the
pledge
of
allegiance.
Put
you

in
over
your
heart.

two
nine
two
five
pound
wait
three
seconds
and
press
pound
again.
First
we'll
check
the
library

are
there,
it
looks
like
there
are.
No,
oh,
there
is
one
person
waiting,
sir.
Please
give
us
your

Okay,.

F
B
Sir
yeah,
I
think
we
have
some
confusion
and
and
what
I,
what
I
need
you
to
do
is
leave
your
phone
number
for
that
good.
Looking
gentleman,
that's
standing
there!
Next
to
you
your
name
and
your
phone
number,
and
someone
will
call
you
will
work
this
out,
but
I
do
want
to
let
people
know
that
we
extend
the
deadline
to
register
for
my
from
january
from
october.

With
that,
we'll
close
public
comment
and
we'll
go
to
it
looks
like
dr1.
E
G
Afternoon,
members
of
the
council
and
members
of
the
public
so
nice
to
see
everyone's
face
now.
Yes,
the
recommendation
is
that
you
conduct
a
public
hearing
today
and
take
a
public
comment.
Pl
approve
the
revised
draft
2020
21
consolidated
annual
performance
evaluation
report
for
submission
to
hud.
If
city
council
will
recall
in
december,
they
we
submitted
the
caper
report
and
since
then,
hud
has
responded
and
requested
that
we
update
some
some
descriptions
in
the
caper
report
and
make
it
a
little
more
clear
in
the
notification
of
the
commenting
period
for
this
report.
H
Hi,
first
of
all,
I
was
on
the
line
at
the
beginning.
During
the
public
comments
section,
I
did
press
pound.
The
operator
did
say
that
my
hand
has
been
raised.
However,
I
was
not
called
upon
so
that
I
could
speak
so
I
want
to
speak
on
that
first,
but
I
also
have
something
to
say
about
this
public
hearing
item
ph1.
D
I
H
I
second
I
second
mr
essary
motion.
I
do
believe
that
you
guys
should
not
approved
this
resolution,
so
considering
the
fact
that,
less
than
a
month
ago,
the
city
held
the
super
bowl
here,
the
largest
event
in
the
entire
country,
attracting
over
100
000
people
who
did
not
wear
masks
the
city
council
members
who
attended
did
not
wear
masks.
We
had
the
taste
of
inglewood,
no
one
were
mad.
None
of
the
city
council
members
or
the
mayor
wore
mass.
H
In
fact
the
mayor
and
all
of
the
city
council
members
and
everybody
that's
sitting
up
in
there
right
now
do
not
have
on
mass.
Nor
are
you
guys
even
socially
distant,
so
it
seems
pretty
clear
that
there
are
no
longer
that
there
is
no
longer
need
to
have
mass
or
to
keep
the
public
out
of
the
city
council
meetings
or
city
buildings.
H
H
This
is
on
pr1.
This
was
on
dr-1
the
city
attorney's
office,
recommending
that
you
approve
the
resolution
to
keep
the
community
from
attending
the
city
council
meetings.
That's
what
I
was
just
speaking
on.
H
You
know
you
guys
are
saying
that
there's
a
health
emergency
and
that's
why
we
are
not
allowed
in
yet
none
of
you
guys
are
socially
distanced.
None
of
you
guys
have
on
mass.
So
it's
pretty
clear
that
you're
hiding
behind
the
guise
of
a
health
emergency
to
keep
the
public
out,
and
that
is
what
we
have
an
issue
with
and
I'll
go
on
to
the
second
part,
I
did
submit
questions
to
you
guys
for
ph
one
mayor,
but
did
you
receive
it.
B
H
Let's
ask
them
publicly
as
as
well
mayor
butts
and
hopefully
the
public
can
get
some
answers.
So,
according
to
the
2021
paper
draft,
the
city
was
allocated
one
million
eight
hundred
and
sixty
three
thousand
one
hundred
and
seventy
eight
dollars
in
cdbg
cv
funds
for
the
purposes
of
rent
release
during
the
kobe
19
pandemic.
H
I
want
to
know
how
