Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
Okay,
great,
thank
you.
Welcome
to
our
july
city
administration,
once
again
virtual
meeting,
so
we'll
call
to
order.
I
will
ask
if
anyone
has
any
modifications
that
we
need
to
make
to
the
agenda
at
all,
looks
like
mike
thorn's
in
the
waiting
room
dan.
B
Nope,
okay:
we
have
minutes
from
june.
Does
someone
want
to
move
the
minutes?
I
see?
Graham?
Is
there
a
second
rob?
Thank
you
all,
those
in
favor
of
approving
our
minutes
from
june
duckweek.
You,
I
okay,
but
thank
you
so
that
was
unanimous
statements
from
the
public
we
had.
One
comment
submitted
from
a
patricia
mcintosh
related
to
5g
stating
5g,
is
a
health
threat,
is
not
good
for
communities,
health
and
wildlife.
Don't
put
us
at
risk
for
something
that
isn't
necessary
and
I
did
not
receive
any
other
communications
to
ca.
C
Thanks
deb,
so
this
is
funding
of
traffic
signal
replacement.
C
Stewart
estate,
mlk
stuart
hugo,
lincoln
cuba,
tompkins
resolution,
whereas
the
city
of
ithaca
has
received
a
pedestrian
safety
action
plan,
grant
which
includes
improvements
at
the
signalized
intersections
of
east
mlk,
junior
east
state
street
at
stuart
avenue,
cougar
street
and
lincoln
street
and
kyuger
street
and
tompkins
street,
and
whereas
the
grant
only
covers
construction
of
pedestrian
safety
enhancements
such
as
pedestrian
signal
heads
and
push
buttons,
and
whereas
the
signal
equipment
at
these
intersections
is
nearing
the
end
of
its
useful
life
and
whereas
the
signal
head
at
the
intersection
of
kyogre
and
lincoln
is
low
enough,
that
it
was
recently
struck
by
a
truck
and
cannot
function
properly
as
a
result
and
whereas
there
would
be
an
increased
cost
to
build.
C
Only
the
pedestrian
improvements
now
and
the
full
reconstruction
later
and
whereas
the
traffic
signal
and
the
intersection
of
cube
at
lincoln
cannot
function
properly
without
fifteen
thousand
dollars
of
equipment
replacement.
That
can
be
reused
at
other
intersections.
At
a
later
time
now,
therefore
be
resolved.
C
That
common
council
approves
the
funding
175
thousand
dollars
of
the
construction
cost
beyond
the
grant,
funded
improvements
to
reconstruct
the
traffic
signals
at
the
signalized
intersections
of
east
mlk,
junior
east
state
street
and
stuart
avenue,
kyogre
street
and
lincoln
street
and
kyogre
street
and
tonkin
street,
and
be
it
further
resolved
that
common
council
approves
fifteen
thousand
dollars
in
equipment.
B
D
Sure
yeah
we
received
the
pedestrian
safety
action
plan,
grant.
It
was
a
competitive
grant
throughout
the
state
and
competing
against
other
cities
in
the
region.
It
was
100
funding,
we
didn't
have
any
match
for
it.
It
includes
these
are
the
primary
locations
there's
also
some
pedestrian
push
buttons
at
other
locations,
but
the
the
majority
of
the
scope
is
to
do
these
three
signals
and
it's
just
a
really
good
opportunity
to
get
good
value.
D
Out
of
this,
like
I
said
in
the
memo,
it's
nearing
its
end
of
its
useful
life,
and
so
I
feel
like
we'll
have
to
invest
money
in
here
anyway,
and
we'll
save
a
lot
of
the
costs
of
mobilization,
maintenance
and
protection
of
traffic
to
do
it
now,
and
a
lot
of
the
infrastructure
is
going
to
be
built
with
the
money
from
the
grant.
D
It's
not
a
time,
obviously,
when
I'm
interested
in
asking
for
a
lot
of
money,
but
this
is
something
that
I
think
could
will
save
us
money
over
the
next
five
years.
