From YouTube: Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting (03/16/2021)
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
We
will
call
this
meeting
to
order,
let
the
record
show
it
is
tuesday
march
the
16th,
and
this
is
the
community
redevelopment
agency.
Workshop
first
thing
agenda
is
call
the
royal
web
clerk.
B
I
just
I
may
just
I
think
we
were
hearing
as
we
walked
in
that
there
has
been
a
decision
made
in
romans
to
the
pm
coordinator.
B
And
that
we
have
that
person
not
on
board,
but
at
least
hired
and
that
she's
going
to
be
starting
the
12th
of
april.
E
A
B
And
maybe
not
for
this
meeting,
but
in
our
next
meeting,
I'd
like
to
just
have
a
little
further
conversation
about
the
truck
delivery,
unloading
and
trash
dumpster
locations
and
things.
If
we
could.
E
E
But
what
I
thought
about
is
that
we
would
take
all
these
options
and
one
suggestion
that
actually
came
from
a
chair
is
that
the
vendor,
that's
in
the
plant,
has
got
a
catalog
of
different
types
of
bicycle
rides,
and
I
discussed
this
today
with
with
dennis
barron
and
caleb
charlotte
and
they're
going
back
and
look
through
that
now,
because
if
it's
in,
if
it's
the
vendor's
plan
and
we
can
use
his
catalog,
then
we
will
be
able
to
make
choices
from
what's
in
that
catalog
and
that's
the
plan
that
I
want
to
suggest
to
you
that
we
talk
about
francis
and
that
we
bring
that
up
at
the
the
meeting
next
month.
D
Fine,
if
I
may
yeah
so
I
just
really
quickly.
I
was
under
the
impression
that
we
were
going
to
try
to
tackle
this
sooner
than
later,
because
we
have
them
going
into
the
project.
We
don't
want
to
waste
their
time
just
putting
extraordinary
stuff
in
there.
So
when
I
was
looking
at
the
areas,
I
don't
think
she'd
have
hodge
podge
of
stuff
everywhere,
so
it
looks
kind
of
crazy.
But
since
we
have
four
quarters,
I
like
us
to
consider
maybe
doing
four
themed
areas
for
for
our
biking
system.
D
There
is
like,
obviously
I
was
thinking
fish
because
of
here's,
the
fishing
pier
so
around
here.
Maybe
we
had
fishing
themes,
there's
lots
of
ideas
for
them.
Thinking
about
you
know
by
the
the
band
show
it
was
more
music
scene.
D
I
just
wanted
to
show
you
guys
an
option,
so
I
wouldn't
think
I
don't
remember
when
we
do
this,
I
think
there
is
going
to
be
room
for
some
basic
rings.
What
have
you
throughout?
I
wish
it
has
at
least
some
designated
cleaning
areas,
and
that's
where
I
was
getting
these
ideas
from
so.
D
D
E
It's
been
great
working
with
jason
and
trevor
and
I
think
they've
taken
the
call
from
the
agency
to
go
and
look
at
the
park
over
there
see
what
can
be
done
in
the
near
term
right
away,
move
forward.
I
know
I
believe
it's
the
will
of
the
agency
to
fast
forward
if
you
will
improvements
to
the
park
and
so
they're
here
today,
our
invitation
to
talk
about
this
plan
so
that
we
all
know
what's
in
it.
F
So
I'm
going
to
turn
it
over
to
trevor
because
he
probably
speaks
better
and
you
know,
has
poured
a
lot
of
into.
G
To
come
into
the
city,
I
was
a
golf
course:
superintendent
of
each
random
club
for
20
years,
so
this
past
year,
jason's,
given
me
the
opportunity
to
venture
out
from
the
golf
course
and
put
my
fingers
into
the
city
and
into
the
parks,
and
I
can
tell
you
it's
my
goal
and
objectives
to
make
all
the
parks
in
the
city,
not
just
the
cra,
exactly
how
you
guys
describe
them.
You
know
we
should
look
like
disney
world.
G
You
know,
there's
really,
no
reason
that
our
parks
shouldn't
just
be
top-notch
in
high
standard,
and
that's
that's
that's
what
I
plan
on
bringing
to
our
meetings
to
our
parks
through
everything
that
parks
and
recs
touches
we'll
be
at
a
you
know.
At
palm
beach
club
we
were
five
diamonds,
that's
that's
the
level
we're
gonna
bring
so.
A
G
To
kind
of
introduce
yourself,
we
put
together
a
list
and
and
brought
forward
really
a
bunch
of
projects
into
this
year
in
order
to
get
these
done
and
get
moving
quickly.
I
know
it
looks
like
a
rather
large
list,
but
when
I
look
at
it,
the
list
really
isn't
as
big
as
it
looks.
G
A
lot
of
these
projects
go
together.
If
you
look
at
the
sunshine,
the
playground,
you
look
at
the
floor
and
you
look
at
the
shape
shelters.
That's
where
they're
all
those
will
really
be
wrapped
into
one
project,
one
job,
but
we
can
go
through
these
line
by
one
or
we
can
sit
back
and
allow
you
guys
to
ask
questions
how
you
see
fit,
what
let's
go
through
one
at
a
time:
okay,
we'll
start
with
the
sunshine
park
playground.
Obviously,
that
thing
was
built
in
2001
we're
around
20
years
old,
it's
built
by
volunteers.
G
It
is
a
kind
of
volunteer
built
park.
There's
a
lot
of
sentiment,
a
lot,
a
lot
of
emotions
from
our
city
tied
into
that
part.
We
come
up
with
a
timeline.
We
tried
to
bring
these
guys
a
timeline
had
some
I.t
difficulties,
but
but
ultimately
our
goal
is,
is
we
can't
just
design
this
park?
It's
gotta
come
from
the
community,
so
so
we've
already
contacted
several
of
the
original
kind
of
founding
people
who
served
us
together.
So
once
we
have
approval
we'll
start
meeting
with
the
public,
we'll
bring
the
public
in
okay.
D
I
was
under
the
impression
that
most
people
liked
it
exactly
how
it
was,
and
I
know
we
haven't-
voted
on
it,
but
I
am
a
hundred
percent
fine,
replacing
it
exactly
at
how
it
is
now
and
just
making
it
towards
sierra,
and
I
don't
think
we
should
be
stalling
wheels
to
change
the
foundation
formations.
Did
I
personally,
I
am
100
of
just
replacing
it
fully,
so
we
own
it.
