Listen
eyes:
we
make
decisions
for
the
betterment
of
community.
Thank
you
for
the
religion
of
resolve
the
other
day
at
the
skate
park
that
nobody
was
seriously
injured.
Please
bless
those
that
are
serving
our
country,
or
rather
our
first
responders
will
retire
some
day
of
the
day.
I
have
to
keep
us
safe.
D
D
Came
out
for
horse,
they
have
awesome
games.
I
mean
the
whole
fire
station,
which
is
lots
of
things
for
the
kids
to
do.
Lots
of
candy
was
handed
out,
and
then
our
jax
beach
police
department
had
their
vehicles
out
there.
So
the
kids
are
able
to
ride
on
the
segways
and
sit
on
some
of
the
ATVs,
and
you
know
the
police
tourists
they
wanted
to
climb
on
the
fire
trucks.
So
it
was
a
great
night.
D
F
F
G
Jeff
Davis
and
the
calendar
fishing
tournament
raised
145
thousand
dollars
for
the
deductible
school
autism,
just
an
amazing,
a
community
event.
I
mean
it
conflicted
with
the
with
the
air
show
and
a
couple
other
events
around
town.
They
had
an
amazing
turnout
and
that
that
amount
is
good
support.
Helping
those
kids
and
just
the
difference
you
see
within
the
kids
is
just.
G
H
H
Good
evening
my
name's
Michelle
Jackson
again
and
I
own
my
home
at
Lakeside
Drive
for
over
20
years
when
I
purchased
my
home
at
Lakeside
Drive.
It
was
advertised
as
a
house
on
the
cul-de-sac
and
all
legal
documents
depicted
the
street
as
a
closed
act
straight
visually.
The
inverse
Street
was
and
still
is
in
the
form
of
a
Cossack.
With
the
pavement
forming
a
circle,
there
were
woods
with
the
quaint
trail
to
get
three
one
foot
or
bike,
and
there
was
a
basketball
hoop
for
the
neighborhood
children.
H
At
the
time
of
my
home
purchase,
it
was
intended
to
be
an
investment
and
a
cold
sex
treat
was
a
must,
because
houses
are
more
desirable
on
the
Cossack
and
they
have
a
higher
value.
Since
then,
I
got
married.
More
important
reason
to
live
on
the
cooler
side
was
realize.
My
husband
and
I
wanted
to
raise
our
family
in
a
house
on
a
quiet
state
street.
We
now
have
four
boys.
Our
boys
are
14
11
and
in
2009.
Our
voice
play
outside
goes
to
the
time
on
escape
order
by
burning
football.
H
H
H
Since
the
beginning,
the
discussions
regarding
the
end
of
our
street
as
a
way
of
grim
with
only
in
relation
to
storm
times
or
if
the
bridge
was
damaged
again.
The
impact
but
opening
the
gate
has
an
R
Street
passage
to
us
as
a
priority
since
day.
One.
No
one
is
arguing
to
hoping
indicate
when
there
are
extreme
weather
conditions
or
bridge
repairs
like
that.
But
I
can
tell
you
the
continuous
opening
of
our
gate.
Once
the
bridge
is
complete
with
unduly
impact.
H
The
Lakeside
Drive
over
the
property
values
will
decline
and
the
safety
of
our
children
will
be
at
risk.
I
am
CPA
and
I
hope
those
assessments
of
the
declining
property
values
arm
Street,
and
if
it's
open
to
traffic,
it's
harder
to
decline
between
15
and
20
percent
and
I
can
eat
all
this
big
air
stadium
in
closing
I.
H
Would,
let's
take
my
family,
sent
our
gratitude
to
our
City
Council
in
the
mayor
for
protecting
our
neighborhoods
I
would
also
like
to
thank
the
FAO
T
for
coming
in
replacing
the
bridge
so
that
garbage
fire
and
dump
trucks
can
pass
over
it,
because
the
means
that
means
our
gate
can
be
utilized.
Bolle
was
intended
only
during
extreme
emergency
situations.
Thank
you.
Thank.
J
Not
a
chance
going
past
that
might
have
some
saying
we
do
have
children
I
saw
somebody
put
us
at
one
point
that
first
responders
for
nursing
their
car
and
they
didn't
have
a
pass.
That's
also
absurd
and
in
a
recent
training
our
neighbors
had
they
had
a
first
responder
CPR
training
and
we
reformed
that
for
every
minute
type
of
person
spawners
the
lady
to
take
some
additional
10%
off,
like
that
of
the
baby
survived
to
choking
when
they're,
drowning
or
some
corner.
J
So
it
takes
somebody
we've
had
instances
before
the
neighborhood,
so
they
sprout
on
the
fire.
They've
heard
the
fire
trucks
get
to
the
gate
and
go
all
the
way
around
had
nothing.
Somebody
in
a
life-or-death
situation
also
we're
not
using
for
shortcut.
That's
actually
our
town,
we
live
in
duck
Beach,
we
pay
Jax
