Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
A
A
From
5:30
to
7:00
p.m.
in
this
very
room,
so
portion
of
this
briefing
today
is
being
reserved
for
you
all
to
have
a
discussion
to
see
if
there
can
be
a
consensus.
A
few
points
that
you
would
like
to
discuss
or
the
direction
I
think
that's
something
that
from
the
first
meeting
was.
It
was
a
little
evident
that,
because
both
the
City
Council
in
the
CRA
had
not
meant
to
kind
of
get
their
thoughts
together
from
both
sides
of
the
table.
A
B
To
go
back-
and
this
was
an
issue
I
brought
up
at
that
first
meeting.
We
as
a
council
had
come
up
with
an
agenda
that
was
more
than
just
the
five
bullet
points
that
were
provided
both
so
I
personally
would
like
to
see
it
revisit
that
as
a
way
to
get
on
track
and
the
first
one
under
we
have
introduction
and
overview,
which
was
the
review
of
the
2007
Vision
Plan
status,
update
and
was
it
so
relevant,
which
I
think
we
essentially
covered
with
those
presentation,
but
then
we
got
number
two.
B
D
B
Into
that
area,
and
then
we
have
opportunities
for
this
area.
What
can
we
do?
Public/Private
partnerships,
Tiger
strings
purchasing
private
copy.
What
other
restrictions
do
we
have
and
then
item
four
with
prioritize
next
steps
in
item
five
with
plan
for
future
meetings,
so
I
feel
like
we
dabbled
in
a
little
bit
of
those
that
organized
fashion
so
well,
the
first
one,
the
interim
plus
overview
was
reviewed.
The
2007
vision
plans
status
updates
as
it's
irrelevant.
We
never.
E
A
F
H
In
the
past,
as
a
CRA
part
of
prioritizing
the
work
or
is
that
something
has
to
come,
come
from
the
direction
of
the
council
through
the
city
and
the
city
prioritize
the
work
because
being
on
the
CRA
I,
don't
I,
never
felt
like
we
were
involved
with.
The
pilot
is
a
ssin
of
the
work.
That's
something
that
we
should
be.
I
Question
the
city
administration
normally
did
that
and
see
how
I
became
involved
insisted
budgeting
time
here
is
redistribution
of
unallocated
funds.
We've
been
a
year
into
a
felony
here
into
up
right.
That
has
some
prioritisation
to
do.
It's
not
a
large
pool,
because
we,
the
district,
has
much
money
left
at
the
end
of
each
year,
but
to
the
extent
that
the.
I
Prioritization
that
did
you
are
in
true
of
don't
do
that
during
the
year
and
for
both
the
impacts
after
second,
it
wasn't
just
the
2007
vision
plan
in
2015.
There
were
additional
elements
added
by
amendment
to
both
of
these
are
amendments
to
dat.
1787
plan
was
still
the
document.
They
talked
about
all
the
downtown
area.
Late
now,
Killeen
uses
2007.
The
vision
plan
was
an
amendment
to
that
plan
with
the
guiding
principles
highlighting
the
streets.
You
know,
families
all
that
20
15
20
minute
and
also
the
2007
plan
incorporated
the
downtown
infrastructure
plan.
I
That
I
believe
was
by
the
administration
that
came
up
with
that
priority,
because
that's
that's
the
table.
It's
wagging
the
dog
downtown
right
now
right
now
we're
working
on
a
ten
million
dollar
project
right
now
and
we're
doing
design
for
the
other
three
components
to
get
that
infrastructure
plan.
It
done.
Let
me
go
back
more
to
what
the
other
island
elements
of
the
Vision
Plan
are,
which
aren't
necessarily
prioritized
at
this
point.
We've
made
progress
in
some
areas
in
some
of
the
areas
we
have.
Should
the
council.
H
I
H
Served
in
the
past
they're
they're
approving
before
they're
approving
the
projects
and
everything
that
city
is
put
in
front
of
them.
That's
because
that
would
stay.
It
would
say
that
it
was,
and
they
don't
necessarily
need
to
be,
as
involved
with
prioritization,
as
the
council
does
I
mean
because
they
said
the
city
had
been
selecting
the
work
and
making
all
the
decisions
on
what
was
getting
done.
The
point
of
the
CRA
it
was
getting
approved
since
everything
is
getting
approved.
They
there's
been
one
no
vote
in
the
last
ten
years.