G
I
think
that's
something
that
that
wouldn't
be
up
for
to
replacing
exactly
what's
there,
but
I
think
if
you
talk
to
some
playground,
specialists-
and
you
hear
some
people
that
came
in
and
someone
came
in
and
gave
us
a
presentation
and
talks
about
the
different
dimensions
of
playgrounds
and
the
different
sensories
and
the
way
kids
play
and
how
it's
all
linear,
that's
there's
some
hiding,
there's
not
really
any
climbing,
there's
not
vertical.
G
So
what
we
would
like
to
do
is
is,
let's
get
all
the
heads
together.
Let's
have
some
playground
experts,
let's
get
the
community
behind
it.
Let's
get
you
guys
behind
it
and
and
allow
somebody
to
present
to
us,
but
what
could
really
can
do?
We
have
the
opportunity
to
take
this
up
to
another
level
or
do
we
simply
keep
it?
The
exact
same.
You
know
our
focus.
G
My
thought
is
to
keep
the
theme
you
know.
Obviously,
when
you
come
in
the
entrance
stays
the
same,
we
rehad
that
the
fence
work
around
the
footprint
stays
the
same.
The
pavilion
in
the
middle
is
still
in
great
shape.
It
stays
the
same,
but
we
got
the
the
opportunity
to
come
in
here
and
to
take
put
something:
that's
really
great
and
really
bring
it
up.
G
G
D
My
children
are
17
and
15
now
so,
but
we
used
it
many
many
years
ago,
a
decade
ago,
but
a
decade
ago
there
were
rope
ladders.
There
was
a
climbing
wall.
There
were
places
you
could
hide.
There
was
places
you
could
crawl.
Underneath
there
was
a
tunnel
all
those
things,
you're
saying
are
there.
They
may
be
broken
now,
so
it
may
not
seem
like
they're
there,
but
the
original
content
had
all
those
things
that
you're
mentioning.
So
I'm
fine
with
doing
that.
G
Our
ultimate
goal
is
to
is
to
open
next
labor
day
grand
opening
and
celebrate
we'll
come
through
these
public
meetings
and
labor
day
22
and
we'll
go
through
these
means,
and
it
may
come
out
where
we
say
this,
and
all
these
ideas
are
great.
You
know
a
big
fishing
boat's
great
ninja
force
is
great,
but
we
want
to
send
them
in.
We
just
want
to
keep
exactly
how
it
is
and
if
that's
how
it
comes
out,
the
the
timeline
will
still
be
the
same
ability.
G
So
so
what
we're
looking
for
is
we
would
kind
of
like
to
get
an
early
start
and,
and
we
need
to
kind
of
get
the
rules
and
we're
going
to
find
out.
But
if
this
thing
comes
through-
and
we
say
yes,
these
funds
are
approved.
We'll
start
public
meetings
immediately,
we'll
start
public
meetings
in
may
we'll
get
our
full
spec
for
build
built
before
the
calendar
year.
That
way
come
october
1.
we
have
our
full
specs.
F
F
Could
I
think
the
difficulty
that
we
run
into
there
and
to
go
to
your
point
of
surprise
philosophy
is
to
maintain
the
emotional
sentiment
time
that
we
understand
is
prevalent
throughout
the
community.
We've
got
to
give
those
people
a
voice
and
a
say
in
this
project,
and
to
do
that
I
think
we're
going
to
take
you
know
a
few
months
to
do
it
properly.
As
far
as
you
know,
the
procurement
process,
we
can
shorten
that
by
going
to
a
cooperative
purchasing
alliance
or
a
piggyback
contract,
but
we
just
want
to
do
it
right.
F
We
did
have
you
know,
I'm
going
to
say
luminary
meeting
with
two
of
the
original.
Ladies,
that
organized
the
effort.
You
know
to
assure
them
that
we're
not
going
to
do
anything
haphazard
or
quickly
without
doing
this
properly
and
making
a
project
that
not
only
can
we
build
it
but
maintain
it.
You
know
four
years.
A
Well,
I
can
tell
you
both
michelle
tifton
and
sherry
nichols
and
probably
two
that
you
talked
to
were
here
and
as
we
talked
to
them,
they're
fine.
We
want
to
do
it
all
in
kind,
we're
going
to
do
all
exactly
what's
currently
there
and
I
think
that
kind
of
circuit
that
stops
a
lot
of
this
going
back
out
to
the
community
going
through
this
and
going
through
that
and
because
everybody's
happy
we'll
put
there
before
if
you're
going
to
replace
it
exactly
what
was
there,
you
don't
have
an
issue.
A
A
G
Our
timeline
was
based
on
feeling
that
funds
were
not
available
to
talk
to
the
first
and
not
feeling
like
we
could
move
forward
until
the
funds
were
voted
on.
If
funds
are
available
immediately
and
that's
something
that
we
could,
we
can
start
immediately
and
look
into.
You
know
we
were
assuming
that
that
fund
this
was
a
20
22
pound
drive.
B
F
I
mean
so
currently
mr
pigtail
there's
two
age
groups,
it's
two
to
five
and
then
five
to
ten,
and
we
would
look
to
replace
the
same
okay.
So
that's.
C
Yeah,
I'm
you
know,
I
can
understand
the
need
or
the
desire
to
give
some
community
input,
but-
and
I
know
in
the
past-
that's
why
the
city
operates
these
plans
up
and
you
have
a
meeting
and
then
two
months
later
he
had
another
meeting.
But
if
we
wanted
to
get
this
done,
we
could
say
there's
going
to
be
a
meeting
in
two
weeks
and
that
will
be
followed
up
by
the
final
meeting
in
two
weeks
and
they'll
confer
either
confirm
the
existing
replacement
or
some
enhancement.
C
C
G
To
be
the
case,
I
mean
our
our
thought
process
was
again.
Not
realizing
funds
was
available
immediately
and
was
going
to
be
along.
The
lines
is
the
skatepark
was
you
know
we
involved
involved?
The
community
saw
what
the
community
wanted
did
a
design
build
rfp
and
they
got
it
built.
You
know
our
ultimate
goal
would
be
to
move
forward
as
quick
as
coveted
policies
would
allow.
A
When
they
came
before
us
and
granted,
they
said
the
same
thing,
but
their
fear
was
that
we're
gonna
go
out
there
and
do
something
cheap.
And
you
know
it's
just
bottom
bed
and
that
sort
of
stuff-
and
I
said,
would
you
be
happy
to
replace
what's
currently
there
and
they
both
were
related.
They
both
said
without
a
doubt
because
through
college,
fine
quality
stuff
that
we
got
and
we
could
replace
exactly
what
we
have
there
and
we'll
be
100
behind
that,
and
that's
almost
a
quote
from
what
they
said
and
so.