beach
taxes
and
we
go
that
way.
You
guys
want
to
force
us
we've
Neptune
Beach,
like
has
anybody
check
that
can
be
cool,
but
that's
all
going
their
way.
J
Every
time
like
you're
to
school
zones
and
the
five
traffic
study
always
considered
the
initial
traffic.
That
said,
it
goes
to
their
during
school
hours.
In
rush
hour
traffic,
it's
a
lot
more
to
take
into
this
rather
than
we're
cutting
through
this
is
our
town.
Our
schools
are
are
sitting
on
hold
everything
is
down
here
and
that's
how
we
get
hurt.
Why,
in
the
world,
we
take
a
50-minute
detour
to
another
municipality
to
access
our
amenities.
You
know
that
we
pay
faculty
is
and
also
a
bonus.
That
developer
is
not
done.
J
We
have
a
full
other
way
around
it.
There
is
a
reason
why
there
are
not
only
at
the
end
of
that
Prozac.
It
was
proposed
to
repair.
It
always
has
been
ready
for
all
the
documents,
and
it's
been
written
several
times
that
in
the
future
should
become
a
need
for
true.
Then
it
will
be
addressed
by
city,
town,
city,
council
and
the
fact
that
it's
been
allows
perpetuated
for
this
many
years
and
become
a
us
against
them
and
make
us
the
ostracize
were
like.
J
Should
we
don't
want
very
take
it
to
beach,
because
Jack
speechless
one
could
ever
never
meets,
doesn't
what's
going
to
do
there,
like?
That's,
not
fair,
we're
residents,
we
look
at
her
and
we
never
ready
to
you.
The
ropes
I
don't
see
how
it's
palpable
to
use
these.
Yes,
everyone
has
pitch
it
all.
Off-Duty
say
we
don't
put
it
we're
not
using
this.
J
That's
our
way
like
how
we
get
through
it's,
not
somebody's
soft
story
to
say
we
don't
want
to
go
through
and
it
why
don't
we
buy
home
there
because
they
were
giving
a
bad
deal
to
three
decades
ago.
You
know
by
the
developer,
if
somebody
a
lot
of
I'm
sorry,
but
also
like
you
bought
our
home.
You
can
sell
your
home.
K
20
40
100
good
evening.
Thank
you,
those
to
the
taking
time
for
today
equal
we
may
relate
them.
You
said
their
remarks
on
October
7th.
Our
latest
efforts
to
start
a
conversation
around
the
parcel
of
the
next
five
grand
would
never
taken
seriously.
There's
a
number
that
I
can
assure
you
do
take
us
seriously.
Let
me
say:
first
I
know
what
I
hope.
K
Our
petition
representative
poses
change,
like
the
man,
clear,
I'm,
your
neighbor
I'm
out
of
here
trying
to
take
away
for
you
to
open
up
your
home
or-
and
they
heard
your
family's
so
insist
record.
A
subzero
lakeside
have
been
owned
by
the
city
in
zone
for
a
righty
waiting
streets
with
no
excretion.
It
takes
us
through
them
that
also
become
the
street.
It's
Lakeside
Drive,
not
lakeside
court.
The
question
has
been
win:
keep
talking
to
the
79
liner
from
the
city
of
Lewiston
a
little
hard
away.
They
develop.
K
Most
of
you
have
support
from
unity,
and
there
seems
to
be
an
agreement.
It
would
not
be
a
street
until
c8
Avenue
was
quote
open,
dependent,
I,
whatever
11
years
and
three
weeks
before
that
lived
years
later.
I
certainly
did
not
place
that
uses
personal
coming
on
the
D
and
94,
though
the
company
that
letters
for
one
of
the
lakeside
residents
beer
margin-right
our
feeling
is
that
C,
gated
and
open
lakeside
not
needed.
This
clearly
indicates
zero.
Lakeside
may
be
needed
or
Road
and
less
C
games.
We
connect
this
week.
K
Lungs,
Bear,
Lake,
American
10-7
that
Mayor
Mark
to
make
nice
were
promised
the
residents
of
lakeside
over
the
last
50
years,
Briana
for
loans
to
our
neighborhood
I've,
been
taking
away
the
disaster
for
development
to
directly
be
able
to
develop
some.
You
know
some
force.
Community
I
cannot
believe
it
was
the
intention
of
Jack's
weeks
playing
department
to
quarantine
our
neighbor.
We
never
compete
it's
2015
letter,
commanded
to
form
for
lava
snakes.
We
will
continue
to
monitor
the
situation
their
operational
engages
of
Public
Safety
with
Simon.
K
We
may
look
at
opening
the
gate
for
a
longer
period
of
time
or
working
with
us
rebuilding
the
secret.
The
agreement
confer
lethargy,
so
they
would
cause
the
medal
delay
of
50
to
90
seconds,
and
this
finding
from
Jack
speaks
for
fire.
Medical
emergency
after
the
evidence
and
Jack
