A
Yeah,
okay,
so
thank
you
for
for
being
out
here
we're
right
now
we're
celebrating
our
Jackie
Robinson
weekend.
We
have
a
a
game
with
the
Inca
would
severely,
which
is
our
local
travel
ball
team
that
actually
started
playing
here
at
Rogers.
Park
I
have
coach
Maurice
here
with
us
and
he'll
say
a
couple
words
but
bottom
line:
is
they
brought
quality
baseball
back
to
the
city
of
Inglewood
along
that
line?
A
What
they
did
was
they
connected
with
Club
42,
which
is
a
non-profit
who
starts
to
bring
communities
together
and
reinvigorate
parks
in
the
communities
that
need
it.
So
here
we
have
John.
Branca
was
here
representing
the
club
42,
but
what
we're
doing
is
we're
putting
together
communities
I
mean
most
of
the
folks
that
are
coming
from
Thousand,
Oaks
and
beverly.
Hills
are
joining
in
that
team
and
playing
with
the
folks
and
and
children
here
from
the
city
of
Inglewood,
which
is
kind
of
what
Jackie
Robinson
stood
for
and
that's
the
spirit
of
the
day.
A
It's
the
spirit
of
the
game
and
it's
the
spirit
of
the
teams
that
are
here
and
moving
forward.
The
the
city
of
Inglewood
team,
which
is
the
Englewood
City
elite,
which
is
a
premier
baseball
program
for
13
and
under,
is
going
to
be
playing
tournaments
and
so
far
they've
represented
the
city
very
well,
as
you.
B
B
English
team
is
inner
city,
elite
baseball
ice
and
so
you're
going
to
see
the
kids
out
here
wearing
their
uniforms
playing
baseball
and
doing
something
that
they
enjoy
doing
it's
not
every
day
that
these
kids
get
an
opportunity
to
play
at
a
field
like
we
have
here
at
Rogers
Park,
and
so
it's
an
exciting
day
for
all
of
us
here
in
England
and
we're
looking
forward
to
an
exciting
season
as
well.
Thank
you.
Yes,.
C
I
am
coach
larice
with
Inglewood
City
elite
and
as
councilman
Morales
Tatum
we're
bringing
baseball
back
to
the
singing
city
of
Inglewood,
we're
providing
kids
and
opportunity
that
they
otherwise
would
not
have.
As
far
as
academic
prep
and
top-quality
baseball.
Kids
are
coming
from
the
valley
to
play
baseball
here
in
Inglewood,
and
also
the
kids
in
Inglewood
are
given
opportunities
to
go
to
school
and
in
the
valley.
Thanks
to
the
generosity
of
the
city
of
Inglewood,
they
provided
us
a
three-year
agreement
to
utilize
the
field
and
again
partnering
with
organizations
such
as
club.
C
D
We
we
form
club
42
on
the
Jackie,
Robinson
principles
of
equality
of
opportunity,
competitive
greatness,
and
we
have
an
integrated
team
which
was
important
to
us
and
we're
thrilled
to
be
part
of
the
Renaissance
of
this
great
city
of
Inglewood
and
to
be
down
here
at
Rogers,
Park
42
park
to
play
Saturday
nights.
And
for
me
it
was
a
speciality
important.
My
uncle
Ralph
played
with
Jackie
Robinson
1947.
D
He
was
a
rookie
21
game
winner
winner
with
Jackie,
and
he
had
a
lifelong
relationship
with
both
Jackie
and
Rachel
and
Rachel
at
picton
to
be
one
of
the
pallbearers
at
Jackie's
funeral.
So
for
me,
if
there's
a
lot
of
personal
in
this
and
so
I
was
thrilled
to
both
help
form
club,
42
and
then
come
here
to
Inglewood,
so
we
appreciate
the
opportunity
councilman.
Thank
you
it.
Thank
you.
E
That's
a
great
present,
it's
a
amazing
that
they
have
the
organization
and
the
kids
that
they
have
here
and
the
teams
that
they
have
with
so
little
I
guess
financial
help.
John
has
done
a
terrific
job.
With
these
kids,
they
seem
to
vary,
be
very
disciplined
when
I
was
I
in
control
of
Major
League
Baseball
in
the
development
part
of
the
Academy's.
E
F
The
generosity
of
club
42
investing
over
35
to
40
thousand
dollars
to
resurface
and
make
this
field
great
quality
for
our
kids.
You
know
we
have
a
lot
of
great
things
going
on
in
city
of
being
would
right
now.
You
know
the
form
the
NFL
is
going
to
join
us
in
2019,
but
the
really,
the
main
reason
we
do.
