You
first
of
all,
I
would
like
to
thank
that
parts
of
Recreation
Department
for
the
great
grand
opening
of
the
golf
course
last
week,
and
it's
been
very
busy-
would
have
been
lots
of
nice
comments
made.
There
was
even
an
article
in
The,
Times,
Union,
Donald
savaging
about
five
great
for
and
several
of
us
played.
E
It
was
very
nice
I'd
like
to
especially
thank
Karen
Elson
Jason,
the
TV's
grew
smaller
Trevor
Hughes
and
the
numerous
others
for
putting
it
all
together,
making
it
happen
also
to
Harrison
into
that
architect
up
for
the
revisions
and
again
get
occupy
the
office.
A
great
nicely
done
playing
off
second
playing
just
a
reminder
that
tomorrow
night
is
the
car
show
and
the
class
I'm
out
here
to
learn
to
use
the
of
the
life
and
weather
permitting
and
I'm
sure
it
looks
like
it
may
be,
who
the
other
thing
on
the
social
calendar
is.
E
The
visit
Jacksonville
had
several
beaches,
events
on
their
calendar
for
the
month.
One
was
the
deck,
the
chairs,
of
course,
with
a
Curtiss
Loftus
for
his
participation
or
his
help
with
that
and
the
adventure
landings
Winterfest
and
then
the
beaches
Polar
Express,
that
at
the
beaches,
Historical
Society
question.
So
thank.
A
A
Thank
you
for
missing
that
we
do
have
a
lot
of
great
events
coming
up
at
the
beaches
Museum,
but
there
will
be
no
Walker
Express.
Thank
you
and
also
dr.
chairs,
I
think
starts
Sunday
at
4
o'clock.
Right
thanks
this
coming
Sunday
4
o'clock,
so
I
put
an
ID
challenge
and
see
you
out.
There
I
think
is
one
I
noticed
on
yeah.
This
is
Jack's
location
or
listing
of
20,
or
so
they
have
us.
G
G
Know
this
is
unusual
for
media
to
come
up
at
this
point.
Actually,
first
of
all
local
policy,
because
I
thought
they'd
over
received
an
email
inviting
tomorrow
night
to
our
work
ceremony
tomorrow
night.
The
officers
that
were
involved
in
the
incident
from
August
8th
are
going
to
be
recognized
for
their
heroism
and
three
officers
at
seven
o'clock
at
the
police
department
and
obviously
they're
all
invited
I
apologize
for
the
short
notice.
I
thought
the
emails
have
been
sent
out,
but
it's
my
fault.
They
work
so
I
apologize
for
that.
B
To
Kansai
so
also
open
to
the
public.
Thank
you
there.
Thank
you,
sir
appreciate
it
Christina
for
work
and
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
read
my
disclaimer
here.
This
portion
of
the
agenda
is
designed
to
allow
citizens
an
opportunity
to
bring
matters
to
the
council's
council's
attention.
It
is
not
reasonable
to
expect
that
the
council
will
engage
in
debate
or
deliberation
about
matters
on
which
the
council
has
received
no
prior
information
as
part
of
the
agenda
before
addressing
the
council.
Please
state
your
name
and
address
for
the
record.
B
You
you're
asked
to
limit
your
comments
to
three
minutes
table
on
the
entrance
and,
if
you
do
want
to
bring
one
up,
bring
it
up
to
my
far
right,
your
far
left
to
the
clerk
and
should
be
happy
to
take
that
for
the
rain.
For
that
being
said,
we'll
start
with
visitors
courtesy
floor
first
Justin.
Well,
since
we're
all
as
if
you
come
forward,
if
she
named
an
adverse
event
for
three
minutes,
sir
okay,
hello,
my
name
is
Justin
Ornelas.
