we
now
have
11
communities.
We
have
a
going
into
our
physical
year.
We
started
July
1st
with
the
3.3
million
dollar
budget.
We've
gotten
a
lot
of
County
funding,
new
state
funding,
in
addition
to
our
regular
operational
Grant,
so
we're
bigger,
including
more
than
ever,
I
went
through
it
I
think
in
detail
in
the
presentation,
I'm
happy
and
love
questions.
H
H
So
and
just
if
you
can
fill
out
and
talk
about
some
of
the
evidence
and
specific
numbers
and
remember
social
media
heads
for
having
some
specific
events
or
a
number
of
visitors
that
you
you
all
contractors
well.
E
I,
don't
have
it
like
that,
I
mean
I,
do
have
we
don't
we,
we
calculate
the
campaigns
and
every
post
that
we
do
in
every
post
that
we
do
on
social
media
is
paid,
but
we
don't
separated
by
our
community.
So
we
don't
do
that,
but
I
would
say
that.
E
H
E
But
supposedly
the
restaurants,
he
is
so
great,
but
you
know
what
there's
not
that
many
animals
there's
not
many,
there's
not
that
many
restaurants,
if
you
add
up
all
the
seats
there,
it's
probably
two
of
your
biggest
restaurant,
so
I
always
think
that's
over
Vlog,
it's
just
visually
I!
Guess
enticing!
There's
a
cluster.
E
E
E
There's
what
happens
here
now?
He
said
his
fire
is
filled
all
those
for
the
last
three
years.
Every
conference
and
Convention
that
needed
meaningful
space
like
this
bottle
pants
went
to
Skokie
in
Northborough.
This
is
huge
for
the
city
that
this
is
to
be
open.
He's
got
a
conference
here,
they're
booking
tons
of
business
now
I
mean
this
is
what
you
need
here,
because
people
that
have
a
passage
here
are
eating
shopping
and
being
out
in
the
community.
J
I
H
One
last
question
in
the
I
have
that
in
the
past,
specifically
with
I,
understand
that
the
bread
and
butter
of
what
you
all
do
is
the
the
conventions
I'd
love
to
see
in
the
future
Evanston
specific
numbers.
How
many
you
know
what
is
the
result
of
that
for
atmosphere.
E
Well,
we
are
going
to
leave
with
our
County
grant
that
we
we
are
going
to
have
the
platform
from
tourism
economics
that
we'll
be
able
to
show
where
people
come
from
those
different
points.
We
we
have
points
of
interest
identified
in
Evanston,
all
the
merchant
districts
think
not
just
the
ssas,
but
all
the
different
virtual
districts.
We
have
Howard
Street,
Central
Street
West
Town
identified.
We
have
Northwestern
and
we
have
the
dog's
house
the
beaches.
E
All
these
different
points
of
interest,
we'll
be
able
to
see
where
people
are
coming
from,
like
from
five
miles,
10
miles,
20
miles
what
they
did
before
they
came
here.
What
they
did
after,
like
how
many
people
go
to
Wrigley,
Field
and
stay
here.
We
wouldn't
be
able
to
have
that
data,
so
you
know
I
can
probably
I
can
show
it
to
you
next
year.
K
E
Sure
I
can
probably
do
an
update
sooner
than
that,
we're
launching
it
and
then
the
audience,
and
then
it
tells
you,
the
credit
card
spend
it
tracks
everything
by
mobile
phone,
so
we're
getting
updated
that
we
never
had
before
in
terms
of
it,
because
it's
not
only
who
does
see
a
social
media
post
but
who
came
to
town
because
of
that
and
what
percentage
of
people
are
coming
here
from
other
areas.
And
how
do
you
grow
that
if
you
think
people
are
eating
now,
it
won't
matter
we're
not
public
and
we
started
a
baseline.
E
G
E
Could
never
afford
it.
The
bureau
could
never
afford
it,
but
our
County
Grant
is
for
it.
So
it's
really
exciting
for
us
cool.
E
It's
technical
explain
but
all
right
great
that
you're
under
budget
no,
no,
but
it's
not
forever.
Okay,
so
in
FY
19
your
dues
are
around
82
83
000.
When
coping
hit.
We
reduce
every
City's
fees
by
50
because
you
know
no,
because
what
happened
and
then
our
board
read
data
that
we
weren't
going
to
fully
recover
until
2025,
especially
in
the
meeting
space.
