B
Mayor,
thank
you
just
a
few
reports.
One
wanted
to
congratulate
our
police
officers,
all
the
men
and
women
in
uniform,
our
chief
and
cinder
for
an
excellent
police
night
out
event,
myself,
deputy
and
christine
we
attended
and
had
our
booth
there
and
the
people.
Just
love
us
and
a
few
people
had
questions.
So
you
know
it
was
just
good
to
have
our
office
out.
There
also
wanted
to
congratulate
david
and
keokia
for
a
wonderful
two-day
inglewood,
jazz
festival.
B
Everything
was
excellent,
no
problems
for
both
days,
so
it
was
just
wonderful
inglewood,
continue
up
to
continue
to
keep
up
the
great
work
and
then,
lastly,
my
office
will
be
attending
councilmember,
padilla's
chili
cook-off
this
weekend
on
saturday
we
will
be
there
at
four
o'clock
with
our
voter
registration
booth
so
stop
by
and
also
you
know,
get
some
chili
and
enjoy
the
movie
thereafter.
Thank
you
mayor.
That
concludes.
A
Will
receive
and
file
adjourn
the
joint
powers
authority.
There
are
no
appointments
to
boards
commissions
and
committees.
Now
we
have
open
public
comment
for
one
minute.
Persons
wishing
to
address
the
city
council
on
any
matter
connected
with
city
business,
not
elsewhere,
considered
on
the
agenda
may
do
so
at
this
time.
Are
there
any
callers
operator.
D
Hi
this
is
jim,
an
inglewood
resident.
When
will
the
sofa
park
and
restriction
signs
be
posted
in
district
one,
that's
west
of
van
ness
and
east
of
crenshaw
from
manchester
to
century.
I
know
they're
having
a
pre-season
game
this
weekend
and
wondering
is
site.
Is
there
any
time
will
it?
The
signs
will
be
posted.
A
Here:
here's
what
I
would
recommend
that
you
do
is
you
look
on
the
website
because
I
couldn't
answer
it
off
the
top
of
my
head
and
call
the
parking
division
and
they
can
answer
your
question.
I
Yes,
my
name
is
rocia
romero.
I
have
a
property
on
417.
A
I
Yes,
my
name
is
rosie
romero
and
I
have
a
property
on
west
417,
west
avovada
and
I
30
years
ago.
I
want
to
open
my
salon
there
and
in
order
for
me
to
do
it,
how
to
convert
it
into
commercial
use.
Actually
I
didn't
know
what
I
was
doing,
but
I
want
to
know
if
there's
any
way
I've
been
trying
if
I
can
make
that
into
a
mixed
use
or
turn
it
back
to
residential
I'm
already
65
years,
and
I
don't
know,
I'm
not
going
to
be
going
in
business
any
longer.
I
E
I
I
E
I
Yeah
I
have
dad
asked,
but
about
two
years
ago
before
corvette,
I
had
a
meeting
with
either
modalis
and
christopher
smith
or
robinson
or
jackson,
and
we
had
a
meeting.
It
seemed
like
it
was
possible.
Okay,.
I
G
I'm
delighted
to
share
that
district.
One.
We're
sharing
we're
doing
lunch
program
with
the
seniors.
Our
next
lunch
giveaway
will
be
on
the
17th
and
then
the
last
one
be
on
the
31st.
So
if
you're
a
senior-
and
you
would
like
to
come
out-
it's
free
come
on
out
and
share
a
meal
with
us.
G
That's
right
in
front
of
the
senior
citizen
building,
so
cone
out
enjoy
yourselves.
I
had
the
pleasure
to
meet
with
the
manager
of
vons
marker,
mr
eric
jordan,
and
we
had
a
great
conversation.
G
G
He
he
just
want
customers
at
this
time.
So
anyway,
if
you
go
grocery
shopping,
try,
bonds,
downtown,
vaughns,
okay.
I
also
went
to
the
taste
the
taste
of
englewood
jazz
festival.
G
G
I
would
tell
you
plan
to
put
this
in
your
schedule,
because
it
is
wonderful,
wonderful,
wonderful
and
thank
you
david
and
his
crew.
They
did
a
great
job
and
I
want
to
remind
everybody
that
on
august
27th
I'm
having
my
family
there
in
the
park,
we'll
have
free
food
and
it's
free
to
get
in
the
park
so
come
on
out.
