A
B
And
gentleman
thanks
very
much
for
joining
this
is
sleeping
in
the
contest
at
the
ballet
obviously
were
in
the
little
workshop
and
they're
able
to
finish
up
in
time,
but
it
put
us
a
few
minutes
behind
schedule
for
SPARC.
So
tonight
in
lunar
crater
we
had
one
of
our
teammates
Alan
Grant,
who
served
on
our
pension
board
for
ten
years,
passed
away
unexpectedly
on
March
16th.
So
if
you
would
please
rise
and
join
a
moment
of
silence
for
Alan
Grant.
E
Just
wanted
to
comment
that
on
April
10th,
the
Daughters
of
the
American
Revolution
is
we'll
be
installing
a
plaque
over
into
our
veterans
memorial
area.
If
you
hadn't
noticed
it
before
it's
communicated
in
between
for
others
and
sneakers
at
the
corner.
There
near
the
roundabout,
but
they'll
be
commemorating
the
anniversary
of
the
SS
elf
America,
being
torpedoed
by
a
German.
U-Boat
losses
sure
adjust
no
beach
in
1942,
and
it
was
actually
able
to
thank
you.
42
I
think
we're
leaving
so
Thank
You
Jacksonville
Beach
were
supporting
not
a
particular
on
right
now,
back.
F
Thank
you
first
of
all,
I
want
to
say
War
Eagle,
yes,
I'm,
modern
fan
and
so
I'm
actually
really
pretty
happy
that
my
team
is
in
the
Final
Four.
So
I
just
have
to
say
that
and
I
also
want
to
put
out
a
special
thanks
to
each's
energy,
to
Allen
Putnam,
Lamar,
Whitaker,
Jamison,
Parker,
Don,
Cuevas
and
Matt
Seeley.
F
They
gave
me
an
amazing
tour
of
beaches,
energy
about
a
week
or
so
ago,
and
I
wanted
to
learn
more
about
what
each
is
energy
is
doing
and
how
the
decisions
that
we
make
affect
them
and
the
things
that
that
the
important
things
that
they're
doing
on
our
community
so
I
have
to
say
a
huge
thank
you
to
them
and
to
the
whole
staff,
but
certainly
do
them
because
they
did
a
great
job
and
then
the
other
thing
I
just
wanted
to
mention
in
case
my
council
members.
My
fellow
council
members
may
not
know
this.
F
B
H
On
that
please
I
happy
to
report.
We
took
some
action
of
the
boat
ramp.
He
has
yellow
for
the
last
year
or
two
we've
had
problems
with
parking
down.
There
command
incredibly
died
aside
last
week
because
the
ordinance
is
written
with
the
City
of
Jacksonville
ordinance
on
the
signs
that
we
cannot
enforce
it
commander.
Crump
many
died
this
week
decided
just
to
do
it
ourselves
and
we
talked
to
city
Jacksonville.
They
allowed
us
to
take
over
temporarily.
There
see
the
ordinance
at
our
city
ordinance
in
there
we've
been
enforcing
in
Bath's
there.
H
H
H
B
I
Zero
five,
sixteen
thousand
two
North
here
in
Jacksonville
Beach
and
keep
your
religious
say.
Thank
you.
Mr.
mayor
council,
commander
were
really
addressing
the
concerns
of
with
amazed
and
to
have
been
heard
and
to
see
the
action
taken.
Such
a
personal
phone
calls
and
bearberry
appreciated.
Thank
you
so
much
and
certainly
have
seen
some
enforcement
down
there,
but
the
bottom
line
is
they're
still
not
in
the
party
for
the
amount
of
those
and
trailers.
I
So
generally,
just
here
again
to
say
thank
you
very
much
appreciated,
but
that
I
wanted
to
stress
again
what
I
brought
up
at
the
last
meeting.
The
fact
that
you
know
US
taxpayers
here
at
the
beach
we
pay
taxes
to
the
authority
of
the
navigation
district
every
year
and
historically,
were
we
have
received
a
fraction
of
this
money.
I
So
I'm
not
sure
if
we
have
representation
with
the
City
of
Jacksonville
on
their
waterways
Commission,
who
some
I
analogous,
who
was
figuring
out
what
projects
to
fund,
but
I
really
hope
that
we
can
get
some
representation
on
that
waterways
conditions
have
pushed
for
the
money
that
we
need
and
that
we
deserve
we're
actually
on
Intracoastal,
Waterway
and,
unfortunately,
a
lot
of
the
money.
They're
spending
is
up
on
the
st.
Johns
River
and
that's
really
really
unfortunate
to
think
about
I
think
there's
a
continued
source
of
grant
money
there
that's
desperately
was.
I
J
J
D
J
J
Problem
just
in
the
amount
of
parking
for
the
restaurant
and
for
it
obviously
the
boats
and
trailers
and
I,
don't
know
if
it's
a
question
that
can
be
answered
now,
but
our
race
is
the
shorter
term
issue.
I
know
the
lot
to
the
north
and
I've
reached
out
to
the
owners
of
that
lot
is
just
kind
of
see
their
perspective,
but
I
didn't
know.
