We
just
became
members
of
jacksonville
beach
in
march
of
this
year,
we
spent
almost
a
year
looking
for
the
bright
house,
and
we
found
it
here
in
jacksonville
beach.
We
were
not
aware
that
the
lot
that
we
were
purchasing
was
a
substandard
lot.

residential
lot
should
be
ten
thousand
square
feet,
and
ours
is
six
thousand
six
hundred
and
fifty
substantially
smaller.

had
several
meetings
with
mr
coley
to
try
to
find
a
solution
and
really
the
situation,
because
we
do
want
to
do
the
right
thing.
The
patio
that
is
on
the
back
of
the
house
is
quite
large.
It's
25
feet
wide
and
18
and
a
half
feet
deep,
and
so
what
we
said
was
if
we
would
keep
the
120
square
feet
of
concrete
on
which
the
shed
is
built.
We
would
take
off
almost
five
feet
from
the
end
of
the
patio
that
exists.

can
see
the
patio
has
x's
on
the
end
of
it,
and
that
is
where
we
would
take
that
off,
so
that
and

put
sod

we
would

french
drain
that

trying

unreasonable

concerned
with
plugging
up
my
home
as

result

location
of
the
shed,

just
looking

the
ground

we're
asking
the
board
to
do
is
to
allow
us
to
remediate
the
situation
of
the
35
or
the
impermeable
surfaces,
so,
in
order
to
do
that,
we're
going
to
remove
in

same
area

feet
away

five
feet
from
the
back
of
the
patio
and
put
sod
grass
there,
so
that
whatever
drainage
problem
would
be
created
by
the
shed
being
120
square
feet
could
be
remediated
by
the
grass,
which
would
be

square
feet.
So
it's
a
trade-off.
I'm
not
asking
for
anything
additional
in
the
backyard.

only
additional
thing
I'm
asking
for
as
far
as
the
pearly
surfaces
go
is
in
the
front
yard
little
patio,
but
as
far
as

backyard
goes,
it's
a
trade-off
and,
as
mr
papali
said,
we're
willing
to
work
when
we
get
the
permit
any
way
we
can
to
do
whatever
drainage
is
necessary
in
order
to
make
sure
that
our
property
is
not
contributing
to
a
problem
with
the
property
behind
us.

our
personnel
spoke
with
who's
going
to
be
doing.

us
is
going
to
be
putting
french
drains
around
our
house
already
at
each.
At
the
end
of
each
gut
so
that
there
will
be
a
french
drain
when
water
comes
off
the
house
and
glued
to
the
french
drain,
and
those
do
not
exist
right
now,
but
they
will
be
that's
part
of
our
landscaping
plan
to
do
that
and
whatever
else
we
need
to
do
in
order
to
make
that
right.

of
coverage
is
based

footprint

a
shed

not

direct
correlation
and

code
currently

drainage.
So
I
would
steer
away
from
the
drainage
issue
as
part
of
the
conversation,
because
practically
it's
not
what
you
guys
are
considering
it's
just
simply
straight
left
covered
in
setbacks,.

was
no
apparently
we're
not
conformed,
we
have
a
non-performing
lot
and
we
don't
have
enough
covered
parking.

bring
that
up
to

the
shed
on
the
north
is
seven
and
a
half
feet,
so
I
think
there's
probably
plenty

room
between
the
driveway
and
the
fence
line.
