Improvements
I'm
one
of
these
weird
guys
who
actually
mention
that
many
months
ago
concern
we
have
a
stadium
and
possibly
a
basketball
arena,
and
all
these
other
things
they
flush
it
better
go
somewhere
and
I
read
through.
It
was
about
a
five
or
six
page
document
and
it
got
to
the
gist
of
it.
There's
gonna
be
pain.
I
imagine
I
have
to
cover
the
cost
of
this
I,
just
hope.
The
City,
Council
and
I'm
pretty
pretty
comfortable
with
the
fact
that
you've
already
started
this
everybody
that's
gonna
benefit.
F
They
got
to
bring
their
bit
to
the
table
to
to
help
cover
these
costs,
I'm
pretty
sure
they
will
and
the
city
of
Inglewood
residents
we
have
to
step
up
to
service
costs,
are
just
not
gonna.
Artificially
stay
the
same
forever,
just
don't
make
it
too
painful,
hey,
that's
all
I
have
to
say
thank
you.
Thank.

Like
give
a
brief
report
regarding
investments
and
the
current
investments,
that
of
bonds
that
I've
said
I
have
been
making
since
November
through
I,
should
do
September
through
November
30,
thirty,
nine
million
three
hundred
and
thirty
six
thousand
seven
hundred
and
fifty
dollars
and
would
like
to
mention
also
that
just
a
special
thing
to
Chief
Mark
Farner
Adam
had
just
an
excellent
tour
of
the
police
department.
He
spared
three
of
his
officers
to
do
the
tour.
J
It
was
really
nice
of
students
really
enjoyed
it
and
they
were
I
want
to
thank
also
lieutenant
Collins
and
officers.
Asorio,
Giocondo
and
sergeant
Ferrara.
They
really
the
students
were
very
very
impressed
with
just
an
excellent
tour,
so
we
will
be
tour
in
the
ITC
Department.
That's
coming,
Thursday
and
and
I
want
to
give
a
special
thanks
also
to
Chris
Jackson,
who
will
be
speaking
at
the
upcoming
at
intern
meeting
on
Thursday.
That
concludes
my
comments.
D
E
D
D
K
K
They
need
to
be
tried.
These
are
not
ethical
issues.
They've
been
talking
about,
they
created
that
they
operate
outside
the
Constitution.
Constitution
works.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
that's
why
I
know
what
I'm
talking
about,
because
funny
money
has
to
follow
a
procedure
under
the
Constitution
or
law
can
become
a
law.
It
must
be
stamp,
whoever
authorized.
It
must
be
posted
for
a
certain
time
to
keep.

Good
afternoon
staff
mayor
and
the
residents
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
I,
just
like
to
step
up
and
say
the
young
lady
was
a
little
nervous.
This
was
her
first
time
ever
at
a
City
Council
meeting
and
she
was
just
trying
to
talk
about
trying
to
open
a
business
and
surely,
as
residents,
take
time
to
embrace
what
she
needs
and
try
to
find
out.
So
I
just
encourage
you
guys
to
take
a
little
time
and
that's
actually
what
she
was
trying
to
do
and
by
the
way,
I
love
what's
happening
in
our
city.
N
Good
day
good
day,
everyone,
my
comms,
would
be
very
brief.
I
understand
the
Rams
are
here,
but
we
also
have
the
Chargers
coming,
so
we
also
have
to
be
polite
to
them
as
well.
This
panels
family,
because
they
also
have
a
stake
in
our
city,
but
we
must
also
respect
the
Chargers
as
well
as
the
Rams
and
our
future,
with
the
basketball
arena.
Mr.
Ballmer
I
understand
also.
We
still
have
this
controversy
with
the
forum,
but
in
the
but
mr.
mayor.
A
F
F
F
B
I
I
This
tomorrow,
night
tomorrow
morning,
come
out
and
support
me
and
have
a
little
chat
with
me
and
the
police
department.
