Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Are
here
to
listen
to
share
updates,
clarify,
give
accurate
information,
take
feedback
so
that
we
can
continue
improving
our
process
and
our
outcomes
and
remedies
welcome
all
we
do
have
a
form.
Thank
you
to
the
committee
members
that
are
present.
Thank
you
for
your
leadership
and
we
will
open
our
August
meeting
to
order.
We
will
open
now
in
announcements.
Are
there
any
announcements
from
the
committee.
C
I
have
an
announcement.
Since
our
last
meeting
we
received
we've
been
in
contact
with
the
Buffett
Institute
at
Northwestern
and
they
are
doing
a
past
a
project
on
epistemic.
D
Reparations
it's
very
interesting.
They
are
looking.
C
D
Are
including
our
evidence
to
reparations
process
in
that
they
are
making
their
rankings
and
resources
available
to
the
Evanston
Community
for
our
different
projects
of
community
and
education
and
Outreach
and
listening.
So
that's
very
exciting
and
I
encourage
everybody
to
keep
an
eye
out
for
that
and,
as
things
begin
to
develop,
that
will
be
on
more
information
on
our
operations
website.
A
You
and
I'll
just
add.
Thank
you,
a
public,
thank
you
to
the
about
the
institute
for
applying
for
the
grant
that
allowed
them
to
be
able
to
serve
and
support
us
in
this
way
that
component
of
reparations,
work
and
reparative
justice
has
really
been
outstanding.
In
the
beginning
of
this
work,
there
was
some
support
by
the
YWCA
here
in
town
that
was
really
appreciated,
and
this
will
allow
us
to
continue
to
work
ongoing,
an
incredible
Institution,
any
other
accounts
or
announcements
on
the
committee.
Okay,
we're
going
to
move
on
with
our
listening
session
and.
A
Let's
do
it
this
way,
so
we're
here
to
listen.
The
process
has
to
be
informed
by
the
community,
particularly
by
the
black
community,
particularly
by
the
black
community.
That's
been
harmed
here
in
Evanston,
so
we're
here
to
listen,
take
feedback
and
questions,
and
we'll
start
with
those
that
are
in
the
room,
we'll
move
on
to
those
that
are
joining
us
virtually
and
then
we
have
some
questions
and
comments
that
have
been
sent
in
ahead
of
time
and
we
will
close
there.
A
E
Good
morning
we
are
probably
putting
answers
and
questions
if
you
were
at
the
paperwork.
Of
course,
I'm
going
to
set
up
a
question
about
the
money.
A
E
A
Thank
you
for
the
question
I
ask
that
we
come
prepared
to
share
that
so
tashiq.
A
Do
you
have
a
financial
report
with
the
real
estate
transfer
tax
so
to
give
a
little
background
as
payments
follow
this
since
day
one
so
she
may
be
more
informed
than
the
average
person
the
revenue
for
the
repair
is
coming
from
a
few
places,
initially
10
million
dollars
from
recreational
Canada
sales
tax,
and
that
will
slowly
more
slowly
than
we
had
projected
because
of
state
law
and
dispensary
licenses,
and
this
work
has
only
been
funded
by
one
dispensary
that
we
have
in
town
did
the
other
one
open
yet
September.
Thank
you.
We
have
another
one.
A
That's
opening
in
September
I
think
it's
on
Howard
Street,
the
the
next
Revenue
Source
has
been
community
and
outside
of
the
community.
Support.
That's
really
been
trickling
in
and
tashiq
will
be
able
to
give
us
an
update
on
what
that
is.
It's
nominal
based
on
the
the
need
that
we
have
and
then
an
exciting
Milestone
achievement
that
we
made
was
to
include
real
estate
transfer
tax,
but
it's
not
all
real
estate
transfer
tax.
A
A
A
A
No
that's
cumulative
in
their
donations,
yeah.
A
So
anyone
curious
about
that
fun.
You
can
send
any
contributions
to
the
City
of
Evanston
and
just
put
reparations
on
in
the
memo
and
100
of
our
reparations
funds
go
to
repair,
it
doesn't
go
to
Consultants
or
committee
work
or
staff,
or
any
of
these
other
things
that
you
may
be
hearing
about
in
other
communities
or
concerned
about
you.