A
And
true,
that's
exactly
what
they
said,
but
they
thought
that
we
were
going
to
come
in
there
and
just
be
quick
and
cheap
and
just
go,
and
I
said
no,
our
thought
was
just
replace
what
we
currently
have
there
and
not
have
to
reopen
all
this
all
over
again.
Now,
if
we
can't
do
that,
then
I
think
you
guys
are
100
right
and
we're
duty-bound
to
go
and
sit
down
with
the
community
and
do
all
this
sort
of
stuff.
But
we
can
replace
what
we've
already
vetted
before
and
that
we
all
know
worked
extremely
well.
A
Then,
let's
do
that
and
then
I
guess
before
I
move
on
to
that.
Let
me
get
a
shoulder
hands
from
the
group
here
that
I
don't
be
speaking
for
you
all
until
you've
all
chimed
in
if
everybody's
okay,
with
that
fact
of
trying
to
get
the
same
people,
the
same
equipment
replaced
back
in
there
again
just
to
get
to
show
off
hands.
D
A
D
About,
yes,
all
is
good
and
said
and
done,
but
I
know
that
you
guys
are
retouching
all
parts
of
the
city,
so
those
common
people
provide
could
be
utilized
in
other
parts.
But
I
know
from
this
one
specifically
that
park
is
wonderful
for
the
age
group
that's
already
designed
for
and
it's
exactly
what
the
community
is
still
rallying
behind.
So
I
see
no
reason
personally
to
adjust
that
part,
because
I
just
don't
well.
A
G
I
think
we
can
find
that
out.
The
playground
consultant
that
came
in
told
us
this
is
a
this
type
of
playground
from
this
type
of
group.
We
could.
We
could
gather
the
information,
I
believe,
fairly
quickly,.
A
D
My
only
thing
is:
maybe
if
they
don't
have
wood
and
they
don't
have
that.
Maybe
we
could
talk
about
what
it's
built
out
of,
maybe
before
that
not
quite
wood,
but
it's
like
like
plastic,
wood
or.
D
A
A
G
C
G
Say
build
it
the
way
it
is,
then,
I'm
all
for
it
right
here.
B
I
would
echo
that
I
mean
we've
got
an
opportunity
to
do
something:
special,
we're
going
to
spend
a
half
a
million
dollars
putting
in
a
playground.
But
we
don't
want
to
spend
two
months
to
look
at
options
and
some
considerations
on
where
we'd
like
to
go
with
it.
That
was
built
20
years
ago
and
20
years
have
passed
and
there's
a
lot
of
products
out
in
the
marketplace.
C
C
So
I'm
fine
with
the
replacement.
But
again,
if
we
could
say
by
the
end
of
may,
let's
have
some
public
discussion,
but
by
the
end
of
may
that's
done
and
we
you
know
finalize
what
we're
going
forward
with
the
labor
day
completion.
C
G
F
Process,
including
building
a
new
structure
so
ordering
you
know
the
materials
that
lead
time
and
then
construction
deconstruction
of.
What's
there,
I
think
you
know
personally,
even
if
we
had
to
rebuild
what's
there
to
make
this
coming
labor
day
would
be,
it
may
be
achievable,
but
I
think
it
would
be
pushing
us
into
maybe
that
area
where
we're
rushing
to
do
something
properly
and
just
marble
we'll
give.
B
B
D
D
I
know
for
a
fact
that
we
can
submit
that
part
due
to
four
and
under,
and
we
can
do
two
different
sections,
so
part
of
the
part
might
be
usable
or
not.
It
depends
on
how
you
guys
work
it.
I
know
that
there
is
a
lot
of
heart
put
into
that
part.
There
are
individual
tiles
in
that
part,
and
any
adjustment
to
it
is
going.
D
D
I
know
that
you
would
like
to
talk
about
all
these
different
things
with
all
these
new
products,
and
I
think
that
a
lot
of
our
parks
in
the
city
is
general
and
people
having
control
over
need
that
attention
and
these
things
and
they
can
be
different
age
groups
in
those
different
areas.
But
this
park
was
designed
for
those
kids
who
are
now
going
to
college
and
may
come
back,
bring
their
kids
to
the
park
that
they
grew
up
in
and
I
think
a
very
looking
community
does.
D
A
Okay,
so
bar
the
sky
falling.
Let's
move
forward
with
that,
and
I
mean
you
guys
if
one
of
you
guys
can
come
back
to
our
meetings
on
monday
yeah.
Let's
just
know,
there's
some
of
you
found
out,
because
we
really
want
to
move
forward
and
I
thought
labor
day
after
because
we
were
talking
about
everyday
22,
it
doesn't
have
to
be
labor
day
21.
But
let's
just
not,
let's
talk
about,
let's
just
get
it
done,
and
you
know
and
if
you
guys
want
for
all
of
us
to
really
love
you
labor
day.
This.
D
A
A
G
G
G
Also,
we've
had
numerous
complaints
that
the
splash
pad,
there's
no
shade
and
no
benches
for,
for
anyone
to
sit
in
so
shade,
shelters
would
be,
would
come
all
the
way
across
the
two,
the
two
splash
pads
and
the
swings.
D
G
G
D
I
know
the
police
department's
not
quite
ready
for
this,
but
they
are
going
to
have
it
in
their
future.
By
meeting
with
us,
we
talked
about
increasing
the
security
in
the
whole
park
when
you
guys
get
to
that
park.
I
wouldn't
mind
if
you
guys
explore
some
of
the
polls
that
actually
include
the
wiring
for
on
top
camera
systems,
because
there
are
some
that
have
those.
D
G
Currently,
we
have,
I
believe,
six
six
picnic
area
shape,
shelters
with
picnic
tables.
None
of
them
currently
have
ada
accessible
sidewalks,
so
we're
looking
to
connect
them
with
the
eight
ten
foot
sidewalks
from
existing
sidewalks
to
the
pigment
areas,
the
volleyball,
you
would
think
people
will
be
playing
volleyball
on
the
beach,
but
those
have
to
be
the
most
used,
volleyball
courts
in
town.
G
Then
it's
just
from
from
whether,
when
use
all
the
sands
got
pushed
up,
it's
time
to
re-level
the
area
a
little
little
we
saw
around
it
and
some
fresh
sand
safety
fall
zones
around
exercise
equipment.
A
couple
years
ago
there
was
exercise
equipment
put
in
for,
for
whatever
reason,
only
half
of
them
have
the
poor
and
place
safety
areas
around
it,
we'd
like
to
bring
all
of
them
up
to
the
same
standard
park
benches.