E
Hi
eric,
you
made
an
excellent
argument
for
spending
this
money
in
your
attachment
to
the
resolution
I
have
in
normal
times.
I
I
wouldn't
think
twice
about
this
whole
thing,
but
the
fifteen
thousand
dollars
is
not
really
associated
with
the
grant
and
if
we
didn't
spend
that
money,
the
intersection
of
lincoln
and
cayuga
would
basically
stay
a
four-way
stop
correct.
D
D
Oh,
it's
a
it's
a
viable
choice.
I
think
it's
a
matter
of.
I
mean
it's
pretty
recently
that
it
got
struck.
I
think
it
could
function
that
way.
I
don't
think
it's
optimal
and
I
think
with
the
investment
that
we
would
make
there
it's.
I
want
to
make
the
point
in
the
memo
that
it's
not
wasted
money,
that's
going
to
go
here
and
not
not
be
able
to
be
used
somewhere
else.
It's
it's
really
equipment
that
backup
equipment
that
we
kind
of
need,
probably
at
other
locations.
D
In
my
conversations
with
john
moragne,
the
city
electrician,
so
that's
why
I've
asked
for
it.
I
think
I
think
it
could
function.
As
is.
I
haven't
gotten
a
lot
of
feedback
from
the
neighborhood
since
we
went
to
the
all
way
flash
for
the
stop
signs.
You
know
just
initially
people
had
requested
the
supplemental
stop
sign,
so
we
put
those
in.
I
haven't
heard
a
lot
of
feedback
since
that
time,
so
I
think
things
are
probably
operating
okay,
but
those
type
of
stop
signs.
I
don't
know
you
know
eventually
they
may
be
removed
by
folks.
D
You
know
there
could
be
possibilities
there.
So
that's
why
I
want
to
install
permanent
ones.
I'd
prefer
that,
be
it
a
three
color
signal.
I
think
it
operates
better,
but
it
I
think
we
could
get
through
with
it
until
at
which
time
we
could
do
this
full
reconstruction,
but
it
would
be
better
if
we
didn't.
E
D
D
That
could
function
as
a
four-way
stop.
I
think
what
we're
looking
for
there
is
eventually
doing
some
detection
so
that
it
would
just
be
a
more
basically
snappy
traffic
signal
and
it
would
work
pretty
well
that
way,
but
it's
been
functioning,
you
know
with
always
stop
and
that's
been
pretty
fine
too.
It's
that's
a
really
low
volume,
intersection.
E
Right
right
so
could
that
could
that
I
mean
I'm
thinking
the
way,
I
think,
could
that
light
be
moved
to
the
corner
of
lincoln
and
cayuga
are.
D
You
there
we've
talked
about
that
john
and
I
I
don't
think
we
really
have
the
capacity
to
do
that
right
now
internally
and
to
do
it
externally
would
be
pretty
costly.
So
I
think
I'd
prefer
to
leave
that
in
place
and
then
see
you
know
once
there's
a
little
bit
of
redevelopment.
That
area
see
what
the
new
traffic
volumes
look
like
to
you,
okay,
that
was
the
other
piece
of
where
we
would
hesitate
to
make
a
long-term
commitment
there.
Until
we
see
how
that
looks,
post.
E
D
Yeah,
that's
why
I
put
two
different,
whereas
in
there
in
the
resolution
in
case
I
anticipated-
maybe
some
folks
that
have
reservations
about
that
piece.
You
know
like
I
said
I
think
we
can
get
by
it's
a
better.
It's
a
better
situation
with
it
functioning
as
it
normally
would.
But
given
the
times
we're
in,
I
don't
have
any
indication
that
it's
unsafe
doing
what
it's
doing
today.
E
F
C
Eric
yeah,
I
I
appreciate
your
honesty
in
that
I,
on
the
second
page
of
the
memo
you've
got,
you
do
say
this
is
the
only
project
that
you'll
be
asking
for
funding
for
in
2021..
I
guess
my
question
is
suppose.
Another
track
comes
along
and
hits
some
more
signals.
Presumably
we're
going
to
have
to
to
address
that
as
well.