A
We
did
take
the
Committee
Action
that
our
funding
and
revenue
will
go
towards
repair
and
so
too,
to
add
to
miss
Cadence
by
about
3.4
million
dollars.
What
we
did
do
was
pass
the
graduated
real
estate
transfer
tax
as
a
revenue
Source.
We
still
have
to
collect
it,
so
we
are
collecting
it
as
real
estate
transactions
above
one
million
dollars
happen
over
time.
So
we
are
working
towards
that
and
expect
that
we
can
fully
fund
the
ancestor
group
this
year.
It's
a
projection,
but
we
are
making
incredible
progress
beyond
the
original
16.
F
A
A
That's
part
of
the
sac
report:
do
you
mind
if
we
wait
until
we
get
to
that
part
of
the
agenda
perfect,
so
we're
going
to
cover
who's
the
process
who,
on
staff,
is
supporting
that
who
has
to
discourse
what
options
people
are
selecting
and
so
on,
and
that
will
happen
after
we
get
through
this.
Are
there
any
other
questions
here
in
the
room
a
lot
of
folks
of
serving,
and
we
appreciate
that?
A
D
E
E
E
A
A
That
we're
staying
at
that
90.,
but
it's
just
that
the
list
is
split
between
difficult
for
some
folks
will
get
it
earlier.
Everyone
will
be
addressed.
D
A
48.,
so
to
clarify
that
and
that's
I
love,
that
the
community
is
paying
this
much
attention
and
has
eyes
on
every
part
of
the
process.
So
what
tashik
is
saying
is
that
there
is
funding
for
90.
and
90
have
been
identified
so
one
through
nine,
and
that
process
happened
for
those
that
are
new
to
the
process.
A
A
Meaning
they
lived
in
Evanston
and
are
black
Livin
Emerson
between
1919
and
1969
and
140
of
our
applicants
qualified
as
an
ancestor
so
90
so
16
have
been
the
service.
Everyone
in
the
world
has
recorded
on
that
and
thank
you
for
holding
us
accountable
to
accelerating
disbursement.
But
now
we
have
identified
the
numbers
up
to
90
and
they
know
who
they
are.
They
receive
the
letter.
They
know
what
their
number
is.
There's
no
question
about
what
number
they
are.
A
A
Testing,
what
might
listen
either
way
is
going
down
now.
A
B
B
A
Do
you
want
to
give
us
a
little
understanding?
The
fact
I
know
that
we
have
a
library
staff
that
is
on
the
team
and
there's
a
two
staff
members,
Tanisha
Hicks
and
Carmen
francello
part
of
my
works
at
the
library
and
she
assists
with
the
application
process
in
November
of
2021
and
then
Thai
chicken.
She
works
with
us
on
you
and
she's
been
brought
on
top
of
this
process
and
then
there's
director
Thomas.
So
there's
three
individuals:
the
list
is
divided
on
those
three.
It
depends.
A
E
A
Correct
it's
in
webinar
mode
because
we
had
I,
say
hackers
that
post
pornographic
content,
so
we
chat,
so
the
chat
is
disabled
examples.
A
Yeah,
that's
a
question
yeah.
So
when
they
go
to
register
on
the
zone
there
was.
There
are
two
questions:
whether
you
want
to
see
you're
coming
to
the
meeting.
You
want
to
speak
in
person
or
or
if
you're
going
to
ask
your
question
online,
so
they
they
signed
up
to
say
they're,
going
to
ask
their
question
online.
A
A
Mr
James
Hartman:
why
do
we
need
to
give
money
to
someone
else
who
really
never
earned
their
money.
C
To
that
to
that
question,
because
I
think
that
this
is
part
of
our
critical
part
of
reaching
out
and
educating
the
community
about
Recreation,
preparations
is
prepared
for
past
process,
not
a
gift.
It's
not
like
a
lottery
win
or
a
prize
we're
reaching
out
to
groups
who
experienced
are
in
our
community
and
were
never
made
good.
H
Those
situations,
it's
a
stark.
C
C
H
But
it's
it's
really
striking.