G
You
know
again,
we'd
like
to
to
install
12
at
least
12
new
park
benches
throughout
the
park
and
maybe
lean
a
little
heavier
in
those
those
toddler
areas.
Flashback
areas
shower
towers,
drinking
fountains
within
the
park
need
to
be
replaced.
Comedians
meetings
have
been
a
big
talk
and
I
agree
they
are
ugly.
G
Pretty
much
from
south
beach
park
to
jtv
down
jacksonville
drive.
We
currently
are
going
through
all
the
irrigation.
Once
we
have
all
the
irrigation,
fully
operational,
fully
automatic,
we'll
look
to
start
replanting,
those
and
we'll
replant
them
with
plant.
We
have
easy
anti-asthma,
there's
some
of
that
in
there.
You
know
I'd
like
to
kind
of
to
to
complement
the
theme
that
they
started
with,
but
pick
a
plant
that
doesn't
grow
so
high
right
now.
G
A
G
G
It
gets
tall
enough
or
you
can
see
over
it,
but
you
don't
want
to
walk
over
and
it'll,
be
through
the
the
port,
medians
down
the
middle
and
then
there's
it's
currently
there's
the
there's,
the
kunti
plants
there's
some
saw
palmetto
and
and
the
pork
grass
and
then
a
lot
of
it's
dyed
and
mainly
because
of
just
not
proper
maintenance
and
failed
irrigation.
G
It
does
this
plants,
the
other,
the
other
negative
with
those
glances.
Is
they
stay
in
a
clump?
They
never
they
never
creep
out
the
ones
that
we
that
I'd
like
to
put
in
there
is
actually
a
grass
and
it'll
fill
the
entire
bed
completely,
and
so,
when
you
fill
the
entire
bed,
you
cover
all
the
dirt.
You
don't
have
the
weak
pressure,
you
just
don't
have
the
issues
also
the
asiatic
jasmine.
A
C
Yeah
before
we
leave
that
you
know
that
kind
of
playground
thing
I
you
know,
I
have
four
replacing
eventually
but
as
long
as
they're
coming
to
the
meeting
monday
and
are
reporting
on
whether
we
can
get
the
same
thing.
I'd
also
like
to
just
see
before
we
roll
it
out
a
couple
of
the
ideas
that
you
thought.
G
If
we
somehow
just
set
up
a
meeting
where
one
of
the
experts
could
come
in
and
talk
for
10
minutes,
you
would,
you
would
see,
what's
out
there
and
the
type
of
stuff
even
to
to
be
more
88
compliant
for
kids,
for
handicapped
kids
for
just
a
different
and
I'm
not
a
playground
expert.
I
wouldn't
claim
to
be,
but
just
the
different
things
that
are
out
there,
the
different
functionalities
that
you
could
bring
to
kids
and
someone
that
does
this
for
a
living
you'd
be
like
yeah.
B
I
got
one
other
item
that
maybe
you
ought
to
have
too,
but
absolutely
I.
I
think
it
would
be
beneficial
to
put
a
cycle
in
between
osceola
from
osceola
going
south
on
the
west
side
of
the
fire
station
right
now.
There's
a
lot
of
kids
that
travel
that
strip
down
through
there
there's
no
sidewalk
and
the
cars
are
pulling
in
and
out
of
those
parking
spaces
along
the.
I
guess
it's
the
water
treatment
plant
and
it
would
be
beneficial
to
have
a
sidewalk
there
so
that
they're
not
in
the
streets
right
above.
G
G
The
park
that
we've
started
at
this
point
is
just
simply
identifying
routes.
Identifying
portals
are
the
roads
with
the
biggest
right
aways
that
we
can
do
this.
Where
are
the
areas?
Where
are
some
possible
drainages
that
we
can
jump
in
and
come
down?
And
the
number
in
here
where's
the
number
158
000?
So
so
that
number
is
basically
for
an
eight
foot
sidewalk
for
a
mile
and
a
half
three
quarters
of
a
month.
G
Okay,
so
we
have
a
mile
and
a
half
total
three
quarters
of
a
mile
each
year
that
we
would
like
to
to
put
sidewalk
in
just
just
like
that,
we'd
like
to
come
down,
osceola
connect
it
all
the
way
to
the
park
come
down.
Jacksonville
drive
all
the
way
to
the
beach
there's,
actually
a
drainage
corridor,
we're
hoping
to
get
use
that
it
comes
all
the
way
down
fairway
lane
and
continues
all
the
way
to
the
landfill.
G
But
that
that
connectivity,
once
once
we
identify
the
racks
once
we
kind
of
identify
design,
then
we
have
something
more
to
bring
back
to
you
to
show
exactly
where
a
little
more
easy.
It
happened
for
you
to
identify
the
routes,
so
we
we
currently
with
public
works
and
with
planning
development,
have
gone
through
and
drew
lines
all
over.
The
map
of
the
entire
city.
Now
we're
riding
specs.
G
G
C
G
So
what
have
we
decided
is
any
median
that
has
landscape
in
is
parks
and
rec.
Any
median
that
is
simply
common
mowing
is,
is
public,
so
the
the
medians
that
go
down
third
street,
the
the
medians
that
are
in
the
downtown
district
that'll
be
under
parts.
G
A
D
Artificial
field
replacement
when
we
voted
for
that,
do
you
remember
what
they
said
about
the
maintenance,
I'm
assuming
the
50
000
would
be
for
every
year
and
we're
missing
it
for
22.23.
You
guys
remember
what
that
was
cause.
I
remember
they
said
they
swept
it
and
got
the
little
pebbles
inside,
like
I
remember
all
of.
D
F
Of
that
was
just
the
underlayment,
the
drainage
to
replace
it
would
be
about
250
000.
We
think-
or
we
told
by
the
manufacturer,
it
should
last
10
years,
maybe
more
so
we're
still
putting
in
2024
50
000
a
year
away
for
the
next
five
years,
so
that
at
that
time
it
needs
replacement.
We
have
the
funds.
D
G
We
do,
we
have
a,
we
have
a
broom
and
we
have
a
device
that
you
drag.
It
has
a
broom
that
spins
and
we
also
have
it's
a
rubber
product
and
it
has
a
little
bit
of
cork
and
a
little
bit
of
sand
and
you
top
dress
it,
and
then
you
brush
it
in
and
they
are
doing
that.
Yes
and
then
we
also
when
we
have
issues,
I
think
we
had
a
fire
over
there.