speaks,
believes
the
phone
with
the
gate
because
of
delayed
response
that
both
letters
need
to
be
used
and
they
also
did
not
go
to
Neptune
beats
all
comers.
Additionally,
mr.
K
King
access
to
the
right
way
would
decrease
the
use
of
electric
electric
vehicles
in
the
affected
neighborhood
further
because
of
our
proximity
personally
to
San
Pablo
elementary
you've.
All
school
does
not
require
off
the
bus
service,
so
our
neighborhood
school.
However,
this
does
not
account
for
the
2.7
month
and
you
connected
me
to
San
Pablo
of
history,
I'd
like
to
know
the
city's
aware
that
we
do
not
access
the
public
schools
asportation.
K
K
K
L
I'm
here
tonight,
on
my
wife's
birthday,
you
know
it
is
certainly
convenient
to
have
negate
over
safety.
One
was
five
minutes
on
my
back
to
work
in
it,
it's
easier
for
my
wife
to
take
the
children
to
school
and
pick
them
up
at
the
end
of
the
day.
Our
church
is
supposed
to
be
four
so
having
the
gate.
Open
makes
for
a
quicker
grab
day
or
two.
Despite
all
these
things,
I
think
the
gate
should
be
closed
after
the
paint
brokerage,
constructionism
TV.
Why
do
I
feel
this
way?
L
You
may
ask
mainly
because
I'm,
a
parent
and
the
safety
of
my
two
small
children
is
the
most
important
thing
in
my
life.
It
should
not
surprise
anyone
we're
writing
my
family,
a
safe
environment
from
Campinas,
I
love,
my
neighborhood
and
one
of
the
main
reasons
I
purchase.
My
cops
on
nightfall
garage
nine
years
ago
was
for
a
black
family
they're,
reasonable
location.
You
see
my
street
is
when
you
and
there
were
no
reason
to
drive
down
the
loop
unless
you
look
there.
It's
kind
of
like
a
cult
set
bit
different.
L
It's
great
my
kitchen
plan,
the
front
yard
and,
aside
from
the
occasional
neighbor
or
random,
both
hurt
traffic.
Almost
I'm
worried
that,
from
the
open
gate
will
leave
the
folks
trying
to
cut
through
from
Planet
the
Beachcomber.
If
this
happens,
close
my
quiet
street
and
seagate
we'll
see
the
effects
of
this
cut
through
traffic.
My
cul-de-sac
so
to
speak,
will
become
a
freeway
now
I'm,
not
just
worried
about
myself
or
my
family.
That
would
be
selfish
every
day
that
I
Drive
down
the
Lakeside,
Drive
I.
L
L
The
fact
in
the
in
his
families
were
angling.
The
toys
and
increase
of
traffic
on
their
neighbors
and
the
name
of
convenience
have
the
same
turtle
and
they're
okay
for
you
to
have
a
third
one,
your
yard,
if
you
want
to
make
I'm
sure
they
bought
their
home
for
the
day.
So
in
case
you
play
outside
stinky
just
like
I
did
those
people
need
to
ask
themselves?
Would
they
feel
the
same
way
it
convenient
access
to
the
beach
bar
was
smooth
air
pulse?
L
That
time
will
did
that
they
would
not
thirty
seconds
left
I'd
like
to
address
the
false
narrative
of
the
first
responder
I.
Don't
know.
I'm
under
I've
been
to
the
technical
Sheriff's
Office.
For
almost
four
years
the
fire
department
is
going
to
send.
The
equipment
is
closest
regardless
is
coming
from
Beach
Boulevard,
some
of
our
length.
L
Each
worker
is
coming
from
Queens
Harper
they're
gonna
send
the
closest
unit,
so
there's
a
fire
they're
gonna
set
that
so
in
closing
I'd
like
to
say,
we
both
keep
the
gate
closed,
be
a
good
neighbor
and
think
about
the
safety
of
not
only
your
family.
They
have
it.
Folks
are
blessed
to
live.
This
great
community
make
your
cut.
L
G
G
E
M
Hear
both
sides
of
this
story-
I
love
it
when
85
7,
Kings
Road,
which
actually
then
and
into
the
cul-de-sac
on
Kings
Road.
So
it's
through
the
Lakeside
Drive
Gate
past
the
Kings
Court
past
Sea
Gate,
and
then
we
followed
all
the
way
in
there.
So
we
have
had
experiences
on
both
sides
of
the
bridge
being
open
and
flooded
water.
The
back
gate
is
closed,
which
I
understand
that.
M
M
N
The
last
time
the
lost
sight
of
shoes
they're
mean
things
to
me.
What
it
would
came
down
to
after
sifting
through
everything
I
still
feel.
This
way
is
that
when
you
have
a
piece
of
property
that
the
city
is
bought
and
has
some
deep
restrictions,
the
seat
paid
over
they
and
then
they
put
a
gate
on
it
and
says:
okay,
citizens
of
Jacksonville
Beach.
You
bought
this
piece
of
land.