E
F
A
A
E
L
Just
one
question
just
back
to
the
the
social
media
analytics:
if,
if
the
pulse
is
evidence
in
specific,
you
should
be
able
to
get
analytics
just
on
that
post
about
evidence,
correct.
E
Okay,
I
mean
I
I
would
have
to
get
another
staff
person
to
just
do
that,
and
all
my
staff
people
are
out
selling
our
area
not
doing
that
and
no
other
community
asking
for
it.
I'm
not
saying
it's
a
legitimate
ask
it's
just
a
choice
we've
made
when
we
became
a
regional
Bureau
to
not
be
recording
to
every
Community
separately.
I'd
have
to
have
somebody
just
do
that
the
original,
but
Evanston
is
the
has
the
most
events
the
most
happening
again.
You
just
I'm
I,
understand.
J
L
E
On
your
staff
right,
yes,
what
happens
is
because
after
fiscal
year
just
started,
we
produce
a
trade
shows
calendar
and
it
shows
everywhere
we're
going
it's
some
of
our
local
Regional
Nationals
and
we
presented
that
to
our
hotel
committee
last
week
as
a
matter
of
fact,
and
we
pay
for
the
booth.
We
pay
for
everything
and
hotels
come
with
us,
so
they
look
at
the
calendar
and
they
don't
have
to
pay
any
of
the.
They
have
to
just
pay
to
get.
E
All
the
fees
and
they
tell
our
sales
people.
Okay,
we
are
budgeting
to
go
to
these
eight
shows
with
you
and
they
choose
to
go
which,
if
they
didn't
have
a
bureau,
they
would
never
be
able
to
afford
to
go
to
these
shows
on
their
own,
and
just
so
you
know
we
only
go
to
trade
shows
where
it's
bookable.
For
us.
E
We
book
between
we
don't
book
conventions
we're
50
to
300
people
we
booked
80
of
our
meetings
are
from
a
300
mile
radius,
so
we
only
really
go
to
and
meet
with
the
people
who
automatically.
G
G
E
I
E
E
Don't
we
don't
do
that,
because
that
would
count
on
which
house
telling
us
all
the
time
when
they
book
business
and
they
don't
for
their
own
reasons,
not
for
the
bus,
because
sales
people
want
to
take
credit
for
what
we
send
them.
If
we
don't
get
in
that,
but.
L
E
I
Well,
it's
not,
you
know
too
labor
intensive
to
do
because
City
by
City,
demographics
and
and
engagement
involved,
social
media.
What
might
be
useful?
What
might
give
information
they're
asking
for
is
to
say
here:
are
the
top
25
engaged
posts
of
2023,
and
that
way
we
would.
G
A
F
Discussion,
Parks
and
Recreation.
G
A
F
Thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
bring
this
before
you
tonight.
We,
we
have
been
trying
figure
out
a
way
to
move
forward
with,
not
just
the
Lagoon
building.
This
is
something
that
councilmember,
Kelly
and
I
have
been
working
on
closely
recognizing.
There
are
five.
These
are
five
other
facilities.
L
B
A
G
G
J
G
F
Councilmember
Kelly,
you
know
the
council
member
had
an
idea.
Is
there
an
opportunity
to
hire
a
consultant
to
perhaps
help
us
move
through
this
process
of
renovating
identifying
scheduling,
identifying
operative
food
operations
and
by
the
way,
we're
trying
to
focus
on
local
business
like
we
don't
want
to
just
go
to
Compass
we're,
leaving
and
hire
a
master
like
a
master
kind
of
rewind
and
drive
through
this
program.
B
You
very
much
Thompson
I'm,
the
director
for
parks
and
recreation.
Thank
you
all
so
much
for
allowing
me
to
be
here
to
have
a
discuss
this
very
important
item.
So
this
really
came
up
when
I
first
took
this
job
as
a
director
and
then
really
just
got
very
disappointed.
That
I
was
at
a
an
event
at
Robert,
Crowley
couldn't
even
buy
a
hot
dog
and
some
nachos
and
I
thought
what
a
missed
opportunity,
not.
G
B
F
F
F
F
H
One
thank
you
for
this
I
I
fully
support
the
idea
of
bringing
along
a
full-time
employee
to
take
on
the
store.
I
would
also
I
think
we
need
someone
just
generally
to
take
on
the
management
of
all
of
our
rental
spaces
throughout
the
city.
G
B
B
So
I
use
it
for
ftes
I
like
to
look
at
about
when
you
look
at
benefits,
and
what
have
you
a
lot
less
than
one
can
we
look
at
would
be
amount
would
be
from
the
salary.
