C
C
You
know
we
have.
The
city
has
gone
through
some
traumatic
times
several
years
ago
about
six
years
ago.
More
than
six
years
ago,
our
city
was
on
the
verge
of
bankruptcy,
where
we
were
in
the
red.
Now
the
city
has
moved
to
another
direction
in
the
black.
We
have
a
surplus
and
we're
doing
very
well
I'm
here
to
actually
talk
to
the
city,
Inga,
woods,
residence,
our
city
administrator,
our
city
manager,
to
talk
about
a
raise
for
our
mayor
and
city
councilman.
C
The
reason
I
want
to
do
this
is
because
of
where
we
were
at
one
point
and
where
we
are
at
this
particular
point
and
I
want
to
give
an
illustration
about
what's
happening
with
the
city.
It's
a
small
illustration
and
just
imagine
city
owning
a
team,
a
basketball
team
and
the
team
being
our
mayor
and
city
council
members.
C
Now
their
contract
is
about
to
expire,
won
many
championships
with
the
city.
Now
we're
about
to
lose
our
team
player,
our
captain
Oh.
Do
we
want
to
lose
our
captain
or
do
we
want
to
Reno
Ragosa
new
renegotiate,
his
contract,
both
his
contract
and
the
City
Council's
contract?
So
don't
lose
our
star
player
because
once
we
lose
our
star
player,
have
nothing
nikka
body
Ernie.
C
D
D
Afternoon
city
council,
mayor
I'd,
like
talked
about
the
warrants
and
things
about
the
pay,
raise,
maybe
a
possible
pay,
raise
I.
Think
at
this
time,
city
of
Englewood
is
doing
great.
New
guys
have
done
a
great
job,
but
I
do
know
that
we
have
other
vital
services
that
we
have
not
instituted
back
in
place
yet
further
ways
to
help.
E
My
name
is
Willie
Agee
and
I
live
in
the
beautiful
city
of
Englewood
and
I
like
to
piggyback
on
what
the
gentleman
say.
I
support
you
guys
getting
a
raise.
A
hundred
percent
I
tell
you,
because
job
that
you're
doing
I
just
I,
don't
know
any
city
in
the
United
States
that
even
close.
So
thank
you
very
much
and
I
hope
things
work
out.
We
don't
need
to
lose,
not
one
absolutely
and
we
need
to
keep
you
happy.
Thank
you
very
much.
F
So
let
me
point
out
that
if
we
go
on
transparent
California,
the
cost
of
George
Dotson
this
year
was
a
hundred
and
twelve
thousand
six
hundred
and
thirty
six
dollars
the
costs
to
this
resident
community
for
Eloy
Morales
with
a
hundred
and
fifty
four
thousand
fifty
six
dollars
surprising.
Isn't
it
when
John
Chiang
who's
running
for
governor
actually
puts
this
out?
It's
called
transparency,
something
we're
not
familiar
with
here.
F
F
We
have
shortened
library
hours,
one
library,
completely
closed,
Imperial,
Prairie
Hawthorne
are
all
in
shambles.
Our
trees
have
all
been
cut
down,
even
though
we
don't
seem
to
understand
oxygen
and
I.
Don't
know
global
warning
all
a
challenge,
and
yet
we
have
a
group
of
people
who
would
rather
get
rid
of
our
residents,
the
ones
who
live
in
places
they
want
to
put
a
clipper
stadium
and
take
care
of
this
community.
That,
to
me,
is
unthinkable,
that's
taking
from
the
poor
to
give
to
the
rich.
F
A
G
G
It's
gonna
get
crazy
before
it's
done,
but
the
damage
will
be
done,
but
they
speak
about.
We
people
of
the
street,
we
common
people,
winners
and
all
this
kind
of
stuff
that
don't
have
the
permanent
residency.
These
residents
check
their
credentials
to
know
who
you're
talking
to.
If
you
go
before
a
judge
go
before
the
judge,
his
records
downtown.
It's
a
lock
find
out
who
you're
dealing
with
before
you
go
before
him
cuz.
You
might
want
to
just
qualify
him
cuz.
He
won't
do
himself.
That
being
said,
a
lot
of
these
people
run
around
here.
G
A
G
People
be
leery
and
really
really
of
these
same
old
people
that
get
up
over
and
over.
