from
that
of

the
new
version
must
be
used.

attempt

pay

amount
of
overdue
rent,

specifies
that
it
must
be
applied
to
prospective
rent,
which
means
it
cannot
be
applied
to
covet

rental
debt.

amount

2021
payments
may
be
applied
to
overdue
rent.

receives
written
consent
from
the