D
C
Was
here
whose
family
experience
had
the
direct
experience
of
their
home?
Can
you
imagine
this
being
lifted
up
out
of
the
ground.
C
C
C
I
shouldn't
say
that,
but
it's
a
form
of
reparations
can
pass
from
it's,
not
25,
000
of
the
housing
program.
It's
an
example
does
not
restore
the
skin.
It's
not
restitution,
it's
not
like
proper
advantages
for
that
harm.
It
is
a
measure
of
atonement
and
I
want
to
say
that
lack
of
estonians
really
are
oh
well.
H
D
A
Let
me
just
add
something
to
that:
you
can
learn
more
about
those
details
at
the
city
of
evanston.org
backslash
reparations.
We
have
a
farm
Report
that
was
produced
by
Shore
front
Legacy
Center,
led
by
Dina
Robinson,
his
colleagues
at
the
evolution
Center,
including
Dr
Jimmy
Thompson.
So
please
do
read
that
report.
If
you
have
a
question
like
why
someone
deserves
care,
I
encourage
you
also
generally
to
become
more
familiar
with
the
work
of
short
front
Legacy
Center
that
really
details
black
history
and
Evanston.
A
There
are
other
resources
on
the
reparations
webpage
that
you
may
want
to
become
familiar
with
or
nationally
in
terms
of
anti-blackness,
the
harms
and
Legacies
of
slavery,
we're
looking
at
legacies
of
slavery.
This
is
in
the
slavery.
Reparations
1619
project
is
on
there.
Many
other
reports,
journalism
scholarship.
That
can
be
helpful
in
understanding
the
case
for
reparations.
B
C
A
This
is
from
Rosalind,
nickens
house
or
race
benefit
legal
in
the
lineups.
Those
decision
on
affirmative
action
in
college
admissions
which
is
going
to
well.
It
ends
there
out
respond
and
then
I'm
going
to
ask
our
Corporation
Council.
That
comments
respond
so.
B
I
J
F
That
folks
are
eligible
for
the
program
evening,
regardless
of
the.
F
A
I'm
not
able
to
pass
these
statements,
so
the
committee
members
can
answer
questions
Stephanie,
Saunders.
Thank
you
so
much
for
this
comment.
She
says
I
just
want
to
thank
the
committee
for
all
your
hard
work.
I
understand
your
commitment
to
the
task
and
I'm
grateful
for
you.
Thank
you
on
behalf
of
the
committee
and
the
staff
and
all
of
the
volunteers
supporting
this
work,
and
then
we
have
someone
that
is
updating
their
address.
I
hope,
City
staff
at
that
and
and
then
we
have
Pamela
Tate-
is
sharing
a
resource.
A
I'm
assuming
Central
Valley
reparations
forward
commit
Council.
D
E
E
A
I
think
I
could
answer
that
question,
so
we're
going
through
the
that
same
name,
verification
process,
so
the
child
of
the
parent
has
to
even
though
the
hearing
is
a
ancestor,
we
don't
know
that.
So
let
me
ask
that
the
child
to
show
proof
of
their
of
their
direct
lineage
too.
So
that's
why
we
asked
for
that
information.
E
E
Well,
yeah,
but
not
that,
like
the
grandmother,
it
was
asked
to.
E
A
E
A
A
F
A
But
it's
individual,
the
ancestor
died
before
filling
out
the
form
make.
I
I
So
if
someone
passes-
and
they
don't
have
a
will-
it's
not
really
it's
complicated
but
and
I
know
that
it's
a
Community
member
for
Parliament
service.
But
if
they
are
married.
I
The
thing
that's
taking
the
longest
is
actually
the
city
of
disbursement
and
not
necessarily
visiting.
If
they
haven't
been
visited,
they
haven't
had
a
designation,
that's
a
different
conversation,
but
if
you
know
she
can
other
staff,
members
have
gone
out,
they've
checked
the
boxes
they
want
and
they
pass
before.
They
get
an
opportunity
everything
they
passed
before
we
had
an
opportunity
to
disperse.
Then
it
goes
to
a
probate
process.
