In

two

whereas
SCE
recognize
that
each
year,
approximately
fifty
eight
hundred
people
are
treated
in
hospital
emergency
rooms
for
Falls
associated
with
holiday,
direct
holiday
decorations,
with
more
than
half
of
them
coming
from
ladders
and
roofs,
while
decorating
outdoors
and
whereas
SCE
aims
at
providing
residents
with
electrical
safety

It
reminds
them
to
assess
all
holiday

were
possible
safety

and
whereas
SCE
is
committed
to
partnering
with
the
city
of
inglewood,
to
provide
opportunity
opportunity
to
communicate
safety
and
holiday
decorating
safety
message
to

Oh,
Chris
Marci,
glia,
vs

in

was

a

was
a
closed

regarding
the

as
to
one

that
one

direction
was
also
given
to
staff
as
to

there's
no

Seven
hundred
and
twenty
four
thousand
four
hundred
and
thirteen
dollars
and
again
their
report
on
the
outsides
about
eight
page
report
so
be
sure
to
pick
up
a
copy.
That
way,
you
can
see
all
the
details
of
all
of
the
transactions
that
this
report
represents
and
also
I
would
like
to
report
that
I
did
purchase
one
CD.
It
was
BWW
Bank
of
North
America
and
the
amount
of
$250,000
it
is
FDIC
insured.
F
That's
why
I
don't
go
over
two
thousand
dollars
for
any
one
CD
and
it's
earning
roughly
about
2.15
in
interest
and
the
cds
are
actually
doing
a
lot
better
than
the
bond
market,
because
all
of
the
bonds
even
go
out
to
five
years
are
all
under
ten
percent
and
you
can
get
a
little
bit
better
than
2%.
But
then
you
have
to
pay
a
premium
and
I
don't
pay
premiums
a
bun.
So
so,
basically
it's
been
diversifying
the
portfolio
I
buy
CDs
and
would
also
like
to
point
out
some
interesting.
F
Here
is
basted
that
in
law,
roughly
about
of
the
public
law,
schools
84,000
at
eighty-four
thousand
students
graduated
and
only
about
fifty
six
point,
two
percent
of
them
were
able
to
find
jobs
because,
basically,
a
lot
of
the
law
firms
are
cutting
back.
So
it's
really
causing
a
glut
of
unemployed
lawyers.
You
see
that's
in
the
field
and
many
of
them
are
graduating,
with
with
debt
60,000
and
plus.
So
in
some
of
the
fields
that
are
really
surprised
me
to
be
Edinburgh.
A
F
A
F
Hi
is
the
highest:
unemployment
is
in
information
systems.
I
was
really
surprised
to
see
that
in
information
systems,
14.7
percent
architect
here
is
next
anthropology
is
next.
The
best
feels
it's
nursing
elementary
education,
chemistry
and
finance.
If
you
have
a
degree
in
accounting,
you
will
always
be
able
to
find
a