K
B
Academy
so.
B
So
they
have
to
have
some
some
background
or
procurement,
but
then
also
like
include
surface
so
they're
thinking,
because
even.
G
B
Kitchen
spaces:
the
reason
why
they
are
licensed
is
because
we
just
have
managers
and
each
one
of
those
facilities
that
have
that
particular
license
and
I,
don't
even
think
legislation
an
actual
manager's
license.
So
it
would
really
need
someone
Panthers,
because
the
regulations
have
changed
a
bit,
and
so
there
has
to
be
a
manager
on
site
for
any
of
those
food
establishments
to
be
there
and
to
be
asking.
B
Someone
would
want
someone
who
kind
of
understands
that,
and
so
we
have
looked
at
our
national
parks
and
rec
Association
and
pull
up
some
job
descriptions.
So
we
have
that
and
I'll
be
ready
to
present
that
in
our
office,
Council.
E
So
I'm
super
excited
about
this
I
was
excited
when
you
started
talking
about
that.
I
shared
this
colleagues
last
weekend
after
that
that
shallot,
which
is
the
operator
at
Wilson
Park
with
swinkly
lights,
I,
was
looking
at
the
beach.
There
was
people
the
community
was
coming
together.
They'd
have
all
of
the
elements
and
to
the
point
earlier,
like
you
know,
that
is
doing
some
things
right
that
we
need
to.
E
And
so
I
guess
my
question
is
you
know
we
heard
from
I
think
it's
Kate.
If
you
said
you
know
what
are
those
what's
the
low
hanging
fruit?
Is
there
an
opportunity
for
proof
of
concept
here?
So
you
know
we
had
this.
You
know
Vivid
was
a
strong
operator.
I
haven't
seen
the
proposal
like
I
wanted
to
sort
of
tease
apart
if
it
makes
sense
to
pursue
one
while
the
larger
program
is
being
stitched
together.
E
E
Property
the
opportunity
for
the
most
place,
making,
if
you
will
so
that's
one
that
I
think.
B
So
looking
at
you
know,
Robert
Crown.
As
a
model,
we
have
concession
spaces
already
built
where
you
have
like
the
kind
of
garage
door
open
where
in
the
bottom
and
at
the
top
of
the
hockey
room,
and
so
those
spaces
are
already
built
in,
and
so
the
large
part
of
what
our
department
will
be.
Bringing
Council
in
the
next
couple
of
months
is
also
I
know.
B
Catherine
yeah
I'm,
just
saying,
is
how
our
special
event
processed
goes,
I'm,
pretty
manipulated,
and
so
many
of
our
other
systems
are
Antiquated
as
well,
and
so
we
need
a
system
that
is
a
recreation
system
that
allows
for
a
person
to
Simply,
have
a
way
to
just
take
money
or
credit
cards
at
both
of
those
areas,
and
so
we're
looking
at
a
recreation
support
system
right
now.
That
will
allow
us
to
do
that.
B
C
B
E
B
E
I
B
G
A
B
F
G
F
It
was
a
discussion
where
we
were
really
moving
forward
with
them,
but
there's
no
contract
drafted.
A
B
Talks
about
like
two
parts
and
writing
there
are
so
many
opportunities
for
food,
Parks
I
know
traditionally.
Food
trucks
are
not
something
that
our
Lakefront
really
wants
a
lot
of
time.
But
if
you
came
to
our
Starlight
concert
last
week
it
was
packed
and
food
truck
had
to
leave
because
it
went
out
so.
B
Opportunities
that
we
are
really
missing
and
the
food
is
the
big
part,
even
at
the
lakefront
and
I
don't
so
we
think
of
the
lakefront
as
just
something
that's
seasonal,
but
our
goals
of
parks
and
rec
is
to
make
even
our
Parks
year-round.
There
are
things
that
can
happen
outside
year
round.
I
B
K
K
K
G
B
No,
no,
but
of
course
we
we
would
work
with
Paul,
of
course,
but
I
also
feel,
like
our
department
needs
to
work
more
with
our
business,
our
business
districts.
We
do
what
it
comes
to
special
events,
but.
L
C
The
products
this
is
placemaking
anything
just
to
get
this
going
and
to
have
high
quality
food
service
for
public
parks.
I
mean
we
can
do
better
with
Just
Pizza
I
mean
bad
pizza
because
we
really
do
night.