So
I.
C
Here,
if
you're
confident
that
it's
not
an
issue
of
safety
of
that
intersection,
I
might
be
inclined
to
try
and
save
us
some
some
funding
now,
just
in
case
some
future
things
develop
over
the
past
year.
But
I
appreciate
the
thoroughness
of
the
memo
there.
So
thanks.
D
Sure
yeah
no
problem,
yeah
and
yeah
I've
been
thinking
that
same
thing.
I
don't.
There
hasn't
been
too
many
instances
where
a
truck
has
come
through
and
hit
that
signal
in
the
past
that
I'm
aware
of
so
I
don't
know
how
likely
that
it'll
happen
the
next
few
months,
but
it
certainly
could
you're
right
yep
thanks.
H
Laura
yeah,
thank
you
eric
for
this
memo
and
also
thank
you
for
responding
so
very
quickly.
By
putting
up
the
four
stop
signs
at
cayuga
and
lincoln,
I
witnessed
a
couple
of
near
misses
and
then
I
understand
there
was
a
fender
bender.
I
hope
it
was
a
fender
bender,
at
least
at
the
intersection,
and
you
say
that
the
full
construction
is
likely
to
be
a
year
from
now,
while
the
stop
signs
are
sufficient
in
this
weather.
I
do
have
some
concerns
about
stop
signs
through
the
winter.
D
D
Yeah,
you
know
it's
tough
to
project,
it's
not
a
really
sharp
incline
or
anything
like
that.
Coming
into
the
location,
I
know
a
lot
of
times
the
police
will
put
signalized
locations
into
flash
when
there
is
a
high
grade
coming
in.
So
there's
not
that
there's
no
reason
for
me
to
believe
that
would
be
the
case
I
wouldn't
actually.
What
I
wouldn't
do
is
to
put
the
side
streets
in
red
and
the
main
street
on
yellow,
because
I
think
there
is
some
sight
distance
limitations
there.
D
I
had
an
intern
look
at
this
location
actually
a
couple
years
ago
and
evaluate
whether
or
not
we
needed
the
signal
at
all
there,
and
I
think
we
came
back
with
the
answer.
Is
yes
so
yeah?
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know
if
it
would
it's
hard
to
tell
if
that
would
create
any
kind
of
safety
issues
to
the
winner
it
would
there
be
more
maintenance
issues
we
may
have
to
bag.
D
B
A
I
was
wondering
when
you
say
that
it
is
working
okay,
now,
once
school
starts
up
again
in
the
in
the
school
buses
start
running
up
and
down
cayuga
street
I
mean
the
traffic
is
gonna.
The
traffic
volumes
are
gonna
change,
quite
a
bit
we
haven't
had.
We
haven't
had
high
school
traffic
for
the
last
months.
What
do
you
think
about
that?.
D
I
don't
think
it's
yeah,
so
I
think
you'd
see
some
significant
cues
there,
certainly,
but
I
don't
see
like
and
a
lot
some
of
that
bus
traffic
you're
talking
about
obviously
doesn't
make
its
way
all
the
way
down
to
cascadilla,
though
of
course,
when
we
put
the
stop
signs
in
on
kyuge
cascadilla,
there's
some
cues,
but
it's
actually
less
than
I
even
thought
it
would
be
so
yeah.
I
don't
see
it
spilling
back
past
the
jason
intersections
too
regularly.
B
B
B
I
can
tell
you.
We
also
have
a
lot
more
pedestrian
traffic
now
in
that
neighborhood,
so
my
concern
would
also
be
for
pedestrians
crossing
in
that
intersection
moving
forward,
especially
if
school
does
open
up.
There
are
a
tremendous
number
of
students
that
walk
from
various
directions
of
the
city
and
they
all
end
up
converging
at
that
intersection
really
in
order
to
get
in
order
to
get
to
school.
B
So
I
just
my
reservation
to
not
try
to
do
it
now
is
thinking
about
what
ideally
do
we
want
at
that
location
in
the
long
term,
and
I
think
it
would
be
improved
pedestrian
if
we
were
able
to
do
it
steve?
