A
What
reliability
is
really
the
issue?
I
know
that
the
governor
has
lifted
the
emergency
status
for
the
state
in
terms
of
water,
but
we
still
have
to
conserve
water.
That's
the
message,
sustainability,
and
so
this
project
represents
that
kind
of
effort
on
behalf
of
the
partnership
with
the
city.
We're
so
glad
to
be
in
partnership
with
the
city
on
this
project
in
osha,
training
garden
is
really
a
way
of
making
sure
that
we
reduce
our
water
outside.
A
B
I
had
a
chance
to
come
out,
look
at
the
garden
and
it
really
does
look
beautiful.
I
talked
to
Voight
rest
a
little
while
ago
and
thanked
him
for
his
staff
and
all
the
work
they've
done,
and
one
of
the
discussions
we
had
was
that
perhaps
we
can
put
those
solar
energy
lights
on
the
pathway,
so
at
night,
as
we
walk
through,
it
will
be
lit
up.
So
he's
going
to
work
on
doing
that,
because
I
think
this
is
the
type
of
garden.
A
C
D
Gliding
really
surprised
me
this
morning,
because
I
had
not
had
a
chance
to
see
it
so
when
I
walked
out
and
saw
this
garden,
I
was
really
amazed.
You
know
this
just
goes
to
show
you
how
the
city
of
new
wood
is
really
a
progressing
and
moving
forward
that
could
this
could
have
not
have
happened
any
other
time,
so
I
am
proud
to
be
a
part
of
this
whole
thing
glorious.
Thank
you
so
much
water
basins.
Thank
you
so
much
everyone
who's
here
to
have
anything
to
do
with
this
gardens.
E
F
I
was
14
years
old.
That's
what
I
met
with
Gloria
gray.
She
was
like
20
anyway.
She
was
on
the
school
board
and
help
my
dad
a
lot.
So
so
it's
one
of
those
things
where
I
remember
and
every
time
I
see
her
her
name
on
any
flyer.
I
show
up
I
mean
this
could
have
been.
She
could
have
said,
come
look
at
the
mud,
we're
doing
for
you
guys
and
I
would
have
showed
up.
You
know
so,
but
lo
and
behold
it's
a
really
nice
garden
and
I
just
want
to
say.
Thank
you.
Everybody.
G
Knows
what
I'm
a
tree
hugger
in
the
city-
and
there
were
two
beautiful
trees
here
and
staff
came
to
me-
came
to
me
a
year
ago
and
said
Artie?
Will
you
let
us
tear
it
when
we
cut
down
these
trees
and
we
promise
you
it's
going
to
be
a
beautiful
garden,
but
we
cut
down
the
trees
a
year
going
to
products
tall,
and
so
they
were
feeling
a
little
sweaty.
But
let
me
tell
you,
it
looks
beautiful
and
I
think
it
makes
up
for
the
two
trees
that
were
cut
down
and
we'll
always
remember
it.
H
It
was
trying
to
ironic
that
the
week
before
our
drought-resistant
garden
is
done,
the
governor
says
the
drought
is
over,
but
I
thought
about
that.
That's
in
keeping
with
what
we
are
everything
we
do.
We
build
for
the
future
right.
We
get
the
Rams
in
the
Chargers,
with
building
for
the
future
Super
Bowls
coming
2021
we're
getting
ready
for
the
future
we're
getting
ourselves
set.
So
20-24
fella
gets
the
Olympic
Games
they're
hearing
inka
wood
building
for
the
future,
and
so
this
garden
is
not
late.
It's
right
on
time
for
the
next
drought.