You
know
James
Park
really
had
nice
food
become
slice
making
in
itself,
and
so
I
think
you
know,
I
would
have
and
I
do
think
this
job
will
many
times
pay
for
itself
many
times
over.
I
think
a
video
film
will
be
overwhelming
amount
of
work
for
this
job
and
day
round.
C
So
so,
along
with
that,
I
think
it's
so
important
that
somebody
does
know
evidence
as
well
and
understand
the
population
and
our
local
businesses.
I
also
think
it's
an
amazing
opportunity
to
promote
and
support
our
local
small
businesses
to
do
this.
I
would
Advocate
Lisa
to
your
point.
A
little
bit.
I
would
like
to
see
us
start
giving
our
people
at
right
now
to
test
the
waters,
but.
C
G
C
Quickly
on
this
and
see,
if
there's
any
way
in
the
fall,
we
could
get
somebody
to
try
out
a
few
weekends,
maybe
like
at
Arrington
and
I,
also
think
if
you
can
start
this
fall
in
at
all
at
other
places
as
well.
But
if
we
can
get
started,
we
can
then
see
that
person
who's
oversee
it
and
really
get
an
idea
as
to
what
needs
to
happen
so
that
when
we
come
back
into
spring
and
the
summer
we
really
can
move
into
as
quickly
as
possible.
G
G
F
F
A
C
F
You
can
move
that
right
away
and
then
and
then
we
do
the
hiring
in
the
fall.
We
only
have
three
months
of
the
year.
The
budget
have
been
the
next
year
exactly.
E
A
L
Other
examples
of
this
because.
H
F
L
F
F
Warming
kitchen,
his
suggestion
was:
maybe
we
talk
with
the
council
longer
term
and
talk
about
changing
the
format.
The
layouts
you're,
pushing
the
bathrooms
West,
okay,
moving.
F
C
L
Dollars,
but
if
we
did
that
I
mean
you
know
this
again.
G
L
Also
had
an
opportunity
to
go,
you
know
I've
been
there
before,
but
never
really
looked
at
it
and.
L
F
There's
I'm
bringing
this
up,
not
just
a
gush
about
it,
but
to
say
thank
you
for.
L
G
F
A
E
Well,
to
your
point
of
sort
of
the
change
in
tone:
I
am
like
I
I
well,
not
on
Council
I'll,
just
say
that
I
think
as
a
community.
We
need
to
be
encouraging
our
you
know
team
at
Evanston
to
to
take
risks
and
be
bold,
Public,
Works
Parts
Economic
Development,
like
we
Evanston
touts
itself
as
a
progressive
Community.
E
F
G
J
J
Hi
Council,
my
name
is
Elena
Hubert
I
am
the
intern
in
the
economic
development
department
for.
J
It's
been
great,
but
here
in
Ohio
some
data
using
a
analytics
software
called
Placer
AI
that
uses
triangulated
cell
phone
data
to
look
at
foot
traffic
in
the
area.
It
is
just
location-based
data
I
have
a
data
privacy
issues.
There
I'll
just
give
you
a
quick
overview
with
all
the
business
districts,
especially
the
newborn
West
Village.
J
Just
looking
at
Copa
19
recovery
we're
seeing
that
compared
to
other
areas
in
the
region,
Evanston
is
really
on
Pace
for
Recovery.
We
have
about
91
the
recovery
in
terms
of
the
amount
of
retail
visits
today
as
compared
to
June
2019..
G
J
J
But
then
I
looked
at
recovery.
I
G
J
When
you
look
at
you
know,
districts
like
Central,
Street,
downtown
seba,
that
I've
seen
a
lot
of
closures
and
everything
and
seeing
issues
there
I'm
not
going
to
go
directly
into
every
business
district.
But
if
you
look
at
the
presentation
yourself,
I've
looked
at
the
position
figures
kind
of
what
businesses
are
seeing
the
most
traffic
in
certain
areas,
so
you
can
kind
of
postulate
based
on
that.
This
is
kind
of
covered
recovery,
broken
down.
So
there's
a
little
line
between
Western
and
West
Village
above
that
we're
seeing
79
coveted
recovery.
This
is
a.
J
J
J
G
J
But
Placer
can
essentially
look
at
zip
code
and,
above
in
terms
of
coping
recovery.
I
looked
at
like
the
visitation
data
comparisons.
There.
Recovery
is
kind
of
on
the
larger
scale.
I'll
just
show
you
kind
of
one
business
district
that
I
looked
at
and
then
from
there
you
can
look
at
maybe
industries
that
are.