Thank,
You

You
greenie
County
got
it,
it
would
spoil
the
story,
will
go
to
council
comments
to
councilman
got
some.
Thank.
D
You
a
smear
where
something
like
you
think
the
garbage
park,
tent
11ft
blocked
up
well
invited
me
to
their
Christmas
party,
was
a
wonderful
affair.
I
enjoyed
it
and
I
hope.
I
must
success
this
year
with
their
block
Club.
D
Those
of
you
who
have
not
donated
to
my
toy
drive.
You
have
one
day
left
so,
please
get
to
it.
Wolf
bring
your
toy
to
the
I
cop
center
cuz,
we're
gonna
start
wrapping
toys
on
thursday.
So
please
you
have
not
done
so
do
so.
I
would
have
really
appreciated
any
and
and
spread
the
wealth
around.
We
have
people
who
really
need
this
help
and
we're
gonna
try
and
help
them
this
year
with
toys
and
gifts,
the
tipsy
and
I.
Thank
you
all
for
coming
out.
D
G
A
G
Take
his
time
first
off,
I
want
to
thank
everybody
in
the
community
that
came
out
this
past
saturday.
I
had
our
toy
drive
over
at
the
I
cough
Center
overwhelming
success.
A
lot
of
support.
We
loaded
up
a
couple.
Two
three
trucks
worth
of
toys:
I
want
to
thank
the
mayor,
the
council,
members,
city
staff.
Everybody
came
together
to
make
some
make
young
man
or
girls
wish
come
true.
Come
this
holiday
season
matter
of
fact
that
toys
that
we
collected
are
going
to
be
giving
away
this
saturday
December
13th
from
11
to
two
at
st.
G
John's
chrysostom
church
located
at
Florence
and
centinela.
So
if
you
have
a
chance
to
come
by,
I'd
appreciate
it
that
again,
that's
this
saturday
from
11
to
two
at
st.
john
chrysostom
church,
I
also
had
an
opportunity,
along
with
city
staff,
another
city
manager
was
there
at
the
social
justice
learning
institute
had
their
opening
event.
This
past
Saturday
a
lot
of
community
support
and
I
wish
them
all
the
best
of
their
here
in
district
number,
two
off
of
onset
nella,
just
north
of
Florence.
G
So
if
you
get
a
chance
to
stop
by
and
take
a
look
at
all
the
good
things
they're
doing
with
our
youth
for
our
community
I
know
they
would
really
appreciate
it,
as
would.
I
I
also
had
an
opportunity
on
this
past
weekend
to
attend
Relay
for
Life
event.
As
you
know,
we
had
our
relay
back
in
June
and
we
had
an
overwhelming
support
from
the
community
and
from
city
staff
for
the
mayor
of
the
council,
and
we
were
acknowledged
at
this
Relay
for
Life
event
that
included
relays
from
around
the
Los
Angeles
County
area.
G
We
had
the
right.
We
got
the
we
received
the
Rising
Star
Award.
We
received
the
community
star
of
champions
award
and
we
received
the
purple
star
award.
So
this
is
all
for
you.
This
is
everything
everything
that
that
our
community
did
to
come
together
and
again
continue
to
make
Englewood
the
city
of
Champions
I
want
to
thank
you
for
that.
Yesterday,
the
mayor
and
council
miralles
and
I
had
an
opportunity
to
go
to
midnight
mission
event
a
holiday
event,
along
with
the
executive
director
of
the
chamber
or
eric.kolly
a
very
nice
event.
G
A
lot
of
families
needy
families
that
were
there,
they
really
appreciated
an
opportunity
to
be
given
something
for
them
to
have
for
our
holiday
season.
This
is
a
season
of
giving
so
again.
I
know
that
councilmember
Dodson
has
his
event
coming
up.
I
know
that
councilmember
Franklin
does
as
well
and
please
come
out
and
support
these
events.
These
are
all
things
that
are
good
for
our
community
with
that.
Thank
you
so
very
much
and
have
a
beautiful
night.
H
Thank
You
mayor
first
of
all
of
me,
give
kudos
to
councilman
Alex
Padilla
in
district
2
for
an
outstanding
toy
drive.
You
have,
it
was
well
received
and
the
residents
business,
businesses
etc,
embraced
it
Oh,
hardly
I
know
that
the
children
will
definitely
appreciate
it
during
the
holidays.
I
too
am
having
my
10th
annual
Christmas
toy,
but
also
a
food
drive
I,
do
it
for
the
last
10
years
and
that
will
have
it
at
our
police.
Community
Center
beat
for
at
2666
west
imperial
highway,
intersection
of
imperial
and
crenshaw.
We've
are
identified
with
our
principles.
H
I
have
four
elementary
schools
of
my
Council,
my
district
and
the
principal's
identified
the
needy
children,
specifically
/
campus,
of
which
we
will
be
blessing
that
student
and
their
entire
family
and
the
surplus
of
the
none
of
the
items
we
received
will
also
go
to
the
city's
Parks
and
Recreation
Community
Services
Department,
on
which
they
were
then
provided
for
their
seniors
and
our
foster
parents
as
well.
So
we're
outstanding,
looking
forward
for
a
great
turnout.
H
Margaret's
Center,
which
reaches
out
to
the
poverty
level,
children
and
their
parents,
and
that
we
will
have
a
special
event
that
will
occur
on
Saturday
summer
20th
at
Morningside
high
school
there's,
a
number
of
individuals
that
are
homeless,
low,
very
low
income
that
this
would
be
their
only
part
of
Christmas
they'll
ever
have,
and
so
we
want
to
make
sure
it's
a
great
success
and
any
support
you
would
like
to
give.
You
could
also
see
the
Chamber
of