H
B
I
The
top
of
my
head,
because
the
one
thing
that's
unique,
not
totally
unique
but
fairly
unique-
is
that
we
have
a
separate
CRA,
that's
not
subset
or
the
whole
Council
to
switch
to
pads
in
the
video
okay.
Now
in
Campinas,
the
CRA
I'll
beat
out
to
Carol,
what's
more
of
a
suit
executive
director
and
see
if
there's
some
money
that
has
the
experience
with
our
set
up,
because
every
time
in
the
certification
classes,
I
would
I
was
one
of
four
people
or
three
people
in
the
whole
group
of
30
people
that
had
a
separate
CRA.
I
B
A
State
legislature
may
have,
or
the
laws
specific
to
see
our
reasoning
government,
which
it
can
a
can
do
with
regards
to
the
separation.
I
think
it'd
be
important
for
us
to
children
that
delineation.
So
while
there
are
things
that
you
say
you
may
want
to
have
the
council
to
do
and
have
the
CRA
be
a
little
bit
focused,
we
may
find
that
state
legislation
says
it's
an
all-or-nothing
type
deal.
If
you
have
to
see
our
board.
These
are
their
powers
that
are
rated.
If
you
don't
instance,.
I
With
you
know
whether
or
not
the
Vision
Plan
or
what
the
uncompleted
elements
are,
if
they're
still
relevant
any
amendment
going
through,
the
plan
has
to
be
approved
by
the
City
Council
so
through
by
the
governing
body,
to
see
how
you
can
make
a
recommendation
at
that
point.
So
it's
like,
instead
of
you,
recommend
the
policy
for
them.
It's
more
like
the
other
way
around.
When
it
comes
to
hey,
you
want
to
totally
revisit
the
vision
or
the
downtown
redevelopment
plan
come
up
with
a
new
plan
from
scratch.
I
G
I
C
We
have
any
cooking
singing
that
sure
that's
what
the
job
is,
but
I
think
to
your
point.
There
should
be
an
opportunity
for
them
to
provide
insight
where
we've
been
put
to
make
recommendations
with
us.
If
we
don't
ever
hear
from
them
or
there
may
be,
they
have
that's
collective
group
side
discussions.
We
had
some
ideas
that
ate
one
ring
before.
I
C
I
A
H
G
That,
because
you'll
probably
find
members
to
see
our
different
priorities,
is
it
sure
we
all
do
as
well.
I
just
said
you
get
all
priorities
in
one
piece
paper,
so
we
can
talk
about
discussing
I,
move
forward
with
a
plan
and
I
think
the
CRA
has
been
reactive
just
by
the
structure.
It's
not
going
to
call
their
own
and
then
follow
on.
All
that
we
interacts
is
basically
their
faith
on
our
curriculum.
What
they're
prepared
for
article
gansan
afraid
what
they
mean
to
us
so
we're
not
really
getting
input
on
the
grass
we
sell
anything.
G
F
I
F
I
E
C
See
a
heart
of
your
odds,
necessary
to
a
mediation,
and
we
don't
get
there
now
parking
garage
so
stepping
for
5-10
years.
We
had
a
part
in
rough,
then
that
that
we
use
on
First
Street
that
parking
and
our
other
locks
and
that's
part
of
the
2007
vision
language
to
have
a
fun
time.
He
is
not
misleading
a
planet
people
to
pay
2080
cheap
suits
working.
The
rock
we
had
I
thought
was
going
in
the
right
way
that
we
collectively
thought
about
purchasing.
H
H
G
C
A
Know
without
getting
into
the
details
that
solves
it,
the
problem.
Well,
that's!
Okay!
Without
getting
into
the
details,
I
think
maybe
going
back
to
the
issues
of
corporal
awesome
you
know,
is
it
isn't
the
philosophy
of
the
Commission
that
they
would
like
to
see
structured
parking
with?
Potentially
it
makes
you
sleep
all
and
if
the
answer
to
that
overarching
statement,
yes,
then.
A
E
G
That's
it.
That's
the
plan
this
one,
so
you
go
back
to
the
initial
point.
Is
it
still
relevant
which
assets
implicitly?
Yes,
it
is
because
they're
there
many
parts
of
it
that
are
relevant
today,
there's
things
that
maybe
not
that
are
small
and
that's
what
I
think
we
should
pick
one
thing
or
maybe
two
big
things:
the
footwear
Sun
and
you
know,
because
you
can
either
walk
the
beach.
