Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
We
just
best
ten
years,
and
you
have
strived
to
be
good.
Neighbors
I
mean
I,
had
a
positive
impact
on
our
surrounding
neighborhood.
Our
track
record
speaks
for
itself
with
the
only
hope-
and
we
continue
this
trend
on
share
Avenue
by
being
proactive,
neighbors
and
working
hard
to
make
surrounding
community
a
better
place
for
all.
We
look
forward
to
working
with
Sam
a
little
and
others
have
met
Carver
center
that
are
doing
great
things
for
our
community.
We
look
forward
to
helping
our
made
neighbor
a
new
friend,
pastor
Dawson.
That
would
be
not
really
everything.
B
We
helped
me
a
good
neighbor
to
continue
his
good
work
with
the
church,
but
once
you
keep
help
keep
the
streets
safe
for
the
people
in
the
community.
We
we
look
forward
to
working
with
our
neighbors,
and
this
is
need
to
improve
the
traffic
situation,
we're
setting
as
a
big
issue
in
the
air
as
well
to
ensure
everyone's
safety,
including
our
staff
and
guests,
so
the
process
obviously
is
taking
a
little
longer
than
expected.
I
just
want
to
reiterate
what
I
said
about
the
timeliness
of
the
decisions
and
I
need
a
resolution.
B
The
seller
has
it
already
been
gracious
enough
to
grant
us
an
extension
on
our
purchase,
sale
agreement
to
make
it
through
this
meeting,
but
we
can't
expect
the
know
the
door
open
any
longer.
We
have
15,000
committed
to
this
deal,
love
it
application
fees.
The
list
goes
on
if
approved,
we're
going
to
commit
to
over
half
a
million
dollars
in
renovations
and
improvements
in
the
space
will
shatter
Avenue.
Just
please
help
us
achieve
our
goal.
Please
help
us
keep
all
their
business
at
Jacksonville
Beach
for
many
years
to
come.
Thank
you.
Thank.
C
C
D
F
A
E
E
Did
some
research
because
I
wanted
to
familiarize
myself
a
little
bit
more
with
tasting
rooms
and
what
what's
in
these
days
and
the
reason
I
found
that
Florida
has
several
places
that
have
passed
legislation?
Tampa,
of
course,
has
a
lot
of
micro.
Breweries
I
found
a
lot
there
and
they
person
included
some
things
in
their
in
their
ordinances.
Dunedin
also
mentioned
that
kind
of
like
what
we're
talking
about
with
the
micro
brewery
definition
may
or
may
not
offer
tastings
may
or
may
not
provide
one
site,
sale
and
consumption
of
products.
E
Alvarado
has
their
micro
brewery
definition
may
include
a
tasting
room
and
retail
space
for
patrons
on-site
and
they
also
specify
a
maximum
of
30%
of
the
non-residential
floor
area,
so
I'm
not
sure
so
they
have
residences
involved.
It's
kind
of
interesting,
but
a
maximum
of
30%
may
be
designated
as
a
tasting
room
and
retail
space.
E
Cape
Canaveral
also
had
has
some
micro
breweries
there
in
West,
Palm
Beach
has
a
West
Palm,
Brewery
and
they're.
My
calorie
definition
included
tasting
rooms
as
well,
and
they
also
mentioned
at
least
65%
of
the
square
footage
of
the
facility
inclusive
of
outdoor
seating.
Shall
be
dedicated
to
the
brewery,
so
I
wanted.
E
That
with
everyone,
because
I
think
it
kind
of
supports
you
know
this
is
not
about
their
project
per
se.
This
is
about
our
land
development
code
and
what
we're
putting
into
our
land
development
code
and
just
for
some
additional
information,
our
c1,
c2
and
CED
are
the
districts
that
currently
allow
microbreweries
and
so,
of
course,
we're
talking
about
allowing
it
in
the
cs
district,
which
is
a
very,
very
small
district.
E
F
Do
thank
you,
I'm
comfortable
with
supporting
it
and
the
land
development
code,
but
I
didn't
want
the
definition
be
narrow.
I
did
some
research
as
well
I'm,
like
oh
ma,
lots
of
side,
so
the
first
thing
I
did
was
the
last
community
that
we
hadn't
had
some.
There
was
a
discrepancy
between
safety,
minute
akram
and
what
they
were
really
originally
asking
for.
F
Wallace
first
used
the
tasting
room
and
I
think
what
we
really
have
ears
and
semantics
of
words
tasting
room
versus
cat
groans.
So
mr.
Wallace,
when
used
in
front
of
the
City
Council
the
first
time
said
it
was
a
tasting
room
and
then
we
started
talking
about
a
tack
room.