Commerce
are
at
Eric.
Holly
who's
also
received
the
toys
as
well
for
that
cot
for
that
donation.
C
C
Councilmember
Allen,
thank
you
and
let
me
start
by
saying
thank
you
to
everybody
who
helped
sponsor
all
our
events.
I'm.
That's
amazing
kind
of
the
corporate
support
that
we
all
have
in
terms
of
being
able
to
reach
out
to
them.
Congratulations,
first
of
all
to
councilman
buddy
I
I
for
the
purple
star
for
the
relay
for
life.
I
want
to
say
that
every
year
we've
done
this
event,
I
think
this
is
our.
First
year
we
received
the
Purple
starter.
C
C
You
start,
but
either
way
and
really
a
big
shout-out
to
miss
Stella
Padilla,
who
I
know
took
it
personal
and
really
I
was
at
the
forefront
of
that
success.
Today
we
had
the
opportunity
to
go
with
the
mayor
to
Westar,
Sharia
and
honor
the
volunteers
that
help
our
seniors
there
at
Westchester
BIA.
It's
amazing
really
the
good
work
that
they
do,
the
people
who
weekly
stop
in
and
do
the
work
that
that
helps
take
care
of
the
people
who
took
care
of
us
for
many
years.
C
So
we
were
blessed
to
be
there
and
want
to
say
a
special
thank
you
to
miss
Crenshaw
and
Matt,
who
was
out
there
with
the
work.
Secondly,
councilman
Padilla
mentioned
the
midnight
mission.
We
have
an
amazing
facility
here
in
the
city
of
Inglewood,
where
you
would
just
drive
by
you,
wouldn't
even
notice
it
because
of
so
well
kept
and
how
they
really
hold
the
integrity.
The
Pope
of
the
program
sacred
I
mean
the
families
that
live
there.
C
You
wouldn't
know
that
they're
under
you
know
some
sort
of
subsidy
at
all
and
we
went
to
their
Christmas
party.
They
get
adopted
by
everybody
from
Sony
to
Gillette,
I,
think
we
met
and
they
had
great
gifts,
great
gifts
for
those
families
and
finally,
I
just
want
to
say
that
that
tomorrow's
our
tree
lighting
at
five-thirty-
and
it
really
hope
that
the
folks
go
out
and
really
see
what
this
city
is
becoming.
This
is
the
first
year
we're
moving
it
over
to
the
forum.
C
A
A
Just
to
recap
in
us
the
problem
being
last,
what
I
want
to
do
is
say
that
there's
been
such
a
resurgence
of
a
sense
of
community
in
the
city
as
time
has
gone
by
I
mean
I.
Can
I
was
sitting
here?
Taking
note
of
all
these
things
that
happened
within
the
last
10
days,
accounts
buddy
had
a
toy
drive.
Councilman
doubts
is
about
to
councilman
Franklin's,
about
to
snoop
dogg
partnered,
with
the
city,
at
the
forum
where
we
gave
turkey
dinners
to
800
families
that
wouldn't
have
had
a
nice
thanksgiving.
A
The
midnight
mission
dinner
I
they
opened
after
I
left,
but
in
the
three
and
a
half
years
I've
been
mayor,
I
was
not
even
aware
of
the
facility.
That's
how
well
it's
kept.
These
are.
These
are
people
that
were
prior
to
that
homeless.
They
put
them
on
a
they
have
counseling,
they
put
them
on
a
savings
plan
so
that
when
they
leave
that
housing
year,
leader
later,
they
have
between
seven
and
eight
thousand
dollars
in
their
pocket
and
they're
ready
to
become
productive
citizens
they
bought.
A
They
bought
that
property
and
the
property
next
door,
which
had
a
little
shotgun
house
on
it.
They
tore
down
the
house,
they
converted
it
into
a
park
for
the
children
and
have
a
big
ten
adair
area
for
meetings.
Is
it
it's
an
outstanding
facility?
It's
the
kind
of
thing,
Jennifer's,
the
compassion
of
the
city.
Most
people
don't
know
that
we
have
a
championship.
Semi-Pro
football
team,
here's
the
Blackhawks
they
are.
They
were
champions
last
year.
They
play
their
chairmanship
game.
This
last
Saturday
at
Jackie,
Robinson's
stadium
on
the
rodeo
road.
A
Westchester
Villa
we
had
a
volunteer,
luncheon
I
saw
miss
Toller
there.
We
have
so
many
people
that
volunteer
for
our
seniors
and
that's
just
just
wonderful.
You
know
again
that
strong
sense
of
community
Sabrina,
Barnes
unemployed
for
the
school
district
she's
going
to
have
a
toy
drive
at
rogers
park
on
december
21st,
and-
and
I
want
us
to
I'm-
going
to
donate
to
that
event
as
well,
because
you
know
it's
she
gives
he
does
it
every
year,
Sabrina
Miller
I'm.
A
Sorry,
that's
my
bet,
and
it's
with
a
you
and
not
in
a
suburb,
Rena
Miller
and
miss
Miller
is,
is
a
is
just
a
jewel
for
our
community.
I
am
finally
want
to
invite
everyone
to
come
to
the
farm
tomorrow,
starting
at
five
thirty.
We
have
a
40-foot
Christmas
tree
that'll
be
lit
tomorrow
and
there's
going
to
be
special
surprises
for
the
children.
This
will
be
the
largest
Christmas
event
in
the
history
of
the
city.
A
We
had
a
number
of
businesses
donate
money
so
that
we
could
put
this
program
on
that's
how
much
people
believe
in
the
city
now
that
so
that
we
can
have.
You
know
things
that
are
worthy
of
our
residents,
so
you
know
let
your
let
your
neighbors
know
and
especially
bring
the
children,
because
it's
going
to
be
wonderful
for
them.
It's
free,
free,
free.
Let
me
said
it
again:
it's
free
free
free,
it
doesn't
cost
anything
but
you'll
get
to
eat
stuff
and
you
will
cap
stuff
for
the
children.