We
burned
up
an
area
or
we
didn't
the
fire
damaged
an
area.
G
A
Isn't
this
aren't
we
having
problems
with
this
prematurely?
I
thought
this
was
the
last
longer
that
it
had
so
far.
G
Well,
the
replacement
wouldn't
be
until
2028.,
so
so
it
was,
it
was
told
to
us
the
artificial
field.
Yes
yeah.
We
were
told
that
it
would
last
approximately
10
years
depending
on
usage,
and
so
the
previous
director
recommended
that
once
we
were
five
years
out
to
start
reserving
funds,
so
we
would
have
them
in
that
year.
So
that's
why
we
just
showed
it
as
50
grand
a
year,
10
years
out
a
little
we'll
have
the
funds
available
if
it
needs
to
be
replaced.
G
A
G
G
What
about
the
market
park
park
pocket
park?
Okay,
so
the
parking
park
we
didn't
have
a
number
on,
but
it's
the
lot.
That's
at
jacksonville
drive
and
south
beach
parkway
and
we've
had
a
lot
of
requests
that
we
make
this
a
garden.
Did
we
make
it
a
park?
Do
we
make
it?
So
I
I
guess
more
than
putting
a
number
to
it.
That's
having
an
idea
is
more
okay,
let's
put
this
on
the
radar
and
get
some
people
thinking
about
it.
But
what
do
we
need
to
do
with
this
area?
That's
it's
currently
somewhere.
G
D
D
To
purchase
the
city-owned
lots
that
are
right
from
us
that
are
on
southeast
drive,
because
I
I
haven't
asked
anyone
in
this
group
how
they
feel
about
it.
But
I
am
a
big
big
foot.
I
would
like
to
push
that.
We
purchased
those
locks
and
we
use
our
lock
for
parking
to
supplement
making
it
park
across
the
lake,
but
new
orleans
memorial
or
historical
reflection
of
the
beaches.
So
it's
like
one
of
those
like
little
waterfalls
and
it's
more
like
a
stroll
park
for
all
those
lots
that
we
can
purchase
from
the
city.
D
D
So
for
me
I
would
want
to
put
anything
on
that
lot,
and
so
I
knew
what
we
could
purchase
those
lots
across
the
way
or
if
the
city
had
plans
us
having
a
discussion
by
selling
our
or
giving
them
that
locker
servicing,
because
if
we
don't
have
a
place
to
park,
only
people
can
get
their
people
to
walk
or
ride
the
bikes.
It
might
be
nice
to
be
able
to
walk
and
do
a
memorial
because
they've
been
talking
about
during
memorial
ventures,
memorial
blocks
memorial
fountains.
D
It
could
be
a
whole
memorial
park
that
people
can
go
to
and
you
need
parking.
So
for
me,
that's
how
I'm
looking
at
that
and
you've
probably
got
two,
maybe
three
years
and
asking
about:
what's
the
possibility
was
purchasing
me,
I
would
say,
could
be
put
into
that
property.
So
I
don't
see
that
as
a
part,
I
see
that
more
as
a
way
to
help
utilize
that
a
lot
regardless
of
what
happens
to
them.
D
Do
you
know
where
we
we
bought?
The
house
remember
about
the
house,
knocked
it
down
on
jacksonville
drive
the
west
southwest
corner
so
that
lot
right
across
from
it
going
straight
north
there's
three
or
four
lots
of
the
city
owned
that
are
now
all
green
and
they're
overgrown.
So
this
is
on
the
west
side.
C
D
D
A
D
D
D
Well,
that's
quite
finished
for
years.
Well,
there's
two
sets
of
lots,
there's
the
ones
on
jacksonville
drive
and
south
beach
parkway
and
then
there's
the
other
ones
that
are
closer
to
the
park.
D
D
To
say,
I
think
our
itty-bitty
geeky
part
should
service,
whatever
happens
on
those
big
lots,
and
it's
either
up
to
us
to
the
development
from
getting
from
the
city
or
the
city
needs
to
tell
us
what
they're
doing
that
we
can
decide
if
we're
going
to
provide
a
lot
to
them.
That's
kind
of
what
I
thought
and
I
think,
with
all
the
initiative
on
the
memorials
that
I'm
talking
about
breaks
all
that
stuff.
That
would
be
a
fantastic
place
to
make
a
memorial
park.
D
E
D
C
D
Different
demographic
of
people,
it
could
be
beautiful
and
have
water
features
or
what
have
you,
which
is
a
lot
of
cool
things
you
can
do
with
that,
and
we
have
money
that
we
can
utilize
in
this
district
before
it
goes
to
the
city.
So
if
we
say
we
want
to
do
this,
we
could
then
take
some
money,
buy
that
property
from
the
city.
That
money
goes
to
the
city
for
their
budget
because
we
bought
the
property
and
we're
not
getting
back
to
the
city.
C
D
G
A
Yes,
yes,
anything
and
everything
you
want
to
do
tomorrow,
okay,
and
especially,
and
I'm
not,
my
enemy
is
trying
to
circumvent
the
procurement
process,
but
part
of
the
preparation
process
is
you
can
piggyback
on
some
other
deal?
That's
out
there
or
then
we
can
do
those
things,
jeremy.
I
I
will
be
careful,
though,
because
when
you
start
putting
in
benches,
you
need
to
make
sure
we
thought
this
thing.
G
A
G
A
Well,
I
see
we
might
as
well
go
ahead
and
do
it
because
I
know
these
two
right
here
definitely
want
it.
So
we'll
go
and
listen
to
it.
I
don't
think
it's
going
to
change
my
mind
if
we
can
do
replace
what
we
currently
have,
but
you
know
I
know
to
my
boardwalk
to
here.
F
E
E
E
A
lot
of
this
stuff
can
be
done
simultaneously.
Did
you
say
it's
currently
in
advance
sunshine
parks
in
the
plan
park
lighting
replacements?
I'm
not
sure
these
other
items?
Okay,
so,
but
the
amendment
can
be
done
quickly
and
I
was
going
to
talk
about
this
later,
but
I
sent
to
you
everyone
today,
2011
amendment
plan
that
we
talked
about
for
south
beach.
It's
a
matter
of
taking
that
same
format,
which
is
nothing
more
than
the
descriptors
that
they
write
in
the
capital
improvement
program.
E
All
that
wonderful
work
you
do
and
including
that
in
a
planned
amendment.
It
goes
into
the
city
council
for
approval
and
and
I've
researched
this
as
well.
Mr
chairman,
there
only
has
to
be
notification
to
the
other
tax
authority.
