Linder
took
the
property
back
and
I'm
trying
to
keep
it
as
a
community
as
it
legacy
in
the
community
and
I'm.
Just
asking
the
support
from
console
and
the
community
to
help
me
fight
these
people
that
came
in
with
a
hard
money
loan
and
just
wants
to
snatch
the
house
back
they're
coming
to
the
door
knocking
on
the
door,
unannounced
disturbing
my
disabled
veterans
and
that's
not
fair.
H
H
I,
don't
want
to
pay
my
bills
pay
my
due.
It
was
a
hard
money
loan
and
there
were
some
predatory
practices
that
happened
so
I
do
have
a
lawsuit
against
them,
but
they
still
have
realtor's
knocking
on
the
door
and
harassing
us
and
I'm
just
wanted
to
cease
and
desist,
so
that
I
can
pay.
My
dues
refinance
or
maybe
get
a
participation
of
support
from
the
community
to
build
a
group
and
establish
this
as
a
veteran's
home
got.
A
I
I
J
Would
just
like
to
say
it's
a
proud
day
for
the
city
of
Inglewood
because
of
the
Christmas
Day
shooting
of
the
elderly
woman
over
there
by
Morningside
high
school.
They
captured
the
people
in
Texas.
I
am
happy
for
everybody
in
the
city
of
Inglewood,
especially
for
our
Police
Department
I
am
because
y'all
were
doggedly
after
these
people
and
we
finally
brought
justice
to
the
family.
So
thank
you
to
everybody,
and
especially
our
Police
Department.
Thank
you
and
God
bless.
Thank.
A
E
Thank
You
mr.
mayor
I
read
all
scooo
dose
to
the
police
department,
as
we
all
have
been
seeing.
We've
got
one
of
the
best
departments
in
the
state,
if
not
to
country
so
they're,
just
proving
it
for
us
by
the
Rams,
hey
we'd
be
back,
they
they
they
played
I'm.
If
you
told
me,
13
points
was
gonna
win
the
game
I
to
touch
you
and
losing
your
mind,
but
you
know
like
I,
say
we'll
be
back,
so
look
for
us.
I
want
to
invite
everyone
to
my.
E
F
F
A
A
Mr.
Simonet
is
what
happened.
Is
somebody
took
a
loan
against
the
property?
Your
son
said
he
did,
and
so
it
had
a
balloon
payment,
according
to
your
son
and
they're,
trying
to
collect
so
what
I'm
going
to
do.
It's
refer
lenders
to
your
son,
then
sergeant.
If
you
get
their
phone
number
and
and
that's
the
best,
we
can
do
because
it's
it's
a
legal
process.
Obviously
someone
who's
owed
money
and
they
are
there
they're
closing
in
on
the
terms
of
the
loan,
and
that's
just
no
other
way
around
that.
A
F
You
can
sure
dance
to
we
we
go
out
to
the
marina
and
enjoy
the
concerts,
so
he's
always
good.look.
This
Saturday
I
want
to
invite
everyone
to
come
out
to
the
district
to
community
center,
we're
doing
a
citywide
presentation.
Quite
frankly,
Brian
Walker
is
doing
a
presentation
on
emergency
op
planning,
disaster
planning.
You
know
this
is
important.
Let's
not
wait
till
something
happens
and
then
everybody's
going
aw
heck.
Now
what
do
we
do?
F
You
have
an
opportunity,
this
Saturday,
to
listen
to
the
experts
that
are
going
to
talk
about
how
to
be
better
prepared
when
that
disaster
strikes.
Not
if
but
when
and
so
he'll
have
other
folks.
The
cert
team
will
be
there
as
well.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
fantastic
presentation,
a
great
q
and
r
or
QA
I'm.
Sorry,
a
great
QA
at
the
end
for
folks
to
be
able
to
ask
any
questions
you
have
so
that
you
can
walk
away
with
more
knowledge
about
how
to
prepare
your
family
for
when
this
occurs.
F
F
I
know
we
did
an
event
for
our
pal
back
for
a
National
Night
Out
was
with
the
sergeant
here
sergeant,
ferry,
Etta
and
again
these
are
the
great
community
events
that
we're
helping
our
children,
our
community
out
by
raising
funds
so
that
they
can
go
enjoy
some
of
the
better
opportunities
that
life
has
for
our
young
men
and
women.
So
with
that,
I
want
to
thank
everybody
and
go
Rams.
D
I
want
to
piggyback
on
councilmember
Diaz
comments
regarding
the
earthquake,
preparedness
and
emergency
response,
and
it's
critical,
because
I
just
attended
a
seminar.
It's
called
the
winter
seminar
with
the
independent
cities,
Association
ICA,
and
it
was
in
Santa
Barbara
that
part
of
that
seminar
address
emergency
preparedness
response
and
mitigation
as
well
as
response
for
the
2017-2018,
South,
Bay,
wildfires
and
mudslides.
Let
me
tell
you
it
is
real,
particularly
when
we're
at
the
seminar
and
all
of
our
phones
go
off
not
once
but
several
times
saying,
flood
warnings
in
Santa
Barbara
area
go
to
higher
ground.
