B
A
Then,
when
we
go
when
we
vote
to
go
into
executive
session
I'll
just
let
them
know
like
we
did
last
time
and
then
pop
us
back
off
of
live
and
confirm
that
we're
there
and
yeah
hold
on
a
second,
oh
interesting,
youtube
isn't
available
with
your
google
account.
If
you
have
android
use,
you
can
watch
youtube
kids
there.
Oh,
I
see
my
daughter's
been
using
this
computer.
A
Hang
on
just
one
second,
if
you'll
bear
with
me,
let
me
see
here
I
have
to
try
this
again.
Oh
that's
funny.
A
Don't
you
hello,
hannah
hello,
hi,
happy
that
you've
made
it.
A
Can
you
hear
us
yeah?
Okay,
I'm
just
troubleshooting
here,
I'm
trying
to
get
us
live
on
youtube,
but
I'm
evidently
logged
into
my
daughter's
youtube
account
which,
which
you
can't
you
can't
do
that
with
okay.
Look
all
right!
We
are
live,
so
we've
confirmed
that
we're
live
on
youtube
it
just
I'm
not
allowed
to
watch
it
because
I'm
on
google
kids,
I
guess
but
work
from
home
life.
Okay,
so
folks
we
are
live
and
ready
to
roll.
A
B
A
Rick,
are
you
a
bit
away
from
your
microphone
for
your
audio
source?
Is
there
a
way
that
we
can
get
you
a
little
bit
closer?
Yes,
very
much.
A
D
C
A
quick
question
dennis:
do
you
know,
can
you
tell
us
just
any
updates
on
what
covert
is
looking
like
with
the
department,
any
impacts
or
anything
of
that
nature?
Do
you
guys
are?
How
are
you
all
with
supplies
and
things
of
that
nature
to
like
make
sure
folks
are
good.
D
Yeah
good
question:
thanks:
we
had
two
people
test
positives
and
out
of
that,
then
we
had
a
series
of
people.
We
had
a
quarantine.
We
all
wear
masks
throughout
the
building
unless
someone's
sitting
alone
in
their
own
office,
but
they
always
have
a
mask
like
pretty
much
around
their
neck.
So
if
someone
walks
in
they
put
it
on,
but
it's
it's
it's
pretty
much
we're
taking
every
precaution
we
can,
but
we
still
had
the
two
cases
and
but
we
were
able
to
prevent
further
ones
from
from
spreading.
D
We
have
one
person
who
had
a
fever
today,
so
we
sent
that
person
home.
We
had
another
person
get
tested
today
because
they're
showing
symptoms,
so
we're
going
to
see
how
that
goes.
It's
one
of
these
things
we
just
we're
staying
on
top
of
it,
so
it's
really
infused
in
everything.
We
do
making
sure
that
we're
you
know
self-protecting
quarantining
if,
if
need
be,
since
we
are
innocent,
actually
there
was
a
point.
Our
entire
records
unit
was
on
quarantine
by.
D
D
A
a
cramp
in
our
ability
to
function,
at
least
specifically
to
that
administrative
end.
So
just
everything
we
do
we're
just
trying
to
manage
the
the
with
that
and
then
obviously,
on
our
responses
too
we're
making
sure
that
you
know
to
the
best
of
our
ability,
we're
you
know.
Whatever
distance
we
can
be
from
people,
but
obviously
that's
not
always
practical
we're,
oftentimes,
not
practical,
and
so
we're
working
with
the
city.
D
We're
also
talking
about
just
trying
to
come
up
with
ways
where
we
can
make
sure
that
we're
tested
regularly,
if
possible
and
we're
using
all
the
the
sites
that
are
available.
So
I
guess
that
was
kind
of
a
long
answer
richard,
but
basically,
we've
had
a
few
cases.
We've
had
multiple
instances
where
people
are
quarantined.
We
have
a
couple
of
people
right
now
we're
waiting
on
results
and
we're
just
doing
our
best
to
to
manage
it
and
take
the
best
preventions.
We
can.
C
D
Yeah
we
asked
about
that.
