The Housing & Community Development Committee discussed and voted on changes to the Small/Medium Landlord Financial Assistance program, and listened to guest presenters share general knowledge on the functions of a Just Cause ordinance. Staff also shared a presentation with recommended updates to the Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance. The committee agreed to forming a task force to further discuss the proposition of a Just Cause ordinance.