I
appreciate
your
service
I
to
serve
the
city
in
1980s
for
about
ten
years
of
the
board's,
only
an
adjustment
I'm
serving
twice
of
steve-o,
my
chairman,
so
no
little
bit
about
authority
lies
and
variances
and
hardships
I'm,
unique
in
the
fact
that
I
go
on
the
piece
of
property
at
Lakeside
Drive
longer
than
anyone.
I
bought
the
property
in
1984,
my
wife,
Linda
and
restricted
safe.
P
Until
we
could
build
a
house
in
1989
and
on
the
first
package
of
the
chute
in
the
package,
you'll
see
this
picture
of
the
corner
of
Oakland
and
Lakeside
Drive
of
a
city
sign
that
says
it's
dead-end
that
street
signs
been
there
for
35
years
we
buy
the
property,
there's
a
little
piece
of
heaven:
hey,
that's
good
money
for
cul-de-sac
with
the
end
of
the
street
water
to
the
east,
martial
aunts
of
the
directors
program
and
then
17
1
years
ago.
Simply
bad
happen.
P
P
It's
not
tiny
for
the
British
dollar
and
it's
time
to
date
to
be
close,
and
the
reason
for
that
is
I
grant
that
all
of
the
people
that
want
to
gate,
open,
live
buying,
cul-de-sacs
and
once
I
learned
that
all
the
people
who
want
to
date
clothes
knew
there
was
one
and
one
way
out
when
they
bought
their
property
and
when
we
bought
our
property.
35
years
ago
we
were
told
there
was
one
way
in
and
one
way
that
I
care
to
call
it
a
lane.
P
Uncured
coming
up
a
court
doesn't
matter
what
you
call
it.
It's
still
a
couple
Sam,
and
hopefully
the
appreciation
of
this
board
is
sensitive
to
the
needs
of
the
people.
Not
just
I've
been
there
for
two
years,
but
it's
been
done
for
35
years
in
your
packet
you'll
see
to
see
my
side
ride,
then
the
next
one
is
open
court
in
the
next
videos.
You
see
these
courts,
then
Kings
Road,
then
Lois
Lane
and
whatever
then
they're.
All
cul-de-sacs
and
I
find
it
almost
humorous.
P
The
people
that
live
on
a
cul-de-sac
are
finding
people
in
a
way
that
we
think
is
unreasonable.
So
what's
gonna
happen
is
that
we
are
going
to
continue
to
voice
our
opinions
and
respectful
and
a
friendly
way
to
this
council
to
make
sure
that
you
live
up
to
the
promises
that
the
city's
been
making
to
the
people
at
Lakeside
Drive
since
1984.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
Thank
you,
sir.
That's.
A
Curtis
low,
clear,
softest