G
Please
don't
forget
to
bring
your
chairs
and
blankets
so
that
you
can
sit
around
on
the
grass
and
enjoy
yourself
so
we'll
have
a
lot
of
games.
So
we're
looking
to
see
you
and
I'm
looking
to
see
the
employees
of
inglewood
show
up
out
there.
So
thank
thank
you
guys,
for
everything.
Have
a
wonderful
day.
A
H
Great
thank
you
mayor
a
couple
of
few
things.
Actually
again,
I
want
to
thank
chief
frontorada,
the
englewood
police
department,
cinder
eller,
and
you
know
all
the
all
the
folks
at
ipd
for
putting
together
a
fantastic
national
night
out,
but
big
kudos
to
our
community,
the
community
that
came
out
to
show
their
support
of
our
inglewood
police
department.
H
So
thank
you
to
everybody.
I
want
to
thank
the
folks
that
participated
in
our
classic
car
show.
We
had
35
to
50
classic
cars
out
there,
and
so
everybody
had
a
fun
time
and
again
just
thank
you
to
our
inglewood's
finest
for
keeping
us
safe
every
single
day.
H
Suffice
it
to
say,
as
you've
heard,
it
was
a
huge
success
and
a
special
thanks
to
david
rice,
keokia
and
the
rest
of
his
staff,
and
also
to
again
to
our
inglewood
police
department
that
was
out
there,
keeping
everybody
safe
and
to
the
community.
They
came
from
all
over.
I
mean
they.
They
were
like
from
santa
santa
barbara
san
bernardino
from
san
diego.
H
You
know
they
came
down
to
the
jazz
festival
to
enjoy
it.
So
david
rice,
you
did
a
great
job
again.
H
I
had
a
chance
this
past
saturday
to
go
to
the
backpack
giveaway
that
was
put
together
by
the
la
care
and
blue
shield
over
on
crenshaw
and
imperial
another
huge
community
event.
Just
again,
the
smiles
on
the
kids
faces
says
it
all.
You
know
they
walked
away
with
their
backpack
with
some
extra
school
supplies
and
they
were,
you
know,
just
happy-go-lucky.
H
This
coming
saturday
in
the
morning
from
10
to
two
english,
unified
school
district
is
doing
their
back
to
school,
fair,
which
will
be
right
behind
city
hall
at
crozier
school
from
10
to
two,
so
please
come
on
out,
they'll
be
giving
away
backpacks
and
other
school
supplies
and
they'll
also
be
some
vendors
out
there
and
then.
Finally,
I
look
forward
to
seeing
everyone
out
there.
This
coming
saturday,
4
00
p.m.
H
E
G
H
F
Thank
you
mayor,
so
I
also
want
to
just
give
a
big
shout
out
to
our
inglewood
police
department,
chief
rontarotta
and
cinda
eller
for
an
amazing
national
night
out
event
had
a
great
time
lots
of
participation
in
the
city
of
englewood
glad
to
see
such
camaraderie
and
just
just
like
a
family
environment
out
there
really
and
just
want
to
thank
a
lot
of
our
residents
that
came
out
to
support
the
event
as
well
and
also
want
to
remind
district
4
that
I
am
having
my
line
dancing
event
this
friday
from
6
30
to
7
30..
F
C
F
Out
there
look
at
how
the
mayor's
looking
at
me
all
right
well
and
then
also
I
am
having
my
back
to
my
back
to
school.
Backpack
event:
that's
gonna
be
saturday
from
10
to
1,
and
it's
going
to
be
in
the
the
crenshaw
shopping
center
right,
just
south
of
the
rite
aid
building,
so
you'll
see
the
cs
out
there
we'll
be
lining
up
on
imperial,
so
come
on
out,
have
a
good
time
and
then
a
lot
of
the
stores
in
that
shopping
center
will
be
having
offering
discounts
and
some
giveaways.
F
So
it's
just
going
to
be
lots
of
great
stuff
and
then
once
you
leave
mine,
I
really
want
everybody
to
go
out
and
support
inglewood,
unified
school
districts,
backpack
event
as
well,
like
councilman
padilla
already
mentioned
so,
and
then
from
there.
We
want
you
to
all
go
to
councilman
padilla's
event
at
four,
so
lots
of
great
fun
this
weekend
for
residents.