G
F
And
as
I
have
stayed
before
it's
up
to
the
committee
and
see
if
there's
some
design
perfect
proud
to
be
recognized,
even
though
this
is
not
numbered,
I'm
proud
to
be
recognized.
F
F
A
Exactly
thank
you
so
much
and
on
behalf
of
the
committee,
after
condolences
to
you
and
your
family.
And
if
you
haven't
spoken
directly
with
to
see
just.
A
I
was
gonna,
say,
I
I
know
who
you
are
and
I
know
you're
alive.
She
just
further
down
the
list
on
the
ancestors.
C
Okay,
I
was
going
to.
A
Because
you
weren't
here
earlier
so
I
want
to
make
sure
everyone
knows
that
you're
here
and
another
important
Elder,
the
Charlene
came
in
with
the
Royal
Purple.
If
you
didn't
see
her,
but
she
came
in
mother
Charlene.
I
A
A
Eight
council,
member
and
Committee
Member
Gabon
Reed,
is
joining
in
virtually
so
we
do
have
a
full
meeting
today
and.
G
A
I'm
going
to
move
us
past
this
next,
one
which
is
Michael
Mason,
is
trying
to
understand
more
about
the
reparations
program
and
my
thoughtful
picture
if
you're
joining
us
is
the
first
step
is
to
be
directly
informed
by
attending
or
at
least
of
you,
in
the
meetings
that
are
always
online
reported
meeting
minutes.
If
you
prefer
to
read
them
and
then
our
next
question.
A
Is
this
Mr
I
can't
first
letter
Iman
Randall
what
this
is
similar
to
a
previous
question?
I
live
out
of
state
and
would
like
to
apply
for
reparations
and
as
Clara.
H
A
A
I
So
originally
in
that
determination,
whether
someone
is
that's
the
private
program
to
see
the
benefit
is
something
even
the
determination
of
disability
and
recommendations.
But
I
will
say
that
the
program
has
originally
developed.
The
compelling
interest
that
is
trying
to
achieve
is
here
in
episode,
not
in
Jackson
Mississippi
or
San
Francisco
California
for
Phoenix
Arizona.
I
To
try
and
prepare
the
harm
done
here
and
I
was
in
the
goal
was
trying
to
get
the
black
folks
to
act
like
this,
and
we
support
housing
problems,
but
designed.
So
you
have
to
go
back
to
the
original
subcommittee
and
study
those
records
and
see
some
of
that
history
to
understand
where
I'm
coming
from
with
that
I've
been
fortunate
enough
to
hear
something.
But
that's
going
to
be
up
to
the
committee
to
make
that
recommendation
to
change
that.
The
city
council,
that
that
is
what
is
self-designed.
C
H
C
C
The
other
programs
are
other
development,
and
so
as
we
complete
those
and
then
that
will
work
and.
A
Registered
for
the
program,
however,
can't
locate
my
ID
number.
Will
you
please
send
it
again
thanks
if
that
happens,
to
anyone
if
you're
out
there
and
you've
lost
your
letter,
the.
A
Oh
I
didn't
see
that
this
is
our
cheerleader,
our
ambassador
Miss
Vanessa,
Johnson
McCoy,
and
if
she
were
here,
she
would
cheer
and
laugh
and
smile
on
your
work
and
efforts
are
appreciated.
Thank
you
and
that
concludes
the
question.
Online
I
want
to
just
invite
our
city
manager,
who
so
up
to
just
share
a
couple
words
or
anything
that
we
manifest,
or
any
way
that
you
want
to
inform
us.
It's
important
to
know
that
we
have
a
city
manager,
form
of
government
and
without
the
support
and
commitment
and
investment
from
our
city
manager's
office.
A
A
A
The
community
we've
been
in
community,
a
pretty
member
of
McFarland
and
I,
have
seen
some
of
you
out
tabling
just
giving
more
information
he's
been
directing
staff
and
I
just
wanted
to
take
this
moment
to
thank
you
manager
so
and
let
everyone
know
that
you
can
also
contact
city
managers.
So
if
you
have
any
challenges,
concerns
questions.
Any
of
that
because
he's
that
type
of
city
manager
so.
I
Good
morning,
it's
a
pleasure
to
be
with
everyone
today.