H
I'm,
a
bit
Florida,
three
12th
Avenue
South,
the
downtown
infrastructure
project
lives
up
to
my
house
on
to
full
size,
I'm,
12th
and
4th
Street
I'm
here
to
discuss
their
concerns
on
the
project
and
lack
of
accountability
by
the
city,
even
paper
ordered
without
the
start
of
the
construction
of
hoc
approximately
one
week
before
the
start.
It
basically
no
advance
warning
via
phone
email
or
post
paperwork
that
was
given.
It
was
full
of
misrepresentations
from
the
city
such
as
driveway
accessible
at
the
end
of
each
day
when,
in
reality,
no
access
for
over
a
month.
H
No
concern
for
local
residents
who
use
the
area
at
access
to
the
beach
park.
Convenience
store
via
bike
and
foot
issues
that
I
had
arrived
via.
The
construction
I've
had
a
knife-wielding
cutting
through
the
punishments
that
they
did
it
up
pick
up
and
through
my
yard,
multiple
scratches
on
my
truck
from
people
trying
to
squeeze
through
the
yard
baby
carriers
going
on
the
beach
okay.
H
H
Last
time
being
four
days
ago
for
30
minutes
or
five
days
to
season
and
9:00
a.m.
trying
to
look
for
work,
many
more
things
that
I
don't
have
time
to
explain
in
these
three
minutes.
Another
major
issues,
my
opinion
up
would
be
lack
of
accountability
by
the
city.
After
all,
the
above
issues
and
exhausting
city
contacts
given
James
Myrna
Dennis
Dupree,
they
told
me
to
contact
the
deputy
city
manager,
so
they
called
leave
a
message
with
secretary
multiple
times
emails.
H
Four
weeks
of
no
response
at
all
I'll
do
told
she
will
get
back
to
me
so
I'm,
an
in
person
to
talk
with
this
person
about
multiple
issue.
Those
haven't
could
not
mean
it,
but
this
person
could
not
set
an
appointment
on
multiple
times.
It
is
very
a
professional
look
for
the
city
during
to
a
person
who
clearly
is
refusing
to
respond,
even
in
the
interim
condition.
After
telling
her
secretary
that
she
did
not
speak
with
me,
I
was
going
to
go
in
front
of
the
City
Council.
H
To
explain
how
unprofessional
they've
been
dealing
with
me
came
to
a
culmination
of
an
officer
showing
up
at
my
house
for
other
issues
as
well
as
that
that
I
just
found
out
tonight,
which
is
very
you
know,
it's
just
a
very
bad
look
for
me.
I,
don't
like
having
my
neighbors,
see
police
officers
coming
over
to
my
house
at
3
p.m.
H
just
to
clarify
I,
asked
officer
why
he
was
at
my
house
and
stated
that
he
was
calling
because
City
Hall
and
says
her
ass
crumbling
down
there,
too
equipment,
which
I
figured
was
quite
ironic
and
seeing
that
an
officer
was
at
my
house
at
3:02
p.m.
also
not
making
any
sense,
because
the
city
contacts
need
to
refer
this
to
this
position.
I
hope
you
all
take
some
time
out
of
your
busy
schedule
to
come
down
and
look
at
the
level
of
devastation
that
I
deal
with
on
a
daily
basis.
I
That
the
construction
is
necessary
and
is
for
the
public
good
I
hope
you
understand
that.
That's
not
why
I'm
here
I'm
here,
because
it's
obvious
that
the
planning
was
woefully
inadequate
and
that
there
was
no
consideration
given
whatsoever
to
a
house,
the
townhouse
property
that
people
live
in.
That
is
immediately
adjacent
to
to
this.
This
area,
I
will
go
over
a
few
of
the
issues.
I
do
have
some
copies
of
additional
information
as
as
well
because
of
the
time
limit
over
a
few.
I
A
few
things
it's
already
mentioned
about
the
inadequate
notice
for
a
project
of
this
magnitude
is
one
issue.
Personal
safety
concerns
is
huge.