You
can
talk
about
the
greatness
before
it's
come
to
fruition,
check
their
credentials,
who
they
are
to
even
be
before
they
saw
rip
us.
They
rip
us
up.
One
side
down
you
rip
them
as
well.
I
mean
these
badges,
like
they're
police
officers.
It's.
A
B
H
A
H
B
B
A
A
A
A
J
J
I
to
him
an
agreement
with
the
Rays
of
our
Council
and
as
far
as
people
that
are
up
for
the
race
this,
this
city
is
doing
quite
well
and,
as
I've
always
said,
number
one
with
the
bullet
out
familiar
with
radio
and
records
and
that's
our
thing
number
one
is
number
one,
and
the
bullet
means
you
going
up.
So
that's
what
I'm
saying
and
we
are.
We
are
definitely
blessed
to
have
this
council
here
and
the
executives
that
we
have
serving
us
in
this
city.
This
city
is
gonna,
be
number
one
Plus.
Thank
you.
G
G
Peacetime
registration
draft
1941,
yet
nothing
better
than
what
it
worse
if
you're
watching
your
TV
it'll
be
on
tonight
for
the
third
time
on
Vietnam
and
how
it
came
about
in
the
atrociousness,
these
people
president's
using
these
executive
powers
to
violate
the
Constitution
need
to
be
brought
up
on
charges
of
treason,
racketeering
and
you
name
it.
This
is
not
an
s
ethics
issue
when
you
violate
the
Constitution
that
is
treason.
Ladies
and
I,
don't
care
who
the
hell?
You
are
the
lowest
of
the
low
to
life.
K
L
Afternoon,
mayor
city,
council
and
staff
I
am
here
to
address
the
same
as
your
earlier
comments
about
your
races,
I'm
going
to
say
this,
those
were
great
power,
have
great
responsibilities
and
I
would
just
like
to
say
about
your
races,
which
you
really
do
deserve,
but
I
would
say:
let's
look
at
this
and
say:
let's
look
at
our
homeless
problem,
there's
a
graffiti
problem.
Let's
look
at
our
police
that
our
arms
tweets
every
day
that
work
their
butts
off
to
keep
the
city
safe
as
well
as
you
guys
to.
L
L
A
L
We
do
we're
not
saying
that
we
don't
that
you
guys
don't
deserve
a
billion
dollars
in
raises
we're
just
saying
that
the
city
overall
needs
more
fine-tuning
and
I
go
I
know
you
guys
are
on
the
front
line
of
doing
that
and,
like
I
said,
we
need
to
just
keep
an
eye
on
that
front
line
with
your
police
officers,
because
the
other
ones
that
actually
out
there
looking
at
it.
Okay.
L
E
Do
it
won't
be
what
you
deserve,
but
you
know
think
you
just
gonna
sit
in
the
United
States
of
America
that
really
deserve
I.
Think
you
got
something
like
275
people
in
Washington
DC
that
a
million
ass
I
don't
think
they're
millionaires
up
there
anyway,
I'd,
like
for
this
city,
to
pray
for
the
people
in
Mexico
City,
they
had
a
7.1
earthquake
this
morning
and
in
the
hurricane,
is
causing
a
lot
of
damage
for
the
people
who
pray
eat
to
get
on
their
knees
and
really
ask
God
to
give
them
a
little
relief.
D
My
name
is
Jim
Vaughn
I'm
out
of
second
district
I.
Just
wanted
to
congratulate
the
city
of
Inglewood
and
the
Heritage
Foundation
will
ever
put
the
Heritage
Car
Show
on
this
weekend.
They
did
a
great
job,
very
informational.
He
had
a
lot
of
new
people
in
there
talking
about
things
that
want
to
bring
into
the
city
and
also
services
available
for
people.
A
A
M
I'm
Trini
Bevins
I
live
in
the
fourth
District
and
every
time
I
come
I've
only
been
to
a
couple
meetings.
So
if
I'm
out
of
line,
let
me
know,
but
there
are
a
couple
of
things
that
I'm
curious
about
and
maybe
I
have
to
wait
till
it
comes
on
the
agenda
item,
but
any
new
senior
housing
is
that
somewhere
in
the
future,
but.
A
M
M
M
Specifically,
I'm
speaking
of
Imperial
and
between
Yukon
and
and
there
was
a
large
complex
I,
don't
know
if
you
right
behind
it
Inglewood
and
that's
my
neighborhood
and
this
huge
massive
complex,
like
six
stories.