Nothing
else
they
don't
have.
They
don't
have
the
right
for
you
approved
we're
just
giving
it
to
them,
and
this
is
what
we're
going
to
do,
but
is
there
a
reason
why
we
can't
do
both
these
and
care
about
them?
That's
what
I'm
saying
we
will
do
it
parallel.
E
C
G
F
G
I
mean
to
be
honest
with
you.
I
I've
really
just
ventured
ventured
out
into
the
parks
here
recently.
Yes,
there
may
be
items
that
come
up.
That
say
we
need
about
10
pounds
of
sod
to
make
this
more
sustainable
to
instantly
elevate
it.
There
may
be
areas
where
oh
wow,
the
irrigation
is
way
worse
than
I
thought
I
haven't
been.
I've
had
the
time
to
put
my
fingers
on
all
of
it
and
we're
actively
quickly
doing
that
now.
G
F
F
F
Also,
he
is
a
qualified
commercial
project
manager,
there's
tons
of
experiences
of
ex
maybe
cd.
He
would
be
the
project
manager
on
the
playground
and
a
lot
of
the
big
projects.
It
would
free
trevor
up
to
take
the
staff
that
currently
work
on
the
ground,
bring
them
on.
The
golf
course
move
this
off
on
the
golf
course
together
with
the
ground.
So
we
think
that
this
plan
is
going
to
be
beneficial
for
the
city
as
a
whole
system.
B
We've
got
to
be
thinking
about
the
whole
south
district
and
there
are
other
areas
other
than
sunshine
park,
that
we
need
to
focus
on
also
the
areas
around
the
retention
ponds
and
things
of
that
extent.
What
do
we
do?
How
can
we
improve
the
landscaping
around
those
areas
and
when
we
did
our
budget
most
recent
budget,
we
we
opened
from
25
000
to
45
000
professional
services
aspect
of
it
we
up
from
the
contract
services
operating
expenses
from
thirty
thousand
to
a
hundred
and
thirty
thousand.
B
We
increase
the
maintenance
operating
expenses
from
a
hundred
and
forty
thousand
to
two
hundred
and
forty
thousand.
I
guess
I'd
like
to
know
how
are
we
losing
all
of
those
funds
to
really
improve
the
south
district?
The
same
thing
applies:
there's
a
excuse
me
slightly
different
numbers
for
the
downtown
district,
but
we've
also
have
that
and
increased
it
for
the
downtown
district.
So
the
question
is:
how
are
we
really
using
all
of
those
funds
and
do
we
have
everything
thought
through
not
just
sunshine
park.
F
Well,
I
think
that
is
a
question
that
can
only
be
answered
collectively
with
city
staff,
including
public
works
in
this
department
and
others.
Well,.
B
You
know,
I
think
we,
as
the
agency,
also
need
to
just
get
our
arms
around.
All
that
I
mean
we
put
all
this
money
forward,
but
we
haven't
really
allocated
it
and
we
need
to
figure
out
exactly
how
we're
going
to
allocate
those
funds
and
where
they
should
be
applied
and
to
really
see
some
some
improvements
based
on
the
funds
that
we're
putting
forward.
B
You
know
it's
just
the
general
statement
is
what
I'm
making.
I
think,
and
I
would
echo
what
francis
said
earlier,
that
if
this
isn't
adequate,
we
need
to
understand
that
so
that
we
can
help
you
get
your
arms
around
what
you
really
need
to
be
doing
because-
and
I
say
down
there,
but
also
the
downtown
area
too.
I
think.
F
From
from
our
perspective,
one
of
the
things
that
we've
got
to
be
more
engaged
with
this
side
of
our
business
so
to
speak,
I
think
that
engagement
has
been
lacking
in
the
past
and
we're
committed.
You
know
if
it's
every
meeting
that
we've
got
to
be
involved
in
in
serbia.
We
are
also
committed
to
a
high
standard.
A
E
Other
amendments
that
we
might
want
to
have
this
actually
came
from
a
conversation
that
ashley
and
dennis
and
mike
and
karen,
had
about
getting
us
all
together
for
maybe
even
a
three-hour
workshop
to
talk
to
concepts
and
whiteboard.
It
put
all
the
things
on
the
board
that
we're
talking
about
now,
everyone
at
the
table,
so
we
can
come
out
with
ways
and
means
where
we
might
want
to
amend
and
put
the
parking
lot
planned
for
both
for
both
redevelopment
districts
going.
A
Forward
hold
on
just
next,
but
I
just
want
to
make
sure-
and
it
sounds
like
you
guys
need
to
have
two
or
three
of
these
meetings
before
you
bring
the
rest
of
us
in
because
and
and
it's
not
probably
fair
for
you
guys,
because
when
the
budget
came
before
us,
we
arbitrarily
threw
an
extra
50
000
here
next
to
30
000
there,
and
so
you
guys
are
kind
of
like
okay,
we
put
together
this
budget.
It
wasn't
something
we
did
over
the
weekend
and
he
goes
now.
All
of
a
sudden.
C
And
I'm
just
going
to
reiterate,
you
know
again:
we
did
that
drive
through
and
I
came
away
with.
You
know
number
one.
There
was
a
question
on
division
between
public
works
and
parks
and
a
lot
of
degrees,
and
it
sounds
like
you
were
trusting
someone,
but
there
were
also
to
give
an
example.
There
was
an
overgrown
corner
planting.
It
had
been
done,
maybe
five
six
years
ago
with
professional
landscaping,
but
is
that
the
city
is
that
the
landowner
is
that
in
this
city
again
it
was
public
works
or
parks.
C
I,
like
almost-
and
I'm
I'm
wondering
you
know
on
these
retention
times.
Has
anybody
even
thought
of
who's
responsible,
for
that
is
that
you
guys
are
public
works,
or
is
anybody
even
paying
attention
to
the
retention
funds?
So
I
think
part
of
that
process,
maybe
is
going
with
a
map
and
designated.
C
You
know
we
want
this
looking
good
who's
responsible
and
we
have
to
do
some
program
with
landowners
because
it's
their
right,
their
planting
or
whatever.
Even
though
it's
on
right
away
or
whatever
that
at
least
there's
an
understanding
of
who
is
responsible
for
making
that
look
good
and
I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
password
that
was
uncertain.
D
D
Maybe
in
that
aspect,
when
she
goes
to
that
process,
she'll
say
you
know
what
if
they
haven't
figured
out
where
that
money's
going
well,
I
can
tell
you
right
off
the
bat
these
this
could
be
used
like
you
know,
if
she
didn't
start
running
with
that
great
thing
of
that
money
as
well
to
help
you
guys
figure
out
where
it
can
be
used.