If
is
there
a
city
issue?
It
was
there
a
reason
they
were
or
have
invested
in
parking
booth
and
they
were
making
money
under
their
prime
naked.
You
know
couple
two.
D
J
J
Dollars
we
can
the
trailer
parking
there
and
then
it
just
ceased,
who
sits
there
on
use
and
a
lot
since
their
own
use
and
I
didn't
know,
there's
some
way
to
come
to
a
meeting
of
the
minds
between
at
city
or
as
the
owners
or
it's
a
combination
of
the
two
of
them.
Does
anybody
on
this
council
know
why
that
stopped
from
the
owners?
It
was
everything
from
the
city's
perspective
that
forced
the
owners
to
stop
that.
L
But
just
want
to
keep
the
downtown
active,
apparently
I
thought
that
the
individual
meetings
regarding
the
downtown
was
supposed
to
happen
in
March
with
the
collective
we
in
April
sounds
like
it
was
individual
meetings
and
April
with
the
collective
meeting
in
May.
Hopefully
that's
the
case,
and
it's
everybody's
really
hard
to
do
that
with
that
being
said,
I
just
a
couple
of
other
things
that
just
want
to
make
sure
people
are
aware
of.
L
We've
had
the
two
CRA
meetings
that
were
cancelled
in
November
December
2018,
one
that
occurred
in
January
and
February
watch
it
be
canceled.
So
we
only
had
one
out
of
the
last
five
months,
and
so
the
question
is:
is
there
an
opportunity
to
reschedule
these
that
people's
schedules
don't
work
or
something
comes
up
also
keeping
in
mind
in
November
December
of
this
year?
Probably
won't
look
good
for
the
CRA
as
well,
so
just
kind
of
want
to
put
that
out
there
on
things
coming
up.
L
This
is
outside
the
downtown.
The
dude
vegetation,
plantings
tentatively
scheduled
March
April
time
this
March
so
just
want
to
make
sure
it's
on
folks
as
radar
to
put
vegetation
plantings.
We
do
it
as
soon
as
possible,
hopefully
in
April
longer
we
let
they
go
more
risk
behind,
losing
that
15
billion
dollars
to
say
it,
whatever
it
cost.
So
hopefully
it's
on
the
radar
touching
base
last
week
and
talked
about
or
had
pictures
of
some
of
the
maintenance
items
that
need
it
to
be
addressed
downtown
just
make
it
more
inviting
for
both
the
citizens.
L
Yes
and
I
posted
those
pictures
on
the
coalition
website,
and
somebody
voiced
a
thought
that
if,
if
the
maintenance
issue
is
funding,
is
our
opportunity
to
expand
the
paid
parking
in
different
hours
and
use
those
funds
to
perhaps
beautify
the
city
a
little
more
than
what
we
currently
have
it
right
now.
So
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
that
voice
was
put
out
there
and
noted
to
see
if
I
don't
even
know
if
it's
a
funding
issue
or
a
schedule
issue
or
what
the
issue
is
on,
what
causes
those
maintenance,
maintenance
problems?
N
Insurance
assulting
services
for
an
independent
consultant
review
of
the
city's
existing
insurance,
coverages
and
loss
experience
and
by
cities
that
take
some
levels
of
coverage
needed
an
assistant
of
preparation
and
review
proposals.
So
the
our
newest
issue,
the
super
question.
The
insurance
was
thought
to
be
completely
independent.
The
consultant
cannot
receive
any
commissions
or
sell
insurance.
We
had
two
respondents.
The
evaluation
committee
met
insisted
the
HR
director
myself,
the
CFO
and
director
of
Parks
and
Recreation.
C
E
O
O
Speed,
simple
townhouse
development:
a
little
bit
there,
it's
gone
through
both
conditional
use
approval
through
Planning
Commission
and
concept.
Plat
approval
development
plan
approval
this
past
year
and
the
building
permit
was
I
believe
just
approved
today,
so
they
should
be
breaking
ground
shortly.
The
reason
they
need
your
approval
is
to
be
simple,
subdivide
these
two
original
lots
into
the
four
dupe
of
those
Lots,
as
you
see
here,
so
that
they
can
sell
them.
That
way,.
M
The
city's
Public
Works
Department
is
trying
to
update
over
water
lines,
evey
city
and
replace
them
liable
materials
forward.
This
is
an
opportunity
to
the
Public
Works
Department
to
get
a
portion
of
that
work
done
through
this
particular
contract.
I'm
here
to
speak
about
this
public
works
director,
Dave
Miller.
K
K
K
Somebody
else
got
a
different
contractor
coming
in
to
connect
to
the
alignments,
but
if
I
marry
problems
because
we
could
potentially
have
issues
with
warranty
connection
problems
later
on
and
it
was
a
Americana,
it
was
a
competitive
project
they're
using
their
unit
prices
that
they
were
used
to
design
projects,
we're
getting
the
price
of
work.