What's
fifteen
thousand
dollars
to
us
right
now?
What
else
could
we
do
with
it?
Is
this
a
priority.
I
Well,
I
did
just
a
couple
notes
here:
this
project
actually
was
approved
by
council
back
at
the
end
of
I
think
it
was
november
of
2018..
I
That's
right
so
and
eric
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
but
so
the
total
project
is
approved,
so
you're
not
talking
about
new
money
here,
at
least
for
this
part
of
it
now
the
15
000.
I
don't
know
if
the
15
000
could
be
incorporated
into
that
590
000
authorization
eric.
I
guess
you
would
have
to
answer
that
for
me.
I
Right
so
it
would
be,
it
would
be
new
money
it.
You
know
it's,
it's
not
a
ton
of
money,
but
obviously
every
little
bit
helps
at
this
point
in
time.
So
it's
really
about
the
safety
of
that
intersection
and
I'll
have
to
say
that
this
intersection
brings
back
bad
memories
for
me,
because
my
daughter
was
hit
by
a
vehicle
crossing
the
street
there
on
lincoln,
coming
back
from
school
from
high
school
one
one
day
so
it
I
definitely
safety
concerns
once
the
school
is
back
in
session.
E
Yeah,
I
I
work
in
that
neighborhood
yep
and
I
I
agree.
It's
it's
a
lot
of
kids
coming
back
and
forth
to
school.
I
know
a
young
girl
who
was
hit.
I
don't
know
if
it
was
that
intersection
or
one
nearby,
but
to
be
clear
what
what
would
keeping
things
the
way
they
are
currently,
how
would
that
make
things
less
safe
than
if
we
went
back
to
a
light?
That
is
what
has
been
there
up
until
it
was
hit.
D
D
You
know
with
the
the
amount
of
traffic
that's
there
and
the
imbalance
between
the
main
street
and
the
side
street,
it's
how
it
works
most
efficiently,
and
so,
when
things
get
inefficient,
you
know
people
get
a
little
bit
antsy
and
that's
sometimes
when
things
you
know
can
go
wrong.
So
I
do
think
of
the
two
having
it
function
as
a
full
signal
is
in
general,
safer.
But
I
can't
I
can't
speak
too,
specifically
the
risk
there.
It's
increased.
We
haven't
looked
at
it
that
closely.
B
D
D
Would
yeah
I'm
sorry
so
the
175
on
all
three
traffic
signals
the
grant.
What
the
grant
would
do
would
basically
build
like
the
push
buttons
and
the
the
heads
that
show
you
when
to
walk
and
when
not
to
walk,
but
this
and
that's
covered
at
100
through
the
grant,
and
that
covers
roughly
two-thirds
of
the
cost
of
the
signal.
So
we
would
be
covering,
like
the
other
third
of
that,
in
order
to
get
a
full
rebuild
in
it
and
a
brand
new
signal.
Yep.
B
J
Yeah,
I'm
just
wondering
if
you
know
the
concern
is
funding
this
additional
15
000
or
you
know
being
able
to
authorize
that
steve.
I
know
in
the
past
that
we've
fixed
traffic
signals
and
traffic
lights
before
out
of
that
emergency
fund.
J
I
don't
know
if
that's
a
possibility
that
makes
this
decision
a
little
bit
easier,
but
you
know
that's
money.
That's
already
authorized
for
things
like
this
that
pop
up,
just
I'm
just
throwing
it
out
there.
D
B
D
Probably
to
be
determined
at
this
point,
how
that
will
is
my
guess
I
I
don't.
I
don't
know
specifically
be
honest
with
you.
I
did.
I
did
actually
get
a
note
here
because,
because
of
george's
question
about
the
likelihood
of
the
signal
being
hit
again
by
a
truck-
and
I
think
that
john
said,
he
will
be
able
to
raise
it
a
bit
where
he
thinks
it's
a.
I
Yeah,
certainly
we
could
use
that
money
as
long
as
it's
you
know
hasn't
been
authorized
or
budgeted
for
some
other
funds.