So
that's
my
only
thing
I
was
going
to
say.
I
agree
with
art.
I
do
think
there's
some
internal
hashing
that
happens
and
I
think
that
she
needs
to
be
involved.
There's
no.
B
Question
just
a
little
add
on
to
what
jeff
was
just
commenting
on
right
away
has
become
a
real,
interesting
aspect
to
all
of
us,
because
there
are
a
number
of
right-of-ways
in
the
south
district,
and
I
also
know
in
the
downtown
district,
where
you
can't
really
tell
who
owns
the
property.
B
There's
you
come
up
to
williams
street
where
the
school,
where
sun,
sea
breeze
school,
is
there's
a
couple
of
streets
that
run
east-west.
I
can't
think
of
manholes
right
now
that
end
before
they
get
to
williams
street
there's
right-of-way
there
somebody's
maintaining
it,
but
we
don't
know
who
and
to
what
level
and
there's
a
whole
series
of
those
kinds
of
things
that
I
could
point
out
throughout
the
south
district
as
well
as
the
downtown
after
having
walked
them,
that
we
need
to
somehow
get
our
arms
around
those
and
figure
out.
F
There's
a
number
of
them,
mr
peter,
throughout
the
city-
and
you
know
this
has
been
an
ongoing
thing
between
parks
and
public
works.
Who
owns
what-
and
this
is
yours,
how
it
all
came
to
be
and
who
ultimately
got
ownership.
We
don't
know,
but
you
know
I've
always
tell
us
what
to
do.
Let's
get
the
job
done.
You
know
well.
G
I
just
noted
that
we
are
committed
to
finding
these
areas
and
obviously
we
have
a
relatively
new
director.
We
have
relatively
new
club
works
director
and
we're
all
working
extremely
well
together
with
the
you
know,
all
of
us
are
actively
working
on
the
urban
trails
project
and
we're
going
to
work
hard
to
figure
this
out.
I
mean
this
is
not
a
one
of
the
city.
Employees
are
saying
not
mine,
but
this
is
something
that
we're
all
going
to
put
our
heads
together.
We've
been
working
well
together.
We'll
definitely
get
this
figured
out.
One.
A
Of
the
things
we
don't
want
to
do
and
we've
always
been
told
that
you
know
between
public
works
and
between
parks
and
rec
we
can
handle
it
all.
One
thing
we
don't
want
to
do
is
like
okay,
I
mean
some
places.
We
went
like
del
rey,
they
have
a
crew
that
handles
everything
in
the
cra
and
we
don't
necessarily
need
to
do
that.
If
you
guys
have
the
the
ability
within
the
manpower
you
currently
have
to
handle
it
all,
and
so
that's
what
we're
just
trying
to
get
our
hands
on.
F
Right
yeah,
I
know
we
are
committed.
I
think
you
know
from
our
perspective
is:
let's
you
know,
commit
to
come
to
these
meetings
and
get
a
report
from
you
guys.
You
know
it's
looking
better
or
it's
not
working.
Let's
you
know
we're
open
to
that
and
we
committed
you
know
and
our
goal.
A
G
And
by
the
end
of
this
summer,
you
know
for
me
touching
everything
by
the
end
of
the
summer,
I'll
be
able
to
say,
hey,
look
we're
going
to
need
another
person,
we're
going
to
need
something
to
help
us
out.
So
this
might
be
something
that
takes
me
six
to
nine
months
to
really
figure
out
to
come
up
with
a
great
process.
But
we
won't
hesitate
to
ask
when
the
time
comes.
All.
B
And
you
go
to
the
maintenance
items.
You
want
to
make
sure
that
all
the
capital
projects
above
are
considered
as
part
of
the
maintenance
that
somewhere
down
the
road
here,
maybe
not
the
initial
years
you're
going
to
have
to
provide
some
maintenance,
but
at
some
point
you're
going
to
have
to
pick
it
up.
So
it'd
be
good
to
start
to
identify
those.
G
Michael
mann
said,
and
at
the
bottom
of
the
wind,
but
sunshine
park,
playground
maintenance,
you
know,
10-pound
leader,
can
come
in
and
start
that
right
away
same
thing
with
the
with
the
skatepark
and
anything
that
we
build
we're
putting
in
future
maintenance
dollars
to
keep
those
up
the
downtown
district.
You
know
I
hate
seeing
a
lot
of
the
lists
that
I
came
up
to
comes
down
and
is
really
waiting
on
on.
Ultimately,
the
dick's
height
plan,
you.
D
G
E
D
D
In
regards
to
what
just
said
in
the
past,
even
though
that's
in
the
plan
there's
there's
different
planting
areas
that
have
brown,
fake
mulch
and
black
fake
mulch,
some
don't
have
anything
and
some
have
plants
and
some
dolls.
So,
even
though
there's
a
theme,
the
theme
is
chaos,
so
I
I
think
anything.
G
You'll
see
number
six
I
have
in
there
multi-alternative
landscape
bed
to
be
determined.
We
were
kind
of
wanting
to
see
what
the
direction
was,
but
if
there's
funds
available
I
plan
on
and
if
you
guys
like,
I
would
choose-
or
I
could
do
a
couple
sample
beds
and
you
guys
as
a
group
could
choose,
I
mean
I'm
not
one.
Obviously
I
don't
like
the
pouring
place.
G
G
I
really
like
to
look
at
and
come
up
with
a
long-term
solution.
That's
easy
for
us
to
maintain,
and
you
know
at
first
it's
like,
let's
put
some
gravel
and
then
I
put
your
kids
tossing
it
all
around
the
place.
So
we're
going
to
come
up
with
something.
That's
that's
easy
to
maintain
and
it
looks
aesthetically
pleasing.
Yet.
C
Yeah,
I
would
request
that
as
one
of
the
alternatives
to
look
into
what
a
lot
of
cities
do
where
they
have
a
lot
of
pedestrian
traffic
metal
grates
surrounding
the
time.
G
C
D
Just
to
piggyback
on
that-
and
I
know
we're
not
talking
firecrack
right
now,
but
during
my
search
and
it
wouldn't
be
every
one
right-
there
are
actual
bike
racks
that
go
up.
They
like
frame
around
the
palm
tree
and
trees
and
they
like
front
wheel
up
onto
them
and
they're
designed
to
be
like
spirals
around
the
trees.
G
Okay,
well,
we
will
come
up
with
a
plan
to
to
re-landscape
from
beach
boulevard
to
to
the
and
I'll
come
back
with
a
price
for
from.