We
have
a
conflict
with
the
cop
and
flip
it.
Restaurant,
that's
right
on
a
corner
of
Manchester
and
Hillcrest,
so
come
on
out
and
join
us
I
think
you'll
enjoy
it
without
some
great
conversations
for
your
future
events,
mark
your
calendar
for
Saturday
and
Sunday
November,
25th
and
December.
The
10th
there'll
be
a
play
at
the
Willie
Agee
Playhouse
and
at
Vincent
Park.
Please
come
out
and
support
this.
I
This
is
a
play
that
we
put
it
be
put
on
by
our
own
people
here
in
Inglewood,
so
please
come
out
and
support
them
once
again.
That's
Saturday
and
Sunday
November,
the
25th
and
decent
attended
I
also
want
you
to
know
about
the
annual
Christmas
toy
drive
that
I'm
having
that's
Thursday
December
the
7th
6
p.m.
to
8
p.m.
at
st.
Mary's
Academy
in
the
gym.
I
P
Thank
You
mayor
a
couple
of
things:
first
off
when
you
know
I
had
we
have
somebody
come
up
here,
real,
quick
and
talk
about,
don't
forget
about
the
residents
seriously.
You're
gonna
come
up
here
and
say
that
when
that's
what
we
work
for,
that's
who
we
strive
to
make
sure
that
we
grow
this
city
so
that
all
of
our
residents
and
business
owners
are
a
success
and
I
can't
tell
you
how
many
times
residents
have
stopped
me
and
they
stopped
all
of
us.
They
call
us
and
they
tell
us
how.
D
P
That,
but,
but
to
have
somebody
come
up
here
and
try
to
remind
us
that
we
got
to
look
out
for
the
residents
that
to
me
that's
like
come
on
seriously.
You
know
so
anyway.
That
being
said,
you
know
get
off
that
open
studios.
Man
I
hope
you
guys
had
a
chance
to
go
through
and
look
at
all
the
artwork
and
the
different
venues
that
were
out
here
in
the
city.
P
I
want
to
remind
folks
that
this
coming
Thursday
at
9
a.m.
is
the
turkey
giveaway.
So
if
you're
interested
in
getting
one
of
the
free
turkeys
that
are
out
there,
please
contact
your
council,
member
or
the
mayor's
office,
and
so
you
can
get
put
on
the
you
have
to
be
on
the
list
to
get
one
of
the
turkeys.
So
please
don't
just
show
up
and
then
expect
that
you're
gonna
get
one
of
the
turkeys
because
we
may
run
out
so
please
plan
accordingly
and
get
your
name
on
the
list.
So
you
won't
be
disappointed.
P
P
You
know,
and
it's
such
a
blessing,
you
know
because
I
tell
folks
all
the
time
and
I
you
know
you
hear
folks
talk
about
their
their
in-laws
and
I
got
one
I
got
the
best
mother-in-law
in
the
world
and
she's
a
blessing
to
all
of
us,
so
happy
birthday
to
her.
You
know
and
thank
you
for
saying
that
and
then
also
recognize
our
Commissioner
right
here
in
the
audience,
Charles
Bragg's
for
recognition
and
oversee
of
his
35th
birthday
exactly
so
anyway.
With
that
being
said,
have
a
wonderful
Thanksgiving.
P
J
You
me
I
appreciate
that
see:
I
always
save
a
little
time.
I
just
want
to
give
a
little
special
special
thanks,
also
the
councilman
for
Delia,
who
bought
all
of
the
pieces.
You
know
for
the
city
treasurer
student
academy
program
last
week,
and
that
was
for
46
students
and
he
bought
eight
pizzas
and
actually
asked
me
if
I
wanted
anything
more.
J
Q
Q
I
want
to
personally
thank
the
principal
librarian
Carrie,
a
Rolo
and
her
staff,
Latrice
Brown
Terry
Busby
and
Sandra
Scott.
They
were
outstanding.