Atlantic

a
small

317
4th
Avenue
North
I'm
here
as
the
executive
director
objective
chairs,
yeah
they're
gonna
be
ready
to
have
another
show
so
you're
gonna,
just
prep
the
city,
one
more
time
we'll
be
in
the
park
on
the
18th.
That's
when
we
take
the
side
over
that's
a
little
different
for
us,
typically
we're
after
Thanksgiving
this
year,
we're
head,
which
we're
grateful
to
be
able
to
spend
about
a
week
working
on
the
park,
making
it
as
best
we
can.
A
It
will
have
lighting,
that's
probably
going
to
compete
against
our
truth
for
the
first
time,
two
competing
elements,
we're
super
excited
about
this-
exhibit
about
the
space,
all
new
stuff
and
then
similar
stuff
that
you've
seen
in
the
past.
So
forty
chairs,
together,
decorated
up
lots
of
volunteers,
getting
excited
lots
of
people
working
on
it,
then
working
on
a
four
year
we
go
open
the
park
on
the
23rd,
so
everyone
here
is
invited.
Please
come
out
yeah!
We
actually
have
every
weekend,
there's
something
going
on
this
year.
A
We
actually
we
have
a
Christmas
Eve
service,
that's
going
to
happen
for
the
first
time
in
a
big
way.
Ii,
just
ministerial
group
is
going
to
put
that
on.
We
have
the
Jack's
putting
a
pep
rally
on
for
the
first
time
which
we're
excited
about.
We
have
the
goal
doing
their
pep
rallies
within
the
event
on
January
1st.
The
kid
will
be
out
there
with
a
massive
pep
rally,
thousands
of
people
for
our
restaurants
and
our
bars.
That
should
be
pretty
pretty
cool
and
then
just
let
you
know
this
from
a
voluntary
stamp.
A
A
We
did
get
contacted
from
90
news,
so
the
less
relaxed
producer
is
that
your
stay
there
coming
out
potentially
filming
on
one
of
our
eight
dates.
We've
mentioned
that
the
14th
will
be
a
good
night.
That's
actually
not
amusement
dance,
so
there's
people
paying
attention
out
there.
We're
really
excited
to
put
our
best
foot
forward
and
it's
the
only
one
that
wants
to
volunteer.
Let
us
know
like
us
on
Facebook
another
stop.
So
that's
about
it.
Thank
you,
crazy.
Thanks.
Another
excited
than
you.
Q
Q
Process
that
what
citizens,
what's
their
concerns,
the
recommendations
that
you
would
review
what
was
said
at
the
end
of
me
and
evaluate
the
merit
and
possibly
subsequent
action.
I,
cannot
oppress
how
important
it
is
in
the
citizens
to
know
that
they're
coming
first,
this
discussion,
I,
can
tell
you
firsthand
that
without
this
new
process,
you
potentially
open
the
door
that
the
citizens
can
feel
disregarded
and
unheard
in
2014
came
to
the
castle
with
a
possible
puzzle
that
had
a
time
I
thought
had
merit.
Q
What
I
handed
out
to
you
is
why
I
handed
out
to
the
castle
14
the
first
pick
is
a
bench
that
my
wife
and
I
purchased
the
memory
of
my
father
mother-in-law
to
pass
to
10
2010
2014
respectively,
that
park
bench
is
located
in
the
favorite
part
right
next
to
their
house.
The
next
pick
is
how
this
program
is
administered.
Q
Unfortunately,
I
did
not
get
a
response
from
counsel.
So
why
do
I
bring
this
up
tonight
because
tonight
we're
going
to
discuss
a
very
similar
proposal?
Obviously,
I
have
supported
and
I'm
sure
that
you
will
too.
What
is
important
to
note
is
we
had
we
had
this
review
process
in
place
in
2014
that
we
would
not
have
missed
five
years
of
opportunity.
There
is
an
opportunity
cost
when
we
delay
trees,
wood
matured
and
the
benches
would
have
been
used
by
our
citizens,
but
my
purpose
is
not
about
to
pass
the
future.
This
segment
has
purpose.
Q
R
Council
members
have
expressed
an
interest
in
attending
this
particular
training
which
was
put
on
through
the
Florida
blue
seas.
There
was
sufficient
travel
and
training
budget
funding,
support
multiple
council
members
gone
as
we
did
with
Florida
League
of
Cities
we're
here
to
see
how
many
have
an
interest
in
to
see
if
there's
an
authorization
for
those
genetic.