People
involves
constantly
cutting
across
the
gardens
driveway
because
of
the
road
closures,
a
man
threatened
to
me
and
made
sexual
innuendos
when
I
asked
him
not
to
run
his
bicycle
into
my
car
one
day,
that
was
in
the
driveway,
the
aforementioned
knife-wielding
man,
who
was
apparently
cutting
plastic,
fencing,
fencing
and
then
threatening
to
my
tenant,
an
enormous
hole,
25
feet.
I
Deep,
is
2
foot
away
from
the
driveway
for
3
months,
construction,
nails
and
other
hazards
constantly
left
in
the
road
right
by
the
driveway.
If
anyone
would
like
to
see
these
are
not
standard
nails,
this
is
the
kind
of
thing
that
is
constantly
around
the
another
thing.
Another
issue
is
the
substantial
time
loss
for
my
personal
time
and
work
time
in
an
effort
to
mitigate
even
relatively
small
issues
such
as
where
to
park
when
there
was
no
access,
there's
unrelenting
noise.
I
Recently,
the
situation
has
deteriorated
even
further
because
of
construction
of
4th
Street,
as
well
as
all
the
length
of
12th
Avenue,
except
so
it's
actually
getting
worse.
Idle
comes
the
construction
workers.
Any
of
you
would
like
to
observe
there's
so
much
standing
around.
There's
debris
tools
trash
everywhere.
The
damages
are
on
the
letter
that
I
don't
have
for.
You
I
believe
that,
with
the
project
of
this
size,
it
should
have
been
funding
included
in
the
budget
to
mitigate
this
invasion
of
property.
Personal
safety
finances
quality
of
life.
I
K
Hi
I'm
Sarah
Brian
I'm,
a
tenant
for
312
Avenue
South,
a
k-8
ground,
zero
for
the
downtown
infrastructure
improvement
project,
I
apologize
from
the
bullet
format.
However,
I've
been
dealing
with
this
for
six
months,
I'm
packing
a
lot
in
aside
from
the
noise
like
a
private
foundation
shaking
regarding
the
street,
smelly
generators,
24/7,
sprinkler
and
landscape
damage.
I
will
see
some
specific
issues
for
your
appealed.
We
have
minimal
warning
or
notification
being
worth
the
epicenter,
and
this
is
something
that
we're
dealing
with
her
two
years.
K
You
think
that
we
would
had
a
little
bit
more
of
a
warning.
The
one
morning
we
did
receive
stated
that
the
driver
would
be
accessible
every
evening.
Our
driveway
was
closed
for
two
weeks,
which
then
turned
into
four
weeks.
During
the
time
we
parked
at
the
American
Legion
and
my
car
paid
dearly
by
being
pumped
into
was
no
letter,
no
notification
of
whoever
did
it.
The
trudging.
D
K
Get
to
my
house
for
the
four
weeks
Louis
went
along,
the
driver
did
become
ex
accessible,
but
only
one
car
could
safely
enter
and
exit.
It
created
the
game
of
Tetris
any
time
you
tried
to
pull
her
out
or
leave
her
from
the
house.
Also,
there
were
countless
nails
and
metal
tie
offs
that
were
laying
directly
on
our
driveway
on
this
place
or
two
started
there
on
purpose.
K
What
you
miss
Ross
has
here
is
just
like
the
fourth
or
fifth
rig
through
who
I,
finally,
just
put
it
in
a
bag
for
her
to
have
as
evidence
this
all
of
the
nails
and
screws
I
would
like
on
there.
Okay,
it's
just
a
show
than
the
height
of
the
work,
but
littering
garbage
from
the
workers
is
something
that
we
addressed
early
on
we're
four
blocks
from
the
ocean:
two
cups
wrappers
lids,
to
continue
to
glow
around
regularly.
This
is
just
for
today,
like
15
yard
radius.
Outside
of
my
mailbox.
K
Our
vehicles
have
been
a
direct
line
of
the
fire
bashing,
concrete,
burning,
concrete
vessel,
metal
boxes
into
the
ground
and
being
walked
in
by
each
delivery
truck.