That's
called
surveillance,
testing
and
there's
a
cost
involved
and
some
other
avenues.
We
brought
it
forth
to
the
city,
so
we're
just
kind
of
waiting
to
hear
back
if
that's
something
that
they
would
be
able
to
do.
Otherwise
we
go
to
the
rapid
testing,
which
is
the
one
up
on
trip
hammer
and
then
there's
a
couple
of
other
locations
we
can
go
to.
But
we
don't
have
the
the
on-site
testing
any.
C
D
Yeah
we've,
you
know
and
that's
the
question
I
think
about
daily
and
that's
why,
from
the
beginning,
we've
done
a
great
job
on
managing
and
managing
it,
because
I
felt
that
if,
if
we
got
a
an
epidemic
within
the
department
it
would
it
would
be
quite
problematic.
We
would
just
do
our
best.
We
could
with
what
we
had
and
try
to
manage
it.
We
really
don't
have
a
well
to
draw
from
so
it
really.
The
the
best
plan
is
being
preventative.
D
One
of
the
things
we
do,
though,
also
I
should
add,
is
everyone
when
they
come
in,
have
their
temperature
taken.
We
don't
allow
people
from
the
outside
in
without
having
their
temperature
taken
too,
and
we
just
got
two
digital
or
yeah
digital
thermometers
that
get
mounted
to
the
wall.
So
if
someone
comes
in,
they
just
stand
in
front
of
it
and
we
don't
even
have
to
go
to
them
until
we
see
what
their
temperature
is.
So
again,
that's
really
the
best.
E
I
just
have
a
follow-up
question:
are
you
guys
doing
like
screenings
before
you
come
into
work?
I
know
that
a
lot
of
jobs
are
doing
that
right
now,
where
you
just
have
like
a
short
little
questionnaire
about
any
symptoms
or
anything,
is
that,
in
addition
to
the
temperature.
D
Yeah,
that's
what
I
meant.
So
we
have
a
little
book
and
each
person
they
take
their
temperature
with
a
digital
thermometer
and
then
any
symptom.
They
record
what
their
temperature
is,
the
date
any
symptoms,
shortness
of
breath,
cough
or
fever,
and
then,
if
those
are
all
know
that
a
person
works
but
like
today
we
had
one
that
came
in
and
because
of
that
procedure
someone
test
showed
a
fever,
so
that
person
was
sent
home.
So
so
it
works
and
it's
a
good
barometer.
D
I
don't
think
it's
perfect
and
you
know
we've
done
our
researching
on
like
some
of
the
rapid
testing.
You
might
get
a
false
negative,
so
we
don't
have
100
reliability,
but
we
know
if
it
comes
back
positive.
The
person
is
likely
positive.
So
but
yes,
we
are
doing
that.
Okay,.
B
I
I
wanted
to
thank
chief
julie,
he's
not
there,
but
thank
him
for
me
for
sending
the
raft
of
videos
for
the
two
cases
we
were
looking
into.
It
was
there
was
a
lot
and
he
responded
quickly
and
he
did
a
lot.
So
it
was
a
big
help,
I'll.
D
Pass
I'll
pass
that
on
yeah
he's
he's
one.
If,
if
you
ask
him
to
do
something,
he'll
get
it
done,
he'll
get
it
done
right,
he'll
get
it
done
as
quickly
as
possible,
and
I
know
he
was
doing
a.
He
would
have
even
had
it
to
you
sooner,
but
he
had
a
a
litany
of
other
things
he
was
working
on,
but
I
will
pass
that
on
rick.
A
Okay,
if
there's
no
more
for
the
public
here,
just
anyone
who's
watching
from
home.
At
the
moment
we
are
gonna
enter
into
executive
session,
at
which
point
it
is
a
closed
discussion
among
board
members,
so
the
live
stream
will
be
ending.
The
meeting
will
be
bought
back
to
order
only
to
be
closed,
so
any
other
public
matters
are
no
longer
going
to
be
streamed
here,
where
we're
going
off
of
live
stream
and
folks
on
the
board.