Thank
you
for
your
leadership.
I
appreciate
your
comments.
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
to
everyone
for
being
here
today.
I
want
to
thank
our
current
council
members
and
our
committee
members,
so
much
for
all
the
work
and
energy
and
the
passion
and
threat
to
this
issue.
I
I
also
want
to
say
thank
you
so
much
who
works
entirely
with
the
really
appreciate
group
leadership
and
the
management
of
this
program
from
a
staff
perspective
and
also
want
to
take
an
opportunity,
and
thank
you
from
the
accountings
as
well.
It's
been
working
so
hard
for
many
years
on
this
initiative
and
also
just
want
to
take
a
brief
opportunity
to
introduce
Dia
Byrd
Ian
is
our
new
group
of
students,
data
manager
or
organization
performance
activities.
I
For
a
couple
of
weeks,
it's
okay
I'm
just
going
to
move
up
and
get
a
chance
to
increase
itself.
It
is
a
new
role,
sure
yeah.
So
it's
a
new
Mission
role,
yeah,
some
of
you
it's
some
of
you
may
recall
on
pattern.
You
know
you
used
to
work
at
the
city
in
a
networking
and
your
position
and
would
be
a
problem
position
of
that
and
very
pleased
to
have
the
internet
service
itself.
I
Thank
you
so
much
it's
great
to
be
with
everybody.
This
is
it's
really
exciting
work
happening.
Part
of
the
reason
I
decided
to,
but
I
have
been
working
over
at
I
grew
up
in
schools
through
the
office
of
equity
out
at
office,
and
everything
I'm
really
excited
to.
F
I
If
maybe
probably
but
I
think,
there's
a
resource,
so
please
do
reach
out
if
you
want
to
connect
I'm,
just
getting
my
feet
attributed
right
now.
This
is
for.
I
E
I
I
I'm
going
to
be
I
still
have
not
met
with.
A
Thank
you,
and
then
also
for
those
that
are
new
to
observing
our
word.
Our
staff
lead
the
woman
that
makes
it
all
happen
for
us
is
to
shoot
her
and
you
sing
to
sheet
today.
Please
do
recognize.
A
Activity
of
this
work,
how
complicated
each
of
us
are:
I'll
speak
for
myself,
I'm
very
complicated,
and
she
deals
with
all
of
our
personalities
and
our
schedules
and
all
our.
G
A
A
That
seriously,
because
you
probably
don't
even
fully
understand
the
weight
that
she
is
carrying
dealing
with
this
work
seriously
a
month,
foreign,
okay,
and
so
we
did
have
thank
you
for
bringing
to
my
attention
that
we
had
two
folks
that
are
here
that
had
said.
That
said,
they
wanted
to
make
a
comment,
but
it's
not
on
here,
so
we
have
Mr
Bennett
Johnson.
Yes,.
K
Some
of
the
maybe
you
have
already,
but
it
all
I
call
it
freedom.
One
is
something
that
made
in
what
we're
doing
now
is
that
the
city
and
the
government
is
controlling
this
process.
K
In
my
opinion
that
are
independent.
Let's
see
the
city
has
representation
on
the
board,
but
they
have
no
control
number.
One
is
what
we
call
a
real
estate
investment
class.
In
other
words,
this
is
a
organization
like
the
corporation
that
provide
Equity
marketing
is
whatever
it
needs
to
do
it
for
how.
K
K
K
It
does
nothing
to
listen
to
destroying
another
problem
that
people
have
had
the
thought
that
other
people
had
as
to
why
they
belong
to
a
privilege
to
do
so
that
the
people
that
defend
have
been
been
repaired.
This
was
done
in
South,
Africa
I.
Think
we've
heard
all
of
us
to
do
it
here.
The
entire
point
of
this
thing
is
that
the
control
of
what
those
the
money
should
be
just
here,
but
first
of
all,
I
think
it's
totally
after
cut
off
this
claim
of
1969.
K
1969.
They
were
still
distributed
and
black
people
killing
her.
So
what
are
you
talking
about?
It's
insane
the
amount
of
money.
It
was
too
small,
for
example,
in
San
Francisco
they're,
going
to
five
million
dollars
a
person.