We
were
not
once
notified.
Remove
our
vehicles,
they
have
her
phone
numbers,
they
cannot
burn
her
door.
The
beaches,
energy
project
manager
unit
stated
one
time
if
you
believe
they
didn't
call
you.
The
staging
area
initially
had
a
huge
black
charcoal
on
the
whole
fence
to
mitigate
the
view.
Hurricane
winds
in
October
clip
the
charm
over
made
it
fly
off,
it's
never
been
replaced.
K
You
still
have
that
to
stare
at
now.
Our
view
is
it:
the
ice
was
even
worse.
Nothing's
been
done,
workers,
tram
boy,
property,
evil,
walk
through
a
yard
and
have
the
guy
with
the
knife
before
that
once
meant
to
be
multiple
bicyclists
beach,
goers,
buggies
chairs,
stores,
etc.
Although
between
our
cars
to
go
through
cyber,
create
a
dense
and
stretch
on
our
vehicles,
both
myself
in
between
scars
we've
lost
power,
we've
lost
water
for
30
minutes
with
zero
notifications.
The
one
time
you
did
get
a
notification
that
water
was
going
to
be
turned
off.
K
It
didn't
happen,
the
dustbowl
that
is
not
my
front
yard
and
the
side
yard
is
expanded.
There's
an
unlimited
supply
area
to
work,
however.
They
choose
to
run
channels
and
grinders
directly
outside
of
my
door.
I
have
video
I've
got
more
to
say,
but
clearly
I'm
running
out
of
time.
This
starts
open
to
the
public.
If
I
were
a
parent,
I
have
a
second
full-time
job,
just
keeping
my
kids
out
of
a
bowl
and
off
the
enticing
sight.
K
Quality
of
life
is
screwed
I'm,
a
girl,
anything
and
everything
I
do
is
under
the
watch
of
at
least
three
date.
Construction
then
hitting
them
every
day.
They
know
our
living
situation,
they
know
my
routine
and
my
schedule.
They
know
this
routine
schedule
and
they
know
when
I'm
home
alone,
I
don't
feel
comfortable.
If
you
had
daughters,
wipes
I'm
sure
they'd
be
in
the
same
situation.
That
I
am
this?
Isn't
a
new
york
city
block?
This
is
my
home
I'd
like
to
extend
an.
K
To
everybody
to
respectfully
I,
respectfully
China,
all
of
you
just
to
come
to
my
address,
soak
it
in
what
we've
been
dealing
with
order
to
continue
to
deal
with
I've
made
this
offer
to
somebody
present.
We
didn't
get
a
call
back,
we
didn't
get
any
follow-up,
we
didn't
get
a
return
calls
instead
got
an
officer
from
Eudora
Gorda
closed
we're,
making
marketing
calls
I'm,
sorry
about
the
lack
of
warning
for
the
quote
by
petticoat
and
Schmidt,
the
largest
undertaking
miss
Tweedy
has
ever
done.
K
K
L
Something
that
was
rather
troublesome
to
me
when
I
went
to
the
last
Board
of
Adjustment
meeting.
During
that
meeting,
an
application
was
presented.
That
was
a
request
for
a
lot
coverage
increase
in
a
PUD
and,
as
the
presentation
was
made
and
finalized,
the
board
asked
what
was
the
hardship,
the
presenter
it
could
not
come
up
with
a
hardship.
There
was
a
suing
conversation
for
some
time
about.
Well,
is
it
a
non-conforming
lot?
L
The
conversation
continued
on
for
some
time
and
during
that
it
became
very
clear
that
the
court
didn't
understand
what
a
PUD
was,
nor
that
they
have
information
about
what
this
specific
PUD
ordinance
was,
and
so
there
was
some
discussion
about
potentially
tabeling.
This
is
wholly
could
get
clearer
information
and
then,
to
my
surprise,
that
motion
was
made
and
the
application
was
approved,
so
no
hardship,
not
understanding
the
PUD
and
then
ultimately
not
having
information
on
the
PUD
that
they
could.