D
Just
while
we
were
there
for
this
past
weekend,
the
101
freeway
was
closed
several
times
even
to
the
point
when
I
was
ready
to
depart
on.
Sunday
I
was
one
of
many
that
was
trapped,
trying
to
come
southbound
on
the
101,
because
the
mudslides,
as
well
as
vehicle
going
out
of
control,
and
so,
when
they're
talking
about
emergency
preparedness,
it's
critical
to
need
to
be
prepared
in
part
of
the
presentations
you
take
it
for
granted
that
some
people
lose
their
homes
etc
to
the
mudslides.
But
now
they
want
to
go
back
and
visit
their
homes.
D
It
is
up
to
the
emergency
responders
first-line
responders
to
determine
whether
or
not
it's
safe
you
take
it
for
granted.
But
there's
household,
hazardous
waste
gas
lines
are
broken
the
power
lines
or
run
or
loose,
and
and
not
turn
out.
Southern
kind
of
reticent
had
to
get
involved
and
reduce
some
of
the
power
voltages
to
go
and
other
people
lost
Lydian
or
power
usage.
Because
of
that,
but
it's
a
joint
effort
and
it's
Agency
upon
agency
that
it
takes
to
make
it
effective,
and
so
the
key
element
was
identifying
communication.
Who
is
the
group?
D
That's
gonna,
lead
us
and
then
being
responsive
who's
gonna
cover
what
segments,
but
us
home
owners
identify
why
just
wanna
get
back
to
my
house
and
and
salvage
what
I
can
etcetera
well
it.
It
may
be
to
your
detriment
by
going
back
there,
because
some
of
that
exposure
of
hazardous
waste,
so
I
did
I,
do
want
to
identify
that
I
also
went
to
the
issue
involving
gun
violence,
restraining
order
on
which
there's
a
state
issues
or
legal
issues.
D
Now
that
the
courts
will
allow
the
cities
with
the
police
agencies,
as
well
as
citizens
to
reach
out
and
ban
their
family
members
or
people
of
concern
with
firearms
up
to
a
year,
I
went
to
the
bridging
of
the
gap
to
enhance
Public
Safety
I,
look
forward
to
talking
to
public
works,
director
of
being
prepared
for
the
upcoming
Super
Bowls,
except
we're
gonna
have
in
the
city
and
I.
You
just
have
to
think
Bryan
Walker
and
his
team
preparing
this
city
for
over
a
year
in
preparations
for
the
things
to
come.
D
That's
gonna
happen
here,
so
there's
other
some
of
our
sessions.
I
went
to,
but
more
importantly,
I
just
want
to
stress
the
those
take
advantage
of
the
district
2
event
for
the
earthquake
preparedness
and
make
sure
you're
you
and
your
house
orders
prepared.
Thank
you
very
much
and
have
a
blessed
day.
A
The
Rams
reaching
Super
Bowl
are
somewhat
emblematic
of
what's
happening
in
the
city
over
the
last
four
to
five
years.
You
know
there
was
a
time
when
no
one
would
ever
think
the
city
of
Inglewood
would
be
a
place
that
the
Girl
Scouts
would
move
from
Marina
del
Rey
from
to.
Nor
would
they
think
that
the
NFL
Network
would
leave
Culver
City
I'm
Tanglewood,
and
you
look
we're
doing
more
than
just
you
know.
The
Le
feel
the
Girl
Scouts
you
look
at
how
we're
changing
the
way
we
operate.
A
We've
changed
the
level
of
security
in
City
Hall,
so
all
of
you
will
be
safe,
we're
we're
internationally
known
now
and
we
would
be
a
target
for
crazy
people
and
so
lest
anyone
think
that
these
security
measures,
which
are
led
by
em,
reward
that
big
good-looking
guy
back
there
they're
not
by
there,
not
by
accident
they're
there
by
design,
because
we
are
becoming
totally
well-rounded.
Our
Police
Department,
as
we
know,
has
done
an
excellent
job.
You
know
one
or
eight
consecutive
year,
the
lowest
crime
rate
in
the
history
of
the
city.
The
reprehensible.
A
People
that
committed,
we
believe,
committed
the
act
of
murder
on
Christmas
Day
against
the
seven
year
old
grandmother
they
were
caught
in
Texas
a
few
days
ago.
They
are
being
charged
with
crimes
in
Texas,
Arizona
and
Nevada.
Before
they're
going
to
be
extradited
here
to
stand
trial
for
this
crime,
the
city
is
moving
on
all
fronts.
Our
emergency
preparedness
group,
headed
by
Brian,
Walker,
assisted
by
Kristen,
Wiig
lover
and
amber.
A
They
have
done
amazing
work,
I'm
buying
with
our
leaders
of
the
cert
team
to
prepare
this
city
to
take
its
place
in
being
safe,
commiserate
with
what
we
are
now
so
I
really
want
to
I
really
want
to
come
in
Brian
Walker,
a
former
assistant
chief
from
the
Los
Angeles
t'me.
He
worked
for
me
and
I
promoted
him
while
I
was
there
and
all
the
staff
here,
including
the
city
manager.