That's
where
they
go
I
know
you
know
they
won't
be
able
to
do
that,
but
that's
what
they
voted.
So
the
concept
is
that
not
only
were
you
hurt
financially.
K
We
had
to
go
to
Norway,
so
I
mean
six
years
old.
The
point
of
time
is
that
I
think
it's
very
important
that
everything
has
taken.
I.
Think
it's
very
important
in
that,
and
now
it's
very
very
helpful,
because
we
are
believing
in
here
to
show
him
away,
but
I'm
saying
that
we
should
realize
that
if
we
don't
let
black
people
control
it,
because
we
don't
get
back
to
control
it,
we
still
doing
the
same
thing.
K
The
other
part
of
the
identity
is
that
not
only
the
government
be
in
power,
but
there
are
Bonafide
a
lungs
and
wealthy
white
people
who
contribute
to
it
through
the
things
need
money
for
another
question:
in
other
words,
we're
talking
about
something:
that's
not
only
one
left
for
a
time
of
diagnosis,
sort
of
had
a
new
pair
of
shoes,
but
it
will
last
for
a
long
time,
because
other
corporations
would
be
interested
in
getting
in
a
business.
A
Thank
you,
Mr
Johnson
and
I
mostly
agree
with
everything
that
you
said,
mostly
everything
and
your
presence
and
almost
100
participation
in
our
meetings
with
your
period
plans
I
think
really
has
a
tired,
I
break
out
into
working
groups,
and
so
I
hope
that
we
were
on
participating
on
one
of
the
working
groups
so
that
this
could
be
taught
through
more
so
over
time.
We
can
get
closer
to
your
vision
for
the
freedom
plan,
I.
A
To
make
a
couple
of
points
on
one
on,
it's
awesome
to
send
it
so
those
that
not
just
1969
so
I
would
qualify
for
reparations,
even
though
I
was
born
after
1969
as
a
descendant
so
I'm
going
to
put
that
information
out.
There
is
to
send
in
just
direct
to
sentence
as
well
and
then
in
terms
of
like
comparing
other
plans
and
other
cities
and
states.
I
just
ask
that
would
be
careful
not
to
do
better.
There's
as
the
issues
won
budget
issues,
two
there's
different
arms
in
different.
B
A
A
That
is
helping
black
families
is
helping
the
entire
community
and
our
new
Chief
Equity
officer
is
probably
one
of
ten
brilliant
people
of
color,
mostly
black
I'm,
not
even
sure,
okay,
but
either
way
we
have
had
so
many
people
that
I've
had
talented
incredible
skills
that
have
come
to
Edmonton
and
brought
their
gifts
of
talents
because
of
our
commitment
to
reparations
and
them
wanting
to
be
a
part
and
contribute.
So
there's
been
a
lot
of
public
benefit
happening
from
the
work
and
Mr
Johnson.
A
H
A
F
J
Yeah
I'm
appearing
on
behalf
of
the
Community
Alliance
for
better
government
again
I
want
to
thank
the
committee
for
the
work
that
is
done
and
progress
that
is
made
and,
although
you
know
it's
a
challenging
process,
there's
challenges,
but
but
in
that
regard,
I'm
appearing
to
support
that
Johnson
and
his
plan
and
wanted
to
speak
as
a
board.
Member
for
the
Community
Alliance
for
better
government
and
support
of
the
freedom
plan
put
forward
live
in
Johnston.
So
thank
you
for
the
opportunity.
F
J
Both
get
some
consultation
I
know
you
suggested.
F
Affordable
housing,
we
filed
that
suggesting
room
with
them,
but
adults
and
individuals
who
were
having
an
experience
with
so
now.
I
assume
that
affordable
housing
was
suggested
because
it
was
those
individuals
that
don't
do
construction
all
the
time,
get
some
diamonds.
Well,
now
that
you
have
a
have
an
issue
with
reportable
housing
and
some
people
want.
J
J
F
A
A
Also,
the
pro,
with
the
restorative
housing
program,
there
were
two
options:
one
was
for
the
ancestor,
your.
F
A
To
choose
either
homeowner
manage
construction
or
to
work
with
Community
Partners
for
affordable
housing.