Reference
was
really
surprising
to
me.
L
Maybe
there's
a
little
bit
more
in
the
way
of
training
that
needs
and
just
the
further
that
I
think
that
way.
The
other
thing
that
we
really
need
to
come
to
grips
with
is
that
giving
you
know
blankets,
approvals
or
lock.
Coverages
has
an
ultimate
impact
on
stormwater
management,
the
design
of
the
retention
system,
the
design
of
the
piping
and
the
more
we
give
in
the
way
of
site
coverages
the
more
impervious
surface,
and
that
ultimately,
will
see
greater
flooding
conditions
within
the
city
of
Jax
beach,
so
just
wanted
to
bring
that
to
your
attention.
L
M
I
managed
a
missile
title
property
at
a
20th,
Avenue
South
Beach
they've
been
doing
wrote,
word
gone
home
from
the
auto
itself,
our
feet
right.
There
there's
a
little
block
between
20th
and
21st
Avenue
South,
Ocean,
Front
south
come
on
the
road
they've
been
redoing
that
road
I've
been
paying
attention
to
Washington
and
singer
over
not
so
much
for
homeland
and
then
I
think
we're
mine
he's
here
at
sweet
site
as
well.
Call
me
worst
one
to
tell
me
that
the
city
has
issued
to
the
homeowner.
M
Sorry,
but
up
a
little
bit
on
and
the
gist
of
it
is,
is
my
my
townhome.
The
problem
has
an
unobstructed
view
about
half
a
block
off
beach
straight
down
to
do
surprises.
It's
an
ocean
view
property.
Well,
this
permit
the
city
issued
has
allowed
them
to
come
in
and
in
plan.
Oh,
please,
north
south
I
have
not
seen
it
learn
about
its
dead,
apparently
is
going
to
plan
parties
for
more
south
cross,
the
end
zone
of
the
beach
access
completely
negatively
impact
resale
value,
core
properties
and
I'm.
Here
to
encourage
you
to
review
it.
M
It's
a
revocable
Herning,
so
I'm
requesting
that
at
least
be
reviewed.
There
shall
be
options
for
Monica
cover
something
I
I've
owned
that
property,
since
so
one
I
brought
it
from
a
grandmother.
I
think
she
purchased
it
in
83.
So
my
family's
been
on
the
road
I
can
rub
on
when
he
first
an
Ocean
Drive
I,
basically
been
there
for
43
years.
M
They've
never
been
a
palm
tree
on
that
road,
and
that
means
access,
I,
don't
think
now's
the
time
to
start
that
employee
list,
the
palm
trees,
poverty,
not
block
the
view
of
the
residents
of
Ocean
Drive
ocean
about
the
20th
having
the
south,
because
you're
talking
about
one
two,
three,
four:
five:
six:
seven,
eight
nine
ten
price.
Well,
if
they're
teen
addresses
some
that
affects
with
impact
the
review,
the
property
levels
so
I'm
here
for
you,
Jen
courage,
City,
to
look
at
that
and
make
any
recommendations,
and
please
don't
play
those
permits
to
proceed.
M
Pat,
Deacon
I
believe
his
name
is
at
Public
Works.
They
return
to
call
me
today,
as
he
said,
they
issued
a
stop
work.
Just
great.
It's
encouraging
I
asked
him
how
I
feel
all
the
love
they
said
continued
to
reach
back
out
after
hand.
It's
a
call
today
about
this
I
don't
know:
I
walked
if
I
want
to
reach
out.
M
The
communication
has
I've
been
involved
on
another
property
out
on
the
beach
was
forced,
pretty
heavy
assessment
this
past
year
and
I
think
the
communication
could
be
much
better
than
the
city
sweet,
capsulate
you
and
the
service
departments
and
the
residents.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
your
service
appreciate.
B
It
thank
you
know
me.