I
know
it's,
you
know
we
annually
put
money
in
there
just
in
case
of
items
coming
up,
but
I
know
mike
usually
has
kind
of
an
idea
where
he's
spending
that
money
on
so
as
long
as
as
long
as
it
fits
within
the
current
authorization.
I
don't,
I
don't
see
a
problem
of
using
those
funds
for
this
purpose.
C
I
mean
you
said
rolling
the
dice,
I
mean
I,
I
guess
we
have
to
make
a
judgment,
but
I
think
eric.
You
said
that
this
equipment
could
then
be
if
it
was
put
in
here.
It
could
be
moved
anywhere
else
in
the
city
and
it
would
be
useful
right.
I
mean
it's
not
like
we'd.
Never
use
this
again.
It's
going
to
sit
in
storage.
Is
that
correct
or.
D
That's
correct,
yeah
we
wanted
to
you
know
I
wanted
to
be
sure
of
that
with
john
it's
something
that
I
think
he
he
really
feels
like.
He
pretty
much
needs
anyway,
because
you
know
there
are
other
signal
heads
in
the
city
that
could
be
hit
at
any
time,
and
you
know
this.
One
is
one
where
we
can
at
least
debate
somewhat
and
say
you
know:
could
it
function
and
get
through
until
the
meantime,
if
it
happened
at
state
and
steward
there'd
be
no
question
that
it
can't
function?
As
is
you
know?
D
That's
just
it's
you
know,
mlk
and
and
steward
is
just
yeah.
It
would
be
a
big
problem,
so
I
think
I
think
it
would
be
wise
to
have
this
just
for
the
flexibility
of
being
able
to
use
it
in
anywhere
where
a
signal
head
could
be
hit,
whether
it
be
six
corners
or
state
and
stuart,
or
even
tompkins
and
kuga.
I
think
that
the
height
of
that
signal
is
similar
to
this
one.
D
C
E
B
E
I
Okay,
yeah
just
a
question
for
eric
just
so
so
we
currently
have
a
project
authorized
at
590
000,
that's
the
total
grant.
So
if
we
go
forward
with
the
resolutions,
we
would
be
increasing
if
we
include
the
15
000,
the
authorization
authorization
of
the
project
by
190,
000
right,
correct
right,
so
the
total
would
be
780
thousand
dollars.
I
So
I
will
have
to
just
make
up
some
wording
for
the
final
resolution
that
goes
to
council
just
to
to
note
that
the
authorized
we're
amending
the
original
authorization
to
to
whatever
you
all
decide
tonight,
just
so
everybody's
clear.
B
So
is
this
urgent
that
we
should?
Is
it
urgent
enough
that
we
I
mean,
I
don't
want
to
make
extra
work
and
it's
a
little
crazy.
So
do
we
want
to
bring
it
back
to
ca
with
better
language,
or
can
we
just
move
it
to
council
as
long
as
we
all
understand
the
concept
of
what
we're
doing
and
then
knowing
that
steve
will
give
us
a
different
version
of
it
for
the
council
packet.
D
Yeah
and
it's
not
even
so
much
driven
by
the
replacement
of
the
signal
head,
it's
actually
more
the
larger
project,
just
because
I
got
a
call
from
the
dot
several
weeks
ago
and
said
we
need
to
obligate
these
funds
or
you
may
lose
your
whole
grant,
and
so
that's
that's
really
the
key.
We
need
to
obligate
these
funds
right.
E
B
E
As
long
as
we
can
make
language
that
makes
the
fifteen
thousand
dollars
not
new
money
and
instead
gets
it
from
the
emergency
fund,
I'm
fine
with
waiting
until
that
language
is
in
the
common
council
packet.
I
guess
okay.
B
B
I
Yeah
so
yeah,
that's
fine
and
I'll.
Do
that
and
it's
just
basically,
you
know
we're
going
to
amend
the
product.
The
current
project
of
590
000
by
190
000
to
a
total
authorization
project
for
780
000
590s,
coming
from
the
current
grant,
175
000
would
be
coming
from
the
city's
additional
funding
and
then
fifteen
thousand
dollars
would
be
coming
from
the
capital
project
already
authorized
for
the
emergency
activity.