So
please
calendar
everything,
make
sure
you
bring
your
babies
out,
make
sure
that
they
get
all
their
goodies
come
out,
have
a
good
time.
It's
it's
inglewood!
E
I
remember
when
we
were
gonna
not
do
the
christmas
tree
lighting,
because
we
were
coming
up
short
on
funds
thomas.
I
know
you
have
pictures
of
me
at
these
events.
Quit
pretending,
I'm
not.
I
didn't
go
the.
I
was
there
too.
E
The
the
the
bottom
line
is,
you
know
these
are
the
fun
years.
There's
no
doubt
about
it.
You
know
we
get
to
show
up
at
these
events
and
just
kind
of
really
enjoy
who
we
are
as
a
city,
our
employees,
I'm
so
grateful
that
you
know
they
they
look
like
they
enjoy
it
to
be
part
of
this
whole
scene.
This
is
a
big
deal.
You
know
our
national
night
out
is
one
of
those
things
where
you
know
you
it
got
big.
E
Then
it
got
small
and
now
it's
back
to
an
event
on
a
tuesday
night,
where
we
can
get
a
few
hundred
people
easy,
maybe
even
more.
I
don't
know
how
many
were
out
there,
but
it
just
it
looked
packed
it
looked
packed
and-
and
it
was
fun,
it
was
fun
so
just
a
day
to
thank
our
police
officers,
I'm
grateful
for
the
relationship
we
have
with
all
our
officers.
E
They
they
like
to
be
here
in
inglewood.
They
enjoy
those
days
and
cinder.
You
know
thank
you
for
all
the
work
you
did
met.
The
guy
who
has
the
inglewood
shop
is
in
district
two
and
he
kept
calling
me
alex.
I
had
to
say
no,
I'm
the
other
mexican
guy
look,
look
there's
another.
E
E
A
lot
of
people
were
coming
from
all
over
and
it
was
true
you
know,
and
and
what
a
relaxing
event
I
know
that
that
event
is
going
to
continue
to
grow
and
every
time
we
get
some
outsiders
in
it's
just
another
opportunity
to
show
everybody
who
we
really
are
we're
knocking
down
that
poor
image
that
was
a
long
time
ago
and
we're
definitely
a
city
that
folks
enjoy
coming
to.
And
you
know
it
is
a
cool
city.
E
At
the
end
of
the
day,
I
enjoy
it,
I'm
enjoying
every
minute
of
those
events,
because
truly
I
do
remember
when
we
were
looking
at
cutting
back
on
every
single
event
we
had.
So
that
being
said,
you
know
just
enjoy
your
events
this
weekend.
We
have
three
great
events,
so
hope
to
see
you
guys
out
there.
Thank
you
thanks
mayor
you're,
welcome.
A
Now
I
am
the
council
member
with
no
pictures,
I
guess,
but
I
don't
want
to
tell
you
this,
the
the
national
night
out
what
was
really
oh,
my
god.
Okay
national
night
out
was
so
nice.
It
was
so
chill
there
were
so
many
people,
it
was
just
it
was
just
beautiful.
It
was
such
a
great.
It
was
such
a
great
environment
and
we
had
a
great
time
I
want
to.
I
want
to
thank
the
pd.
A
They
had
the
swat
truck
out
there.
You
know
I
spent
12
years
in
swat,
and
so
it
was
really
good
to
hang
with
those
guys
we
had
so
many
beautiful
children
come
out.
It's
just,
I
don't
know
we're
just
a
whole
different
place.
That's
that's.
Holly
mitchell
used
to
be
a
state
center,
she's,
a
county
supervisor
now
and
everybody
had
a
great
time
at
the
taste
of
inglewood.
The
jazz
thing
same
thing,
everybody's
just
all,
just
feeling
good
I
mean
we
don't
even
have
problems
anymore.
A
We
don't
no
fights,
no
arguing
everybody's
just
chill.
So
all
the
compliments
to
the
staff
compliments
to
cinder.
She
was,
you
know
the
the
spark
plug
behind
national
night
out
thanks
to
david
rice
and
keokia,
and
so
the
good
times
just
roll
on
in
inglewood.
So
thank
you,
everybody
and
with
that
we're
adjourned.
Thank
you.