She
chose
the
Community
Partners
for
affordable
housing,
so
there
was
always
that
homeowner
manage
option
so,
but
we
are
gonna,
I
didn't
teach
the
Community
Development.
We
are
going
to
set
someone
out.
So
take
a
look.
Yeah.
B
F
And
it
just
didn't
work
out
so
and
then
I'm
saying
it
was
the
safety
net
now
I
mean
I
hate
to
go
to
25
000
into
our
gas.
But
right
now
it's
not
looking
good
yeah.
A
So
this
week
the
city
is
in
the
process
of
hiring
construction
manager
on
City
staff,
so
assist
with
that
process.
Right.
F
I
B
I
But
there
may
come
a
time
when
there's
a
discrepancy
for
an
issue
that
needs
to
be
resolved
even
with
the
person
that
assumes
that
road
and
so
I'm
glad
you
reached
out
to
she
is
a
resource
and
then
also
big
numbers
and
resources,
as
well.
I
haven't
heard
about
this
particular
situation
where
people
average
salary
and
and
responded
to
that
so
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
people
want
to
say
that
this
is
an
active
award
reach
out
to
any
Committee
Member.
If
there's
an
issue
at
all.
G
A
City
staff
is
met
with
48
ancestor
recipients
and,
if.
A
There's
a
breakdown
of
the
recipients
selection,
so
eight
individuals
have
chose
cash
benefit,
13,
Home,
Improvement,
10,
Mortgage,
Assistance
for
or
resistance,
and
only
Improvement
one
Army
assistance
and
cash
and
13
pulling
Improvement
and
cash
back
pay.
So
individuals
can
split
how
they
want
their
benefit.
I
B
F
A
Family
and
sometimes
when
we're
doing
the
home
visits,
they
want
their
family
members
present
instead
of
just
tell
us
a
whole
lot
yeah
good
morning,
everybody
this
morning,
I
have
a
few
things
that
I
just
basically
I
kind.
A
At
the
last
weekend,
you
asked
me
the
first
Pam
Powers,
who
did
you
put
on
the
couch
and.
E
B
A
B
E
H
E
E
E
A
A
For
that
and
I
hope
that
that
recommendation
has
been
passed
along
to
the
state
of
Illinois,
the
Illinois
Illinois
I
did
contact,
see
okay
with
Cornell
Wilson
III
experience
or
contacted
him,
and
I
got
responses
back
from
two
other
people,
a
man
by
the
last
name
of
Nolan
and
another
lady
I
have
brought
all
of
that
with
me.
A
So
I
also
sent
a
copy
of
the
communication
that
I
had
sent
in
Wilson.
He
to
our
state,
where,
yes,
as
well
as
Senator,
found,
perfect
and
and
I
mentioned
that
Not
only
was.
We
were
encouraged
as
voters
to
legalize
legalize
and
live
because
it
was
supposed
to
be
built.
Education,
so
I
said
I'm
not
only
interested
to
be
a
lot
of
you
in
terms
of
working
with
proliferations.
A
So
all
recommendations
are
heard,
those
that
are
outside
of
our
purview
I'll,
make
sure
and
we'll
make
sure
that
it
gets
to
the
right
board
or
by
and
with
that
I
think.
K
K
And
they
've
constructed
a
lottery
Bill
and
one
thing
that
they
provide
for
us
the
money
with
both
almond
all
the
product
was
supposed
to
be
the
case.
So
that's
how
we've
done
to
begin
with
and
the
same
Africa
later
on,
but
that
was
the
original
concept
of
the
lottery
yeah.
G
C
So
I
don't
know
my
question.
A
E
B
A
That
people
receive
will
be
taxes
there,
information
effects
so
not
at
this
meeting,
but
next
meeting.
E
B
A
A
Number
like
six
or
less
than
10.,
they
can
only
go
one-on
and
they
did
so.
A
City
managers
go
enable
City
staff.
We
are
paying
FIFA
1000
to
administer
the
instruction
management
benefit,
but
they
can
open
one
a
month
until
our
person
is
hired.
A
But
that's
city
manager
fund
is
not
working
on
Recreation.