So
yeah.
B
D
F
B
E
E
4.1
resolution
enabling
the
city
to
extend
certain
deadlines
for
construction
projects
delayed
due
to
the
covet
19
pandemic,
whereas
on
march
7
2020,
the
governor
issued
executive
order,
202
declaring
a
disaster
emergency
in
the
state
of
new
york
and
whereas
the
governor
recently
signed
a
bill
authorizing
local
governments
to
extend
building
permits,
zoning
board
approvals
and
planning
board
approvals
for
a
period
of
120
days
for
the
duration
of
the
state
disaster,
emergency
declaration
and
whereas
planning
and
building
division
staff
recognize
that
various
construction
projects
within
the
city
may
have
been
delayed
or
continued
to
be
delayed
due
to
the
coven
19
restrictions.
G
Well,
as
was
mentioned
in
the
resolution,
there
is
a
copy
of
the
actual
bill
that
was
signed
into
law
on
the
next
page.
G
That
there
are
projects
current
projects
that
are
under
construction,
that
have
been
delayed
because
of
the
pandemic,
and
there
are
probably
zone
bza
issues
that
may
not
be
resolved
or
other
planning
board
approvals
that
may
have
been
hampered
by
the
pandemic.
G
So
the
idea
is
that
new
york
state
has
allowed
local
governments
to
provide
a
120
day
extension,
but
it's
only
if
the
local
government
passes
a
resolution.
So
that's
why
I
asked
to
bring
this
forward
to
the
city
administration
that
the
resolution
go
forward
so
that
we
can
help
any
development.
That's
currently
struggling
because
of
this
being
pinched
by
the
pandemic.
B
G
Well,
I
haven't
gotten
any
specific
requests
from
contractors
for
an
extension,
but
I
do
know
with
the
we
do
have
two
or
three
projects
that
are
nearing
completion:
the
biggest
one
being
herald
square
that
you
know
they
they
actually
did
have
to
shut
down
because
of
the
govern
governor's
orders.
They
were
shut
down
for
a
time
and
that
may
have
an
impact
on
their
schedule.
It
may
impact
some
of
the
other
large-scale
projects
that
are
out
there,
but
no,
I
don't
have
any
specific
numbers
at
this
time.
L
L
G
B
B
Before
we
move
to
bpw,
I
don't
know
if
shelley
wants
to
give
any
updates
on
people
who
returned
we,
we
have
our
weekly
meeting
to
talk
about
returning
off
of
furlough.
K
Yes,
actually,
right
before
the
meeting
I
sent
you
the
update
for
the
the.
K
Yeah,
no,
no,
that
we
had
it.
We
were
able
to
reinstate
five
staff
this
week.
So
that's
an
additional
five.
B
Right
and
some
of
them
are
directly
connected
to
some
donor
or
the
youth
bureau,
so
they're,
not
all
financial
burden
to
the
city.
So
thank
you
to
all
of
our
generous
community
donors
that
have
been
helping
us
get
our
youth
programs
back
up
and
running
so
yeah
great.
Thank
you
shelley!
L
B
B
E
L
B
B
We
sent
out
some
of
the
proposals
to
the
city
commissions
and
you
know,
as
we
started
thinking
about
it,
I
think
what
we're
feeling
is
that,
with
everything
that's
going
on
with
the
current
condition
of
how
we
are
meeting
the
lack
of
the
commission's
meeting
regularly
and
the
lack
of
our
ability
to
really
get
the
get
at
the
depth
and
breadth
of
conversations
we
might
want
to
have
that
we're
just
going
to
pause
that
work.
For
this
moment,
that'll
allow
us
to
do
any
number
of
things.
B
We
were
concerned
about
the
unintentional
pressure
that
maybe
this
was
putting
that
we
were
putting
on
ourselves
because
we
were
concerned
about
getting
this
done
in
time
for
our
referendum
right.