High
five
to
six
stories.
High
had
gone
up
and
I
just
wondered
if
that
I
know,
I
can't
ask
questions,
but
how
did
that
happen.
A
F
I
want
to
thank
someone
for
that:
wonderful
segue,
bringing
up
the
concept
of
the
earthquake
and
that
one
earthquake
that
just
happened
and,
of
course
the
one
just
to
happen
a
couple
of
weeks
ago,
would
lead
me
to
think
that
people
who
recognize
that
mother
nature
does
what
mother
nature
wants
to
would
not
work
so
hard
to
bypass
California
Environmental
Quality
Act,
because
we
are
on
an
earthquake
fault.
But
then
again
some
people
think
they're
far
more
powerful
than
mother
nature.
F
I
also
want
to
point
out
that
on
the
agenda
today,
you
quickly
passed
an
item
for
our
Police
Department
and
when
I
read
that
staff
report,
I
was
surprised
that
we
have
quite
so
few
police
officers
compared
to
what
we
budgeted
in
what
we
had
in
years
past.
But
I
guess
that's
how
we
get
so
much
money
in
other
departments.
B
Here,
I
just
want
to
go
back
because
I
didn't
want
to
interrupt
why
the
public
was
speaking,
but
I
just
want
to
clean
up
something
through
when
we
got
started.
Early
I
did
recess
the
Inglewood
finance
and
then,
after
you
asked
the
city
attorney,
and
so
when
we
got
over
to
the
treasurer's
report-
and
we
were
recessed
at
that
time,
so
I
believe
that
to
be
and
I
just
if.
A
A
O
I
would
just
like
to
also
point
out
that
my
City
Georgia
student
intern
program
will
be
starting
in
October
about
the
middle
of
October.
I
will
give
the
final
I
will
give
the
date
of
that
program
at
our
next
meeting.
It'll
be
a
six
with
a
six
weeks
program
and
like
to
give
an
overview
of
the
treasurer's
report.
If
that's
of
time
for
me
absolutely,
but
thank
you
regarding
the
June
treasurer's
report,
but
the
city
of
Englewood
funds
under
management
is
84
million
two
hundred
fourteen
thousand
seven
hundred
eight
dollars
and
the
gross
investment
interest.
O
P
You
Muir
I
want
to
give
a
little
report.
The
new
senior
building
I
took
a
tour
this
last
week.
Moving
right
along
I
think
we're
gonna
be
right
on
time.
Hopefully
we
will
be
able
to
take
position
at
the
building
sometime
in
December
and
it's
what
I
can
see
beautiful
facility
yeah
is
something
that
be
well
worth.
The
wait
waiting
for
that
bill
better
than
ten
years.
It's
gonna
be
online
and
we'll
be
able
to
use
it.
Hopefully
in
December
southward
sabe
workforce
they
had
their
fourth
annual
and
Teen
Center
anniversary
that
I
attended.
P
It's
always
good
get
a
chance.
You
need
to
take
a
tour
of
the
Teen
Center
down,
but
in
the
base
of
the
library,
I
was
also
able
long
with
the
mayor
to
attend
the
ABC
block
club
party.
They
do
a
great
job.
It
was
a
lot
of
people
out
in
the
street
what
the
hell
had
a
wonderful
time
and
some
great
food
so
I
want
to
congratulate
them
on
that
and
if
you
did
not
attend
the
Hispanic
Heritage
Festival,
you
missed
it.
P
P
P
A
Before
dia
Thank
You
mayor,
but
wait
one
second,
you
know
we
teased
Alex.
Sometimes
let
me
tell
you
something
he
is
the
cheerleader
of
the
council.
He
puts
on
a
great
car
show
he
brings
together
factions
of
the
community
that
sometimes
wouldn't
mix.
It's
just
been
a
great
melding
experience,
and
so
I
want
to
sincerely
thank
him
for
that
for
taking
the
time.
That's
no
easy
thing.
Thanks.
I
Man
I
appreciate
the
kind
words
that
being
said.
You
know
earlier
today,
I
had
an
opportunity
to
go
to
a
Highland
elementary
school.
Were
there
LA
Chargers,
the
LA
Chargers
were
there
and
they
were
there
for
LA
play
60.
