A
A
B
C
For
at
least
the
rest,
especially
with
my
induction,
take
you
place
the
product
anyone
plan
on
going
over
to
the
ceremony,
it's
3
o'clock
in
front
of
Jerry
Langford
love
to
see
you,
there
kind
of
excited
I'm
going
to
speak
a
little
bit,
but
the
main
speakers
actually
Tom,
Friedman
I,
think
many
of
you
know
you
know
of
his
great
work,
so
I'm
excited
about
that.
I
was
lucky
to
bring
Tom
those
guys.
I
was
thinking
the
students
wouldn't
come
out
to
see
me.
You
know.
C
Maybe
they'd
come
out
this,
so
we're
going
to
test
that
hypothesis
of
mine
a
lot
we're
looking
for
that.
It's
really
going
to
be
I,
think
a
great
day
and
a
great
day
for
Northwestern
and
I
hope
a
great
day
for
the
fabulous
town
of
Evanston.
It
is
just
been
a
joy
being
here
in
you
and
I
with
our
dogs
and
kids.
We
move
with
a
whole
group.
We
moved
here
in
July
about
July
1st
and
we
just
love
it.
A
couple
of
you
kindly
asked
I
need
to
know
your
way
around
Evanston.
B
C
Ever
I
haven't
been
here,
it's
great,
that
you
shine
a
spotlight
on
this
wonderful
space.
I
heard
a
little
bit
about
the
history
of
this
place,
the
substrate
to
hold
this
year.
That
was
another
one
of
your
inspires
decisions
this
this
may
or
may
this
very
so
I'm
still
learning
my
way
around
here,
but
I
can
tell
you.
It
is
such
a
welcoming
community
here
in
Evanston
I'm
looking
around
and
recognize.
C
New
Jersey,
my
wife,
is
a
valley.
You
know
valley,
girls,
there.
There
is
one
and
she's
from
LA
and
we
never
lived
in
the
Midwest
and
when
I
had
this
great
opportunity,
trust
upon
me
to
become
the
68th
president
Northwestern.
We
started
thinking,
you
know,
Howard,
what's
a
life
in
the
Midwest
that
people
are
so
friendly,
I
mean
how
are
we
gonna
deal
with
that?
No,
no
New
York!
Oh,
and
what's
this
friendly
thing,
that's
running
we're!
Sorry,
you
can
use
do
it.
B
C
C
So
it's
for
her
potential
to
be.
You
know
it's
under
didn't
Westerberg
with
those
great
Midwestern
values,
not
only
that
we've
been
welcomed
in
a
magnificent
way
into
this
fabulous
community.
It's
just
you
know,
dis
lumineer.
This
is
fantastic,
and
it's
great,
of
course,
for
Northwestern
University.
It
is
a
real
privilege
to
be
located
here
in
Evanston.
C
You
know
when
I
go
to
the
football
games,
it's
nice
to
see
you
know
having
residents
there.
It
would
be
nice
to
see
even
more.
It
also
be
nice
to
see
even
more
of
our
students
to
tell
the
truth.
You
know
with
an
STI,
a
University
of
Southern
California
with
wallahi
over
there,
your
new
town
manager
for
eleven
years.
You
know
we
did
a
much
better
job
filling
the
Coliseum
and
the
tax
account
I
feel
over
to
work
on
that
we're
working.
C
Laughing
more,
like
colleagues,
I
see,
Jean
I
see
another
cheat
run
and
I
see
big
out
of
this
out.
I
saw
there
before
you
know.
A
number
of
you
know
we
just
pledged
to
do
whatever
we
can
to
to
do.
Marsh
bear
the
right
things
for
us
to
do
for
Northwestern
and
I.
Think
it's
important
for
us
to
support
the
town,
just
as
it's
important
for
the
town
to
support
us
I
think
that
obviously
Lorraine
worked
very
hard
on
that
and
you're
a
legend
as
I
said,
and
you
know.
C
But
this
has
moraine
and
Henry,
and
Arnie
worked
hard
to
have
the
best
relationship
ever
possibly
can
listen.
I
work
for
verax
a
worthy
goal.
Somebody
said
before
you
know
we're
talking
about
the
ups
and
downs,
sometimes
in
any
relationship
that
could
get
a
little
afraid
and
I.
Think
there's
been
a
little
bit
of
a
cycle
in
the
history
of
the
feeling.
Is
the
local
feelings
about
the
value
of
having
Northwestern
University
in
their
midst?