So
we
do
not
have
the
staffing
capacity
right
now
to
do
the
public
information
and
the
outreach
and
what
we
would
need
to
do
in
order
to
explain
this
kind
of
a
change
that
would
be
placed
on
the
ballot
for
referendum.
B
We
also
are
talking
about
the
commissions
as
being
a
potential
key
role
for
making
this
change
and
they
haven't
been
functioning,
and
we
would
like
to
have
that
element
of
our
government
included
in
some
of
the
conversations.
B
So
this
is
not
to
discount
any
of
the
incredible
amount
of
work
that
crin
did
deconstructing
all
of
the
tasks
that
are
currently
assigned
to
bpw
and
drawing
lines
to
where
all
of
the
different
places
are
that
they
exist
and
where
they
could
be
reallocated,
and
we
think
that
that
work
was
very
important
and
we
want
we
want
to
pursue
what
a
new
version
of
bpw
could
look
like.
So
I
think
what
ari
and
and
his
team
are
going
to
work
on
are:
are
there
any
other
different
configurations?
B
Is
there
a
way
to
take
some
of
the
topics
and
we
we
just
feel
like
it
was
a
challenge
to
try
to
accomplish
that
at
this
point,
so
we
won't
see
that
come.
Oh,
I
see
mike's
trying
to
get
back
in
the
meeting
here.
Sorry
he
missed
our
missed
our
bpw,
so
we
won't.
B
B
C
A
question
it
was
just
saying
that
I
appreciate
and,
as
you
said,
not
only
the
work
that
crin
did,
but
also
mike
in
bringing
something
like
this
forward.
I
enjoyed
the
discussion
at
the
special
meeting
and
I
think
there's
certainly
some
suggestions
that
I
think
we
should
look
at
in
terms
of
streamlining
the
role
and
if
we
don't,
you
know,
just
dissolve
the
entire
board
completely.
C
I
think
there's
definitely
room
for
improving
the
efficiency
of
that
and
I
I
certainly
appreciate
you
bringing
this
forward
as
a
suggestion,
because
that's
the
kind
of
thing
we
should
look
at,
but
I
also
agree
with
you
deb
that
right
now,
without
the
commissions
being
able
to
kind
of
really
explore
what
they
could
contribute,
this
would
not
be
a
good
time
to
move
this
forward.
So
I
I
think
this
is
a
very
smart
decision.
B
And
then
we
heard
you
know,
we
heard
pretty
significantly
that
there
is
a
value
in
some
form
of
participation
for
infrastructure
projects
right
so
like
there
is
definitely
common
desire
that
there
be
some
sort
of
mechanism
for
the
community
at
large
and
some
more
debt,
a
more
dedicated
group
to
weigh
in
to
solicit
feedback
etc
for
some
projects.
But
we
certainly
do
know
that
there
are
quite
probably
a
number
of
things
that
are
currently
assigned
to
the
bpw
that
maybe
we
could
look
at
in
terms
of
an
efficiency.
So.
B
Just
allow
us
to
to
look
at
that
without
the
sort
of
ticking
clock
of
the
referendum,
and
I
think
that
we'll
be
able
to
give
it
some
pretty
good
analysis
all
right.
What
did
we
say?
Maybe
you
know
after
the
budget
season
is
over
maybe
december
bring
this
back,
and
I
know
ari
and
queen
are
going
to
work
on
some
iterations
of
what
they
already
put
together.
Obviously,
in
consultation
with
mike
rob,
did
you
have
a
question.
F
No,
I
just
want
to
add
my
appreciation
to
mike
for
for
bringing
this
forward.
I
really
value
the
the
thinking
you
do
about
helping
us
be
efficient
and
effective,
so
that's
been
great
and
also
to
ari's
office
for
for
jumping
on
that.
I
just
add
one
item
to
that.
I
think
it's
great
that
we
keep
this
on
our
radar
so
that
we
can
move
it
forward
when
we
do
have
the
time,
because
I
think
our
I
agree
that
our
commissions
really
are
going
to
play.
I
think
they
have
the
opportunity
to
play
a
role
here.