It
was
the
second
meeting
there
that
was
really
clear
that
we,
we
didn't,
have
a
distinction
between
the
two
and
we're
talking
about
them:
interchangeably,
there's
the
Capitol.
F
E
F
F
The
the
main
point
is
this
definition
that
were
looking
at
here:
we,
it
can
be
corrected
relatively
easily
if
you
were
to
amend
microbrewery
to
say,
tap
room
instead
of
tasting
room
and
then
the
definition
of
tap
room.
This
is
my
second
concern,
then
the
definition
of
packed
room
last
meeting
you
just
have
beer
and
wine.
When
we
look
at
how
we
define
a
microbrew,
we
have
no
minimum.
F
So
we
don't
have
a
minimum
about
baking
group,
so
you
could
just
go
in
and
start
a
little
tiny
grouping
and
still
pass
off
in
this
district
as
a
brewery
of
micro
brewery
like
a
small
but
still
just
put
PDR
on
cap
for
$1,
and
that's
really
not
what
we
are
envisioning
up
here,
but
that
would
be
allowable
with
how
this
is
good.
Just
saying
beer,
however,
the
Brewers
Association,
the
Brewers.
F
Has
defined
micro,
breweries
and
Tap
Room's
and
they
have
a
whole
bunch
of
criteria
and
sizes
micro,
breweries,
a
very
small
tab
room
with
annual
output
of
less
than
15,000
barrels.
One
barrel
equals
two
kegs
by
the
way
less
than
$15,000
$15,000
annually.
So
this
way
we'd
be
able
to
narrow
down
what
would
be
sold
in
there.
That's
rather
there's
more
expensive
beer
and
to
think
about
the
size
I
contacted
my
name
is
over
at
intuition,
and
I
asked
him
about
the
situation.
You
think
of
that.
F
F
That
produce
less
than
15,000
bottles,
15,000
barrels,
beard
annually
and
wine
on
the
site.
We'd
clean
that
up
to
close
up
that
loophole
and
change
the
cash
back
room,
tasting
of
the
tap
room
to
clarify
the
infusion
in
battle
and
the
reason
why
I'm
saying
all
this
is.
If
you
look
at
this
memo
on
the
bottom
of
the
first
page,
the
charge
of
the
Planning
Commission
and
the
staff
was
to
satisfy
both
the
request
of
the
applicant
mr.
F
Wallace
and
the
concerns
of
the
city,
and
that
would
address
his
concerns
with
being
a
wife,
improving
a
bag
to
serve
on
premises.
Not
only
what
Hebrews
but
other
microbreweries
as
well
other
microbrews
as
well,
and
to
make
sure
that
it
is
microbrews
to
make
sure
that
you
have
that
definition
of
the
size
of
the
output
of
the
room
and
just
to
clarify
with
miss
me
he's
concerned
about
using
a
teaching
room
that
has
a
common
understanding
of
what
it
is
change
to
occur.
F
I'd
like
to
make
motion
to
amend
the
motion
to
change
the
word,
tasting
room
to
cap
rooms
and
the
definition
of
microbrewery
and
then
in
the
definition
of
tasting
room
change,
tasting
to
tap
where
it
says,
beer
and
wine,
after
the
fear,
could
pre-approved
by
micro,
breweries
that
produce
less
than
15,000
barrels
of
beer
annually
and
wine
on
site
come
on
after
the
annually.
So
you
know
that
Rory
doesn't
have
to
through
the
wine
on
site.
F
B
Think
we've
done
a
pretty
great
job
in
limiting
what
this,
what
a
microbrewery
can
do
within
this
particular
zone
and
all
the
concerns
from
needing
one
and
since
I
think
we
micromanage
the
heck
out
of
this.
In
my
mind,
to
sort
of
add
those
definitions
to
try
to
put
Mike
Miller
I,
don't
app
I
think
is
just
seems
to
be
a
go
above
and
beyond
to
control
their
product.
That
definitely
is
where
I
have
a
problem.
So
I
think
we
addressed
the
liquor
issue
which
I'm
happy
with.
We
addressed
the
ties
which
is
10:00
p.m.
B
and
midnight
to
address
the
late
night
crowds
of
issues.
As
far
as
the
church
was
concerned,
and
then
we
addressed
the
square
footage
in
making
sure
that
this
tasting
room
is
a
small
area,
so
it
can't
become
a
bar,
even
if
they
have
to
our
DVRs
we're
talking
about
such
a
small
area
that
it's
not
something
that
can
get
out
of
control,
so
I
I,
just
I'm
happy
with
the
definition
I'm
happy
with.
As
far
as
we've
come,
the
only
question
that
I
would
have
and
bills
might
be
directed
to
you.
B
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
this,
the
deletion
format
in
the
first
part
of
our
memo
on
page
2
doesn't
include
all
the
language
in
the
bottom
of
the
form.
