applicant

requesting

for
the
construction
of
a
600
square.
Foot
storage,
warehouse
addition
to
an
existing
1200
square
foot
storage.
Building,
the
expansion
of
storage
would
help
to
accommodate
the
businesses,
growth
and
store
additional
operational
materials
and
supplies

will
remain

a
single
roll-up
door.
The
southern
and
western
elevations
will
not
feature
any
doors
or
any
windows
as
they
face
additional
buildings
on
site
and
the
side
of
the
property
respectively.

applicant

is
requesting

was
granted

the

of
the

resolution
numbers
that
were
approved
are
the
correct
ones,
and
so
we
just
want
to
bring
to
your
attention
that
the
resolution
that
began
at
the
last
planning
commission
meeting
was
for
crocker's
lockers
for
saturn
architectural
2021-3,
and
that
was
approved
as
resolution
2021-12.
But
it
really
should
have
been
2021-14.

there
was
also
a
conditional
use
permit
that
was
approved
for
crocker's
lockers,
that
that
should
have
been
2021-15
and
then
the
next
item
was
1621,
a
vista
road
and
attended
a
map,
condition
to
use
permanent,
saturn
architectural

approved
there
and
the
tenant
map
was
resolution
2021-16
instead
of
2021-14,
the
conditional
use
pyramid
was
resolution
2021-17
instead
of
resolution

and
finally,
for
the
record,
the
saturn
architectural
for

a

month

july,
the
city
council
adopted
a
resolution
going
dark
for
the
city
council
meetings
and
all
other
commissions
throughout
the
city.
So
there
will
not
be

planning
commission
meeting
for
the
month
of
july,
so
I
know
that
we
usually
just
have
it
in
our
minds
that
it's
the
fourth
thursday
of
the
month.
So
in
case
you
have
anything
planned,
feel
free,

you

feel
free
to
proceed.

will
not
be
a
planning
commission
for
the
month
of
july,
and
I
announced
that
at
the
last
planning
commission
meeting,
but
just
kind
of
wanted
to
send
out
a
friendly
reminder
and
also
wanted
to
inform
the
city,
the
planning
commission,
that
on
june
22
on
this
past
tuesday,
the
city
council
had
a
special
meeting
on
the
update
of
the
general
plan.
They
were,
they
reviewed
all
the
different
information
that
was
presented
that
was
prepared
with
all
the
hard
work
of
the
gpac.

All
the
different
eight
general
plan
advisory
committee
meetings
that
that
have
occurred
in
the
span
of
over
a
year.
Now
I
think
it
was
approx.
I
think
it's
eight
workshops,
or
so,
including
one
spanish
speaking,
only
workshop
that
that
the
city
had
where
there
was
in
the
counts.

There
was
over
40
people
in
the
in
the
count
for
the
spanish
spanish
workshop
only
which
is
great
that
information,
along
with
the
planning
commission
recommendation
to
the
city
council
on
the
policy
options,
was
presented
to
the
city
council
on
tuesday
and
the
city
council
provided
direction
to
the
staff
and
place
works
to
move
forward
with
the
policy
options
and
now.

The
hope
is
that,
with
this
great
direction
from
the
planning
commission
and
the
city
council
to
formalize
a
nice
draft
document
of
the
general
plan
update,
hopefully
have
that
completed
by
the
end
of
this
year.
Early
2022
and
then
provide
that
draft
document
for
public
review
not
only
to
the
public
and
to
and
to
all
the
boards
like
this
board
and
the
city
council,
but
to
all
of
our
responsible
agencies.

Caltrans
fish
and
wildlife,
everybody
for
their
review
and
give
them
plenty
of
time,
not
just
the
typical
45
days,
but
give
them
plenty
of
time
for
review
and
comment
and
hopefully
start
the
public
hearings.
For
the
adoption
of
the
general
plan,
sometime
near
the
summer
of
2022,
so
very
exciting,
very
happy
to
to
see
that
all
the
hard
work
that
this
community
and
and
and
this
sport
have
have
been
given
to
the
update
of
the
general
plan
is-

moving
forward.

the
line
with
the
really
great
documents

just
wanted