Yes,
you
know
the
thing
is
when
you
just
need
to
take
action,
all
right.
F
F
G
G
Muslim
behave
themselves
yesterday,
provide
Parker
to
the
hanumana
residence,
but
to
bring
it
for
more
more
we're
going
to
bring
the
structure
and
if
we
are
going
to
revamp
we're
going
to
come
on,
I
think
the
best
course
of
actions
that
how
people
live
in
them,
because
they
take
more
pride
and
take
more
responsibility
in
that
neighborhood.
But
the.
G
C
F
E
I
The
actual
delighted
master
plan
wait
by
the
deciders
master
plan
public.
Our
master
plans
refer
to
the
plan
and
a
little
bit
on
the
backburner.
The
period
we
planted
just
because
it
appears
to
be
under
construction
two
years.
So
we're
not
going
to
follow
you
here.
It
appears
an
attraction
for
construction,
so.
I
And
that
will
be
the
OL
Coppertone
moves
online.
If
it
comes
online
like
the
one
if
it
gets
approved,
because
the
council
approval
to
play
initiative,
Senate
approval,
they
will
not
be
provided
all
at
their
on-site
parking,
they
will
be
paying
their
way
out
of
the
substantial
amount
of
their
part
which
could
be
submitted
is
for
a
computer
Nations
project.
Those
type
of
payments
in
that's,
not
1020,
that
have
had
the
three
year.
I
E
Where
people
don't
see
kids
in
they
go
to
the
parks,
sunshine
Park,
each
packed
all
the
train.
It
get
something
like
that
downtown
we
get
to
keep
their
residents
that
want
kicked
out
there.
There's
no
shame,
there's
no
parts
of
nothing
to
them.
To
do.
No
Shady
canopy
is
no
change
without
noticing,
so
there's
no
sitting.
No,
she
nothing
to
do
so.
The
other
than
act
no
sitting.
B
I
agree
with
this
manner
crying
I
just
feel
like
there's
the
next
level
that
we
need
to
push
to
me.
The
next
level
is
the
air
rage
to
drive
retailers
out
that
we
want
into
the
area
work
it
if
it's,
how
be
wherever
I,
don't
really
agree
with
a
part
because
I
feel
like
it
should
be
the
main
convergence
of
retail
community.
How
would
you
want
people
to
park
their
car
and
be
able
to
go?
Do
multiple
things
at
one
time
and
we
have
great
hearts
all
over.
B
B
F
B
J
F
G
J
G
E
Part
Henry
tells
not
like
ponytail
part
of
the
main
space
you
put
stuff
on
the
green
space
when
people
review
some
some
some
begin.
How
that
we
tell
if
I
believe
we
are
residents
to
go
downtown
and
frequent,
that
it
will
attract
visitors,
the
same
interest
as
our
residents,
that
would
that
helped
lessen
some
of
the
issues
that
we
have
downtown,
but.
J
J
I
My
taxes,
just
economically
I,
think
future
of
the
downtown
is
going
to
be
a
little
world
residential
side
and
on
the
commercial
side,
it's
gotten.
We've
gotta
have
that
for
sport,
you've
got
you've,
got
a
retail
market.
It's
our
cup.
Now
I've
got
a
retail
market,
that's
cut
by
all
of
that
commercial.
It's
all
a
bit,
though,.
I
But
we
got
three
possibly
four
top
projects,
I'm
gonna
put
that
over
time-
and
that's
not
just
people
in
fact
that
people
in
the
daytime
and
these
people
are
not
banking
on
what
we
can
live.
80
percent
up
physically
the
lunar
as
long
as
we're
back
in
the
summer,
they're
counting
on
me,
plus
the
synoptic
seat
here
and
that's
going
to
get
some
level
of
street
activity
downtown,
but
we
still
be
more
and
in
addition
to
pulling
people
from
all
their
lives
from
a
minute.
H
I
H
F
G
G
G
G
Got
from
the
last
thing
was
we
to
say
that
mommy,
my
arms?
So
what
are
you
feeling
around
a
lot
of
retail
if
you're
gonna,
let
the
retail
market
take
care
of
itself?
After
the
fact
you
know,
if
we
put
the
structure
there,
people
that
will
come
so
I
think
we
just
agree
what
Maksym
we're
gonna
go
as
far
as
what's
gonna
win.
If
we're
going
to
all
these
parking
areas
and
if
you
do
find
the
one
include
four
parties
are
retail
or.