G
J
Awards
or
anything
like
that,
so
this
is
Central
Street,
very
family
based
businesses.
So
this
is
a
hexagon
heat
map.
This
uses
the
triangulated
cell
phone
data
that
I
talked
about
and
looks
at
where
people
are
traveling.
This
is
board
visitors,
so
Placer
is
able
to
tell
whether
you're
a
president
or
an
employee
or
a
visitor
based
on,
if
someone's
in
an
area
from
8pm
to
8am
they're,
probably
a
resident
employee
like
nine
to
five
so.
E
B
J
B
J
J
J
So
two
million
visits
since
July
3.2
of
375
000
visitors,
six
annual
visits
per
person,
who
kind
of
multiply
those
Corners
together
to
get
the
2.2
million
visits,
but
we're
seeing
a
lot
of
people
coming
back
area,
usually
for
like
downtown
it's
about
three
annual
visit.
So
this
tells
you
that
there
are
loyal
customers
in.
J
So
they're
custom
area
to
do
business,
I
guess,
but
you
can
see
in
the
middle
I
kind
of
looked
at
Brooklyn's.
J
B
J
I
think
a
three
percent
you
find
is
not
so
maybe
totally
worried
about,
but
it
will
tell
you
kind
of
where
to
pinpoint
anything
and
then
I
kind
of
gave
an
overview
of
the
audience
looking
at
basically
who's
coming.
G
J
Outside
of
residence,
Second
Street,
Central
Street,
specifically
the
median
age
of
38,
is
definitely
on.
J
If
the
media
age
is
around
32,
that
tells
you
that
a
lot
of
students
are
going
back
as
a
student
myself,
I
can
say
that
I
don't
really
wish
to
accept
those
three
that
much.
But
look
at
that.
If
you
want
to
see
where
students
we
also
were
able
to
look
at
census
data
to
tell
kind
of
what
customer
segment
someone
comes
from
so
here.
B
J
J
So
if
you
want
to
look
at
this
kind
of
business,
research
by
business,
district
I
went
through
each
one.
I
figured
I
didn't
want
to.
You
know
waste
your
time
today,
but
definitely
look
at
the
districts
that
your
award
is
into
everything.
It
might
really
interest
you
in
the
end.
All,
oh
sorry,
excuse
me
all
right
in
the
end,
I
linked
a
spreadsheet
where
I
have
all
the
specific
data
for
each
district.
So
that's
all
the
numbers
in
terms
of
different
Graphics
visits.
Things
like
that
summary
table.
J
J
There
nor
your
central,
Evanston
downtown
again
Kelly
I,
tell
you
how
many
visitors
live
within
three
miles
from
downtown.
J
Like
that,
so
definitely
a
lot
of
valuable
insights
in
here
about
I
think
we're.
F
Yeah
I'm
wondering
how
much
this
service
costs.
So
can
you
do
it
well
Katie's
gonna
back
me
up
on
this?
We
will
we
have
a
subscription
to
placer.ai
okay.
This
was
an
idea
that
two
weeks
ago,
I've
been
asking
Elena
put
together.
I
think
she
did
it
in
like.
F
G
J
J
E
J
E
Would
be
one
one
table
I
think
it
would
be
a
nice
extension.
G
K
You
think
so
yeah
you
you
so
you
they
kind
of
geofence
those
points
of
interest,
so
what
we
can
do
and
they
have
in
their
software
visitor
Journeys.
G
A
F
F
G
E
F
So
last
time
we
met,
we
spent
a
lot
of
time
discussing
the
building
of
the
tool
and
the
various
column
headings
that
we
wanted
to
analyze.
As
you
recall,
we
had
discussed
possibly
bringing
it.
This
was
in.
May
we
talked
about
bringing
it
to
the
June
meeting.
We
canceled
that
meeting
we're
here
on.
G
F
My
overtimes
and.
F
F
We
think
we've
got
it
ready
to
go
in
terms
of
analysis
of
particularly
I
had
the
column
of
labels,
but
the
columns
that
are
that
are
called
action.
C
F
Action
category
and
sub-action
category
that
took
a
significant
amount
of
time
for
us
to
go
through
and
make
sure
we're
having
a
classified
economics
and
what
we
want
to
do
for
the
next
week.
We
hope
councilman
Verge
can
help
me
on
the
timeline
is
that
we
will
be
able
to
share
this
with
you
within
the
next
two
weeks.
Whatever.