much
money
is
left
and
when
the
remaining
money
will
be
dispersed
to
the
residents
who
have
filed
the
necessary
paperwork
and
recertification,
also
on
page
12
of
your
report
mayor,
but
it
states
that
1
million
61
282
has
been
allotted
to
rental
assistance
with
91
of
those
funds
being
depleted.
H
B
Run
a
council
meeting
now,
if
you
wanted
a
quick
answer
within
your
three
minutes
and
mr.
J
G
H
J
B
So,
anyway,
about
of
the
1.8
million
and
just
real
quick,
you
know
how
many
people
have
been
helped
and
and
our
plans
for
to
continue
to
try
and
make
awards
from
these
funds.
G
As
of
today's
date,
this
is
a
rough
approximation
about
300.
000
has
been
sent
out
to
landlords
and
tenants
for
the
rental
assistance
program.
The
people
that
are
on
the
list
are
being
assisted
and,
as
they
provide
all
the
necessary
documents,
we're
able
to
issue
those
payments
for
those
those
landlords
and
tenants.
B
Okay,
so
it's
a
matter
of
process
is
that
right
I
mean
we
can
have
the
funds,
but
people
have
to
get
into
the
process,
provide
the
documents,
because
we
have
to
ensure
that
there's
not
fraud
and
we
have
to
ensure
that
people
that
put
in
for
the
funds
are
qualified
to
receive
them,
and
so
then
it
becomes
become
dependent
on
people
applying
and
submitting
their
documents.
Is
that
correct?
That
is
correct?.
J
Yes,
I'm.
I
would
like
to
speak
with
mr
chavez.
He
was
just
on
he's
with
the
housing
I
have
I
wanted
to
know.
I
I've
been
hearing
all
sorts
of
things,
that's
coming
from
newspapers
and
everything
and
about
the
hood
program
with
the
money
that
has
been.
You
know
that
came
to
you
to
the
city
of
englewood,
for
rent
release
release
and
also
that
they
had.
I
have
called
down
there.
J
I've
come
down
there
when,
when
we
were
open
to
come
in
there
and
I've
been
told
that
there
wasn't
any
any,
you
have
to
be
on
a
fill
out,
a
notch
fill
out
an
application.
There
was
no
money
one
time
then
another
time
they
told
me
that
I
just
missed
the
deadline
of
filling
out
the
form.
J
Then
I
called
I
called
just
before.
I
came
on
this
line
and
spoke
with
one
of
the
advisors,
housing
advisors,
and
I
would
like
to
know
all
of
this
information.
That's
that's
on.
That's
in
the
newspaper
that's
on
here
telling
us
about
inglewood
or
our
rent
release
that
okay.
B
J
Okay
well
35.
What
was
it?
35
was
from
biden
and
then
a
million
was
given
and
then
the
last
total
they
gave
me
was
244,
not
300
000
that
was
has
been
given
out
to
them.
When
I
went
down
there,
I've
been
on
a
wait
list
since
2019
for-
and
I
just
spoke
with
the
advisor-
and
I
says
2019,
but
it's
a
separate
list
from
the
from
that.
J
I
wasn't
informed
about
the
culvert
19
rent
release,
so
otherwise
I
would
have
filled
out
an
application,
I'm
a
senior
citizen
and
to
help
with
with
my
rent.
I
I
wanted
to
find
out
all
the
information
that
I
possibly
can
and
who
do
I
talk
to
there,
but
so
I
can
find
out
how
how
and
when
and
I
can
go
about
taking
care
of
that.
D
B
All
right,
thank
you
with
that.
We'll
close
public
comment:
if
there
were
no
council
comments,
is
there
a
motion.
L
E
Thank
you,
sir,
would
would
like
to
wish
all
of
our
women
a
happy
international
women's
day.
We
are
beautiful,
we're
brave,
smart,
lovable
kind
and
so
much
more
be
reminded
that
we
are
enough
and
always
will
be.
I
would
like
to
remind
our
residents
that
we
will
have
our
third
redistricting
public
hearing
next
week
march,
the
15th
at