I
will
say:
I
got
your
emails
of
that
yes
and
actually
I,
think
there's
a
misunderstanding:
there's
nothing
that
a
little
permanent
that
involves
palm
trees,
so
I'm
gonna
double
check
that
but
I
don't
believe.
There's
any
palm
trees.
You've
been
authorized
on
well.
I
was
told
that
there
was.
There
was
three
of
them.
N
This
is
this
is
something
that
I
believe
is
necessary
to
keep
this
redevelopment
of
the
beaches
on
track
with
21st
century
and
Wade.
Look
to
look
like
there
was
a
consensus
that
everybody
was
very,
very
interested
in
the
majority
of
of
these
issues
and
what
wasn't
my
guess
is
what
would
killed
it,
but
when
I'm
here
to
ask
you
for
us
to
see
if
the
city
can
reintroduce
this
and
possibly
coming
up
into
the
sections
where
each
can
be
possibly
voted
on
separately
and
because
the
majority,
these
things
are
very
necessary,
he.
N
We
should
not
only
really
address
these
ordinances
with
other
ordinances
as
they
as
they
come
along
and
running
for
president,
even
though
I
know
that
not
every
one,
every
ordinance
can
be
looked
at
and
operated,
I
think
we
need.
They
make
a
good
good
effort
and
doing
that,
whether
it
be
a
workshop
of
whatever
could
we
can
identify
the
areas
that
need
to
be
addressed.
N
N
It
was
necessary
to
get
these
if
these
type
grant
letters
clarification
of
definitions,
because
basically,
what
people
are
doing
playing
word
games
with
our
ordinances,
causing
confusion
and
the
what
you
call
in
the
corner,
particularly
adjustments.
And,
of
course
you
know
it
goes
a
legal
action
amount
of
time.
But
when
you
want
to
read
read
it
again,
you
will
notice
that
there
are
four
things
that
that
actually
do
address,
which
people
come
to
contractors.
So
there's
one
one
item
that
they
were.
They
were
causing
confusion
about
and
that
has
always
been
innovate.
N
O
405
Avenue
South
I
in
the
ground,
zero
of
the
infrastructure
project,
and
we
are
trying
to
be
patient
because
we
understand
the
importance
in
this
project,
but
this
situation
has
become
a
manageable,
an
untenable.
We
are
living
in
misery
over
there,
I
invite
all
of
you
to
drive
over
there
and
see
what
we're
dealing
with
day
in
and
day
out.
Our
homes
are
surrounded
by
loose
piles
of
dirt.
Their
windows
or
the
entire
house
will
be
permeated
with
blowing
dirt
and.
O
Conditioner,
without
we're
just
on
a
cool,
lovely
beach
night
ad,
that
was
a
disaster
I'm
still
cleaning
up
the
dirt
that
blows
into
my
house,
the
exterior
of
our
homes,
our
cars.
Everything
is
subject
to
this
loose
barley,
dirt
everywhere
and
I'm.
Not
going
to
reiterate
what
my
neighbors
have
told
you
they've
laid
it.
O
O
And
it's
right
in
my
window
punch
lining,
that's
you,
diesel
fumes,
okay,
my
house
and
I'm
checking
and
diesel
seems
they
are
toxic.
They
are
dangerous
and
we're
putting
our
safety
and
our
lives
in
jeopardy.
With
this
construction
debris
and
these
chemicals
are
there
readings
for
you
into
our
homes
so
dirt.
That's
just
it's
incredible.
You
need.
O
I
I
E
I
D
O
O
C
I
think
I'm
going
to
shift
gears
this
week.
I
think
I
just
want
to
acknowledge
and
give
thanks
for
certain
things
happening
through
the
city,
so
I
can
go
through
my
list.
First
of
all,
I
won't
give
thanks
to
the
mayor
and
all
the
departments
have
been
a
part
of
this
sandy
replacement.
It's
been
done
on
my
side
of
the
beach.
It
has
been
extraordinary.