Let
me
take
one
step
back,
I'm
working
with
a
lot
of
Biggs
and
meeting
others
in
the
organization
to.
B
C
F
Sense
for
how
much
different
things
are
going
to
cost,
because
cost
is
an
important
factor,
because
we
have
three
million
dollars
to
be
spent
in
a
short
period
of
time.
So
we
should
know
what
things
are
going
to
cost.
So
we
can
use
that
our
money
too,
to
potentially
spend
on
the
more
expensive
items.
So
that's
really
important
and
then
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
able
to,
in
the
event
that
you're
not
comfortable,
going
through
175
lines
of
data
to
score.
F
G
G
F
If
we're
talking
about
putting
a
band
in
the
two
brothers
Banners
at
the
corner
across
you
know,
oriented
in
church,
okay,
your
media
line
item
that
says
that
there's
like
10
other
districts
or
six
other
districts
that
also
have
bandage
here.
So
is
that
particular
intersection
of
high
priority.
Or
do
you
deserve
kind
of
easy
example
and.
F
G
F
Reminder
we
talked
about
inviting
our
SSA
is
a
participate
in
prioritizen
I
want
to
make
sure
that
that's
still
a
priority
for
you
and
are
there
other
groups?
Are
there
particulars
we
want
to
talk
about
any
particular
ly.
I
mean
that
that
becomes
a
lot
more
complicated,
but
if
we
can
generate
into
our
business
districts
and
and
you
and
also
the
homeless
things
gamified,
we
talked
about
I
think
it
was
already
a
customer
win
eliminating
the
number
of
times
you.
F
Own,
your
one,
five
or
maybe
I,
was
thinking
every
one
of
you
gets
like
one
item.
That's
your
number
one
thing
that
you
have
that
you
want
to
do.
That's
your
scarf
and
the
rest
will
be
score
anyway.
You
want
there's
different
ways
to
do
it,
but
we'll
have
that
entire
house,
not
the
rubrics
figured
out
before
we
send
it
out,
I
think
if
I
can
get
two
more
weeks,
councilmember
burns
out
of
finalized
and
sir.
What
else
would
you
say
that
I've
said
a
lot.
F
F
Councilmember
Burns
that
we
talked
about
during
the
process
was
where
are
a
lot
of
the
recommendations
around
safety
right,
crosswalks
curb
UPS.
So
we
want
to
compare
that
what
we
want
to
use
at
least
vehicle
pedestrian
crash
data
and
and
compare
that
to
where
the
recommended
curveball
causing
cross
boxes
C3
online,
and
that
might
be
another
data
point.
G
Require
further
discussion
for
something
that
all
feels
between.
L
L
F
F
Going
to
be
many
more
events
today,
if
you're
going
back
to
councilmember
Kelly's
idea,
one
of
the
rainiest
days,
I've
ever
experienced
at
downtown
Evans
and
we
were
standing
under
a
scaffolding.
B
F
F
He's
got
to
get
that
going,
there'll
be
many
of
those.
The
Chamber
of
Commerce
is
looking
through
to
do
events
to
generate
revenue
for
their
operation.
It
could
be
a
partner
right,
so
there's
lots
of
things
and
Katie.
G
B
F
It's
it's
directing
right.
Really,
it's
directing
us
to
make
sure
that
we're
working
as.
F
A
F
L
A
A
And
ranking
them
on
whatever
system,
it's
not
the
best
use
of
our
time,
because
that's
going
to
all
change
next
year,
we
after
that,
so
what
we
need
is
a
system
that
allows
us
to
develop
the
highest
level
of
priority.
So
we
can
spend
that
three
million
and
see
if
that
is
more
of
the
discussion
with
Ford,
whatever
structure.
F
G
G
L
How
our
business
sessions
feel
the
community
feelings
and
Ours
I
think.
Obviously
we
just
need
to
hear
more
about
how
we
can
scale
it
down.
We.
L
G
A
Matrix
but
I'm
more
applying
to
spend
this
money
on
other
supplies,
bringing
people
into
App
instead
and
making
up
some
exciting
destinations
as
opposed
to
infrastructure.
F
Would
I
would
I
I
wasn't
sure
if
you're
gonna
bring
this
one?
That's
why
I
had
this
last
time
am
I
at
85.
G
F
F
Like
that's
just
right,
I
think
of
the
Central
Street,
there
is
a
plan
to
do.
Independence,
Park
and
I.