So
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we're
clear
that
we're
moving
t-turn
definition
at
the
bottom
and
not
the
teesta
near
definition,
in
the
middle
of
the
page,
because
there's
some
things
left
out
of
that.
Yes,
sir
Bilby.
B
D
D
D
C
E
I
I
don't
want
to
totally
discount
what
mr.
mark
was
was
bringing
up
it's
just.
There
was
a
lot
of
information
and
and
I
appreciate
all
the
research
that
you
did
and
I
have
a
clarification
on
some
of
the
information
and
provided
this
and
15,000
minerals
of
beer,
whereas
our
definition
was
saying,
eight
thousand
barrels
so
I'm
not
sure
why
you
were
proposing
that
it
would
be
changed
to
15,000.
G
A
F
F
F
Their
problem
with
that
was,
if
they
do
that
they
a
business
model
falls
apart,
so
that
we
amended
it
to
be
beer
and
wines
was
really
to
have
other
micro
breweries
on
their
premises,
and
they
could
sell
that
the
problem
ends
up
being
that
we
only
put
beer
and
wine
and
we
didn't
restrict
the
beer,
so
you
can
have
PBR
on
tap
and
then
that
goes
back
each
point.
Yeah
there
aren't
you
know
more
people
want
better
out
there.
Do
you
want
people
who
are
only
looking
for
the
$1
PBR
crafts?
F
Is
that
what
you
will
I?
Don't
believe
that
that
was
ever
on
concept
by
concept,
we're
not
putting
out
their
business?
Our
concept
was
for
what
about
higher
upper
scale
microbrewery
and
like
the
amendment
that
I
proposed
would
force
it
and
not
worry
about
their
business,
but
any
other
business
that
wants
to
open
in
that
zone.
They
call
themselves
a
microbrewery
would
be
under
those
same
restrictions.
So
it's
not
their
business
I'd
be
worried
about.
It
would
be
somebody
coming
in
and.
F
E
A
F
E
F
A
E
E
E
C
D
D
D
D
D
Alligators
don't
reach
that
limit
because
they're
not
good.
It's
not
up
to
us
to
say
that
I'm,
some
they're,
not
gonna,
be
sound,
so
I
thought
they're,
gonna,
sound,
Oliver.
Here's
first
of
all,
I,
don't
blame
my
proverbial
green
room
or
and
general
whatever
sale.
They
do
like
to
take
pride
in
craft
beer,
detect
pride
on
other
people's
fear,
the
sit
back
and
talk
smack
about
most
of
the
brand
so
yeah.
It's
I
think
this
defamation,
corporatism,
off
I,
just
I
just
know.
There's
a
lot
of
state
regulation
with
liquor.
E
Well,
what
I
like
about
her
amendment
is
in
doing
some
of
my
research.
It
started
to
feel
like
tasting
room
was
not
really
what
it's
not
really.
What
we're
thinking!
You
know
it's!
It's
really
just
for
tasting
what
has
been
rude,
whereas
tab
room
when
she
said
when
she
started
talking
about
tap
room.
That
sounds
more
like
what
what
we're
willing
to.
C
F
Want
to
go
back
to
the
City
Council
meeting
I
was
twelve
three
with
regard
to
Keith's
argument
that
you're
limiting
this
applicant,
which
you're
not
voting
on
them,
but
the
home
which
satisfy
both
a
request
to
the
applicant,
the
concerns
of
the
city.
There
aren't
what
they
said,
and
this
is
a
quote:
the
identity.
F
Our
brewing
concept
is
a
very
small-scale
brewing
site
and
our
goal
is
to
work
with
other
limited
edition
type
Brewers
in
town
and
create
these
one-off
brands
of
creative
brewing
concepts
and
the
only
evil
you
took
to
teach
them
in
the
bathroom.
That
is
very
specific
and
that's
what
we
were
originally
thinking
about
when
humans
were
tasting,
your
own
questions
of
how
to
beat
Katherine,
but
that's
definitely
very
small.
If
that's
what
we're
thinking
about
allowing
in
that
CS
district
I
would
see
easily
putting
the
women
of
15,000
annual
sales.
That
is
what
craft
brewers.
D
D
D
A
D
F
D
F
15,000
barrels
annually,
if
you
use
craft
beer,
that
you
can
include
things
like
angling,
Boston,
Beer,
Company,
Sam
Adams,
if
you
use
the
term
crap
here,
that's
why
you
can't
use
the
term
craft
beer.
You
have
to
go
like
a
little
output,
which
limits
the
size
of
the
brewery,
which
was
more
along
the
concept
that
they
put
forth
to
us
and
that's
how
I
was
thinking
I
approved
all
those
other
things,
but.