There
was
no
second
I
know
to
prove
different
scope
from
Dan.
Their
electrical
contractors
aim
for
installation
of
a
new
electrical
service
to
15
water
production.
Well,
number
23
is
described
in
the
memorandum
from
the
fellow
clerks
city
engineer,
dated
October
17
2019
second
motion
second
to
mr.
Stefano's.
R
N
B
E
B
R
Mr.
fatigue,
ease
and
I
have
been
in
discussions
over
the
past
several
months
about
establishing
the
programs
such
as
this
one
of
the
benefits
that
says
mr.
Marshall
mentioned
earlier.
It's
a
way
for
residents
and
members
of
the
community
to
recognize
some
of
their
family
members
who
may
have
the
the
second
thing
that
it
also
does.
Is
it
establishes
specific
locations
for
those
memorials
that
are
in
public
settings
so
that
if
there
is
something
that
occurs
within
the
community
rather
than
having
the
morals
of
various
locations
or
some
of
it
at
street
intersections?
R
O
O
The
grip
on
this
project
all
rights,
the
glue
that
kind
of
keeps
the
department
together.
So
thank
you
very.
What
we
foresee
happening
is
the
domino
will
select
from
one
of
our
parts
and
then
work
together
with
a
box
top
to
decide
the
ultimate
location
box.
Obviously,
we'll
take
responsibility
for
the
maintenance
in
the
preservation
of
the
tree
or
bench
cut
the
slice
to
show
that
we.
D
D
You
and
then
the
other
thing
mr.
Marsh
brought
that
gave
us
this
handout,
and
it
has
a
mention
here
that
actually
has
the
armrest.
That's
in
the
middle
of
the
bench,
which
we
know
that
that
tends
to
discourage
people
from
camping
out
on
our
benches,
do
you
have
any
options
with
the
bench
that
that
you've
looked
at
to
be
able
to
do
it's.
O
G
There's
one
of
the
attachment
that
was
like
three
to
four
foot
wide
bench
I
think
that's
a
pretty
good
solution
to
actually
multiple
ones
like
facing
each
other,
so
some
people
get
talking
to
Munich
a
I.
Think
that's
good
I,
just
don't
see
a
six
foot,
that's
gonna,
miss
holding
said
somebody
camping
out
on
it.
Also
in
the
photo
clock
that
you
have
right
there.
My
concern
is
that
it's
very
easily
removed
I'd,
probably
suggest
mounting
it
on
a
concrete,
concrete
slab
or
something
you
know.
G
B
Also
think
this
is
a
great
in
yellow
and
really
like
that
word
teaming
up
with
the
tree
program
with
the
county
and
when
we
do
decide
final
event,
I
want
to
color
everything.
Do
we
foresee
using
that
as
our
standard
bench
or
other
benches
with
them?
Apart
for
consistency's.
G
Just
I'm
not
sure
what
happened.
You
recall
a
couple
years
ago
that
the
benches
that
we
had
on
the
boardwalk
or
all
the
benches
that
were
moved
and
it's
kind
of
I,
don't
know
the
rationale,
complete
rationale
with
that,
but
yeah
I
mean
does
any.
What
does
anybody
know
why
they
just
don't
think
that
was
directed
by
counsel.
Q
March
2011
I'll
have
to
do
as
I
mentioned
earlier.
You
know,
I,
fully
support
this
initiative,
I'm
sure
you
will
too,
you
have
any
doubt
call
for
Maryland,
because
they've
had
that
in
four
years.
The
only
thing
that
I
would
add
other
than
what's
already
me
to
talk
about
is
this
program
specifically,
is
talking
about
trees
and
benches
and
there's
a
lot
more
opportunity
out
there.
That
knows
what
they
did.
You
had
mentioned
pets
if
there's
a
tremendous
opportunity
there
for
other
things,
for
instance,
picnic
shelters,
we
actually
have
covered
playgrounds
art.
N
R
R
C
N
B
R
F
E
C
I
The
main
concern
of
our
community
is
safety.
When
our
community,
our
company,
turned
in
2008
cuts
have
to
be
made.
The
citizens
demanded
that
the
fire
police
protection
be
maintained.
This
ordinance
shows
the
citizens
that
you
are
trying
to
address
our
safety
concerns.
I
wish
to
point
out
that
the
state
Florida
controls
alcohol
distribution
licenses
and
brain
injury
without
all
sales
are
controlled
by
the
state.
I
Every
17,000
people,
the
stay
down
gates,
unbar,
are
licensed.
We
already
have
too
many
bar
licenses
for
our
population.
Any
restaurant
is
open
for
alcohol
sales
after
the
state's
regulated
time.
It's
not
restaurant
clutter
water.
There
are
local
time
there
might
good
or
bad
businesses
when
it
comes
to
alcohol.
All
the
across
another
100
alcohol,
Rivers
adjacent
beach,
contribute
to
the
prom
caused
by
alcohol
distribution.
The
grace
problem
is
a
closing
time
of
2
a.m.
that
put
a
very
high
concentration
of
alcohol
influence
people
into
our
community.
I
C
C
F
Counsel
and
I
have
one
cue
must
be
mom.
Thank
you
always
why
we
have
the
penalty
attached
to
the
land,
and
not
the
business
owner
is
to
make
sure
that
it
has
more
weight.
However,
notification
doesn't
go
to
the
property
owner
only
goes
to
the
business
owners.
I.
Think
of
motion
that
we
invented
the
ordinance
that
we
amend
us.
So
that
includes
specific
clearly
that
the
property
owner
also
is
being
aware
of
any
violations,
so
the
first
violation,
second
violation
and
all
be
ones.
E
E
E
C
E
D
C
F
C
B
That
we
adopt
ordinance,
number
of
2019,
18
or
25,
providing
for
the
purpose
and
workability
of
the
ordinance
requiring
food
service
facilities
to
install
operate
and
maintain
without
increased
interceptors
or
hydro-mechanical
grease
interceptor,
providing
for
scheduled
singing
record-keeping
and
infection
and
hydro-mechanical
interceptors
and
gravity
grease.
Interceptors.
R
R
This
is
effectively
the
a
lot
of
people
view
this
as
the
expansion
of
a
pretreatment
program,
whereas
certain
industrial
uses
are
required
to
remove
certain
compounds
from
the
sewer
system.
The
same
thing
can
be
said
about
restaurants
and
other
producers
of
five
bottles
of
lots
of
greases.
They
should
also
be
required
to
remove
it
before
it
gets
into
the
system.
Mr.
Brown
is
here
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
program
and
I
believe
he
has
a
video
for
your
entertainment
purposes.
M
Piece

from

have
been
put

This
monster,
family
London
sewer
system
was
turned
into
foil.
All
the
same
Public
Works
officials
would
rather
you
didn't.
Wear