Think
the
number
one
thing
we
can
do
on
Central
Street
is
help
support
the
funding
of
the
dining
edge
of
that
parsley,
because
that
and
that's
kind
of
an
infrastructure
plan.
That's
going
to
pull
diners
Outdoors,
that's
a
scratch,
one
that
doesn't
exist
for
it
and
that
creates
the
vibrancy
and
the
Life
Fitness
right
and
so
I'm
going
to
work
with
Laura
Biggs.
F
F
L
B
L
B
G
K
I
L
I
F
One
last
thing:
there
are
some
District
city-wide
things
that
I'll
I'll
make
sure
to
floats
at
the
top
as
well,
better
apply
to
all
districts,
I'm
thinking
just
again
to
bring
up
something
that
comes
from
Kelly
has
talked
about
your
brand
programs.
That
applies
to
everybody.
So.
F
F
G
A
C
G
C
F
L
G
E
F
E
C
C
F
These
yeah,
so
we
we
clearly
need
to
modernize
how
we're
presenting
things
to
be
more
graphic,
oriented
and
that's
part
of
our
short-term
plan.
I
think
we
have
in.
F
F
Give
it
to
you
what
we
would
rather
do
is
have
here's
a
here's:
a
vacant
store
product,
here's
the
sort
of
footage,
here's
the
contact
information
appears.
You
know
the
data
you
need
and
we
can
ensure
that
with
Brokers
and
things
like
that.
Just
so
that's
how
we
want
to
do
it
so
you'll
see
changes
not
maximum
because
over
the
next
few
months,
okay,
okay.
A
E
F
F
F
K
L
Question
is.
L
Your
team
needs
in
order
to
implement
I'm
a
surprise.
You
know
we
talked
about.
L
For
for.
L
F
L
F
B
L
L
L
L
F
And
I'll
tell
you
so
we
jumped
on
placer.ai,
we've
been.
This
is
our
second
year,
so
we
were
at
the
Forefront,
however,
just
covering
up
the
time
to
like,
like
learn
how
to
use
it.
F
G
B
F
Say
again:
I'm
not
trying
to
be
defensive;
I,
don't
take
what
you're
saying
I'm
in
the
wrong
way,
because
you
and
I
we
have
the
conversations
about
this.
We're
ready
to
do
this.
Your
question
is,
you
know
when
we
go
out
to
find
a
staff
person,
you've
already
approved
staffers
the
city
council
approvement
under
group
samples,
I'm.
F
F
We'll
try
to
find
an
intern,
and
maybe
maybe
a
later
we'll
do
a
follow-up.
Internship
I,
don't
know,
but
we'll
get
back
to
what
we
used
to
do.
Pre-Covid,
where
we
have
masters
of
planning
from
UIC,
University
Chicago
will
be
on
the
team
and
just
by
the
nature
that
they
are
20
years
old,
you're
going
to
know.
What's
too
and
I
see
you
know,
I
came
around
with
Council
memory,
but
admitted
that
there's
a
technology
issue
I've
seen
like
overwhelming,
like
30
seconds
later,
something's
broadcast
on
the
score
and
there's
just
some
natural
ability.
F
B
F
Events
and
I
think
primarily
events
we're
not
going
to
do
that
on
our
team.
The
question
is
who's
going
to
do
it
and
neither
hire
a
production
company
or
so
that
I
think
we
need
to
do
generally
anyway,
because
a
lot
of
the
events
we
do
are
very
low
quality.
We
get
people
out
and
have
a
little
fun.
It's.
F
F
Church
tables,
but
like
booths
or
like
fold
out
metal
cargo
container
things
you
can
set
our
hip
that
designers
can
help
us
with
that.
We're.
L
L
F
F
D
I
G
I
E
K
G
J
F
E
Yes,
I
think
shouldn't
we
be
shouldn't,
we
be
engaging
our
SSA
managers
and
saying
how
can
we
lift
the
bar
on
these
things?
You
know
and
find
out
what
you
know.
Maybe
it's
a
money
thing,
but
let's
just
sort
of
challenge
them
to
it
seems
like
it's
something
that
they
should
know
right.
We
can
talk
about
this.
F
Because
now
you
have
one
SSA
executive
director,
Annie
had
a
staff
person
and
they're
running,
you
know
they're
doing
constituent
services
and
session
in
small
businesses,
so
they
do
one
a
month.
Events
for
doing
sidewalk
sales
or
a
DJ.
That's
stretching
a
really
thin
set
between
themselves
right.
So
that's
the
other
thing
so.