C
C
For
what
he
did
last
week
or
last
city
council
briefing
in
generating
the
discussion
about
how
City
Council
and
the
CRA
can
have
dialogue,
not
specifically
about
the
binding
property,
but
that
there's
going
to
be
some
kind
of
protocol
about
the
CRA
and
the
City
Council.
And
that
would
be
very
helpful
for
us.
As
we
move
forward
and
said.
C
C
We
have
our
hot-button
issues,
but
this
one
here
is
varied
and
these
people
are
passionate
and
that's
what
democracy
is
all
about,
and
so
I
appreciate
you
folks
coming
up
here
that
that's
what
it's
all
about,
and
finally,
you
guys
could
put
up
with
me
on
many
meetings,
but
this
is
my
time
to
thank
you
guys
for
all
the
job
you
guys
are
doing.
I
know
most
of
the
time
it's
a
thankless
job,
but
this
week
I.
Thank
you
thanks
and
my
cat
feel,
like
you,
come
form
username
in
that,
or
still
have
three
minutes.
P
P
P
P
He
went
out
love
this
huge
tree
and
put
it
right
in
front
of
my
view
of
the
nation,
and
so
I
said
well,
let's
type
it
in
and
he
says
seriously
you
live
in
our
he
had
his
cousin
over
here
was
handsome
and
he
whacked
it
down
to
behold
at
all,
Buster
actually
told
me
he
was
putting
three
palm
trees
and
he
said
they're
only
going
to
be
as
tall
as
that
sign.
This
is
about
ten
feet
tall
and
when
I
told
Jimmy
that
he's
not
never
seen
a
tree
that
they'd
grown.
P
So
basically,
that's
why
I
came
in
they
not
came
in,
for
that
was
tough,
because
I
was
actually
I
got
a
lot
of
satisfaction
from
the
people
that
giving
that
when
I
went
into
the
city-
and
they
told
me
it
was
being
taken
care
of
my
issue-
is
how
someone
can
actually
get
a
permit
to
plant
trees,
palm
trees
or
any
kind
of
stuff
for
public
property
can
I
get
one
to
go
over.
That
goes
all
sparking
playing
all
the
things
I'm
not
going
to
do
over
there.
P
E
E
E
J
In
September,
via
the
musicians
were
sent
in
22
bulk
fuel
suppliers
and
by
respondent
the
specifications
required
multiple
suppliers
to
provide
pricing
based
on
market
or
markdown
and
the
price
per
gallons
of
the
ocean.
The
bag,
one
record
transmission
network,
the
DTN
FasTrak
savages,
the
city
purchases,
approximately
132
thousand
gallons,
and
then
one
of
fuel
and
35,000
gallons
of
diesel
fuel
annually
fuel
is
ordered
on
an
as-needed
basis
and
is
usually
delivered
within
24
hours.
It's
a
little
bitter
cannot
meet
the
delivery
schedule
or
the
city's
demand.
The
next
US
bitter
will
be
used.
E
R
Property
of
an
officer
the
standard
that
were
using
is
the
same
as
the
state
of
Florida
uses
for
their
bid.
Each
item
either
has
a
markup
or
markdown.
The
pricing
that
we
received
this
year
is
fairly
consistent
with
what
we've
received
in
the
past.
They
only
made
your
thicknesses
that
in
the
past
we
awarded
it
to
one
vendor,
and
this
year,
based
on
the
pricing
structure,
we'll
have
to
have
looked
at
three
vendors
were
consistent
with
pricing
were
consistent
with
the
reporting
that
we're
using
maybe
change.
A
R
Dgn
produces
a
report
daily,
okay
and
depending
on
when
we
purchased,
and
we
would
receive
the
item-
that's
the
pricing
that
we
will
use
and
then
it's
going
to
be
based
on
the
markup
or
the
markdown
that
they
have
provided
as
part
of
it.
So
whatever
that
number
is,
we
will
mark
it
up
or
mark
it
down,
and
that
would
be
the
cost
of
fuel
that
we
have
received
is.