other

M
T
Good
misprint
good
evening,
my
name
is
foreground
PCP,
we're
super
tip
tonight
and
come
for
you.
After
seeing
the
presentation
there,
fat
birds
breeze
has
been
a
major
cause:
the
world
actually
London,
Australia
and
now
major
cities
such
as
a
Charleston
South
Carolina
in
Baltimore
Maryland,
one
of
the
things
with
the
AG
business
structure.
You
must
be
proactive
and
you
get
out
in
front
of
the
situation
right
now.
I
have
mister
Breyer
group
also
he's
the
false
facts.
T
False
agree,
suspect,
and
one
of
the
things
he
has
been
doing
over
the
last
10
to
15
years
is
going
around
checking
grease
traps
at
all
our
restaurants.
Currently
there's
only
one
restaurant
that
does
not
have
a
grease
trap
in
that
sublevel
Beach
Boulevard.
It's
got
grandfather
again
some
time
ago,
when
the
only
Italian
close
with
God
Club
fire,
we
didn't
require
them
to
put
a
grease
trap
in.
So
one
of
these
things,
I
can
say,
is
protecting
our
sewer
system.
T
I
returned
from
a
conference
pass
all
increase
conference.
This
is
becoming
a
large
epidemic
within
our
state.
One
of
the
things
is
is
really
going
into
our
small
waterings
Creek
and
have
it
within
this
home,
which
affects
the
rivers
so
DEP
and
EPA
is
now
starting
to
really
hammer
down
and
press
the
issues
with
us
didn't
increase
in
facts
under
default.
So
that's
one
of
the
major
issues
that
we
have
right
now.
T
This
is
one
of
the
things
that
I'm
trying
to
forego
I
get
in
front
of
it
because
I'll
rather
be
in
front
of
it
than
behind
it.
Trying
to
play
catch-up,
and
one
of
the
things
that
you
have
to
pursue
is
having
sanitation
sewer
overflows.
So
when
you
start
on
the
flooring,
that's
coming
up
in
the
streets
which
is
hurting
the
environment,
kids.
T
Looking
at
a
lot
situations
now,
when
I
first
started
here,
25
years
ago,
I
used
to
have
to
go
to
the
lift
stations
and
actually
clean
the
grease
off
it.
Every
week,
twice
I
had
to
go.
Do
that
that's
for
says,
we
have
implemented
mr.
Bogg
as
the
facts
all
in
Greece.
We
haven't
had
to
do
that
as
much,
but
it's
still
upon
me
to
come
back
guys
so
I
ask
that
you
consider
giving
us
some
teeth
in
our
ordinance
that
we
are
able
to
cope
in
the
environment
for
one
and
keep
it
safe
horse.
C
C
T
One
time
we
were
just
putting
things
into
the
electric
bills,
that's
all
the
grease
that
given
up
can
decrease
items.
Also,
we
try
to
go
around
with
the
schools
because
we
feared
that
the
schools,
if
we
could
get
the
key,
is
they
do
understand
it
then,
when
they
see
mom
doing
it,
they
would
say
mom
you're
supposed
to
do
that.
T
So
that's
one
of
our
main
sources
of
getting
the
word
out,
but
right
now,
like
I,
said,
I
want
to
get
out
in
front
of
this
before
the
DV
comes
down
the
spot
right
now,
because
we
have,
we
need
to
have
some
hot
spots
in
the
city
right
now
and
when
I
say
hot
spots,
areas
that
are
very
nice
field
places
that
you've
been
the
distribution,
the
collection
system.
Let
us
know
when
you
have
that
hot
spot,
let
us
notice
bar
Tracy
the
backs
of
the
restaurants,
because
this
is
a
growing
situation.
C
G
T
Doing
because
you
know
I'm
going
to
take
an
example,
arrest,
one
young
lady
to
just
open
up
the
tax,
Restaurant
Week
forecast
and
prior
to
doing
that
we
had
to
have
her
get
a
grease.
Interceptor
proceeded
to
realize
how
big
was
the
father's
she
kind
of
gave
us
a
king
crab,
a
lot
of
them
to
give
us
kickback.
But
the
thing
is
that
they
don't
know
that
we
really
don't
have
a
probable
to
do
anything.
T
This
year
puts
the
power
in
the
city
sage,
because
this
is
a
probably
won't
Reese
interceptor,
but
you
don't
they
get
to
a
public
sources.
So
with
that
being
said,
we
should
have
that
say.
So,
that's
what
this
work
is
with.
This
ordinance
was
safe.
We
have
to
say
so,
how
you
do
your
business,
how
you
limit
actually
to
restructure?
T
O
S
Control,
you
said
the
cost
low
authentic
to
the
grease
interceptor.
How
much
the
cost
to
install
that
depends
on
what
the
floor
upon
the
codes
say.
They
need
a
fairly
small,
either
mechanical
recent
sector
that
can
be
installed
by
one
plumber.
They
can
hold.
It
could
be
a
couple
hundred
dollars
now
that
we
do
the
code
and
it
comes
into
law
of
gravity,
grease
interceptor.
That's
it's
serious!
You
know
you
can
be
dealing
with
ten
or
twelve
dollars
easily.
O
O
S
S
O
Guess
that
alleviates
some
of