So
I'm
sorry
on
beach,
boulevard
from
3
3rd
street
to
the
lifeguard
station.
We
were
kind
of
under
the
assumption
that
was
part
of
the
the
landscape
plan,
but
we'll
we'll
come
up
and
there
are
guides
in
that
which
you'll.
E
D
How
does
the
concrete
on
first
and
foremost,
the
public?
So
even
though
you
guys
will
be
planting
public
works,
thought
and
fix
the
concrete
in
that
space.
G
G
I
I
saw
at
a
recent
council
meeting,
they
were
going
to
lower
a
machine
in
there
and
all
the
dirt
and
sand
down
there
right,
but
we'll
make
sure
we
coordinate
with
gum
and
then
once
once
they're
done
we'll
make
sure
it's
irrigated
pick
some
plants
that
can
take
the
that
wind
tunnel,
as
you
said,
fencing
so
currently
between
the
sneakers
parking
lot.
So,
on
the
south
end
of
lakeland
plaza,
there's
an
old
green
fence.
G
That's
rested:
half
of
it's
falling
over
half
of
it's
missing,
there's
a
landscape
edge
on
the
inside
half
of
it's
missing,
we'd
like
to
come
through
there
pull
that
up
and
if
you
guys
would
like
to
see
some
type
of
fence
put
back
in
we'll
put
back
a
fence
or
just
at
least
get
the
safety
concern
on
the
defense
out
there
and
re-establish
they're
talking
about
hobo
village.
Yes,.
C
B
G
So
the
repaint
repair,
the
drain
wire
conduit,
so
there's
currently
a
drain
slash
when
people
use
the
stage
they
run
their
wires,
do
it
for
the
sound
equipment
to
the
back
of
the
field
it's
currently
broken.
We
need
to
get
that
replaced
right
now.
It's
just
got
some
plywood
stuck
across
it
and
what
we'll
start
doing
is
we'll
start
holding
the
event
planners,
not
the
event
playing
everybody,
the
event
holder
accountable
for
any
damage
done
to
that
thing
in
the
future.
G
A
G
So
that's
something
that
that
might
have
just
been
overlooked.
Every
time
we'll
make
sure
it's.
It's
taken
care
of
ancient
walk
pavilion,
that's
billion
maintenance,
so
oceanfront
park.
We
have.
We
re
paint
the
bathroom
this
year
we
just
recently
repainted
the
the
restrooms
at
the
pier.
The
restaurant
is
second
avenue
north
and
then
next
year,
we'd
like
to
repaint
the
ones
at
oceanfront
have
a
long
single.
D
A
D
Before
you
paint
that,
can
you
just
research
if
they're
planning,
to
do
something
with
that
bathroom?
Because
I
remember
talks,
I
don't
remember
exactly
when
it
talks
about
them,
moving
the
restroom
to
different
areas
of
the
park
because
they
didn't
like
where
it
was
at.
Currently,
I
thought
we
just
rebuilt
that
I
know
that
they
were
like
that's.
Okay,.
D
C
About
you
know
going
back
to
the
tool
box
that
we
have
to
help
beautify
the
city
and
whatnot
and
I'll
give
the
beach
boulevard
example
new
york
to
medium.
If
we
do
that,
make
it
all,
look,
nice
you're
still
going
to
have
the
walgreens
overgrown
hedge,
the
path
of
bush's
step,
and
it's
clearly
on
their
property.
We
have
no
responsibility
or
ability
to
fix
it.
C
A
C
B
Along
those
lines
again,
the
district
is
much
bigger
than
just
the
downtown
area
and
if
you
take
a
look
at
some
of
the
end
zones,
yes,
we've
got
some
real
maintenance
issues
in
the
end
zones
as
to
grass
growing
over
the
sidewalks
and
stuff
like
that
and
sidewalks
covered
by
sand.
That's
been
blown
across
it'd
be
nice
to
do
a
better
job
of
maintaining
our
end
zones.
B
At
the
same
time,
and
again,
I'm
talking
about
cutting
down
the
whole
downtown
district,
not
just
right
now,.
C
B
We
didn't
do
the
improvements,
you
are
you
we
have
done
a
number
of
them,
but
just
recently
we
finished
up
the
water
14th
street
and
I'm
sorry
to
12th
and
13th
street.
Those
are
mission
reasons
we're
going
to
get
ready
to
do
the
other
ones.
B
I
would
think
we'd
be
able
to
get
in
there
and
do
something
amazing.
So.
G
D
G
So,
basketball,
so
so
the
basketball
kind
of
came
up.
We
were
looking
to
to
install
any
tennis
court
huguenot
park.
They
wanted
the
community
wanted
a
basketball
court
somewhere.
So
we
were
thinking
what
would
it
be
like
if
we
put
a
basketball
court
or
the
existing
volleyball
court?
Was
it
ocean
front
car
ocean
park,
move
the
volleyball
to
the
beach
and
then
use
that
space
as
a
basketball,
or
at
least
we
need
to
there
used
to
be
a
playground
and
the
weather
destroyed?
It
was
never
replaced.
I'd
like
to
see
something
in
that
area.
Isn't.
A
G
G
A
F
G
D
That's
the
area,
I
think
you
need
community
input
on
because
I
feel
like
we
had
a
picture
of
our
whole
city
and
where
basketball
parts
are
where
pumpkins
are.
I
feel
like
there's
other
sports
or
other
things
that
that
general
walkable
neighborhood
would
prefer
there
and
may
not
be
basketball.
So
I
think
for
that.
E
City
manager
said
we're
going
to
do
something
with
the
ballerina
we're
going
to
get
a
proposal
on
that
pretty
quickly
in
terms
of
what
they
look
like.
This
comes
back
to
something
that
you
said
earlier
gary
and
I
did
get
an
email
from
ashley
this
week
where
to
talk
about
that
money
that
you
put
in
for
maintenance,
no
areas.
Those
funds
can
be
used
to
replace
the
dollars.
Now,
please,
without
going
anywhere,
so
you're
going
to
get
a
proposal
from
public
works
and
what
that's
like.
A
E
E
I
want
one,
but
you
all
know
this:
that's
that's
coming
quickly
and
the
funds
are
there
to
pay
for
it
now
without
going
anywhere
else,
except
looking
at
it.
Supervising
we've.
A
Got
a
minute
left,
the
number
one
thing
is:
if
you
guys
can
change
out
the
playground
equipment
down
there,
the
same
that
we
currently
have,
and
if
you
want
to
join
the
expert.com.