E
R
R
R
R
So
we're
taking
the
exact,
so
we
will
take
a
little
field
on
pricing
for
that
day
when
we
place
the
order
and
then
we
will
mark
it
down
for
the
point-
zero
one,
one,
seven
for
the
delivery
and
then
that
will
become
the
price
for
the
fuel
that
we
purchased
and
the
same
for
so
I
am
one
number
once
for
unleaded
item.
The
pursues
for
bulk
diesel
and
an
item.
Three
is
for
the
mobile
call,
the
wagon
that
goes
out
to
all
the
different
locations
that
we
have
the
generators
and
small
capacity.
R
E
R
The
numbers
are
earnings,
you
know.
Most
of
the
vendors
will
always
do
a
public
records
request
prior
to
the
opening,
so
along
they're,
very
quite
familiar
with
everybody's
pricing,
so
they
stay
fairly
consistent,
like
I
said.
The
only
difference
this
year
is
just
the
fact
that
people
have
three
vendors.
They
have
one
but
administratively
won't
believe.
Thank.
E
B
Can
also
tell
you
this
not
uncommon
in
the
commercial
industry,
for
the
presentation
based
companies.
Do
some
that,
because
you
know,
for
example,
are
our
boys
company
tremendous
amount
of
difference
in
my
deal
flexes
up
and
down
so
there's,
typically
a
surcharge
associated
with
it
so
that
you
know
the
price
goes
down
the
price?
D
E
J
J
In
2001,
the
Guatemala
21
pistol
became
a
primary
duty
weapon
15
watt
model.
30
pistols
were
issued
in
2018
block
model,
26
replaced
a
lot
model
32,
so
so
we
have
20.
We
have
20th
brought
model
26
disels
that
were
purchased
in
2018,
so
as
an
alternative
to
have
those
weapons
that
we
check
out
the
service
destroy
path,
past
rockets
that
have
been
to
allow
the
officers
to
purchase
weapons
at
fair
market
value.
G
11-Year
rifles
have
been
in
storage
for
11
years
right
and
we
will
not
option
or
sell
any
weapons
that
come
into
the
custody
of
the
city,
either
destroy
them
or
their
serviceable
for
us
we'll
use
them
in
some
cases.
That's
rare.
These
honestly
have
just
been
sitting
in
the
property
room
and
something
like
Russian
products,
no
counsel
before
this.
G
G
Purchased
for
investigators
are
playing
close
personnel,
a
smaller
gun,
with
the
same
caliber
as
the
service
weapon
that
are
put
out
some
patrols
campaign.
We
moved
to
the
gym
three
blocks
about
five
years
ago,
I
think,
but
we
still
had
these
smaller
45s
that
a
plainclothes
personnel
we
just
rolled
those
over
to
the
nine
millimeters.
So
this
is
what
we're
gonna
ask
of
you
if
we
can
dispose
of
those
the
40
black
45s,
now
close
officers,
so.
G
Pistol
personal,
so
forgive
me
if
I
get
the
models
wrong,
but
when
we,
the
patrol
pistols,
we
traded
the
old
ones
in
for
the
new
ones
to
give
them
upgraded
and
they
have
marketability
and
what
we
found
with
the
ones
that
we
have
now,
because
they
are
civil
and
Glock
has
already
gone
to
more.
Memories
was
forward
the
cash
value
that
they
were
gave
us
on
trade
in
it's
virtually
non-existent.
So
that's
why
we
didn't
try.

I'm

Does
anybody
have
any
comments
again?
B
This
is
typically
something
you
know
the
first
reading
when
we
were
advised
by
counsel
we'll
get
the
this
all
read
into
the
record
for
the
second
meeting,
we've
already
addressed
this
under
the
first
reading
and
it
proves
it
does
anybody
have
any
questions
or
concerns
on
this
reading
then?
Can
we
get
a
roll
call?
Please.