my
concerns,
I,
said
a
little
bit
of
a
concern
with
saying
you
have
X
amount
of
months
to
come
into
compliance.
The
skin
may
be
ten
thousand
dollars
which
they
might
not
have
and
that
applying
to
a
significant
number
of
restaurants.
But
if
you're
telling
me
that
it's
a
very
small
number
that
don't
have
it,
then
it
seems
like
it
they're
kind
of
outside
the
norm
already
and
should
already
be
in
compliance.
Well.
S
This
is
something
that's
been
going
on
since
old
to
every
restaurant
has
been
an
operation
in
Jacksonville.
Beach,
says
Oh
to
knowing
that
this
is
coming
down.
I
have
been
very
Co
active
and
to
explain
to
them
that
you
need
to
operate
a
grease
interceptor,
because,
eventually
to
do
that,
you
will
get
an
ordinance
and
you
will
have
to
come
into
compliance.
So,
like
I
said
this
is
people
on
set
so
to
anyone
said
that
they
don't
have
any
idea
that
this
may
be
coming
down.
S
O
You
I
personally
appreciate
that
effort,
because
that
makes
this
decision
a
lot
easier
for
me
that
you
didn't
work
in
so
hard.
So
that
way
it
is
a
little
impact
upon
most
of
our
businesses,
because
we
don't
want
to
just
hammer
every
single
business
in
our
city.
All
of
a
sudden,
you
work
diligently
to
keep
up
with
this,
even
when
they
really
technically
didn't
need
it.
I
do
appreciate
that
is
now
kind
of
makes
me
well.
D
But
we
don't
have
that
same
same
language
in
the
disposal
section
for
the
hydro-mechanical
race
interceptors.
So
I
just
think
that
we
need
to
make
sure
that
that's
in
there
too,
so
that
we
don't
have
any
loopholes
or
any
problems
with
somebody
with
a
hydro-mechanical
grease,
interceptor,
yeah
improperly
disposing
of
the
grease.
S
Yes,
ma'am
with
the
High
Command
campus
resource
up
little
being
effective.
There
are
a
lot
smaller,
it's
a
citywide
initiative
to
stop
the
restaurant
owners
and
operators
to
actually
clean
them
themselves.
This
is
what
that,
referring
to
says,
we've
always
allowed
that.
S
D
And
but
in
the
gravity
grease
interceptor
section
under
seven
disposable,
there's
extra
language
that
specifically
says
that
you
should
not
put
any
of
this:
the
city's
sewer
or
wastewater
or
whatever,
and
so
I
guess.
My
my
thinking
was
that
we
would
need
to
have
that
in
the
hydro
mechanical
section
as
well.
Yes,
man,
it
wouldn't
be
a
problem.
Let
me
refer.
S
S
D
G
O
Look
great
at
every
truck
I
actually
wrote
that
down
so
I
appreciate
that
in
and
share
that
goes.
It
is
such
a
small
number
I
didn't
get
one
everybody
else
to
be
upset
and
already
bought
this
video
slide
up
and
bring
it
up.
I
do
appreciate
you
saying
that
cuz
I
hit
write
that
down
rebate
question
mark,
as
it
was
going
to
a
lot
of
people.
F
S
Authenticity
or
the
crew
actually
goes
out.
We
have
identified
four
of
them
that
we
have
normal
line
cleaning
and
before
we
actually
have
to
clean
over
and
over
again
to
keep
the
store
running.
So
you
have
a
crew
or
four
people,
a
truck
and
a
supervisor,
and
then
myself
will
come
out
there
to
ensure
that
it's
coming.
So
you
talking.
E
F
C
B
S
B
T
You
know
one
of
the
interesting
statistics
that
came
out
to
reduce
new
lines
from
facts
on
a
grease
up
to
three
trillion
dollars
to
replace
sewer
lines
in
our
system.
So
getting
the
time
and
the
people
in
the
network,
at
a
minimum
of
three
three
hours,
a
minimum
dependent
under
the
cost
of
mileage
at
the
back
a
bit
about
how
big
it
is,
it
could
be,
it
could
go
from
three
hours
day
out.
C

Move

R
These
in
combination
back
on
the
28th
of
October,
we
held
a
special
briefing
for
Council
to
basically
walk
them
through
a
series
of
changes
that
we've
proposed
them
to
pass
through
the
different
pensioners
that
the
city
has
the
police,
fire
and
general
employees
pension
plans.
There
is
no
financial
impact
for
the

that
are
in

of
you
today
is
basically
qualifying
a

the

new

and
to
basically
where
they're
not
based
on
magnitude
of

that
occurred
over
the

decade.
R
C
N
I
have
two
reasons
to
sanitize.
This
smoothness
is
do
one
that
ever
in
typically
over
notes

Firefighters,
there
is
a
minor
scriveners
error
and
on
pages
one
three

five,
the

says

so
that
needs

and
the
revision
of
these

as
our
city

stated,
resulted
from
a
long
project
was
initiated
by
our

trustees
for

and
the
changes
were
basically
trying
to
resolve
complex

in

within

but
had

in
our

There.