F
J
Oh,
I
just.
I
also
want
to
thank
ari
and
corinne,
because
that
was
a
lot
of
work.
I
also
appreciate
sort
of
holding
off
on
this
a
little
bit.
We
do
have
a
very
complicated
budget
and
that's
you
know
that's
going
to
take
up
a
lot
of
our
time
over
the
next
few
months,
trying
to
figure
that
out
and
I'm
glad
that
everybody
was
available
to
participate
in
those
meetings.
J
Listen
to
some
of
the
discussions
and
and
be
interested
in
this,
because
I
I
think,
there's
merit
in
it
and
but
I'm
perfectly
fine
with
waiting
until
we
have
a
little
bit
of
breathing
room
to
really
go
through
that
go
through
it.
A
little
bit
more
in
detail.
J
F
F
B
That
is.
I
did
not
do
that
on
purpose
and
then
they
didn't
even
have
a
planning
meeting
last
week.
So
that's
okay,
I'm
not
bitter.
It's
fine,
all
right.
The
only
other
thing
that
I
just
want
to
remind
everyone
of.
We
do
have
our
budget
meeting.
I
I've
sent
a
couple
reminders
on
information
and
questions,
etc.
B
I
have
not
received
anything
from
council
to
date,
so
if
there
are
things
that
you
are
expecting
for
us
to
prepare
or
present
for
the
special
budget
meeting
next
week,
please
let
us
know
as
soon
as
possible,
as
we
just
discussed
it's
very
challenging
for
city
staff
right
now.
It
might
take
them
longer
to
put
information
together.
B
I
will
give
just
a
brief
final
summary
of
the
survey.
I
will
probably
email
that
around
ahead
of
time,
the
data
that
we
got
in
from
the
subsequent
surveys
was
very
similar
to
the
first
set.
So
I
will
send
that
around
as
well.
We
will
talk
about
the
golf
course
and
then
we
will
put
some
options
on
the
table
for
what
we
think
public
comment
could
look
like
at
not
only
council
meetings,
but
we
assume
people
are
going
to
want
to
participate
in
the
budget
process
in
some
way.
B
So
we'll
make
some
decisions
about
that
and
that's
that'll
be
a
pretty
full
meeting,
so
we
anticipate
it
being
about
an
hour
and
a
half
and
that's
next
wednesday,
george.
You
have
a
question.
E
Yeah
it
should,
I
know
it's
there's
only
a
week
to
do
it,
but
I'm
wondering
if
we
should
try
to
set
up
a
time
to
go
down
to
the
golf
course
and
talk
to
mike
atticott.
B
I
think
that
if
anyone
wants
to
do
that
on
their
own,
that
he
would
be
willing
and
open
to
do
that
with
anyone
that
wanted.
So
I'm
encouraging
anyone
on
council
to
do
that.
If
a
few
of
you
want
to
coordinate
that,
obviously
masking
and
distancing
are
possible
if
you're
walking
around
the
golf
course.
So
I'm
just.
E
B
Great
and
then
just
the
last
thing
I'll
say
is
thank
you
to
everyone
that
may
have
watched
the
forum
thanks
a
lot
to
donna
for
bringing
the
tompkins
county
council
of
governments
in
and
to
the
town
of
ithaca
for
co-hosting,
an
informational
session
for
legislators
on
5g
last
night
we
had
a
good
presentation
with
a
variety
of
viewpoints,
and
I
think
some
of
what
we
learned
was
pretty
useful.
I
also
asked
if
anyone
has
any
questions
or
feedback
as
we
move
that
forward.
B
We
do
expect
the
design
guidelines
to
come
to
the
august
city
administration
committee
right
ari.
L
B
Okay,
great,
so
I
don't
know
if
you've
seen,
we
got
some
feedback
so
from
some
council
members.
So
if
we
are
going
to
do
that
in
august,
make
sure
you
get
all
your
feedback
to
ari
soon,
because
if
there's
any
work
that
we
need
to
do
the
more,
we
can
be
aware
of
what
you
might
want
to
have
some