It's
called
play
60
for
the
kids
to
get
used
to
being
out
there
in
exercising
first
one
hour
a
day,
60
minutes
a
day,
but
it
was
really
nice
to
talk
to
the
the
kids
that
were
there,
how
excited
they
were
having
fun
going
through
drills.
I
With
these
NFL
players,
they
had
about
15
players
that
were
there
and
I,
had
an
opportunity
to
speak
to
those
players
and
they're
so
excited
about
returning
to
Los
Angeles,
and
we
talked
about
coming
to
the
city
of
Inglewood
and
playing
here
in
just
a
couple
of
years,
which
will
become
their
new
home.
So
it
was
a
great
event.
I
I
want
to
thank
Cinderella
from
the
Inglewood
Police
Department
I
want
to
thank
Chief,
Ron,
Terada
and
all
his
police
officers
that
were
there
that
were
volunteers
that
helped
work
with
the
kids
and
to
work
with
the
charger
players
to
run
these
these
little
ones
through
their
drills.
You
know-
and
so
many
kids
also
we're
talking
to
the
police
officers
about
how
do
I
become
a
police
officer.
You
know
I
want
to
be
like
you,
I
want
to
be
a
cop,
so
just
that
exchange.
I
You
know
it
really
felt
good
to
me,
especially
being
a
retired
police
officer,
along
with
the
mayor
to
see
these
kids
faces,
light
up
when
they
saw
the
police
officers
and
the
football
players
out
there
with
them
so
great
kudos
to
the
LA
Chargers
for
being
a
part
of
our
Inglewood
community.
That
being
said,
also,
last
Friday
we
had
a
celebration.
You
know:
Festa
Martine
has
several
restaurants
here
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
and
last
Friday.
I
They
don't,
they
did
a
ribbon-cutting
and
a
grand
opening
for
their
newest
one,
which
is
called
ant,
ojitos
Martine
and
that's
right
at
the
300
block
of
East
Florence.
Just
east
of
market
behind
their
newest
Fister
martini,
bar
and
grill,
so
there
it
was
a
great
event.
A
lot
of
folks
came
out
to
celebrate
another
business.
I
Opening
up
in
the
city
of
Englewood
I
want
to
thank
Eric
Holley
in
the
chamber
for
being
there
and
helping
us
do
the
ribbon-cutting,
the
last
Saturday
we
celebrated
Hispanic
heritage
and
the
classic
car
show
and
I
got
to
tell
you
overwhelming
response
from
the
community
from
the
business
owners.
We
had
vendors
that
were
out
there.
We
had
food
vendors,
we
had
over
65
classic
cars.
The
entertainment
was
outstanding,
folks
were
dancing
from
the
beginning
to
the
end.
I
want
to
thank
Teresa,
Estrada
and
her
committee
for
putting
together
another
successful
city
of
Inglewood
event.
I
These
events
are
meant
to
bring
our
community
together,
and
this
was
a
true
show
of
that.
Now,
our
other
big
event
coming
will
be
in
January,
which
will
be
our
MLK
event,
and
so
you
know,
keep
posted
and
we'll
let
you
know
the
date
of
that
event.
But
again,
thank
you
all
for
coming
out
and
enjoy
the
rest
of
your
week.
Thank.
A
N
Thank
you,
I
just
want
to
echo
those
same
sentiments
as
my
colleagues
with
reference
to
the
Hispanic
heritage
event.
It
was
outstanding
all
of
the
variety
of
booths
that
was
there
from
financing
to
health
information
was
made
available.
Children
had
a
great
opportunity
for
the
face,
painting
the
jumpers
and
multiple
games,
and
then
obviously
there
was
good
food
and
mr.
N
Madea
you
outdid
yourself
this
year
on
the
classic
car
show
it
was
beyond
packed
and
great
participation
and,
in
conclusion,
I
do
want
everyone
to
embrace
those
that
are
now
fighting
to
recover
from
the
multiple
hurricanes
and
the
earthquakes
that
have
recently
happened.
Many
of
us
may
have
family
members
that
are
impacted
in
the
East
Coast
in
the
south,
so
keep
them
keep
them
in
your
prayers.
Thank
you
very
Thank.
H
H
People
I
mean
that
was
literally
half
of
the
crowd
there,
but
the
the
bottom
line
is
that
staff
has
done
a
great
job
in
developing
the
Hispanic
festival
every
year
and
I
want
to
point
out
the
fact
that
it,
it
has
become
extremely
successful,
which
we're
happy
to
see,
but
it's
also
a
very
good
sign
of
what
the
city
is
becoming,
because
if
you
notice
we
had
better
entertainment,
we
had
better
quality
tan
ting
for
the
seating
we
had
better
quality
staging.
