Group
that
goes
through
the
neighborhoods
telling
you
social
distance.
That's
like
they're,
nothing,
if
not
thorough,
and
then
the
first
night.
This
is
my
favorite
they
had.
I
mean
they
have
everything
down
to
the
t,
and
I
was
listening
to
the
the
one
on
tuesday
where
the
provost
spoke,
and
I
don't
know
if
it
was
lombardi
for
there
we
go
it's
like
yeah,
and
then
these
people
showed
up
at
11
o'clock
at
night.
We
didn't
know
what
to
do
with
them,
so
we
just
put
them
in
the
dorms.
B
Anyway,
but
what
did
mike
tyson
say,
you
know,
everyone
has
a
plan
until
they
get
punched
in
the
face.
Well,
we'll
see
what.
C
B
But
you're
right,
they've
been
very
thorough
and
they're.
Certainly
one
of
the
few
universities
with
the
capacity
to
do
all
the
testing
that
they're
going
to
do
so.
B
B
A
B
Okay,
staff
updates
could
that
be
other
under
other
business
under
staff
report.
A
B
B
Thanks
sue
anything
else,
nothing
from
the
staff.
Okay,
then,
going
to
any
public
comments.
Were
there
any
written
public
comments
submitted
nils.
There
were.
D
None
received-
and
I
just
I
wanted
to
mention
that
we've
talked
internally
with
the
staff
at
the
ira
and
we're
thinking
it
might
be
a
better
model
to
go
back
to
allowing
people
to
make
real-time
public
comments
via
zoom.
D
D
It's
certainly
open
broadens
the
opportunity
for
comment
if
we
allow
written
or
real-time
comments,
and
we
would
like
to
maybe
move
that
way
for
the
ira
meetings
as
well,
we're
thinking
that
would
be
workable,
because
we've
received
some
concerns
that
it's
hard
to
submit
comments
beforehand
and
read
the
agenda
and
you
know
be
ready
for
it,
those
things.
D
So
if
you
don't
have
any
objections
that
for
the
next
meetings,
you
know
we'll
we'll
open
it
up
for
real-time
public
comments,
we
may
not
be
in
a
zoo,
you
know
a
virtual
environment,
but
I
suspect
we
probably
will
so
I
just
want
to
make
that
note
to
you
and
if
you
had
any
objections
we
would
you
know
we
could.
We
could
stay
stay
the
course.
The
way
we
are
now.
B
B
Great,
I
welcome
it
great
okay,
thanks
nils,
and
I
think
it's
I
even
if
we're
just
a
quasi,
you
know,
even
though
we're
not
actually
an
official
city
agency.
I
hope
the
city
and
the
agency
are
consistent
with
whatever.
B
Because,
as
far
as
the
public
looks
at
it,
it
would
be
weird
for
us
to
have
one
set
of
rules
in
the
city.
Another
right
or
it
would
be-
maybe
disconcerting
to
some
people.
B
B
Right
so
moving
on
to
the
meeting
minutes
from
april
17th,
I'd
like
to
just
move
those
and
then
we
can
discuss
whether
or
not
there
need
to
be
any
corrections
or
auditions.
B
Thank
you
kathy
kathy
seconds
discussion
about
the
meeting
meeting
many
minutes
from
april
17th.
A
B
Okay,
nice
job.
Thank
you
charles
for
that
all
those
in
favor
of
the
minutes.
C
B
Hi
so
those
are
approved
unanimously
and
then
moving
on
to
new
business.
I
can
there
are
staff
performance
reviews
and
we
can.
We
should
move
into
executive
session
for
the
purpose
of
discussing
the
performance
of
employees.
Thank
you
sue.
Is
there
a
second.