So
the
price
of
this
modification
would
be
forty,
eight
thousand
six,
seventy
or
asking
for
10%
contingency,
so
for
total
amount.
53,000
based
on.
C
C
C
C
M
Q
So,
usually,
in
the
years
past,
we
used
to
go
out
online
once
a
year
to
sell
our
surplus
items.
What
we're
trying
to
do
that
let's
go
out
more
frequently
to
try
and
maximize
the
amount
of
money
that
we
get
back
and
return
before
of
the
city,
and
it
also
alleviates
some
of
the
stress
that
we
have
well
due
to
space
constraints
in
the
warehouse.
So
our
goal
is
to
probably
continue
with
quarterly,
and
so
that
will
we
can
try
and
see
BIM.
You
know
the
longer.
Q
Q
B
E
B
M
M
M
But
with
that
being
said,
I
have
one
of
the
things
that
smell,
so
that
I'm
talking
about
is
potentially
making
contact
to
mr.
Taylor
over
there
regardez
Jewish
property
CFS,
something
we
can
work
with
in
partnership
to
create
some
additional
parking.
So
we
will
send
the
standard
thank-you
letters
to
mr.
Halley
and
mr.
up
and
with
mr.
Marsh.
He
wanted
us
to
make
sure
that
we
kept
the
downtown
at
the.
M
F
F
A
Cra
rather
disappointing,
just
because
we
had
no
goal
and
we're
all
over
the
place,
so
we
have
to
decide.
Why
would
why
we're
meeting
with
them
and
we
can
actually
make
that
being
productive
instead
of
wasting
sixty
minutes
kind
of
going
around
in
circles?
Oh
I
got
feedback
from
people
asking
me
how
I
helped
convene
Iman.
So,
like
I
actually
said,
we
snuck
the
meeting
and
just
been
out
of
there
just
had
to
our
meeting
that
just
kind
of
went
around
in
circles.
D
A
F
P
P
M
Believe
that
our
next
scheduled
briefing
two
weeks
from
now
15,
we
had
some
time
walk
out
of
that
session
for
exhilaration
of
Fire
Department
is
necessary.
We
could
start
that
meeting
a
little
bit
earlier
and
try
to
tackle
the
topic
on
CRA
and
then
look
to
have
a
CRA
meeting
the
last
week
of
April
with
the
CRA.
Would
that
work
in
yourself.
D
B
M
E
This
many
people
do
it
that
way
and
I
also
want
to
say
and
I
agree
that
we
did
go
from
their
home
a
lot.
It
was
our
first
time
meeting
at
that
group,
so
I
think
there
was
an
expectation
of
that,
but
we
also
they
were
not
provided
with
the
full
agenda
that
this
body
had
come
up.
Whether
you're
only
provided
with
the
main
topic
points
without
the
sub
bullets,
so
I
think
it
would
have
stayed
a
little
more
on
tracking.
So
you
provided
that.
So
hopefully
we
can
rectify
that
at
the
next
meeting.
A
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we
have
this
equals,
not
a
lot
of
meetings.
So
we
have
this
meeting.
We
have
the
meeting
next
Monday
a
meeting
after
that
we
mean
with
everything
and
then
another
meeting
with
this
CRA
and
I
just
wanna
make
sure
we're
we're.
So
should
we
be
looking
at
increasing
the
number
of
times
that
we
meet
a
month
instead
of
kind
of
squeeze
everything
in
few
minutes
before
this
meeting?
M
D
Okay
with
me,
each
of
our
council
meeting
days
are
shot
for
me
anyway.
So
out,
meeting
at
6:00
is
worthless.
It's
fine,
but
I'd
rather
just
need
it
flies
and
go
from
5:00
to
8:00.
At
night
it
was
taking
side
another
day
in
the
Senate
hours.
We
can
take
two
hours
before
we
can
get
a
lot
done
so
I
wanted
to
get
everybody
and
everybody
settled
with
me.
Now.
Are
you
way
so
I
would
rather
just
start
moving
our
meetings
up
because
I
come
here
from
work
anyway.
D
A
Know
we
missed
a
month
of
a
CR,
a
meeting
and
a
briefing
you
know
we
are
running
out
of
time
to
get
from
direction
on
anything,
that's
why
we
really
need
to
get
this
stuff
going
and
get
on
the
same
page.
It's
not
just
the
CRA.
It's
not
just
fire,
there's
a
whole
city
worth
of
stuff
to
do,
and
we
really
have
to
figure
out
what
direction
we
want
to
go
in.
So
we
can
figure
out
the
direction
to
start
implementing
and
I.
P
Both
says
I
want
more
open
to
doing
longer
hours
on
our
schedule.
You
know
consul
base
because
rally
for
that
we
have
scheduled.
So
you
know
and
there's
a
lot
of
talk.
What
so
I'm
prefer
to
just
you
know
put
on
those
days
as
opposed
to
add
and
things
to
a
calendar,
because
we
all
have
different
things
going
on,
and
sometimes
it's
hard
that
the
coordinate,
whereas
we
all
know
we're
gonna,
be
here
constantly.