F
Events
or
retail
businesses
that
usually
means
sidewalk
sale
might
walk
all
those
phrases
that
drive
me
crazy,
but
those
are
the
things
that
they
do
and
businesses
love
them.
That's
not
enough.
That's
like
a
really
hyper
local
people
that
are
already
going
out
anyway,
might
spend
a
few
more
action
now
and
we're
talking
about.
Let's
shut
down
the
streets
and
have
Whatever
music
festival
that
councilman
know
what
he's
talking
about.
Let's
do
a
Chris,
Kindle
style
Market
in
oconomy
square,
really
cool
boots,
that's
projects,
digital
art,
on
our
buildings.
F
E
F
B
G
F
F
L
L
F
F
F
A
F
Quick
as
a
detroiter,
can
you
say
this:
the
Koreans
adopted
they
totally
copied
American
cars
and
improved
upon
it
right.
F
F
H
Yeah
we're
wrapping
up
here,
but
I
just
wanted
to
there's
Google
Map
conversation.
Some
of
the
folks
are
just
getting
more
of
Evanston
I'm
sure
all
of
us
on
the
council
have
gotten
enough
emails
from
folks
who
are
saying
that
they
thought
about
coming
back
up
and
said,
but
they're
not
because
of
our
reparations
program
or
because
of
some.
H
Thing
that
we
are
doing
here
and
if
there's
an
email
in
your
inbox,
recently
yeah
and
so
so
I
I,
do
want
to
highlight
there.
There
are
things
that
Evanston
has
such
a
diversity.
That
Wilmette
will
well,
hopefully
won't
say
about
that,
but
seemingly
we'll
never
have,
and-
and
we
just
also
need
to
really
capitalize.
I
I
Well
so
we
had
met
earlier,
who
was
at
the
new
business
registration
system?
Would
if
you
weren't
alcohol
problems,
the
new
business
registration
system
with
all
of
the
potential
decisions.
G
G
F
In
potentially
in
July
Etc,
that
is
you're
in
conclusion,
I
mean
it
should
be
yeah.
D
K
K
Information,
so
it
you
know
previously:
when
business
is
registered,
they
were
we
asked
if
they
were
a
minority
or
women
on
business,
but
that
was
it.
It
was
a
self-identified,
yes
or
no,
but
we're
trying
to
get
more
granular
so
that
we
can
have
about
our
database
and
search
for
those.
But
we
had
to
go
back
and
collect
it,
so
we're
gonna.
So.
B
G
K
K
K
F
Get
it
thank
you
Katie,
and
thank
you
one
of
the
pieces
too
that
we're
talking
about
data.
We
want
to
make
sure
we
have
good
data
and
data
that
called
Data
Integrity.
Our
GIS
person
is
stickler
for
that.
So
when
we
gave
them
the
information
like
he
really
turn
it
into
a
database.
F
Imagining
to
be
part
of
it,
it's
really
about
having
a
good
day
soon
and
we're
doing
that
all
in
the
house
there's
no
solving
the
the
Ballroom
in
this
building
is
now
open.
Again.
Yes,.
F
Certain
ways,
instead,
maybe
updated
UL
is
kind
of
over
is
left.
I
heard
of
that
saw
I,
think
it's
November
down,
but
they're
they're,
just
taking
a
long
period
of
time
to
space
out.
G
F
A
A
F
C
F
Is
that
that's
1600,
Arlington,
okay,
okay
and.
C
That
is
that's.
F
The
family
Office
of
the
magnatar
founders,
so
there's
a
foundation
there
and
then
they're
still
trying
to
identify
two
more
those
two
floors
of
the
space
available
for
these.
F
F
C
A
G
H
H
Asked
for
the
for
myself
and
the
Economic
Development
unit
to
host
two
Town
Halls
regarding
the
minimum
wage.
We
hosted
both
of
those
Town
Halls,
certainly
as
a
report.
There
is
definitely
some.
B
H
G
H
This
and
done
a
lot
of
work
in
other
municipalities,
who've
implemented.
This
have
a
toolkit
that
they've
shared
with
me
and
then
I'm
going
to
be
sharing
with
the
business
owners
and
maybe
getting
together.
Another
couple
of
meetings
to
go
through
that
toolkit,
which
shows
how
businesses
can
Implement
eliminating
the
sub
minimum
wage
and
have
it
have
minimal.
H
Impact
on
the
bottom
line,
and
so
we're
looking
at
that
and
their
toolk
has
been.