2
o'clock
p.m.
Please
remember
that
all
of
your
draft
maps
are
due
by
march.
The
10th,
which
is
tomorrow
at
10
o'clock,
am
also.
E
E
Council
members,
dotson
padilla
all
right
morales.
Excuse
me
mayor.
Let
me
retract
that
housing
authority
members
dotson
padilla
morales
fogg.
I
chairman
buds.
B
K
I
wanted
to
ask
what
would
be
the
proper
method
to
arrange
a
meeting
with
my
team
of
of
experts.
I
want
to
see
about
placing
solar
systems
on
city
buildings
like
the
the
public
library.
You
know,
other
other.
You
know
county
city
buildings
that
could
benefit
from
that.
I
understand
that
california
is
going
to
be
pushing
towards
clean
energy.
K
You
know
renewable
energy
by
2045,
as
you
know
stated
by
the
the
governor,
and
I
know,
there's
like
the
halfway
mark
where
they
want
to
get
to
you
know
about
fifty
percent
clean
renewable
energy
by
I
think
20
20
25.
I
believe
it
was-
and
I
spoke
with
the
library
manager
here
at
the
inglewood
public
library
she
mentioned
that
that's
something
that
they
want
to
move
towards.
So
I
just
want
to
know
who
I
can
contact
for
that.
K
C
Thank
you,
mr
mayor
councilman,.
C
Re-Re-Evaluation
actually,
the
redoing
of
the
outdoor
basketball
court
ed
rogers
park
this
past
sunday.
I
wanted
to
thank
hbo
for
the
renovation,
which
was
done
in
conjunction
with.
C
Winning
time
and
david
flores
winning
time
is
a,
I
guess,
a
synopsis
of
the
red,
the
rise
of
the
lakers
dynasty.
So
it's
going
to
be
on
hbo.
If
you
have
hbo
it'll,
be
a
whole
series,
so
please
tune
in
with
that.
I'd
like
to
wish
all
the
women
international
women's
day
and
enjoy
with
that.
L
Thank
you
mayor,
just
a
reminder
for
those
folks
that
signed
up
for
the
pet
vaccination
clinic
that's
this
sunday
at
the
district
2
community
center
from
9
to
12..
L
If
you
did
not
get
a
chance
to
sign
up,
because
I
know
folks
have
been
calling
my
office
and
inquiring
for
the
next
one,
we
we
will
try
to
have
a
date
for
the
next
one
at
next
tuesday's
council
meeting,
so
just
be
patient.
I
know
people
are
waiting
for
that
and
we'll
be
doing
a
shredding
event,
as
folks
are
getting
closer
to
getting
all
your
paperwork.
L
Together
from
your
taxes,
you're
going
to
run
into
papers,
you
no
longer
need
so
we'll
be
providing
a
shredding
service.
Courtesy
of
republic
services
they'll
be
putting
that
together
for
us
again
at
the
district,
2
community
center
date
and
time
to
follow.
That
being
said,
have
a
great
week.
Thank
you.
I
Thanks
mayor
just
want
to
wish
everyone
a
happy
women's
day
today
and
then
also
announce
that
crenshaw
imperial
will
be
having
an
event
for
the
kids.
It
will
happen
this
saturday
march
12th.
I
believe
it
starts
at
11
a.m.
It
should
be
a
fun
event
for
the
family,
so
check
that
out.
If
you're
looking
for
something
to
do
on
saturday-
and
that's
all
I
have
mayor
thanks.
B
Okay,
so
we're
going
to
continue
for
a
few
weeks
to
open
up
the
library
lecture
hall.
B
Okay
operator
is
there
another
caller.
J
B
B
Everybody
else
could
get
in
so
I
think
that
there
may
be
some
mischievousness
afoot.
I
think
we'll.
I
B
B
Efforts
that
have
been
made
to
totally
rehabilitate
our
recreate
recreational
facilities
for
our
children
very
proud
that
our
primary
focus
in
the
midst
of
all
of
our
progress
has
not
forgotten
and
focused
on
our
children.
And
of
course
I
would
be
remiss
if
I
didn't
mention
the
over
18
million
dollars
that
was
poured
into
the
old
security
bank.