E
Okay,
so
I
have
two
other
questions:
I,
as
always
from
the
beginning,
I
encourage
that
the
money
you
know
in
a
black
way.
The
interest-free
account
is
that
we
considered
that
out.
A
F
K
G
G
C
A
E
Is
I
know
that
the
mayor
has
talked
publicly
about
his
family.
A
Recreation
and
what
that
meant
to
other
people
check
out
us
as
a
community
and
black
people,
so
I
would
encourage
I
go
a
chair
that.
B
E
A
C
A
E
A
huge
work
I
didn't
realize
when
I
said
that
question
is
that
it
would
be
read
aloud
because
I
have
a
small
question,
but
after
sitting
here
and
listening
to
everyone
here,
has
there
been
any
consideration
not
to
add
to
the
workload
but
to
capture
some
of
the
stories
and
put
it
in
a
publication
that
could
possibly
to
bring
in
more
fun,
but
also
with
an
additional
understanding
of
what
the
experiences
of
many
other
people
were,
so
that
people
have
that
are
uninformed,
have
an
idea
of
okay
in
southern
that
was
included,
and
then
that
way
that
obligation
to
give
back
to
collaborations.
E
A
A
brilliant
contribution,
brilliant
and
my
hope
is
that
in
my
early
discussions
with
the
Baltic
Institute,
that
that
would
be
part
of
some
sort
of
documentation
process
where
it
could
be
sort
of
oral
or
or
documented.
Otherwise.
But
will
the
committee
will
be
working
with
about
the
institute
for
something
along
those
lines?
And
please
do
if
you
want
to
be
a
part
of
thinking
through
that?
Please
get
in
touch
with
tashiq
and
we'll
make
sure
that
you're
included
in
that
very
important.
E
Thank
you
very
much.
This
is
I,
guess
an
opinion
that,
to
me
reparations
I,
know
we're,
starting
with
policy.
E
To
be
about
helping
the
community
to,
he
was
sensible
in
in
business
contracts
where
the
money
will
grow,
where
we're
doing
it
just
to
for.
B
A
Yes
to
that?
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!
Yes,
with
that,
we
have
a
comment
here
or
a
question.
I
A
On
speaking,
I
was
planning
on
listening,
but
since
I
did
have
to
take
time
off
from
work
a
vacation
day
to.
C
A
Library-
and
there
was
an
article
in
the
CCC
news
and
the
report-
militant
young,
blacks
of
Evanston,
all
dramatic
and
other
political
candidates
might
discover
in
Miss
perryman's
life,
a
measure.
C
A
F
A
H
A
Kind
of
skipped
over
something
you
get
the
drilled
and
that's
the
reason
why
I
can
be
here
today.
Thank
you
for
this
time.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
So
much.
B
A
We
also
at
our
normal
committee,
members,
be
open
with
the
testimony.
So
if
there's
anyone
that
you
know
this
would
have
been
a
perfect
testimonial
period.
We
take
time
out
here
members
just
on
their
testimony.
There
message
their
case
for
reparations
their
black
experience
and
that
happens
at
every
meeting
and
then
our
final
comment
is
going
to
be
Mr,
Bennett,
Council.
A
Families
it's
held
here
in
the
parasol
room,
it
is
to
acknowledge
the
families.
It's
a
it's.
A
beautiful
ceremonial
dinner
with.
B
A
Special
acknowledgments
for
our
ancestor
the
dates
here-
our
possible
dates
that
the
mayor
is
available,
I'm,
recommending
that
we
get
the
dates
to
further
out.
We
can't
get
anybody
in
this
room.
We
need
to
have
these
scheduled
every
quarter.
I'm
asking
that
you
look
at
the
calendar
for
the
rest
of
the
year
for
a
future
date
as
well.
So.

Okay,
so
we
have
August
25th
and
then
at
our
next
meeting,
Toshiba
propose
some
additional
dates
for
the
that
include
the
mayor
city
managers,
availability
for
a
future
date,
so
that
when
we
can
share
that
information
with
the
families,
alternatively-
and
that
is
the
conclusion
of
our
meeting
as
you
properly
returned
your
business
one
second
I
forgot
I-
did
ask
that.