We
had
a
dance
floor,
I,
don't
think.
H
We've
ever
had
a
dance
floor
before,
and
so
my
point
is
that
that,
as
we
get
better,
everything
gets
better.
Everything
gets
better
and
the
beauty
of
our
city
has
been
the
part
of
the
community
that
always
comes
out
these
events.
You
know
a
lot
of
cities
have
them,
but
very
few
have
them
as
consistently
as
we
do
to
celebrate
what
we
do
and
that's
something
we've
always
been
very
proud
of.
During
the
lean
years
we
made
it
happen
somehow
and
now
we're
coming
back
so
enjoy.
H
A
A
A
I
even
heard
someone
today
say:
you'll
see
you
think
everything's
good,
but
it's
gonna
fall
apart.
I
I,
remember
hearing
that
before
from
another
gentleman
that
doesn't
come
anymore
today
and
I
was
in
debt
and
we're
sliding
down
a
slippery
slope
and
we
must
still
be
sliding
misleading
information
is
now
the
rallying
cry
of
people
that
want
to
suppress.
What's
going
on,
mr.
Brown
was
a
very
smart
person.
You
notice
in
her
presentation.
She
gave
the
numbers
for
councilman
Dotson.
She
gave
the
number
for
coughs
Madea.
A
A
That's
all
we
asked
for
was
what
the
city
of
Los
Angeles
got
for
farmer's
field.
What
golden
one
arena
got
in
Oakland
and
what
the
Sacramento
Kings
got
the
same
legislation
they
got
to
build
their
arena,
but
you
see
to
come
here
and
say:
sequa
has
something
to
do
with
earthquake
illustrates
the
way
that
people
think
they
can
fool
people
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
as
late
as
this
weekend
and
Miss
Sabrina
mentioned
it
again.
She
talked
about
moving
people
off
from
their
homes.
We
had
people
passing
out
flyers.
That
said
sign
here.
A
If
you
don't
want
the
City
Council
in
the
mayor
and
a
billionaire
to
take
your
homes
and
residences
from
you
with
as
late
as
this
weekend,
they're
passing
off
that
kind
of
garbage,
because
they
think
now
the
only
thing
that
we
can
do,
they
can
only
have
us,
try
to
defeat
ourselves
and
that's
with
misinformation.
And-
and
you
know,
fortunately,
we
don't
get
that
much
anymore
in
the
in
the
council
meetings.
You
know
we
still
have
a
couple
diehards,
but
B
we're
right.
Now.
A
People
are
trying
to
convince
you
somehow
that
building
a
basketball
arena
on
land
that
sat
fallow
for
25
years
or
more
has
produced
zero
property
taxes,
zero
revenue,
zero
jobs
to
build
a
billion-dollar
complex
that
will
generate
at
a
minimum
fifteen
million
in
property
taxes,
a
portion
of
which
will
go
to
English.
Schools
employ
thousands
of
people
during
the
construction
and
post
construction
phase
and
we'll
have
more
ambience
to
the
city
and
more
general
fund
revenue
to
build
that
police
department.
A
That
must
I
was
so
concerned
about
somehow
that's
a
bad
thing
and
we
need
to
fear
it
and
we
need
to
lie
and
say
we're
going
to
take
people's
homes
when
it's
specifically
excluded
in
the
ene
and
would
be
excluded
in
any
legislation
that
we
got
to
limit
the
time
for
secret
challenges
so
think
for
yourselves,
everybody.
We
have
people
that
want
you
to
throw
away
your
own
blessings.
A
Never
in
the
history
of
any
city
in
this
country
in
three
years
has
there
been
an
opportunity
to
attract
three
professional
sports
teams,
nowhere
in
the
history
of
this
country-
and
there
are
people
in
our
community
that
I
don't
know
who
they're
working
for
they
would
try
and
convince
you
that
it
is
better
to
be
poor,
not
better,
to
be
poor,
it's
better
to
have
jobs.
We
had
a
seventeen
and
a
half
percent
unemployment
rate
when
I
took
office
in
2011,
it's
down
to
5.5
percent,
that's
the
lowest!