F
I
G
The
main
I
still
think
the
majority
of
people
use
Jack
speaks
as
a
pass-through
weapon
in
South
Florida,
the
neck
home
here
Sarafina,
but
never
the
job
will
be
driving
and
I
just
think
with
400
acts
or
isms,
and
we're
not
going
to
have
400
and
a
partner
who's
four
hundred
extras
that
and
it
South
could
create,
and
they
see
you
couldn't
get
out.
This.
J
I
I
F
I
C
C
Capital,
we
have
something
else
for
restaurants
all
right
there.
You
know
all
those
four
restaurants,
one
valiant
drop
low.
They
seek
the
Carnegie
Park,
a
concept
like
that.
We
had
a
parking
garage
for
them
to
utilize
and
take
people
to
how
could
people
would
rather
because
it
can
even
exactly
leave
the
car,
go.
B
F
G
G
C
G
E
F
H
H
G
F
G
F
A
G
I
Consume
the
artheon
respond
to
it.
That's
how
you
get
the
variety
different
at
yourself.
So
it's
not.
We
don't
want
to
pigeonhole
and
say
look.
This
is
exactly
what
we
want
to
motorcycling.
You
want
to
say:
hey
yeah,
I,
agree,
that's
because
I,
don't
think
we'd,
let
you
are
beyond
simple:
we've
got
five
public
locks,
potentially,
which
one
would
you
want
to
do
it
on?
What
do
you
want
to
put
there
I
think
we
ought
to.
I
J
I
And
those
will
be
done
by
the
middle
of
March,
so
those
will
be
funding
items
as
capital
project
14,
either
to
the
CRA
starting
on
that
point.
Well,
no
one
of
their
coming.
Our
planet
suffered
up
to
some
murals
on
some
of
the
the
building
faces.
We
visited
all
the
good
feedback
and
that's
partly
to
give
him
the
package
to
cash
out
there
on
that
small
one
of
the
commitment.
I
One
of
the
specific
commitments
in
here
was
to
eliminate
that
25
percent
maximum
for
wall
girls,
because
there's
some
people
like
they're,
also
people
don't
let
if
you'll
notice
the
murals
behind
the
city
right,
you
know
we're
all
painted
before
their
standards
came
into
that
and
I
haven't
heard
a
lot
of
objective
objections
about
it,
but
this
stuff
that
they
types
looking
for
in
their
in
their
vintage
areas.
Police.
A
I
I
I
G
J
G
J
A
D
J
D
D
H
D
D
So
that's
what
we're
doing,
and
so
what
you're
saying
is
114
when
they
didn't
do.
Is
they
back
up
just
a
little
bit?
We
cannot
breath
legislation,
raishin
frequency,
and
we
can't
some
of
that.
Okay,
that
says
what
can't
move
it
well,
we
can
still
talk
to
a
building
unless
it's
a
fire
marshal
bill.
Individuals
and
I
would
say
this
was
not
just
me.
This
has
been
ongoing
as
of
last
year.
It
has
been.
D
D
D
D
D
This
group
that
they
have
gotten
compliant
are
compliant
all
state
law
before
using
friction.
We've
got
middle
bike
safety
requirements.
We
can
stand
at
this
board
building
code
and
for
firefighters,
and
this
is
where
the
expertise
of
club,
your
fire,
marshal
and
you're
building
a
visual,
can
have
an
important
smugglin
CO
detectors,
including
specialized
requirements
for
any
fear
automatic
sprinkler
system.
Where
your
three
stories
or
more.
D
I
Chris
one
thing
that
point,
though,
is
ready
now
somebody's
in
the
house
where
they
get
the
buildings
here.
There's
a
single-family
house
he's
well
unit
pursues
whether
it's
an
apartment
or
a
tendon
bedroom
house
require
two
parking
spaces
so
that
new
register
between
us
to
that
occupancy
rate,
so
that
that's
not
look
at
the
boxes
now,
you're
back
home
with
anyway
I
only
have
to
have
two
parking
spaces,
but
if
you
turn
it
in.
C
D
D
D
So
we'll
hand
right
now
and
we're
doing
it
as
restrictive,
as
we
can
right
now
copy
that
here.
Education
I
think
over
time,
but
though
again
see
that
the
business
model
has
changed.
People
who
were
just
bringing
down
their
house
before
or
longer
people
reading
out
the
past
very
healthy
and
their
running
business.
No
packing
in.