They
have
now
created
different
programs
for
the
three
days
that
there's
at
the
park.
I'm
sorry
library
is
open
from
Monday,
Tuesday
and
Thursday
from
11
to
6,
which
includes
such
things
as
holiday
card
workshops,
early
literacy
for
families,
storytelling
for
both
babies
and
toddlers.
Q
Bilingual
preschool
storytelling
adult
book
clubs
stems
programs
and
they're
reaching
out
to
the
kids
to
identify,
get
away
from
the
cellphones
and
get
back
into
the
books,
because
this
is
something
that
you
need
to
really
digest.
That
will
help
you
in
your
future,
so
I
just
commend
them
from
them.
Creating
these
different
programs
and
I
want
to
thank
Sabrina,
Barnes
and
her
crew
to
work
with
them
to
continue
to
make
this
program
a
success.
Thank.
B
You
a
couple
things.
First,
Open
Studios
I
wanted
to
say
that
the
the
artist
community
just
doesn't
get
in
of
credit
I
mean
I
can
tell
you
that
when
new
folks
come
in
and
are
interested
in
investing
in
the
city,
they
always
enjoy
hearing
about
the
artist
community,
because
that's
one
community
that
adds
to
a
city,
you
just
can't
bring
it.
You
can't
ask
them
to
come,
they
choose
a
city
and
they
just
start
to
blossom,
and
it's
been.
It's
been
really
good
for
the
city.
I
remember
when
they
first
came
out.
B
B
But
it
is
it's
a
huge
deal
for
many
many
years
and
I
can
tell
you
having
three
sons
that
where
you
have
to
drive
to
go
to
a
batting
cage,
the
closest
one
I
believe
to
us
has
been
for
a
while
in
El
Segundo,
and
you
know
you
go
there
you're
outside
of
your
community.
You
definitely
have
to
wait
in
line
the
facilities.
B
Aren't
all
that
and
you
battle
through
parking,
but
there's
a
certain
pride
when
you
start
when
you
can
take
your
kids
here
locally
and
have
a
first
class
anything
so
so
I
want
to
congratulate
that
them
for
that
and
ultimately
I
just
want
to
say.
Happy
Thanksgiving
I
know
that
we
are
dark
next
week,
so
I
wanted
to
say
Happy,
Thanksgiving
and
I
hope
you
guys
all
enjoy
it.
So
thank
you
very
much.
D
Be
brief,
Jana
I
want
to
tell
you
guys
to
a
certain
degree,
I
missed
the
good
old
days
when
people
complained
and
they
actually
had
something
to
complain
about
I
I
missed
that
I
mean
I,
mean
I.
Want
you
to
think
this?
We
had
somebody
get
up
and
say
that
we're
not
thinking
of
the
residents
now
now
get
this.
We
Haven
more
roads.
You
store
all
of
our
library
hours
expand
in
our
Park.
Our
policy
spent
expanded.
D
D
We
got
two
football
teams
working
on
an
NBA
team,
and
now
we
just
entered
into
a
negotiations
with
the
LA
Philharmonic
to
bring
the
Youth
Orchestra
program
here,
for
what
are
kids
and
not
only
as
part
of
this
deal,
do
we
get
to
enrich
culturally
our
children,
Frank
Gehry
is
going
to
design
the
remodel
of
that
50-year
old,
dirty
bank
building
so
that,
but
I
haven't
done
anything
lately.
But
I
want
you
to
think
this
through.
D
When
you
say
when
you
think
about
it,
how
significant
and
historic
that
is,
you
know,
depending
on
how
long
it
takes
this,
could
be
the
last
building
that
Frank
Gehry
ever
designs,
and
he
is
one
of
the
foremost,
if
not
the
foremost
design,
architects
in
the
world,
and
that
building
will
be
the
entry
to
the
Civic
Plaza.
So,
like
I,
said,
I
missed
the
old
days
when
people
actually
had
something
to
complain
about.
